Reviews (page 14 of 14)
Billie Jean and The love of my life where good, but the rest where kinda meh
This was fine, it’s another one of those albums where I’m well aware it was groundbreaking at the time and is probably very good objectively but it just has no appeal to me for whatever reason
The best Michael Jackson album, but still not my favorites.
Track I liked: beat it. Other than that, this is sadly the type of music I don't care about at all. The best thing I got out of this album is that it reminded me of the k-pop song Thriller by BTOB, and I got to listen to that after a long time, so that's nice.
2 stars. I like his later work
The whole album feels like waiting for those three songs (you know which ones). I can’t really remember much else after listening, except maybe the Paul McCartney feature. The production is top-notch, but it’s not something that makes me want to come back to it.
Three great songs but the rest is dull, sentimental filler. The highlight is Eddie Van Halen's absolutely incredible guitar solo on Beat It.
The album is iconic, just by how many copies it sold. But popularity doesn’t mean that much and doesn’t mean great, look at what’s popular ! A collection of some good early 80s American pop, major videos of the MTV age and a deal of filler. Was never a fan, the odd single was catchy, Billie Jean genuinely good. And then there is the miasma that now surrounds and pervades the legacy of Jackson. If I liked Jackson’s music more I might lean more into the art vs artist debate, but I don’t. A few good tracks, post disco filler and toxicity that has to strip away a star, objectivity be damned - 2 Star. Glad that’s out of the way.
Just hard for me to enjoy this music knowing MJ is the singer behind all this. While there are objectively good songs, I would never come back to this or turn this album on in my own time.
I know this is so classic, and I do love thriller. But really this block is also very reminiscent of Off the Wall to me and is similar pop tunes. I’d love the background noise but would not choose this for the feels I need music for.
When I first heard this, I dug it for the production and Q's arrangements. The songs were mostly crap imo.
Thriller consists of a few really good songs, and a few not so good songs. Yes, those few really good songs are classics, but this does not make this in itself a good album. Further, the album doesn't really feel like an album, and more like a greatest hits record.
In addition to some classics we even get a Duett with Paul MCartney (though I didn't like it in particular). Overall enjoyable, but I do like the more accessible later MJ albums better. Also, why was MJ not cancelled after songs like Pretty Young Thing, The Girls is Mine? Pretty intrusing if you ask me...
I know it's unreasonable to complain about the basic pop sound of this record since Michael Jackson invented it, but it is very annoying. Yes, some of the music is pretty good, but most of the songs are too long and vapid and I don't care for his voice. 2 stars for influence but I can't imagine ever intentionally listening to this again. 2.0/5.0: Disappointing
This gets my vote for most overrated album of all time. Most of the songs are absolute garbage and his castrato voice is cringe.
unimpressed and by god that duet w paul mccartney is abominable
This may be iconic album from an iconic figure (increasingly for all the wrong reasons), but three perfect pop singles in the middle of an album full of mediocrity doesn't make this an essential album for me
Ah, struggle with this nowadays, no disputing the quality production of the album . Quincy Jones in his prime, MJ incredible but the circus of the man’s sad, mysterious, sinister life leaves a nasty taste.
The hits are undeniable, but the rest is a lot of filler. It’s my lease favorite production style, and just hasn’t aged well sonically. Dude’s a pervert too. Pass.
Find.
Didn't enjoy. Again, it's not a patch on Bad. "Billie Jean" and "Beat It" are decent enough, though, so 2 stars for that.
At least with an album like this, you know what you’re going to get. There were only two songs I didn’t know. I have to say, compared to some of the albums we’ve listened to, this is beautifully coherent as a single unit, credit probably to Quincy Jones for that. But it’s still not something I’d put on my regular playlist.
