No too big of a fan, but not bad
Another of my favorites of all-time. If you don't like the Stooges, there's something wrong with you!! Iggy is the greatest frontman who ever stalked this planet.
Loud and rowdy - good fun but gets self indulgent. This is a band making a noise for themselves, not for others. Could have done with a couple more tracks and getting into a bit more light and shade.

Enjoying the rawness of this album. Not overly punk. More rock than anything in my opinion except for 'LA Blues' and I liked it.

This was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting an album of atonal thrash, but although it is quite raw (in a good way) I was impressed with the quality of the songs, the disciplined riffing, the guitar solos and the funky sax on Fun House. Dirt, 1970 and Fun House were an impressive trio of songs. Arguably as important an album for metal and grunge as it was undoubtedly for punk. Reminds of the heavy psych of the late 60s, early 70s. 79’s grit and a mix of punk and funk all come together to form an aggressive and well written piece. Iggy is as charismatic as ever here. It’s cool it’s cocky it’s bad ass.

Well he sure sounds like he is having fun. I imaging after a few JD & Coke (both kinds) this would be an awesome evening in some bar in Middle America. Unfortunately (in every sense of the word) I'm not, and listening to this on headphones while at work - so it gets a bit hard after a while. Crazy stuff - but some of the songs got skipped
The first part of this album is far from what I expected from The stooges. It sounds much more like something post-punk than punk itself. However, the last songs...wow...that saxophone made some difference (I love it), but the whole energy in these songs is excellent... a remarkable punk recording.
I like the occasional dose of Iggy Pop, but I'm not one for a whole album's worth. I found myself wanting to listen to The Doors after this one - a few toe tappers, but not one for me. Solid 3
This is my favourite Stooges album and by definition my favourite Iggy Pop album. It is a noisy muddled mess but it captures the band at the peak of there power. And the songs are better than on The Stooges even if the latter had the bigger "hits". Sure a couple of the songs go on too long with the dissonant noise thing...but hey it's The Stooges init? 5 stars
Hey, first time I get the same artist two days in a row! Got this album straight after "Raw Power" so it looks like he just fell down from the stage hahahh This cover is amazing though. Can see the foundations of later, more polished, California rock. Iggy and the Stooges got there first
Wow. I love the live, loose feel of this. Sounds like the songs were recorded in single takes. Even the way the saxophone comes in at the end of “1970” and then stays on for the next two songs feels like a live show. The music is raw, visceral and loud. This is really fun, sexy stuff. I’ve liked Iggy Pop in the past but man, I’m a full convert now. He’s incredible on this album. His vocals on the last two minutes of the song “Fun House” are insane. Also, is it just me or does the opening riff of “T.V. Eye” sound a lot like Rage Against the Machine’s “Sleep Now in the Fire”?
Interesting early punk / raw sound. I find the production to be very interesting - if you listen to track 4, "Dirt", and then track 5 "1970", there is a huge volume discrepancy between the two tracks. I suspect a different fidelity level too- "Dirt" sounds wider, with instruments panned out further into the L and R ears, and 1970 to be generally less stereo. "LA Blues" is very cool and wild with saxophones - it almost feels like a John Zorn piece in some areas.

I get it, the band has Iggy Pop. However somehow in this 36 minute long album, I still wished the album would end. I didn't skip any songs but still just enough to be annoying.

Four Stars And A Half All of the three Stooges album should be essential listens, if only for their historical importance. They foretell the explosion of punk music like no other records from the late sixties / early seventies. This one here (the second) is the most challenging of the lot on first listens. So wild. So noisy. But trust me, keep on trying, and you'll quickly sense the intensity of what The Stooges must have sounded live like none of their other albums. I can appreciate Iggy Pop for his stage presence and how many acts he influenced. This didn’t do it for me, mostly seemed like the same song over and over again

Cleaner sounding than s/t with a bigger more polished production. But.... Iggy is still Iggy and you can't hide or gloss over the raw energy of this music. One great tune after another. But docked a half-star for album closer; LA Blues which is unlistenable. 4.5 🌟

There is a formidable sense of chaos to be found on this record. The raw, bare bones production amplifies the primal force of nature that is Iggy & friends. This results in a definitive work of American rock, as influential as it is impassioned. Iggy is a caged animal, a howling, screeching banshee. As a vocalist, his ferocity is unmatched. The band employs a manic, frontal assault. The rhythm thumps and pulses like a heartbeat, Ron Asheton’s guitar slashes and shrieks, Steve Mackay’s fervent saxophone adds a key element to the anarchic atmosphere. This is hard rock at its dirtiest, imposing and calculated bedlam fueled by the raw power of the godfathers of punk. It kicks down the door and announces itself, gives no quarter and takes no shit. It is hedonistic, unrestrained, and completely exhilarating.

