It sounded....old. I like all the quick songs, the Beatles sound and all. Probably wouldn't listen to it again. Looking forward to whatever is next :)

Dense. He’s awesome. Long album, over 70 minutes. The blacker the berry got my attention. Need to hear more of his stuff.

It was definitely an album that was meant to be listened to completely as no song stuck out. His speaking rapping and singing voices are all so different. He’s talented but this didn’t grab me.

Don't think I ever heard the whole (double) album. Bloated and awesome but rambling at times. Thought I'd love it more.

I never heard of them at all. Very British! Can hear the Beatles influence.....almost like a poor mans Oasis (without the catchy pop tunes). The album was pretty good. Nothing stood but I didn't feel the urge to FF any of the songs.

One long beautiful dream scape....I couldn't get thru it. Sounded like a soundtrack for a stunning visual IMAX movie. Good background music for doing something.....

If I were to have heard any of these songs by themselves as part of a mix, I may ask who was singing. Listening to these songs one after another was just too much melodic electronica....not bad per se, just not my thing.

Love Paul Simon. Never heard this album. No major hits and some stinkers but undeniably talented and some decent song writing. Was ok at best.

I am not sure why this album was included. Unremarkable. Musicians were fine, his voice is good and unique, songs were meh at best. One Hit Wonder band for a reason.

Wow what an album. 8 songs and 4 all timers (Thunderoad, ten ave freezeout, Born to Run and Jungleland). In 40 minutes no less!!

I did not see this one coming! Awesome album beginning to end. Even the ludicrous 12 minute Outro was good. Highly produced and highly enjoyable.

Did not expect to like it. Sounded like it was from the 60's. Heavy Beatles influence, even heard some Pink Floyd hints in there. There She Goes is a huge hit that I never could have told you who wrote/performed and when. Pretty solid.

Not a fan of Tom Petty. No denying the greatness of his bangers Breakdown and American Girl. The rest just kinda stinks to me. 10 songs in 30 minutes is just odd too.

1962!! Never knew the name of Green Onions (song or album) or Booker T & the MGs but clearly they were influential artists. Rockin soulful organ and beautiful instrumentals. The album just felt important. Really good.

Nope. 2 hours and 40 minutes of 69 unremarkable songs. Scanned a few, couldn't be bothered. Not sure why its here.

Good. Well produced. Smooth. Nothing jumped out. If asked, I may have thought it was Crosby Stills and Nash.

Green Light is a banger! Couple other decent tunes but nothing close. Wish I liked it more.

Unreal that this isn't a greatest hits album. It was their 11th studio album too! Crazy. 7 of the 11 are certified bangers, the other 4 are good too (just slower). An easy 5. Gotta be one of the best albums ever.

Surprised by how much I liked it. Songs are fast and just really good. Knew almost Al of them. No one has played piano quite like him

Outstanding album. What an album is supposed to be. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

With the exception of Blitzkrieg Pop they kinda stink in a very endearing way. Songs are short and repetitive and simple and ok. It’s like a 2.5 with one banger so I’ll round up.

Couple of notable bangers....the rest is repetitive electronica/rap/groove/machine beats. I wouldn't seek it out, but didn't hate it. I thought Fatboy Slim was a person - guess not :)

Thing called Love is one of my favorite tunes. The rest of the album was pretty good not great. can’t tell if it’s a parody album just a modern day take on screaming metal either way it’s fun

1958! Johnny Cash-like. Dunno if he was an influence or this was just the style of play of the day. I'm guessing the "Ramblin" is his story telling. Enjoyable, different.

If I were to walk into a bar in Nashville and she was singing, it would be an awesome night....otherwise this music style just does not fit in my listening life.

So cool that this was the first post-Nirvana album that he wrote/reordered entirely alone. First 3 songs are bangers....never heard most if not all of the rest of the album. Solid

Sounded like a parody album of what country music should be. Guitar playing was good.

Awesome taking a deeper dive into a band that I thought I knew. They are masters of their unique sound and style. No better band for high intensity workouts. This music has a time and place.....my office desk is not one of them.

She's so much more than just a rapper. Great voice, very good songs, even beyond the ones I already knew (The Rain, Sock it To me). Great featured guests that added to her songs, didn't take away. Well produced. I don't know that I would ever put it on, I just know I wouldn't run Missy Elliott off.

It sounds like Bsides off of a weak Beach boys album. Maybe a hint of the Doors in there or some Mamas and the Papas. None of it really grabbed me though.

This is just top tier....even re-listening impartially. Easy 5 stars.