I don't know if hearing this back in the 80s would have made it a different experience, but I never understood the appeal of Michael Jackson. Of course there are some great songs, but to call this a great album is a serious stretch in my opinion. Bland overproduced disco pop for the most of it. Thriller (the song), Beat It and Billie Jean are standout songs, and the only part of this album I could properly stomach. Not my taste, sure, but objectively I can't see how this is considered one of the great albums beyond the 80s hype.
The best thing I can say about this album is that it gave me ample opportunity for silly jokes because it’s just bad (even though it’s Thriller). I remember not liking this album when I was a kid and everybody’s dads and their mums where celebrating this. This was long before Michael was red-flagged the world’s most notorious predator, of course
Boring stuff all the way. I didn’t watch the videos this time because I didn’t want to be influenced, but that made the listening experience exhausting, as MJ would have been (rightfully) forgot without his showman abilities. What’s the point of pop music without melodies? Favorites (aka only song I like): - Beat it (cool guitar part and finally some rythm)
mjög flott útsett popp. gerir samt lítið fyrir mig. mínusstig fyrir barnaníð.
2.5
Rating: 2.1 Aged horribly. Production is very flat and not a bombastic spectacle like an MJ album is probably meant to be. Terribly overplayed hits lessen the impact of their inclusion on the album. I was very unimpressed by all of the songs I’d never heard before. No reason to listen to this all the way through.
Yes to Beat It, Thriller and Billie Jean, the rest can go and jump in the sea.
It's ok. However this is my unpopular opinion. If Michael didn't change his race and turn himself into melting cheese, didn't have obvious mental issues and didn't squeak like a person that just stubbed their toe I don't think his music alone would have seen THAT much stardom
the opposite of timeless, feels so corny and i hate the production. don't mind mccartney's singing but i dont like the song because jackson's singing is so annoying. theres a couple okay songs (baby be mine, pyt) but only billie jean is really interesting.
I am admittedly not a Michael Jackson fan, and this album reminds me why. I can’t stand the ultra 80s sounds with all the cheesy synths, bass, and terrible hard snare drum sound. I feel like every track hits the snare on the 2 and 4 and doesn’t let up for the whole song. Some songs also feel like they go on a little too long. Michael is overall a great singer/performer but his music just isn’t for me.
Big slice of bangers between 2 layers of cringe. Tbh, it was pretty much what I thought it would sound like (and the awful McCartney bit was in a way an added bonus, why, just why?). Minus point for being a paedo rule applied.

Have decided I am rating albums based on how much I enjoy rather than my critical opinion of them There are certain pieces of art I have sorta purposefully avoided because i feel like i have already absorbed them through cultural osmosis and they exist in this weird limbo of already knowing a ton about them but also having never interacted with them before... like the Godfather as a movie example or like Gravity's Rainbow for the books. where Godfather is like the most "movie" movie you know? "it insists upon itself" Yeah okay bro anyway peter griffin chicken fight okay cool anyways Thriller is the music versoin of that for me where i have heard each song 1000 times but only in 30 second pieces over the course of my life to where it like doesnt feel like a real album to me, so it was an interesting experience to actually listen to it and like i like some of the michael jackson songs but what does he know about halloween Like why is it halloween evil themed in the middle of a block buster pop album?? why is he lowkey flirting with paul mccartney? Every song for me sounds more like a ringtone than a song, Beat it is like some bon jovi type vibes, idk bro its just not for me sorry but Human Nature is a banger fs Fav song: Human Nature
Oh, I was never a Jackson fan. His voice always annoyed me. The only song I can stand is "Thriller," and really only the video, and I have to admit that's absolutely great. "Beat It" isn't bad either. "Billie Jean" is terrible, and the rest, I don't like him. 2 or 3 stars, so I'd rather give it 2. I'm leaving out anything about Michael Jackson himself in this review, otherwise I wouldn't rate him at all. But that would probably mean not rating half the artists and bands, because unfortunately, there are a lot of less-than-stellar personalities.