Not all album i know. Brutal grinding riffs. Iggy has shouty yelping vocals that feel just right..The tracks don't overstay their welcome. Some people may find the production s bit scratchy but it just works. 3 seems harsh. 3.75
It's an awesome album. Not my favorite of theirs but it's still great. Highly influential, dirty, grimy rock that was actually dangerous for its time. What more could you ask for?

It is ironic that Raw Power is the release after Fun House as raw power is how I would describe tis release. Garage rock at its finest or the beginning of punk. It really doesn’t matter. My mother was not a fan when I was listening to this at 13, which, of course, made me like it even more.
I've never been an Iggy Pop fan, but his raw energy on this album is undeniable. I'm sure this record sounded completely radical when it came out in 1970. Without a doubt, this had to have been a favorite of the early punk bands, but I think the Stooges must have liked early heavy metal/hard rock. That seems to come through, especially in some of the guitar solos. Overall, I liked this one.
This was much more psychadelic than I expected which was fun. These guys were clearly influenced by the Doors and Hendrix though some of these songs (like "dirt" a clear highlight for me with its slow build and heavy groove) sounded like they could have been on Sticky fingers or Exile leading me to wonder if the stooges influenced these sixties band. It messed with my sense of rock history which was cool. The last song however did sound like it was written by Yoko Ono and lasted far too long.

Fun album. After seeing that this record was released in 1970, I didn't expect it to have as much grit as it did. I welcome the grit. The music is heavy blues, garage, noisy, raw and energetic. Definitely one of the main predecessors of the punk movement in North America, and eventually in the UK as well. The incorporation of a saxophonist was unexpected, but the sound works really well. Vocally I am reminded of Jim Morrison, which is always a good thing. This album is provocative, and gets bonus points for being a cutting-edge, experimental album for the time that it was released. Turns out I really like The Stooges.
Wow, I thought I knew what I was getting into when I put this album on. I'm vaguely familiar with Iggy Pop, and can't say I've ever really been a fan. I figured I was in for some straightforward punk a la Ramones/Sex Pistols. However, that was not at all what I got. The first couple songs sound like fast and dirty rock, with the song Loose reminiscent of a punk version of Gimmie Shelter. The album then quickly devolves into slower free-form improvisational jams with Patti Smith-like vocals layered over top. Then they bring in horns at the end of 1970 and carry those over into the rest of the tracks, was not expecting that one, but I'm here for it. I love the recording, sounds so raw and the groove and power contained here is awesome. In short: I listened to this twice back to back. Fav tracks: Loose, Dirt, 1970, Fun House
Not the best of Iggy and The Stooges really but a proto-punk classic all the same. I like "Down On The Street" "T.V. Eye" and "Fun House" but I prefer to here them live!
The sound of pure organized chaos. With only 7 tracks, the album flies by, even though a couple of them go past 7 minutes. All the tracks are super memorable. It feels much more distorted and out of touch than their debut. It helps that the acid album cover looks like they're performing from the pits of hell. The first few are reminiscent of their debut, except a lot more aggressive and frantic. "TV Eye" really exemplifies what's so great about this album. The first half is catchy and fun, then we get into an avant-garde mix between the soothing melody and Iggy's belching. But then suddenly the song stops and we start it all over again... That's a common punk technique years before the Six Pistols did it! "Dirt" marks a gradual shift to something much stranger that really defines this album. It starts off slow, melodic, and bluesy. I absolutely adore Iggy's vocals, shifting between smoothness and roughness. The guitar, much like Iggy, sounds normal most of the time but has those moments where it bursts out personality. The mix between the guitar and vocals in the last few minutes is perfect. "1970" pushes us back to the aggressiveness from earlier. The bass is really spot on here. Then half way through we're introduced to the avant-garde saxophonist Steve Mackay, the only band member who got his shit together outside the studio. He just comes out of nowhere and you question if there was always a saxophonist. The mixing is absolutely incredible between the sax, Iggy's chaotic screaming, and the hardcore drumming. This is only an introduction to the strangeness of the final two tracks. "Fun House" is possibly the most impressive song in their catalogue. There's a seamless transition to our final track, as if it's an extended coda: "L.A. Blues" is a fun chaotic avant-garde jazz track that you can't divert your ears from. Nice heavy distortion. It feels simultaneously ordered and all over the place. The ending is satisfying. Out of the Stooges's 3 albums, this one deserves the perfect score. Unlike the other two, there are no weak tracks. It's the most creative and coherent (as ironic as that may appear). Unlike Raw Power, the production is done very well here, with everyone getting their shine.
I prefer the filthy-garage blues sounds of the bulk of Fun House to many a genre, but with Pop's totally American affect the music becomes almost pure affect. I think he's best when balanced against a Bowie or the Underworld duo, in the case of that EP I kept reflecting on as I listened this afternoon.