Very good album with a couple bangers! So many different styles. Her voice is one of a kind, the band is very good and you can hear how influential she was…the GoGos, the Bangles, the punk, the disco. Not sure I would just put it on tho.

40+ songs, 2 hours of quality dated Beatlesque music is just too damned much

Love me some Jack White. Never heard most of these songs and really liked most of them. Fell in Love with a Girl and We are Gonna Be Friends are all timers.....not enough on this album to make it 5 stars tho.

What a voice! Great rainy Sunday lazy around the house kinda music. Not sure I would ever put on 50's music/standards, but certainly didn't mind this one. 9 songs and 35 minutes of chilllllll

It’s a mood. Not for me. Her talent is clear, the songs are ok. Maybe two songs grabbed me (Dance til we die).

A few all time rock classics and an opening riff for the ages. Deep dive into a long two disc set. Really enjoyed some of the stuff I never heard before. It was just too long.

This album rocks. Was even better all these years later. 911 is a Joke, Welcome to the Terrordome, Burn Hollywood Burn, Fight the Power....and 16 other tracks....so good.

The musicians are clearly beyond talented. The music is high pitched, frenetic and irritating after a while.

This was dense and not at all what I was expecting. So many different styles. Felt like a cross between yes and Pink Floyd I didn’t love it but I definitely could appreciate it

Long double albums....I was ready to hate on it because when I scanned it I didn't recognize any of the tunes. I'm an idiot. So fucking smooth and dynamic and rich. His influence on ALL music is on display here. Amazing album.

Never heard of them before. Felt like a cross between the Clash and Devo. If it were a person it would be Fred Armisen. It was pretty good.

Unique. Odd. Intentional. Occasionally groovy. Overall, meh.

It started slow and theatrical, I was dubious. Then it got very good! Well produced, cohesive like an album should be. Varied sounds, similar styles, energetic. "Afrofuturism"....guess I'm a fan. Liked it a lot.

What a show this must've been. The band is great. 1960! Album is fantastic. Had me moving sided to side and smiling.

His talent is undeniable. Hard Rain and Blowing in the Wind are all timers. The harmonica and droning voice make listening to too much Dylan irritating. This is way better than his later mumbling droning tho.

I like them a lot more when they’re more blues than psychedelic. The organ can get particularly irritating on some songs as can Jim Morrison’s ramblings. I’m not a huge Doors fan, but their hits are undeniable

I didn't know just how much I loved Cee Lo's voice. Singing. Rapping. Just speaking. I seemed to sing along with half the songs and I had never heard any of 'em. The guy makes great sounding music.

15 songs about losing love did not have me optimistic about this album. Thankfully it wasn't droning and had the banger To Be Young. Exceeded expectations.

This may have been the first longform rock album I ever listened to. The greatest rock power trio of all time. This may not be their best or my favorite, but it’s still awesome

Pretty good. Interesting. Can hear a lot of different influences. Dynamic sound and an enchanting voice. Not sure what I was expecting, but this one surprised.

To Pimp a Butterfly was a way better album by my estimation. This one was good....just didn't hit me the same way.

I guess they need to include some Dead on here, just not sure how this was the choice. It punctuates why people don't like them and doesn't go deep enough into how good they really are.

12 songs/3+ hours = no thanks. No patience. What I could listen to was fine, its not terrible. lots of fast forwarding thru songs....well, the whole album really.

This one was good.....as in, best of his music, coherent and not sleepy. Subterranean Homesick Blues, Maggie's Farm and Mr. Tambourine Man alone make this album worthwhile.

Didn't see this one coming, Really enjoyed her beats more than I want to admit. The Sanford and Sons clips in URAQT made me hit repeat a couple of times.

Loved this album. Brimful of Asha was awesome but I never knew the band. Great chill rock grooves. Sweet Indian vibes. This is a perfect example of why I did this!

Felt like a Guy Ritchie movie.....raw, powerful, gritty, melodic, rough around the edges. Great great album....too short and a little weak on the back half.

I understand its influence and significance and excellence in the lens of a fully composed Opera. I also find it a bit overrated. I don't like musicals, or operas in general.....this fusion is enjoyable at times, has some epic moments (pinball Wizard, Tommy Can you hear me, I'm Free) but overall was better in my memory than on this replay.

Its a good album with some decent songs and and all timer in All I Wanna do. For all her talents, I find her irritating.

Nothing remarkable about this mediocre album. Even their signature song was OK at best. Not sure why this was included.

Wow....did not see this one coming. Excellent fun quick album. 13 songs in 40 minutes. Rock/punk upbeat and catchy. Didn't recognize a single song and still enjoyed it.

Just another great U2 album....altho not their very best, without this one there may not be more.
