Not really what I had in mind for the top 1001 albums

Nothing more rock n roll than marrying your 13 year old cousin at the age of 22

I can hear how this influenced bands I like today which is cool. Didn't know this was the Come On Eileen band. 4/5

If I took a hit of acid and put on Aumgn there is no telling where I would end up. 5/5

I can see how this is a seminal album in the hip hop genre, but its not my favorite. There is a style of hip hop just after this in the later 90's that I like more. The beats are simpler and more jazz influenced and the rap has a little more rhythm. Shut em down was my favorite on the album. 3.5 / 5

It was really good, probably ahead of its time, but too mellow throughout for me. 3/5

Its hard for me to give jazz albums more than a 3 because my setting is key to my enjoyment, but in a on-the-laptop-at-work context I'm loving these jazz albums. 3/5 except when at work 5/5.

I like the new direction Blur went on this record. This along with Parklife are probably their best albums. I would say something like 3.7 but gonna round up because Blur is awesome. 4/5

There are bands I listen to today that have this same rambling style such as The War on Drugs, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, Courtney Barnett etc. Never listened to a ton of Bob Dylan, but its cool to hear his influence on music I listen to today. 3/5

I enjoyed this a lot more than I was expecting. Some of the songs on this album are so smooth and infectious. The songs People Everyday, Natural, and Washed Away really stuck out to me. That said, some other songs don't hold up to father time. Thinking of Children Play With Earth thru Give A Man A Fish. 3/5

Love The Smiths. The latter part of the album is not my favorite, but the rest more then makes up for it. Great album to go out on.. 4/5

Love this album and its clever use of samples. Ground breaking stuff at the time, but it just drags on a little too much for me in some places. A Different Feeling into Electricity is the best part of this album. 4.5 but cant get to 5. So 4/5