No offense to Iggy but this wasn't my favorite of the bunch.
Not as fun or as house as I expected. The first few songs were pretty good rock tracks, but then they let Helen Keller play the saxophone and it was all downhill from there. Definitely influential though and worth listening to, just skip "L.A. Blues" if you don't want the Guantanamo Bay experience in musical form.
Not a fan so far. Just sounds like a lot of loud noises and jumbled yelling. Kind of grating on my ears. Just not enjoyable to listen to. May check out some of their other albums.
I get the feeling this might have a bit of the Seinfeld effect. Maybe it was very influential but to me right now it sounds generic as hell. Not bad, just aggressively standard.
Killer guitar in this album. How can you go wrong with these solo’s? Definitely going to put this album on my revisit later list.

Raw, garage, needs to be played loud, one of the "seminal albums" for punk. Lots of accolades for this album. There's not a lot I can add; it is all of the above. The producer, Don Gallucci, changed the recording to more of a live concert than a studio environment. Iggy's screaming/howling, garage guitar sound and driving rhthym section. The second-half songs add a saxophone which might annoy some people. I think it just adds to the chaos. It's funny; as albums end on my streaming service, the next song played is a similar sounding song. For this album, it went to Jimi Hendrix's "Manic Depression" and the album's second half guitar definitely has that feel. I wouldn't have placed that. Anyway, turn the volume up on this one and enjoy.

Belle énergie. Répétitif, mais je pense que ça fait partie de l’idée. Ça fait qu’il y a des tounes trop longue par contre. On voit d’où vient « Los Bastardos » de Primus. C’était l’fun, j’y reviendrai peut-être quand je voudrai me crinquer.

Tried to like it, but it’s just the same riff repeated over & over- not just in each song, but every song. Still fuses enough soot to get 2 stars, and isn’t horrible.
To me, this is the quintessential rock album. This is the album that broke with Zeppelin's epicness and glitters to go back to its basic, more dangerous roots.
I'm not a big fan of Iggy Pop's Works, but just to sound like this in 1970, it deserves a 4.

This is an album with attitude! “Do you feel it when you pop?” I found the lyrics to be surprisingly avant guard poetic. I usually am not one for drum solos, but this is an exception. They had a touch of playfulness and surprise. The trumpet in 1970 added a jazz-like intro to the punk-pop sound. Plus, I love the little trumpet noise at the beginning of Fun House. Such a great listen. Iggy Pop deserves never to have to wear a shirt again.

