Vissa ok låtar, men stör mig lite

Cha-cha-chaiiiin. Can any syllable boast so rich a contribution to music as “cha”? Aretha Franklin has the sort of voice that can give any syllable substance, form and impact – and there are some properly iconic songs on this record, big tug at the heart moments of musical history. Unfortunately, I feel a bit like those songs’ ubiquity distracts a bit from their effect; kind of precession of the simulacra style. It’s not much of a criticism, granted … but if I’m destined to be a link in a chain of fools then on my head be it!

Powerful voice. Enjoyable listening experience. Two songs stood above and sort of dwarf the others to me.

Oikein kiva

great for doing chores to

Enjoyable

great vocals and lyrics just not my vibe

The mood of the album was very enjoyable. Lovely songs.

Chain of Fools, Natural Woman

the problem with foundational artists is the fact everything builds on them means they can seem unoriginal, really solid album though. really like chain of fools and sweet sweet baby.

Iconic songs, but cannot stand them for too long

I liked this album. It wasn't fantastic or anything, but it was solid. Aretha Franklin is a fantastic vocalist (obviously). Actually a 3.5. Liked Songs: "Chain of Fools" , "Money Won't Change You" , "Niki Hoeky" , "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman" , "Good to Me as I Am to You" , "Come Back Baby"

Aretha is extremely talented. That said, I know this is from the 60s but there are some odd production choices. Like, why are the drums panned completely to the right? I felt off-balance the entire album. Overall, it's good. 3

I didn't think this would be for me. At this point the well-known songs are so well-known as to be a bit exhausted. (Chain of Fools, (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman) But some of the deep cuts had great musicianship and were good to hear.

# 386 : They've done a pretty decent job, it's a good album, it’s enjoyable and fun overall. Everybody loves this, but to me it is better then ok, but not 5 star material

Good smooth and happy

I liked this better than the other Aretha album we've had so far (I Never Loved A Man The Way I Love You). Feels like the Aretha I've come to expect - vibrant, powerful. I think the star tracks (Chain of Fools and A Natural Woman) are the clear standouts. 3.5/5 stars.

There were individual songs that I loved. But as a whole album there are a few dull parts. 3.5/5

Preferred the set of songs on the other Aretha album I had. Still very nice though.

undoubtedly fire but not really my thing once more

Some solid old school R&B!

Ah.. The late great Urethra Franklin... It is her shoulders that which all these young talented black female singers stand upon today. Without her, the likes of Beyonce & Misha B would be on street corners, wafting their snatches about for a spare bit of coin from strangers and dirty married men with sneaky habits. Her voice is sensational, of that there is no doubt. The epitome of Soul. BUT... She did steal her hairstyle from Amy Winehouse, and maybe even Marge Simpson the way it's all curly. That's enough about the woman though, how about this album...? Iconic. So many songs on here I knew just from growing up and hearing so infrequently but so consistently that it made it feel like new music that I could sing along to, which made it very enjoyable. That could also be to its detriment though, as not much of it surprised me, so it felt rather run of the mill. If I could give half stars, this would've been 3.5, but I can't, so I'm sorry Urethra, but your piss bag name is enough to make me round you down to 3 stars here. P.S. Seal's version of 'People Get Ready' is way better.

What a beautiful powerful voice. I love this genre but for some reason the songs here don't grab me. Chain of Fools is the front runner, but the others don’t do much for me.

There’s no doubt Aretha can sing and she has a very powerful voice. I just didn’t really get into this album, just didn’t quite enjoy it as much as I was hoping I might.

Another person I've never really listened to before, but this album was a vibe. So soulful and beautiful.

Pretty good Aretha record. I already like Chain of Fools and Natural Woman, but I've never heard her version of Groovin' before. I don't really reach for soul records often, but it's for sure one I wouldn't turn down if it came on. 3.25/5

Pretty good stuff. Not really my gendre, but she's good. I was grooving. 3.49/5

She’s a true classic

Qua album heb ik deze liever dan "I Never Loved a Man the Way I Love You", die ik reeds eerder moest beoordelen.

I love Aretha Franklin and this album is great. (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman might just be my favorite song of hers of all time. There are some other moments here but also some forgettable songs too. Overall, the album is great to showcase her amazing talent, but as an album, it's good but not great.