Quintessential album of 80s dance pop. It has most of the well known Michael Jackson songs on it. Iconic when in person, fun at parties. I don't think it works as an album for listening through. None of the songs are particularly interesting to focus on, but when doing other things, it can be fun to have on.
I was thrilled when I saw Michael Jackson would be next but the album is underwhelming apart from the obvious hits.
Some good tunes but feels weird listening to Michael given all we know
His crimes have forever tainted how I hear his music.
Michael Jackson is clearly talented and clearly not my jam.
The hits are hits - but this whole style is just not for me.
I’ve listened to this many times. I still have no idea why it’s so popular. The production is good, the music is moderately interesting and yet it’s much less than the sum of its parts. Michael’s constant lyrical affectations really don’t help anything, and I’m sure he was popular for essentially being a dancer as his music was average at best. If I never hear this again, I will be happier
This is perfect reminder why I don't like Michael Jackson. Majority 2/3 of time I felt bored, wondering his weird speaking style, wondering why this record is so popular. One third is pure groove attack and it isn't difficult to figure out is it first, middle on last three songs. Pure gold and drumming from other world. For the classics I would give 5 but first and last part will reduce this to three. And Xtra star goes away for hideous duet discussions with Macca.
I remember liking this album as a child. But listening to it now was a different story. I never much cared for his voice - I'm not too fond of falsetto.
I can’t say I was ever a MJ fan. I find most of the hits tired and overplayed by this point. Overall fine for background music but not something I would put on just to listen to.
If you could seperate the musician from the rest of the person this album could get 4 stars. However you can't and so because of all that Michael Jackson has done 2 is the absolute maximum it is going to get.
A couple classics here so long as I'm not invoking the rule I should, but aside from that, not great. Not great. "The doggone girl," Michael?
Good music, shitty person.
While this is better than Bad, it's still utterly unappealing to me. Why was this so massively successful?
Yeah yeah yeah, it's important and influential and everything, I have no problem giving it all the roses it deserves on an objective level. Subjectively, I don't want ever want to listen to music that sounds like this, no matter how well written or produced it is (or at least, how well written and produced people SAY it is). 2/5
Some hits, some fillers. It has not aged well for me
How does one rate an album by a serial child sex offender? It's tricky. On the face of it, banging album and I'm sure lots of non-pedophiles contributed to making this album what it was. It's punchy and fun, objectively great songs. It's not all my bag and I've never been a crazy MJ fan (that's paid off). Indulging someone who was a bad person feels wrong. I'm not invested enough to rate highly
Bettet than Bad (the album)
I’m not the biggest Michael Jackson fan and that’ll upset some folks.
Respeito quem goste, eu não gosto.
I wasn't really a Michael Jackson before and I'm still not. However the song Thriller is iconic and I will always play it on Halloween.
Its pretty good music. Just not really my thing. For me a 2 star, but looking at it from a purely musical standpoint I'd give it 3 or 4 stars
The eternal question, do you rate something based on cultural impact/importance, or personal preference. While I recognize how monumental and album this is, how fantastic the production and song writing is, it's just not my thing. I think just an album of front to back MJ is just a bit much for me. I'll enjoy the singles enough when I hear them but can't see myself ever putting this on intentionally. Bump it: the Vincent Price Monologue Skip it: PYT (using the word young in a love song has always been creepy to me, in the case of MJ more so)
Well. I listened to Bad and gave it one fucking star so let’s see if this is actually good or if I’ve lived a lie being told that this is a good artist. Immediately off to a better start, this first song is really fun, love the nonsense ending, about vegetables? What? And then the chanting? It’s great. Baby Be Mine is…fine but horrifically boring. Hey is getting both MJ albums before album #40 gonna fuck up my year end Spotify numbers? I can’t have this show up on my wrapped. What the fuck is happening with Paul McCartney here oh my god. This is terrible. This is so fucking corny and bad. The doggone girl is mine like it’s the little rascals. Hey is Thriller dumb? Yeah. It’s really fucking good though. In my head I was thinking it was just the video, but no the production is actually really good. Hey the guitar solo on Beat It rules. Beat It just rules in general. Same with Billie Jean. The good cluster. Oh Christ then Human Nature comes up and I wanna barf. PYT is also gross. The last three songs are all the shittiest ballad ever I fucking hate this. I’m sorry, I think MJ might be the most overrated artist of all time. He’s got a few bangers, but beyond that, this no innovation, no interest, majority forgettable album is by the King of Pop? No. I don’t think it is. I’m fucking devastated there’s a third album on the list I get to look forward to. I truly don’t get the hype. Better than Bad though
Respect for a brother born in 1958, but that's about all the positive I have for ya. I've never enjoyed this music. I'm such a neg-head most of the time. I mock danced during that one song, oh well that made me grin. 2 stars.