It's obvious how important this album is to punk. Having said that, there is a lot of this that reminds me of the "Suicide" album, and I did NOT like that album at all. Iggy Pop is also not one of my faves. Still, you can feel the energy coming off of this, especially for 1970, and that's saying something. The Damned had covered one of the tracks and it's nice to hear the original. The last track, LA Blues just sounded like an ungodly mess. I originally thought this was a punk album, not realized it predated it by so much. Even so, it just didn't work for me, it was just a mess.
I've heard a bunch of The Stooges songs over the last little while with all the early punk bands on the 1,001 list. They are a band that I have come to realize are better than I originally thought. Yeah, the album is a little raw and has a bit of a Velvet Underground feel (too much imitation?) and it has some annoying screaming (from Iggy) that gets emulated in other acts (Suicide). But the energy is awesome. I really like the first three tracks - Down on the Street, Loose, and TV Eye. After that it starts to lose focus - Dirt is a bit too psychedelic (and long) for me. 1970 is also too drawn out, though the sax starts to get some more prominence and it's not bad/adds a nice twist. LA Blues is just a mess (borderline terrible). First three tracks are a definite 4 but the rest is at best a 3 (unnecessary decadence).
Proto-punk, which made me wonder what the first punk album was. The Kinks were clearly ahead of their time in the 60s. I noted in my review of Here Are The Sonics (1965) that they were proto-punk. Some articles suggest Louie Louie was the first punk song - don't know if I see that connection as clearly as the Kinks and the Sonics. Anyway, this is clearly one of the major punk precursors. I liked the first four tracks a lot (Side 1 on the original album). Cool stuff. Side two is a little tougher to deal with. 1970 is decent but gets a little crazy in the second half. Fun House is also good for about the first half before it starts to get out of control. L.A. Blues is pure crap. The first time I listened I even skipped over most of L.A. Blues, which is saying something since up until that point I listened to every album I've reviewed in its entirety (120 reviews to date). On my third listen, I managed to sit through the whole track because I want to be able to claim I've listened to 100% of the 1001 albums. But this was barely listenable and that's an automatic 1 point reduction for me. If the album was just the first 4 tracks I'd give it a 5. Add 1970 and Fun House and we're down to a 4. L.A. Blues brings it down to a 3. There's punk and there's crap. This album started punk and descended into crap.
Some of the music isn't too bad, but given that I'm judging the album as a whole: There is a significant issue with the shouty-shouty factor ending up on the wrong side of what delicately yours accepts.
I could go three for the music plug hand +2 for the energy level but I think I’ve previously given him enough pluses for energy
My first thought was, are we really going to get all 3 Stooges albums ? Because I wasn't in love with the one we already received. Then heard the first song, (what a rocker!) and then the 2nd and 3rd! Dirt is such a great dirty blues break, just at the right time. Iggy's vocals are at his best. He says he was channeling Howlin' Wolf on this album. And then the sudden introduction of the saxophone in 1970 to start side 2! A brilliant idea and I was on the way to a score of 5, but the final track was a too Avant Garde for me. But, that's only 5 minutes and the other 32 minutes I'll get a lot of "mileage" out of on my trainer.
Many of the reviews here use the terms: raw, sleazy, gritty, loud and they're all apt. This proto-punk record influenced a lot of subsequent bands so it has to be recognized, but much if it is repetitive and the closing song, LA Blues is close to being unlistenable. This is the type of music that definitely needs to be listened live to see the skinny shirtless white guy prancing about the stage to be fully appreciated. I must admit I prefer Iggy when he collabed with Bowie in the late 70s in the Berlin Years and his Party album in the 80s when he mellowed out and refined his sound.

Not a lot for me to say about this album. Some good punk rock, but that's about all it was for me.
My big, big, big, BIG gripe with stuff like the Stooges is they'd be laughed out of town if they released this sort of shit today. Sure you could argue it's formative, influential, even "trailblazing" hahaha... but really it just kinda sucks. It simply had the privilege of springing into being at a time when the bar for rock music was set super low as everyone cast off the formulaic slickness of all that 60s pop rock. Funnily enough, I can see all the other low reviews here hate the vocals.... I gotta admit that's the best part for me, and I don't like Iggy Pop at all. Nah, the bland music is the true weak point here. Did we really need multiple 8min "proto-punk" jam sessions? Course we fucking didn't. 2/5.

I like the brooder/slow-burner tracks (e.g., "Dirt") more than the rippers (e.g., "Down on the Street") and those that devolve into Iggy howling. Interplay of fiercely played instruments (e.g., late in "Fun House") alternates between punishingly discordant and beautifully anarchic.

This is the second album recommended to me from the Stooges. Compared to the pervious album (The Stooges), Funhouse sounds more like what I expected to hear from the Stooges. I was enjoying the album more than I thought I would for the first few tracks. By the second half of the album, I was getting tired of Iggy Pop's vocal delivery - too much yelling and grunting. The music began to be repetitive as well. Then came the title track, "Fun House"... yeesh. I'd prefer to skip a re-listen of this album. Once was enough (¿too much?).
Fuck yes The Stooges!!! Before the Sex Pistols were out selling bondage gear, or Johnny Ramone was melting faces off with his wall-of-sound guitars, there was fronted by the incomparable Iggy Pop, who was the personified form of a bottle rocket. The Stooges played a style of fast, hard-hitting garage rock that we would now know as proto-punk; punk music before punk was a thing. Fun House only contained 7 songs, but each one was played with a rawness and urgency of a band whose studio was on fire. Tracks like TV Eye and Dirt were my personal favorites, with the band providing a sonic trampoline on which Iggy Pop could launch into his rabid vocal tirade. There are days where I practice guitar with the intention of becoming better at my instrument. And then there are other days where I just want to fuck shit up. Few bands come to mind when that's the case, but you best believe that the Stooges are one of them.

