Was anticipating maybe finally seeing what the hype was about. But no. Repetitive and boring.

It’s no Chinatown or Renegade or Black Rose or Jailbreak or even Thunder & Lightning, but it is Thin Lizzy so of course it was great.

As this was the third Pink Floyd album generated within the week, and the other two were less than impressive, I went into this expecting it to be dire. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I actually enjoyed it.

I’m not really a fan of The Beatles. That being said this was an absolute delight and reminded me my teenage years when one of my friends was obsessed with this album pretty much for the entirety of 2008-10.

I saw Roger Daltrey perform the whole of Tommy live when I was 16. Pinball Wizard is still very much the highlight.