tue mich schwer mit michael jackson - schon immer.
Eeeh-hee!
"Pretty Young Thing" huh?
Sounds pretty dated but then this never was my thing. 2 stars for the king of pedo or pop.
I don’t know if it is based on my perception of who MJ ended up as a person, but this music doesn’t stand up to the test of time for me
Just not into MJ. I'm sure its great, but not for me.
First of all, every song could be 2 minutes shorter. I forgot how many words this guy sings, but he never manages to say anything I connect with. I doubt if I'll ever voluntarily play this album again. Not my cuppa.
Understand why it’s in this list but not a fan.
Pop nostalgia
Some good
Harder to enjoy given what we know.
Listened to “Baby Be Mine” bc I had already heard most of the songs from this album… it was alright. Kind of repetitive and not as catchy as many of his other songs.
I've actually never listened to a Jackson album, so I was kind of excited to hear this on the basis of "Beat It" and "Billy Jean". Unfortunately, most of the other tracks are lukewarm ballads with dated, low-effort, studio-band backing. The cameo from Paul McCartney is pure cringe. "Thriller" is better known for the video than the song itself, which isn't that good and has an annoying voice-over thing. "Wanna Be Starting Something" and "P.Y.T." are the only non-single tracks which had some energy and interest to them. Overall, either Jackson is a singles artist, or this was a bad choice of album for the list. 2.5*
With those 3 singles back to back it's timeless in itself. However the other tracks are musically not but bad but kinda meh. Suffers from MJ tax.
Not a huge MJ fan, thriller, beat it and Billie Jean back to back was pretty good, the rest of it didn't really land for me. The Paul McCartney track was very funny, particularly the spoken bit at the end, so glad that was on here. He was already a bit of a parody of himself even at this point it would seem (although it clearly got worse) and I find all the noises and that hard to take seriously. The Billie Jean baseline is top notch, the other singles I mentioned are very good, otherwise not fussed.
When it's good, it's amazing. When it's bad, it's utter dregs. Sadly the bad outweights the good here.
BL: one of the most famous albums of all time. I know about half the tracks on this album, so will be excited to hear the other half and see the cuts and it they stand up well or not AL: Didn’t really like this truth be told. Found it to be incredibly overproduced, lacking in vision, and just a collection of songs designed to sell singles. Which to me is antithetical to the concept of an album. So not really my thing. FT: “Thriller” 2/5
I never owned a Michael Jackson album and was never enamoured with his music as a whole, although some of the songs were definitely great Pop songs. I was really quite scared that I was somehow going to love this and be wracked with conflict. Nowadays, every Michael Jackson song is accompanied by a little voice screaming in the back of my head. He is a controversial character. So I’ve tried to set that aside and just listen to the music. Some of it is good pop music. I also have great memories of Channel 4 premiering the Thriller video when I was 15 years old and watching what is basically a short Halloween film. It was infused with fun and a great beat. It is a classic song. I have difficulties with Billie Jean – as long as I don’t listen to the words it’s a good dance track, same with Beat It. And I positively hate the Paul McCartney collaboration. I’m not sure it’s a conflict I can ever resolve, so I would be happy to come firmly down the middle with a 2.5. Although half a point comes off for the fact that he is unrecognisable after this point. #MJsowhite
I never connected to this the way the rest of the world did. I always found it kind of silly, and today was the first time I checked out the lyrics, which are even more ridiculous than I thought. Billie Jean slaps, though, but I'll take Off the Wall over this every time.
