Good music. Lots of covers so was familiar, but maybe more originals would have been better.
The language and topics were too much, but if I could ignore that, I actually enjoyed the music.
I knew the popular ones here and generally liked the album. By the end I was a little tired of it though.
Fun songs, makes you want to dance even if you don't like to dance.
I own this one on vinyl. Many of the songs are played on the radio, so it's very familiar, but still excellent.
This was pleasant enough but a little dreary.
Good reggae. Some serious topics that I've not heard or at least haven't registered to me in my previous limited exposure to reggae.
This was pretty good. It felt a little repetitive, but generally I liked it.
I hadn't heard of this band before. They sound similar to other early punk bands to me.
I've heard probably half of these songs. Not really my type of music, but Adele has a great voice and I mostly like the songs fine. I did find the general tone a little sad and depressing though.
Really liked some of it, the rest not very much. Mixed bag for me.
Wow, I am quite surprised I liked this one. It was not what I was expecting and I liked it. Good variety of genres. Only thing I'd say is it got a little long by the end.
I generally like nine inch nails pretty well. This didn't catch me on a day when I was in the mood I guess, as I didn't enjoy it that much.
Not surprisingly liked this one. Enjoyed pretty much all the songs.
This was okay but not what I expected from Iggy Pop. The Bowie influence was clear here.
I hadn't heard of this band, though it looks like I should have. This is the third or fourth punk band it's picked lately. It was fine but didn't stand out to me.
This was weird. I listened to the whole thing but did not enjoy much of it.
Liked this much more than I expected. In fact I really liked it!
I've tried to get into Nirvana but it's never really clicked. This album was just okay for me.
Just can't get into it. It's almost like ambient music. Not unpleasant.
Good album. I like the Kinks but am not too familiar with their discography or many of these songs.
I like The Band, in moderation. I think I've listened to this one before. Pretty nice.
I knew some of these songs. Some I knew their version, others are covers. Great voice, but not really my style, though the couple of big hits I enjoy for nostalgic reasons I guess.
Never heard of this band but I was impressed. Not crazy about the singer. Reminded me of violent femmes but for some reason I didn't care for the voice here.
This is not like what I've heard from Beck. It's very mellow but sad and dreary. Would have to be in the right mood to listen again.
It's Frank, so pretty good! Not many songs I know but enjoyable enough.
Some classics here, love White Rabbit.
This was generally good but the songs seemed very similar. The vocals were a bit muddled for my taste.
Not a big country fan, but I enjoyed it for the most part.
Listened to this many times at the end of high school. Great album.
Not much of a rap fan. I think I liked b.i.g. a little better though.
Never listened to this whole album before but have intended to. Like it.
This was a bit mellower than the earlier rap albums I've listened to.
This was pleasant enough, but had some unexpected murder ballads (now I know what that is).
Never heard of him but this was pretty good guitar and singing.
I like this band, though a full album is probably more than I need at a time.
I'm not a huge CCR fan but I know and like a lot of these songs.
Some of the songs weren't available on spotify. What I listened to was pleasant but not that memorable to me.
I really liked most of this. The double album made it a bit long.
I had listened to this before. It's not bad but doesn't really grab me. Very cool he created this so near the end of his life though.
I remember some of these songs. Pretty tame rap these days.
I liked this album. Heard of it before but didn't ever listen.
This was better than most of the hip hop I've listened to. There is some variety and other genres explored.
I recently started liking The Cure and other similar acts, but I found this overall a little dreary. Not sure if it was just this album or just too much in one sitting.
Haven't listened to them much. Good jam band SF vibe.
This didn't inspire me. I like some Temptations stuff but I guess it's older than this.
Interesting. Generally liked, though a little depressing.
This was pretty cool. Was not familiar with this bandleader.
This is a classic and I don't think I'd ever listened to it! It was good as I expected.
I thought I would like this better but it just didn't grab me.
I like Kiss just fine, never a big fan. This had a few good ones though.
I never liked Anthrax growing up, but recently I've heard some that were pretty good. I did enjoy this album for the most part.
This was enjoyable. I remember some of these songs. Nothing new really grabbed me but it was fine.
I don't know enough to judge the quality of a jazz piano performance but I really enjoyed it.
I liked a few of the songs quite a bit but the double album was a little long.
Own this one so I obviously like it!
Generally liked this. A couple songs were a bit dreary though.
I like this pretty well, and already knew some of the songs. Interesting backstory on this that I wasn't aware of.
This was a little milder than I was expecting. It was not bad overall.
I own this on CD. Like the variety of styles, it's good!
Nirvana-esque, especially the unintelligible vocals. Pretty guitar focused which I liked though.
This was pleasant and pretty interesting, though I probably wouldn't listen again.
I've listened to this before, and I'm mixed on it. There is some good stuff but it's also quite long.
This was a little dreary for many songs. Also spotify didn't have all the songs. I preferred the first Big Star album.
Some of this was pretty good. Didn't love it but decent.
I liked this better than Kid A, but just can't seem to get into Radiohead for some reason.
This is a classic but has never been my favorite Zep album.
I enjoyed this one. None of the songs were that memorable to me but overall it was good.
This has a lot of hits. Didn't realize they were all from this album. Actually enjoyed this probably much out of nostalgia.
Some classic songs here and overall enjoyed it.
This was fine. It's just not the type of music that grabs me and makes me want to listen, but it was pleasant to listen to.
I liked this. I've never been a big fan of Get It On but I've recently doing I like a lot of their other music.
Own this one! Especially side 1 is great.
This felt like background music to me. Not bad but not very engaging.
I liked this better than the one I listened to earlier in the list. Seemed more uptempo.
We listen to quite a few of these every Christmas.
I'm not a big Dylan fan but I did like this.
This was a little dreary. I preferred the one a little while ago with more "swinging" tunes.
I enjoyed this. Still pretty mellow but better than later era Rod.
This was interesting in that this influenced a lot of folk music I guess. I enjoyed it for the most part.
Pleasant voice, some songs I know. Not bad.
This was pretty good. There are a couple of my favorite Elvis songs here.
I have/had (not sure which) this on CD but don't think I ever really listened much. This was generally pretty good, I enjoyed it.
Good album, brings me back to high school.
I'm not a big Dylan fan but I liked this one. Has probably my favorite of his, Tangled Up In Blue.
I liked the first half better, which is surprising since I really like Hey Ya. Overall was just okay and clearly too long.
I liked the first half. The second half was a little slower going.
This was weird. I actually really liked the music, the vocals, etc. The topic really made it hard to totally enjoy though, so I can't see listening again.
This has the Bon Jovi songs I like so this was actually enjoyable.
This was not unpleasant but really felt like just ambient music. Kind of a waste of my listening time.
This was good. Mostly happy enjoyable stuff.
I just heard of this folk group. This was pretty decent but didn't seem like something I'll remember a week from now
Early liked the first couple songs. The rest wasn't as memorable but perhaps I was distracted while listening.
This was even better than I remember it being.
I enjoyed this but it isn't something I feel is listen to repeatedly.
This was more interesting historically than anything, but I generally did enjoy it.
Wow lots of good ones on here.
No problem with this but I don't love it. I remember the hits when it came out and as then, it's fine but meh.
Last song wasn't available but this was pretty good. First half was pleasant ambient, second half more rock.