A fun listen. She sure can sing

I cant argue soul is the most technically advanced genre This is still a serious groove

Eh, It's just a soul album

Niet mijn stijl

Aretha had a way of eliciting hope even when she was singing of pain. Her voice was very powerful, and this album is a good demonstration of her range. Respect.

A classic R&B album Lady Soul herself- Aretha Franklin. Some forever classics on this record.

Similar to the other Aretha album I ranked. Heavenly voice but I don't connect with it. I find this record however better. Livelier maybe?

Pretty Good stuff. If you like that stuff.

equal parts intensity and femininity. what a voice. they didn’t call her the queen of soul for nothing. highlights: “chain of fools” “(you make me feel) like a natural woman” “ain’t no way”

Okay album, some good moments but I was bored by some songs.

Lady has the soul. Good record!

Has some classics - natural woman and chain of fools are fire. But i wasn’t into anything else.

I wonder what she would sound like with modern recording gear/techniques. It's impressive how good she sounds when it seems like it was recorded through a cardboard tube from two rooms over. Assuming this was originally Mono and converted to Stereo, it's interesting how they split between left-ear right-ear so definitively. Modern music generally only requires one earbud in. Basslines are fire. Fav Track: Niki Hoeky

War nicht meins aber ist okay

Such a powerful and soulful voice. Some timeless classics in there. I’d definitely listen to some of these tracks again, some stood out a lot more than others though. Highlights: Niki Hoeky Come Back Baby

Always good to hear a legend in a music style that I don't typically like. Soulful (surprise) voice and music that did not detract from this.

Not as good as last Aretha but solid all the way through

This is good! Classic! I feel like once I get older I can appreciate this a lot more.

A classic. Hard not to like Aretha! Shaped my date night music on Friday night.

Got some pipes

the bass on come back baby is fantastic

Pretty cool. Gotta respect Aretha's tunes. 6/10

Perhaps surprising as a big Aretha fan but I’m not crazy about this record. The recording quality isn’t great, which deadens her vocal performance, and I don’t feel as if her range was well utilized. Second half is stronger than the first and there are def a few classics though. Listened to: on LVRT. Favorite tracks: People Get Ready, A Natural Woman, Good to Me as I am to You, Chain of Fools

Pretty good

Aretha is great and her versions of songs usually beat the original.

Pretty good! Nothing I'll ever listen to again, but great vocals. 3.4

No big standouts, but it's Aretha. Its great

I enjoyed this. Didn't overstay it's welcome like some of these older soul records do. Could probably have listened to at least another half record of this. Nice.

7/26/24. The Queen of Soul! Love her voice and music.

I like Chain of Fools, (Sweet Sweet Baby) Since You’ve Been Gone; I kind of like Come Back Baby

Great album by Aretha. More upbeat than the other one I recently heard on this list. 3.5/5 Might listen again

enjoyable

forgettable

Um, she’s got a pretty amazing voice. Don’t know if anyone had said that yet. I’ve never listened to Aretha Franklin outside of movie trailers and commercials, I guess, so it was nice to actually listen for listening’s sake. Might revisit this one. Nothing helpful to add.

#51 - Legendary voice and decent songs!

Beautiful gowns

A good, classic album with a few standout tracks. Chain of fools is always great and A Natural Woman was a great surprise. 3/5

Goodish

Some great songs but not sure I’ll listen to it again

Chain of fools 8.5/10 Money won’t change you 5/10 People get ready 5/10 Niki hoeky 8/10 You make me feel like a natural woman 9.5/10 Sweet sweet baby since you’ve been gone 7/10 Good to me as I am to you 7/10 Come back baby 7.5/10 Groovin’ 6/10 Ain’t no way 9/10

Fanáticos

Really enjoyed this, another great Aretha album.

As the title says it's soul - not one of my usual 'go-to' genres - but pleasant enough. Not good, not bad imho.

Solid album. Lots of hits and classics. I need to catch up so my reviews can be better.

3.75 stars. Beautiful soulful voice!

Great voice and bluesy feel. Great opener in Chain of Fools.

cool. 3.4/5 listened 1x

Big lady sing song good

This is maybe not the thing I’m supposed to take away from an Aretha album but I really liked the harmonies

A bit too Jesus-y for me at times, but she's got pipes and knows how to use them

first listen

Ain't No Way.