I think the middle section of Thriller, Beat It, and Billie Jean is great but that's probably middle school nostalgia talking. (but oh man, I totally forgot about Eddie's solo!) The rest is as bad as the other MJ albums on this list.
I enjoy a lot of pop music, and I’m truly not saying this to be contrarian or anything - but I never got the extreme Michael Jackson hype. Some of the production is cool but also very 80s.
Perhaps the most over rated album ever, not sorry.
I was never a huge Jackson fan and of his catalogue this always felt like the slightly less deserving massive hit that followed a much better album. The best thing about this is the video to the title single. In a bubble this would be a 3. He loses a point for being who he was.
So... unpopular opinion time: I don't like Michael Jackson. I also have a hard time separating art from the artist so I'm not sure if I could fully enjoy this album even if I did like his music better. Perhaps fittingly, I like this album better than Bad which I got a while ago in my personal list, but I am not a fan.
Not a fan. Too 80s. Some big hits. Can see why people like it. Every song is different. Just not my thing
It's probably the best pop album in the world ever. But that doesn't mean that I have to like it.
It's good, sure, but who wants to listen to this over and over again?
Never cared for him - soulless soul, soggy rock and triumph of production over content.
Альбом не очень, может дело в моём музыкальном вкусе? Понравилось только 2 песни
Vale a contato pela história.
It have some hits. Besides from that it is not much to have.
Its got all the bangerz on it but my MJ wears the number 23
Not my thang! The clinical production robs the songs of character leaving it a bit dull.
heel beroemd natuurlijk. Niet slecht maar het is niet wat ik leuk vind.
Naa, sorry
it's so weird
overrated album and artist. two okay songs
Look, I know it's very on-brand to dislike the most sold record of all time but fuckin hear me out right. I ain't even mention what you think Imma mention. Listening to those three in the middle especially Thriller, it felt fuckin weird they were on an album. Such an album of singles and where they're the most overplayed singles of all time I was disliking them but also tapping my foot- which made me angrier. (YPT) is an absolute banger. Felt weird. Liked Mccartney's voice never knew he sang that- the whole talking shabang though, embarrassing. I was also thinking how mad it must have been to see Jacko grow up from Child to death. Who is our Jacko- we've got to start paying attention, Miley Cyrus? It's one of those Disney fucks for certain.
Really not my style...
Putting aside the fact that he’s a shit bag of a person, his stupid voice and he he’s drive me insane. Beat It and Billie Jean are ok songs but the rest is bad. Still significantly better than Mariah Carey’s bullshit though.
paedo
No listens for pedos
Nope
Nope! Next...
I just started the new documentary on Jackson’s second pedophilia investigation when this popped into my queue. I know the album, never cared that much for it, and I am certainly not giving even a percentage of a penny to the estate to listen to it again.
Paedofile hog wash
Child abuser. Decline to listen to.
It's a great album without the pederasty baggage.
Michael Jackson touched them kids and my rating will reflect my feelings on that fact.
Triste de voir la vénération qui persiste pour ce pédophile récidiviste avéré. La richesse place au-dessus de tout et protège de la loi. Pour s'ouvrir les yeux: Leaving Neverland de Dan Reed 2019.
