Is this supposed to make me feel depressed?
No. everything from the deliberately difficult to understand vocals, slow as possible song openings to even the album work with the sketch on a book of a crying person everything screams "I'm misunderstood and special, not like the rest of the world". The music itself is Radiohead at their worst, dull and depressing while still being impenetrable.
This is such a quiet album barely anything cool goin on. Sounds like “music of the future”
Not a fan. I really feel bad for this guy because he seems really upset about everything.

Not for me. Music is rather 'out there'.