Very talented lady of soul. Classics all around, I enjoyed it. Interesting version of People Get Ready. Chain Of Fools and Natural Woman were my picks.

This is the type of record that I know is good and deserving of respect. But I don't like soul music. That said, giving it less than a 3 is allowing my personal taste to creep in too much.

Iconic, high energy singles, but I found it hard to listen to a full album.

Not for me

This was pretty good but my main gripe with it was just how short the songs were. It didn’t really give me time to get into them and meant the whole album just kind of came and went. The one exception was ain’t no way which I found a little boring. 60s soul also doesn’t overly interest me to begin with but the songs were catchy and I could get behind a lot of them.

First Impressions: Incredible vocals. A case where the mono recording really helps the the backing vocals are amazing as well. 7.5/10 Standout Tracks: People Get Ready Good to Me as I Am to You Groovin Aint No Way Chain of Fools

Full of soul and good tunes.

I can understand why people like the genre. But it's still not my jam.

Enjoyable listen, amazing vocals, not my cup of tea.

Nice easy listening

Clearly an exceptional voice, a talented band, and timeless classics. Prefer to listen to the songs individually amongst other singers rather than the full album in one go. Found the pitch of her voice too intense in some parts.

She preachin

For being so famous, it wasn't as soulful or memorable as I thought it would be. 3.5 stars

Gotta give Aretha her respect, but most of the start of this album is very bland. However my favourite tracks were the last two. 3.1/5

Tiukasti 3/5 On se 3,7/5

Felt very samey but chains stuck out to me

It was good, I recognized a few songs, but it just wasn’t the kind of music I like.

What a voice !

Incredible voice. Chain of Fools and You Make Me Feel are incredible songs. My fave from this listen is Niki Hoeky such a different fun wacky vibe.

Album title says it all minus one thing: Queen of Soul.

I don't know if any more of her albums are on this list, so even though it's not on this album I gotta make hay while the sun is shining on my incredibly original take: Aretha Franklin's sure got my R-E-S-P-E-C-T

Couple of hits. Very talented singer.

The Queen of Soul comes out swinging with "Chain of Fools" and never let's up. This is a solid album with little filler.

So much soul.

Very nice :)

Pretty solid album, nice morning vibes.

A pretty good album from a legendary singer, what more needs to be said?

There's not much I can say about this classic R&B. It's just plainly enjoyable.

nice and groovy but not really my favorite style of music best known: chain of fools

Amazing voice, iconic. Good album too.

What a powerhouse of a singer! I really appreciate when talented people also write their own songs, but to read that she gave most of the musical direction is equally as impressive to me. I may have to revisit this album to pick out some knew karaoke tracks for my repertoire.

This album is funky. With catchy choruses and wild multi-octave singing, this album is one of a kind. The instruments that back the vocals are also great, with funky rhythms that remind me of classic soul and R&B. While this is not usually my go to when I want to listen to music, it was still good. It was fun to listen to something I never would have listened to otherwise.

No-one who has any musical appreciation at all can doubt that this is an exceptional album and I would defend it as such. Aretha Franklin is one of the best female vocalists ever. The problem I have is that whilst I appreciate soul music and understand why millions if not billions love that music, I don’t. Yes I enjoyed the 30 minutes or so listening to this album from start to finish and there will be other occasions when I listen but I would never choose to do so if I was to sit down and think of an album I really want to listen to. Maybe I don’t have ‘soul’ but I would love to hear Aretha sing “Suppers Ready” or “21st Century Schizoid Man”. Imagine that if that’s not sacrilege? Feel as though I should give it 5 but to be true to the assessment system I have developed over the time of doing this can only go with a 2.5. But because it is regarded by others better qualified than I as the greatest album of all time, I will round it up to 3.

A little caterwaul-y at points but I liked it otherwise

Buena música!

Liked it more than expected. Groovy, just can't help but dig it.