Pedophile. Can't separate the artist from the art on this one.
sorry j'écoute pas les pedo
Just re-read my notes I made for the previous two MJ albums on this list. Rather generously I now think, I gave both these albums an extra star [ie 2] due to the popularity of the albums and his musical talent albeit not shared by me. This generosity can only run so far. So I metaphorically show my bum to this album in celebration of Jarvis Cocker’s famous act who obviously knew what MJ was about. 1/5 12/526
Not my genre, will never listen to it again
Possibly the epitome of crass, throwaway pop that I was ready to roundly pan this before I listenedto it. However it is much blander than I expected. All I can add is.. Paul McCartney what the fuck were you thinking?
Never like Michael Jackson or his music. And he was American, what a jerk. Tosser.
Didn't he do stuff to people not of age
i have a visceral dislike for his voice
Repetitive. Boring. Billie Jean has the catchiest chorus, though.
I just can't.
Lots of hits. Pedophile sooo. Nah.
I don't listen to chicken Hawks
Pedophile unfortch
Hard separating the art from the artist. Undeniable pop relevance....all time tunes......its just, I dunno, I cant separate it completely, if at all.....the guy molested kids and this is the only place I can penalize that.
Had to skip due to artist being a paedo.
Ik ga niet eens luisteren, verschrikkelijk.
Can you separate the art from the artist? Even if I shove that aside, this is an uneven album. For every Billie Jean (one of the twenty best pop songs of the 80s, despite my reservations), there is a turgid mid-tempo song that goes nowhere. The production is strong (vale Quincy Jones) but dated. Under normal circumstances, Thriller would merit a mediocre 2.5 but since there is no way to separate the art from the artist, it is a 1. MJ ruined so many lives.
Over hyped elevator music
Guess I'm IGNORANT!
Too soon
Not a huge fan of pop, but I have to say "The Girl is Mine" is such a fine tune. The best in the album for my taste.
Not a fan of mj
Greit album, flere bangers. Men pedo er og blir pedo.
If you can separate the art from the artist, then Wanna Be Startin' Somethin', Beat It, Thriller and Billie Jean are all high energy, rhythmic and funky pop classics. If you cannot separate the art from the alleged child molester then reading the lyrics of Human Nature and P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing) will send a chill down your back and want you to never take a child with you whilst visiting a millionaire in their exclusive ranch.
Child abusers get 1 star regardless of how good the music is
I get it was successful, but it's not for me.
I'm sorry. It's a protest vote. I've spent a lot of time thinking about if you can separate art from the monster and I think you can because it's a super convenient theory for me. But I'm not sure why I can't do it for MJ in particular. I think it's to do with the fact that living without his music is easy and mainly because it annoys me that there seems to be some debate over if he is a sex offender or not. (it's actually a four for me. Absolute bangers. hit after hit)
Someone wrote this review: "Legendary album kinda Pedo though" and rated it 5 stars. WTF? I don't know if Michael was or was not a pedo. But his music sucked in my opinion. This is just banal pop music sung by a troubled person who, whatever his sexuality, had a knack for a great hook and had a wonderful voice. It's just not for me. This sucks. I give it 1 star, but really it's no star. Next please....
Tried to judge the music and not the artist. Failed. 1 star.
Pedo: this should be removed
I refuse to listen to or review this garbage.
Shame he slept with children
Maybe he did it, maybe not. All I know is this album is garbage. 0/5
I don't listen to abusers
Some big 80s tunes but forever marred by the artists dubious lifestyle. No enjoyment in listening to this anymore
HATE Micheal Jackson
I want so little to do with this pedophile
Piosenki 5 - osoba wykonawcy, jego skłonności zero.... Powinno to być wymazane
I've never enjoyed the sound of Michael Jackson... Even before I knew he was morally questionable
Can you separate the artist and his life from the art to evaluate it? No. I listened to the album. Billie Jean is a great song. Jackson was a monster. Ours is a society that gives celebrities access to whatever they want as if they were gods. This rating is for the whole picture, not an album in isolation.
Anyone in the Epstein files gets a 1. Don’t abuse children.
