Michael JacksonI mean…..greatest album ever???
I mean…..greatest album ever???
I love Radiohead. And this album is no exception. Haunting and beautiful. Perfect way to close out the work week.
You can definitely hear how this is a precursor to grunge. Always solid songwriting with Young.
Definitely eclectic, but also tells a good story. Musically similar but also dissimilar to their other work. Experimental, even for them.
Very reflective of the era it came out in. Joni Mitchell is one of great lyricists of all time and this shows here. Soul searching and soothing.
Very reflective of the era it came out in. Joni Mitchell is one of great lyricists of all time and this shows here. Soul searching and soothing.
One of the best voices in history. An amazing album showcasing an amazing talent. She is the Queen. ‘Nuff said.
What an album. Top to bottom just solid. Listening to this makes me sad as to what else she could have given the world if she had been alive longer. Amazing vocals, lyrically solid. Top to bottom great album.
What a great time. Johnny Cash is such a natural in front of a crowd. Not a long album but still as quality as it gets.
Someday she will be considered one of the greatest voices of all time. Right now, this is a beautiful album made specifically to help endure massive changes and heartache.
Very nostalgic and reminiscent of a time well before I was born. Very iconic songs and sound.
My question is, does he sound like that when he talks normally? Very specific era of music that has a “you know it when you see/hear it” vibe. Lots of nostalgia.
An album from the year I was born! What a unique sound. I wouldn’t be surprised if this kickstarter that whole style of music specific to that era. What a trip.
The Dire Straits have always been near and dear to my heart. While this debut, self titled album is not my favorite work of theirs, there is no denying their unique sound a la The Allman Brothers or Chicago.
Queen will always be one of my favorite bands. I could listen to this all day.
The image on this album cover is so evocative for the sound that you hear. I want to get in a fight at a bar now.
Never heard of this band before. Not being a big fan of jazz, I will certainly say that it was a lot of jazz. That is all.
Classic album. Really miss Lauryn Hill being in the music scene.
One of the best rock albums top to bottom. Period.
The word “seamless” comes to mind with this album. Always a classic. And you can hear the vitriol seethe in every chorus.
Led Zeppelin has always been one of the best. This album, however ran a little too long for my tastes. Give me Kashmir and I’m good.
Don’t have a lot to say about this one. Not really my sound.
That was……unique. It was as if Trent Reznor and Ross Geller were stuck in a room together and got bored. If you know you know.
Solid entry into the U2 vault. There’s a reason they’ve been around as long as they have.
I’ve heard a few of these songs before but never knew who they were by. Soothing, beautiful music.
One of my all time favorite albums from one of my all time favorite groups featuring one of my all time favorite songs.
Nobody can play the guitar like Eddie Van Halen. Solid album.
Very evocative of the era. But also a very different sound from earlier Monkees albums.

Well that was unexpected and unique. I didn’t even know this album existed. I have a very unique mindset that would accompany this album. That’s all I’ll say.
Nope. Did not care for that.
Classic album from my youth. Chris Cornell had one of the best voices in rock history.
Classic rock album. Such great songs.
Very similar sound throughout, but still very good overall.
Such an authentic and cool album. Johnny Cash is just cool. The end.
Fun to listen to, definitely hints of songs to come in future albums. Not my favorite of theirs, but still very good nonetheless.
Very reminiscent of the era, but also sounding like the beginning of the sounds of the aughts.
What a throwback to my youth. The energy on this album is unreal.
Another throwback. The riffs sound so simple, yet they make great memorable music.
Soothing folk music. And you know, Midnight Cowboy.
Smooth and pretty much perfect. I could listen to this all day.
Not my favorite album of theirs, but a solid outing that evokes self reflection.
Very fun album. Just a pinch before my time, but much appreciated nonetheless.
By the end, I felt like I was descending into a bad dream. Not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing, which is concerning.
Intense and adrenaline pumping.
Dark and brooding. Reminds me of every 80s vampire movie ever.
I’ve never listened to PJ Harvey so this was a pleasant surprise. Really enjoyed this.
I love Radiohead. And this album is no exception. Haunting and beautiful. Perfect way to close out the work week.
That played like a greatest hits album. Classic, classic album.
Some good songs, but you really have to be in the mood for techno, even slow techno.
My first album ever. Love it so much, beginning to end.
Not a huge jazz fan but that was surprisingly pleasant.

All the hits in one place. Classic.
Well. That was brief.
100% new to me. What an odd little journey of an album.

Gold ol’ Bob Dylan.
Heavy hitting and a lot of fun.
Fun punk album.

Nothing amazing. But not bad.
Interesting and fun album.

As with all Pink Floyd albums this one too is an experience.
One of, if not the favorite album of theirs for me behind maybe Let it Bleed. Great, great stuff.
One of the great R&B albums from that era.
Great blues album. All time great.
Not one of the greatest albums of all time, but a solid outing.
This album still hits. Totally forgot this wasn’t his debut album.
One of the all time greats. Love this album.
Vintage Clapton. A very good listen.
Unique for being one of the first rock operas, still managed to be over my head.
Great voice, but didn’t care for the songs.
Very reminiscent of the Vince Guaraldi Trio. Easy to listen to.
There is only one Frank Zappa. For ill or naught.
Everyone should listen to this at least once in their lives. Fantastic.
Huh. Neve knew Sepultura were Brazilian. Learn something new every day.

Very strong post-punk vibes. Creative album.
Long album(s) but still a great creative flex.

A definitively 80s album, but sometimes too repetitive.

Don’t have a lot to say about this album. Felt very mediocre to me.
Never been the biggest Bon Jovi fan, but the hit making on this album is undeniable.
Just now learning of the musical genre “cool jazz.” If anyone personifies that moniker, it would be Miles Davis.
That was something. But also, way too long. I couldn’t differentiate the songs from each other if I really had to.
So I’m going to be in the minority, but this is not my favorite Madonna album. Not quite sure why. Great songs on here though.
