One of the best voices in history. An amazing album showcasing an amazing talent. She is the Queen. ‘Nuff said.

What an album. Top to bottom just solid. Listening to this makes me sad as to what else she could have given the world if she had been alive longer. Amazing vocals, lyrically solid. Top to bottom great album.

The Dire Straits have always been near and dear to my heart. While this debut, self titled album is not my favorite work of theirs, there is no denying their unique sound a la The Allman Brothers or Chicago.