Nope not listening to a pedophile
Some bangers. Some filler. Dirty child abuser
I don’t enjoy highly produced sounds. This is a perfect example of those records. I also don’t enjoy gimmicks. Another fine example of that with this album.
Iconic music ruined.
I meannnnnnnnn...
Ugh. This a-hole again. Two MJ albums in my first week. At least I am getting them out of the way. There are three amazing, strong songs on here: Thriller, Beat It, and Billie Jean. The Girl is Mine is dreadful and reminds me why I am not a big Paul McCartney fan. Yes, this album was huge. I was a kid when it came out, and this was everywhere. It has massive cultural importance. There is a lot of talent on it. But ultimately, this is Michael Jackson's masterpiece. How do you rate the work of a monster? Can we just ignore who the artist is? What he allegedly (but most likely) did to victimize others? There is such a massive taint on MJ that makes it impossible for me to go higher than a 1. Sorry.
Cool. Thanks
This is mid
just no out of princable
Why is there paedo shit in the list? Wasn't this guy cancelled?
Undisputed classic, docked points for being a sick perverted cunt.
Sorry, I'm not a fan, and this hasn't aged well. Even the Paul McCartney appearance couldn't save this.
Много ме дразни майкъл джексън по някаква причина
First one I almost skipped outright. Don’t understand why so many people like this. And that’s without taking the whole creepiness into account.
fuck this creep
Sorry I don't listen to Paedophilia's
Well in isolation it's a great album and has some of Michael Jackon's best songs on it, absolute bangers, but I can't give him a high score can I?
sad michael
just hate it. hate it. I find it so overrated. showing how boring pop is this time. rating it higher would be a crime. just hate it.
- Hits (Thriller, Beat It, Billi Jean) waren okay, Rest war nervig - würde ich eher nicht wieder hören, da mir seine Stimme generell eher auf den Zeiger geht
Pedo
The singles are classic polished pop. The rest is all a bit cheesy, especially the Macca duet. P.Y.T. as a concept / lyric has not aged well at all. Creepier than the video for the title track.
Did not listen cause eww
80er Jahre Hits. Gähn.
Same dilemma. Some of the best songs ever but it feels icky listening to mj
No thanks
The music is good, I didn't care for the Paul McCartney Duet, bad and a little creepy, but the rest is solid. Too bad it's Michael Jackson and he will never earn anything other than a 0 for being a bad person. The album will be a 1 because I can't go any lower.
Not listening to pedo Mike.
Not really my type of music
Thriller, Beat it, and Billie Jean are iconic songs, but nothing in the album really spoke to me.
Hate everything about thriller
fucking nonce. i still don't understand why wacko jacko has a free pass at being respected and adored when he was a top nonce.
Ok
I cant separate the art from the artist when it comes to this creep so I'm not listening to any michael Jackson albums. Instead I listened to Band on the Run and Illmatic and had a much better time
Sorry, can't listen to MJ without thinking about all the kids he raped.
JAMAIIIIIIIIS J'écoute ca
Corny
1 star cause I dislike his music, do not find it genuine at all. Sure,he did work with some fine producers and there are some catchy riffs, but all in all his music is boring and silly and slick. His constant 'hihihi's en 'ooohs' are annoying. And no single person on the world believes that he was Bad and after 2 seconds you wish he would stop cause he had enough. O well, just an opinion.
can't bring myself to do it anymore
Vile.
hlusta ekki á jackson
bad
can't bring myself to listen to MJ anymore
Nope, not a chance am I listening to this again. Quincy Jone production is amazing but sorry, the legacy of Jacko taints this album. It's one pub debate I will walk away from
Fu*k Michael Jackson, He is a monster.
Hated MJ as a kid, thought I'd give him a try now, but no change, could not even listen to the full album.
I do not voluntarily listen to MJ's music. I change the radio station in the car if he comes on, and I'm not gonna listen to this asshole here either.
I won't do it.
Album 5 - Artist 0