Aretha Franklins great and I enjoy all the songs but as an album it felt something was missing. Would just listen to individual songs as opposed to the whole album

Great album

It was fine. +1 star for horns

my before hand thoughts- no i am absolutely not listening to this. i'm about to pull up the album on my computer. anddd now it's playing. i don't really know what to say about aretha franklin- like it's fucking aretha franklin i can't talk shit on her but this is not my type of music... this is grandma black church radio music. so i do not think i will make it past the first three tracks. of course i appreciate soul music but i would never listen to it on my own. i think it's very satisfying to listen to. but after this first track, i think i might have to turn it off. i can't listen to too much of this at once not something i would ever really listen to... beautiful voice though! thank you 🎀

Aretha Franklin’s voice has always amazed me, but Lady Soul really drives home just how untouchable she was at this point in her career. From the very first note, the album feels confident, powerful and completely in control. There is that unmistakable Northern Soul energy running through it, but it is balanced with real emotional depth. She can sound defiant and gritty one moment, then tender and vulnerable the next. The band grooves effortlessly behind her, but it is always her voice that commands your attention. Every phrase feels lived in, every note deliberate. What stands out most is how timeless it sounds. These are not just great soul songs, they are performances that still feel alive decades later. There is not a weak moment here. It flows beautifully from start to finish and never dips in quality. Favourite song: Chain of Fools. A gritty, infectious groove that captures Aretha’s raw power and charisma perfectly. Least favourite song: None. Every track earns its place. Album artwork: Stylish and era defining. It matches the confidence and class of the music inside.

Whatever

Just classic really.

Like what it says on the tin

Groovy like the vibes. This is not my usual style of music I would listen very jazzy, soulful and funky. Already knew songs chain of fools and (you make me feel like) a natural woman. They are great

Obviously a classic, iconic songs. Maybe didn't gel with me, but glad to have listened to it

Vanvittig stemme og fed lyd!

Listened Before? N What can I say about her that hasn't been said before? I've never listened to this beginning to end but it was really good and has a lot more peppy songs than I thought. I enjoyed it. Added to Library? N Songs added to playlist: Chain of Fools

Not necessarily my cup of tea, but I respect the vocal chops a lot, and I appreciate the succinct nature of the album. Nothing overstayed its welcome. Fav tracks: Chain of Fools, Money Won't Change You

Well, after 45 albums, I have finally hit my first repeat artist that being Aretha Franklin with Lady Soul. And i believe it is a step above I Have Never Loved a Man the Way I Love You. The songs had more energy and were a bit more fun to listen to. Aretha's singing has also shown improvement from this album. Yeah, I think this album is pretty good. Best Song: Come Back Baby Worst Song: Chain of Fools

Var et par kjente sanger: Chain of Fools, (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman og Since you've been gone

Decent for what I listened to

Not really my cup of tea but hugely influential of course

Queen!

Queen of soul. Ce serait pas mon <<go to>>, mais je comprends pourquoi c'est une légende. Quelle voix pour les années 60.

Tolle Stimme

i mean yeah come on. just the voice alone is worth it.

What a voice - famously. I think it's a product of the era, but always a bit disappointed when a good song ends with a fade-out. An actual ending would be so much better to Chain of Fools for example. Pretty good overall, but expected more tbh.

Aika tuommoista perus soul musiikkia.

Dommage !

It's good but it's no I Never Loved A Man The Way I Love You

About what I expected, but good.

setting aside the shade aimed at the rap queen nicki minaj and offering a respectful assessment, i find her album to exhibit a commendable sonic quality; it provides an enjoyable auditory experience, thanks to her vocal performances and captivating rhythmic elements

Like yeah, its Aretha so ofcourse its good... But this record has very clear highlights (which are amazing) which makes it so that the deeper cuts dont feel that special anymore. Still essential ofcourse, but as a full album listen, i dont think i will return to it much, ill just listen to my favorite songs from it instead.

Yeh she's a great singer but this isn't my kind of music, I can see the appeal though.

Pretty good stuff.

Couldn’t get into it

One of the top queens of soul/R&B. Defined an era. Great sound. Powerhouse, but a little yell-y.

Super fint album.

Solid music for the soul.

Not my type of music, but cannot dislike this goddess of soul

I liked this now!

Decent, great voice and band, lovely bass

First side wasn't really my thing, but a couple of tracks on the second side were working for me. Come Back Baby and Groovin'. Ain't No Way as well. Growing on me.

this is not my genre at all, but Aretha is crazy talanted. amazing voice, powerful singing and overall, very good album, just hard for me to enjoy, sadly. my favorite song from here is Come Back Baby.