Woaahhh! These guys created one of the best punk songs I have ever heard just by having a live performance in the recording studio. Amazing. The ugly vocals and the messy guitars are used well, creating an energy that is like, you know, being in a FUN HOUSE. But it isn't punk... yet. Of course, this flavor of rock can be much more harsher. But I think this is the just the perfect harshness. Filthy, but not annoying.
So grimy and gritty. And sounds so much unlike 1970.

Une performance absolument abracadabrantesque de la part de notre Iggy Pop international. L'album s'ouvre sur l'arrivée de l'artiste et de son assistante. Celle-ci dispose dès son entrée une boîte en plexiglas en plein milieu de la scène. Iggy Pop se concentre d'abord puis s'installe dans la boîte après une série de mouvements spectaculaires jusqu'à ne plus être visible. Son assistante part alors en coulisses et revient avec un stock d'épées tranchantes. Elle fait soudain glisser l'une d'entre elle dans la boîte, puis en insère une deuxième, une troisième et ainsi de suite jusqu'à dix. La boîte semble alors transpercée de tous les côtés si bien qu'on a peine à imaginer Iggy Pop vivant à l'intérieur. L'assistante commence alors à retirer les épées une par une et c'est bien ce bon Iggy Pop qui surgit soudain et se tient dans sa position signature sous une incroyable ovation.
Cet album bien que très moyen musicalement, a permis de présenter une des apparitions les plus spectaculaires de l'histoire de la musique. Mais laissez moi vous remettre dans le contexte. Concert de Woodstock en 1972. Les Stooges s'appretent à présenter pour la première fois leur album Fun House, après le succès de leur album eponyme. Le show débute par un solo des musiciens des Stooges. Ce premier morceau résolument acoustique ne présente aucun chant, et pour cause, Iggy Pop n'est pas présent sur scène. Mais personne ne semble déçu, ni même déboussolé dans le public, et pour cause: tous ces fans ont tous écouté l'album précédent des Stooges. Soudain, le deuxième son démarre, les guitares débutent leur travail, quand tout à coup la voix d'Iggy Pop se fait discrètement entendre. C'est l'effervescence dans la salle. Tout le monde se met à chercher le grand Iggy: "Où peut il bien être cette fois?" - "J'ai beau scruter la scène je ne vois rien!" - "Il ne peut quand même pas être caché dans ce minuscule sac à dos?!". C'est alors que le tempo de la musique se ralentit, les lumières s'assombrissent. Le refrain va bientôt débuter. Tout d'un coup, les lumières se focalisent sur une petite malette posée au centre de la scène. Elle était la depuis le debut du show, adossé à un micro, mais personne ne l'avait remarquée. La malette commence à s'ouvrir de l'intérieur, et laisse entrevoir la chevelure blonde d'Iggy, Iggy sortit d'abord sa hanche toute désordonnée, avant de laisser le reste de son corps suivre dans des craquements terrifiants. Il s'extirpa juste à tant pour lancer le refrain, sous la folie la plus totale des spectateurs. Même si le reste du concert fut résolument moyen, les spectateurs en avaient eu pour leur argent avec cette prestation phenomenale de contortionnisme.

Absolute filth. Get a bar of soap, Iggy and clean yourself up. Total mess, noisy, clashing instruments, no discipline, learn some real songs you ragged bunch. I loved it.

It is one of the major miracles of music that Iggy Pop has lived as long as he has. First listen of this was on a road trip to the beach and it was one of the worst decisions I've ever made, I wanted to launch myself through the windshield for the majority of side 2. LA Blues sounds like someone opened a gateway to Hell. 3.5 rounded up just barely.

Another stooges album where it feels like it’s just an average sounding collection of songs. Some of the riffs were good. A few songs stood out more than others but I don’t see myself revisiting it. 4.6/10
The vocals are just not for me. And that’s a shame because the music is quite pleasant to listen to.
'Funhouse' is linear, crunchy, and high-octane even on the latter half of the album. A loose approach to the overall production, the 1970s album is charged with a base of inspirations for many rock albums succeeding it. However, the glaring uniformity creates an underlying sense of creative bottlenecking - loud but not immediately memorable, and for the most part delivers predictable tracks.
I like the energy, but the horns and screaming are annoying.
Something certainly more my speed. It's more melodic than most of the early punk I've listened too. This is also my first time listening to The Stooges that I'm aware of. You can hear a bunch of influences within Iggy's voice, but this album feels very unique. The first side feels like a descent into depression. The B side is a wild, self-medicating drug trip to pull yourself out of said depression. LA Blues is just insane.