Aretha's "I Never Loved A Man The Way I Loved You" was the second album this site generated for me. It was also the first 3 star rating. As soon as I was generated this album I knew it was going to be another 3 stars. Actually, I prefer the earlier Aretha album. This one not only doesn't have "Respect" on the track list, but overall is just less interesting. She has less writing credits (I think just one track, which wasn't even a particularly good song), and although she makes a few nice cover choices, overall I wasn't won over. You can't technically fault this, though, which was why I couldn't bring myself to give it a 2.

Lady Soul.

she’s brilliant and i wanted to like it way more than i did. what an incredible voice she has! i just didn’t have much fun listening to it.

Too old timey for me

The Queen of Soul - lets see what its all about then!

It’s good but I’m not a fan.

Simply wonderful! Aretha is fantastic and the songwriting is really lovely at times. can get a bit samey but the highs are really high. best tracks: chain of fools, a natural born woman, people get ready

Went pretty hard actually

a lot of classic songs i recognize and enjoy

never listened to this album and it's actually pretty good

aretha franklin is a legend

good, it does not include any of my most liked songs of hers but it is still amaying, aretha has an amazing voice that just send you so much energy, love her

Soulful classic

Decent listen but all blended together.

Go on Aretha

Aretha sounds good.

All damn day.

Some bangers, lyrics sometimes outdated

Legend, but just a couple of her most legendary tracks on this one, as is usually the case

Aretha is great, but as an album this left me a bit cold for some reason

Lovely voice, some great musicianship. A few groovy bass licks. Not 100% for me but definitely one of the best and dynamic vocal ranges I've heard

"Chain of fools", "People get ready" o "(You make me feel like) a natural woman".

This was a shame to be honest, was looking forward to it but it just didn’t grab me like I wanted it to. Another one I’ll chalk up as bang average.

3.5/5 Great

Personally I prefer her album "Aretha Now" from the same year, but there are no faults to find with this work, except that the original mix isn't that great, even with the remastered version, some of the hard panning is a little hard on the ears when listening on headphones. Aretha kills it as always though. 3 foolish chain links out of 5 ⛓️⛓️⛓️

Unbelievable voice. Decent cover of A Natural Women (though in my opinion not as good as King's), but got a bit bored through bits of the album

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I liked it a lot. Unfortunately on first listen the rest of the songs besides chain of fools and (You make me feel like) a natural woman kinda fell to the wayside and weren't super memorable. They were still good, but nothing I'd come back to. I'll give it another listen and see if that holds up though. Yeah on second listen I can appreciate the other songs more and they don't all blend together as much, but it doesn't bump it up to a 4 for me. There are so many 4's I regret giving. Pity me.

Obviously we all know “Chain of Fools” and “Natural Woman”, so I’m looking for substance between the hits. Also, a transgender organization just tried to cancel “Natural Woman” for saying it’s offensive. Then, people thought they were joking, but they said they were being serious. Then, after more backlash, they claimed they were a satire group. When stuff like that happens, I just try to picture a board room, where people vote on whether or not to forget what they stand for, so as to save their own skin. How spineless are these people? And how angry do people get when their colleagues act spineless? Wasn’t a huge fan of her “People Get Ready” cover. Actually it grew on me. I liked it after reslistening. All in all, it was just okay. Not my favorite Aretha album, but she’s a beast obviously. A Natural Woman is so so good.

Rolling Stone Magazine recently listed the top 200 singers of all time, guess who was number 1? There’s no doubt that Aretha is a force of nature, possessing a truly powerful yet soulful voice. Lots of hits here, but it’s too bad that most of them are covers. If she wrote more of her own material she would have gotten more stars from me.

Aretha was a great artist. The first song of this album "Chain of fools" is perfect. I like also "Since you've been gone".

It was okay, not super big on this genre of music

On sillä upee ääni.

Enjoyed it!

Meh. I recognized 3 songs, and another two (people get ready) that I had heard more popular versions of by other artists. Not sure if they were written by Aretha or if she actually had covers on this 1968 album? I also noticed some rough mixing of the vocals on a few tracks. Not the best recording. But her voice was outstanding and she is the “Queen of Soul” for a reason.

I respect, but really don't enjoy this album.

Absolutely outstanding vocals and will probably grow on me as I get more familiar with the genre.

If I were to give this 4 stars, it would be because this is a powerful creation from a powerful woman, not because I like the music that much. Musically speaking, I don't mind the album but it's clearly not my cup of coffee. Obviously, Natural Woman and Chain of Fools are standouts.