Not my favorite but I feel like I could see them being influential. Can hear like hints of the more rock-heavy Stones but these guys take it further. End of the last song had me rip my headphones off haha.
Second the Stooges album (1970). All songs were live recorded except some minor edits. Though initially commercially unsuccessful, Fun House developed a strong cult following. It is generally considered integral in the development of punk rock.

I dig it! Haven't given The Stooges much attention before, but clearly that's going to change. I enjoyed this album a lot, looking forward to hearing more.
Couldn't finish it. Starts off so strong with "Down on the Street" and then devolves into something a grade 8 basement band would create. Got part way through "TV Eye" and that was it. Earned its original poor reception and bad sales.
Fun early punk! A few songs I didn't care for but overall a good listen. And hard to believe it's from so long ago now.
Definitely not as bad as it could have been, reading about this album being the progenitor of punk (and I hate punk). The vocals were pretty horrible, the rest was fine, but nothing special.

It’s over in a blur. A flurry of raw aggressive playing and screeching vocals. If this is what the Stooges sounded like on record I can’t imagine what it would have been like to see them play live.

meh. did these guys pioneer cringe edgy lyrics lol. 'i'll stick it deep inside cause i'm loose' huh. i liked 'tv eye', though it made little sense to me. fourth track is okay as well, it's just the first two tracks i wasn't into, either that or i got into this record as it went, so i'll give this another listen to reevaluate. it's a short album anyway. i'm having so much fun now. i feel like this could very easily be grating but it's not annoying at all to me even with all the repetition and the screaming. i'm just in the perfect mood for it apparently. 3.5.

Enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. Expected a non-stop 90mph punk album, but it's a lot more melodic, plus the playing and production is spot on.

It's obvious from the first track that so many bands that followed them were influenced heavily by the Stooges. This album is raw and visceral. The feeling of this whole album is one of an amazing live show, where the power and emotion is front and center.
I could almost not believe Funhouse was released 50+ years ago, in 1970. The instrumentals are extremely tight and impressive, though T.V. Eye, 1970, and Fun House sound like they are stuck at half volume. It's a shame, because I especially enjoy the jazz elements on 1970. Besides the demonic screaming, wolfish howling and "umphs" sung by Iggy, there are enough juicy guitar riffs to appreciate. 3/5.

Started off strong, then just got annoying
Definitely ahead of its time. Got a little bit too repetitive at times, and the songs went on a little longer than they should've. But still impressive nonetheless.

I've never given this much of a chance in the past, but it is so much more interesting than Raw Power. It has a lean, menacing sound, and the addition of crazy jazz-rock saxophone adds a whole extra layer. Both this record and their debut have long, spacious tracks which complement the short, punchy ones. 4/5.

Proto-punk apparently. It doesn't actually really sound much like punk for the most part (see Dirt). It's probably considered punk because of the onstage peanut butter incident and the onstage bleeding and the smack. A lot of smack. Minus major punk points for Iggy supporting Reagan in the '80s though. So yeah, it is a dead good album in its own right but not as punk as The Ramones or The Sonics or Death or SHACK eating eggs from the bin.

Sorprendente disco de 1970. Hoy este tipo de rock duro puede parecernos normal, pero supongo que ese momento debía de ser la música salvaje. Están bien Down on the street, Loose o T.V. Eye. Pero vamos que se puede escuchar del tirón y disfrutar del conjunto.

I can totally imagine how powerful this would've sounded back in 1970. It sounds powerful and loud even today, so guess this was super heavy back in the day. Good, primal garage rock.
Well, I enjoyed this more than I expected to. I listened to it in the car with Luke and he was telling me how much he likes each song and all about it, which perhaps enhanced the experience. Apparently the classic Iggy Pop album. It was fun driving music I guess, but unlikely to listen again independently

Another interesting album. It came across with lots of early punk vibes with jazzy highlights. My first inclination was to give it 2 stars, as it's not really my jam, but there's an argument to be made for 3 stars given the release date. We all know what a terrible judge of music I am by this point though: 2 stars it is.