One of the most iconic voices of all time.Strong. Powerful. Commanding. You never have to ask, "is that Aretha?"

It was okay

hmmmmmmmm 3/5

i know i'm 3/5 right now, but i suspect after another listen or two this is gonna be a four

Very good soul album. Not my favorite from Aretha, but her voice and style is still amazing in this record as well!

Pretty good, overall gotta say I like it despite not being a fan of soul music

Some bangers

There are some smash hits that stand through time. Chain of Fools opening an album can't be beat.

She has a great voice. I just don't think i'd listen to this again.

Great Morning Start!

Best Song: (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman. The most impressive vocal performance on the album, paired well with powerful but sweetly romantic lyrics. Worst Song: Niki Hoeky. Just felt like more of a standard R&B song that didn't take advantage of Franklin's vocal abilities. Overall: Obviously she has a strong and icon voice, and there is an offering of great R&B cuts here, but it also feels a bit more upbeat and (dare I say) disco-adjacent than the soulful stuff I was expecting.

decent.

I enjoyed this. There were some classic tracks although I prefer some other versions of the songs but there’s no disputing that she had a soulful, powerful voice. High 3*

Probably slightly buoyed by a poor run recently. This was enjoyable enough.

what a voice ay

It’s good for what it is.

decent album great voice she is called the queen of soul for a reason

Bombastic and big- fun and funky grooves. Didn’t listen the whole way intently so could go again

Good stuff, good voice

pretty good imo

People get ready

she has an amazing voice of course but her style of music has never really appealed to me. she has a flow of words that’s beautiful but just not my fave.

Most of the absolute classics on this one. The arrangements do tend to get a bit repetitive, but even then I wish some of the tracks were longer here - Franklin knows how to write a damn catchy verse.

Great easy music to put on.

It was fine. A bit all over the place and I’ve heard these songs so much they didn’t really make an impression.

Aretha Franklin in her usual blues/gospel mode. Solid enough, but lacks variation. 3/5.

OK. Chain of Fools is a jam, of course. Otherwise, competent but conservative.

Schön. Aber viel Geschreie.

Great soul music, made me feel like a natural listener.

The singles from this album are absolutely amazing. Great vocals, guitars horns. Most of the other songs are pretty unremarkable

fine album, not really my thing but some hits and decent covers

“American history wells up when Aretha sings” - President Obama

1968. A Natural Woman, Since You've Been Gone

Her voice soars on every song.

Some of these were okay, but it got old

An absolute classic, brilliant

Pretty good! 2RS

Guter Soul ohne Frage.

What a voice and though it’s something I would never think to listen to, there are plenty of tracks I liked.

A lovely dose of soul

Great stuff

good vibes

Amazing

Nice little album this

Great singer. Powerful and heart-felt songs. Enjoyed listening to this album.

It's alright, just perhaps a little bland for the genre. For example I enjoy Nina Simone a lot more because of the great piano playing, and I enjoy Isaac Hayes more because of the excellent instrumentals, this just doesn't have enough to offer musically

3.5/5 nice songs, I'll have to relisten

What a voice

Solid/Souful album

Very much a product of its time. Some tracks, like Chain of Fools, Natural Woman, and Good to Me... break away from it and are standouts, but overall it's a very good representation of it's era. Glad I listened, but not sure I'll return to it in the future.

Nothing spectacular but a few popular gems

This was nice and good

Court, quelques belles chansons.

enjoyed

ok, kinda samey whole way, very good though at its core

Fav Song: (Sweet Sweet Baby) Since You've Been Gone

Obviously her talent is now a part of American lore, but imagine being around in the 60s and hearing Aretha Franklin for the first time. I don't think I'd know what to do with myself.

Aretha is the Queen no doubt. Just not my favorite album of this period.

A good three stars but ultimately not more

Pretty good

I don't really care about this sort of stuff. But it's kinda dated to the point it's all Kmart jingles in 2021 and they get stuck in your head for weeks at a time anyway. 3/5.

Im sure people love this album, but it just not something I would really ever listen to. Just not my cup of tea. Can def see the appeal

Favorite song: (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman

Not my type I guess

Didn’t grip us

One good song, but 4/10 album for me

5/10 Great voice, a great album for lounging at home. But, its not really a favourite of mine
