Reviews (page 12 of 13)

Ok. First track’s shifting time signatures was off-putting.

Not my thing

Jazzzz. Niet zo mijn ding, sorry. **

Okay, a little too sax honky for me at times.

May be great jazz, but it’s still jazz.

Jazz Rating: 2.0

no eres tu soy yo

Varmasti taitavia soittamaan, mutta tyyli ei ole oma pala kakkua. Pyöräillessä meni hienosti taustalla enkä rekisteröinyt kappaleiden vaihtumisia.

Soft, improv jazz. The kind that yo I would expect to hear in a relaxing spot. One that I wouldn’t visit very often because I would fall asleep. I don’t dislike the drum walks, the sax accompaniment, or the subtle keys. It’s that I don’t connect to this type of music.

I can appreciate it for musicianship, but it's just not my thing

I know Thelonious Monk is a legend and this is a solid album objectively, it just isn't my thing.

Technically impressive, but I didn't enjoy it.

I didn't enjoy this at all. The first song sounds like you're stepping on thousands of ducks in a field. After that it gets a little better, but not anything I would choose to put on.

It was a little bit like one of those acts you'd walk past in the street, nod, say "wow, they're talented" then walk on and never think about them again.

Kinda snooze

Dislike this kind of jazz

Not something I'd actively seek out, but I don't mind it if it's on in the background. 2.5 stars.

Not a fan of Jazz. I've listened to Thelonious Monk. I didn't particularly like it, but I can say that.

I dunno. It was fine jazz, not really my thing.

Not really a jazz guy….didn’t finish

No for me

I suspect that this is a great album for jazz fans. It had some moments I enjoyed but overall I just have a hard time getting into this style.

Jazz. Pleasant. Didn’t really ‘get it’.

I'm not a big jazz fan so I'm not expecting to really like the album. I can appreciate the instrumentation without really liking the genre as a whole.

meh jazz

Not that it's unlistenable, it's just not interesting enough to. 2/5

jazz raiz mas nada surpreendente

It wasn’t bad it just sounded like all other jazz. All songs sounded the same but I guess my favourite was Bemsha Swing. It’s more of an album to put on in the background.

Tepid background irrelevance. Clearly whatever particular blend of classic jazz this is, it isn't my lane baby

I get why it’s good but it’s so not my kinda thing 2/5.

Just when it starts getting musical (to me that means that the next note has some pleasing relationship to the last) off they go with some random, discordant plinking or plucking or some arhythmic stuff from the drums. Jazz really wanted to be overtaken by rock, because so much of the late '50s early '60s stuff is just plain ugly. Pannonica is mostly smooth and silky. The second side is less harsh but boring. Once again I'm convinced that Monk is the most overrated musician ever. He just hits random keys and everybody genuflects at his altar. Waste of my time.

Instrumental jazz just isn't my genre, even though I can appreciate the skill on display.

Not my style of Jazz at all, the abrupt and unorthodox changes make it rather unsettling

Irgendwie nicht so Brilliant.

Not for me. I prefer Thelonious' songs with just piano.

I will say this is my least favorite genre of music that we consistently have on here. Every single one of these jazz albums just feels like the band goes into the studio with 0 plan and they just play for 45 minutes to an hour. This doesnt sound like it was planned out and just sounds like they are winging it. This is the best jazz album I've heard so far on here. Still not good 3/10

Meh, didn't really enjoy it.

Some awesome moments, but too much horn for my taste, not really for me.

I enjoyed the opening/title track (always been a fan of funky time signatures). No such thing as bad jazz and I happily had this on in the background, but apart from that first track, nothing else stayed with me.

I find it quite difficult to critically appraise this. It sounds like music from another time (which it is I suppose as it was released not too long after the second world war) and whilst I can tell it’s accomplished it sounds very ‘easy listening’. I don’t know whether it’s good or not but it doesn’t do much for me. There’s def some 60s jazz which I like which is a bit more urgent and groovy but I find it difficult to relate this this. Can anyone help?

The first track aside, it's perfectly listenable. I just don't think I'll ever get into jazz. Prime cut: Ba-Lue Bolivar Ba-Lues-Are.

Not sure I like Jazz that much

I just couldn’t get myself to focus on this album. The playing is great and they’re all super skilled players, this particular album is just a bit too background music for me.

Do you like jazz? Not that much

Jazz with lots of drum solos

The kind of jazz I have a hard time appreciating. Best track: Bemsha Swing

Not bad, no barren sonic trill as some jazz albums have been.

Meandering~

Jazz ok

Dit soort veganisten-jazz is prima te hebben zo af en toe, maar op een gegeven moment mis je toch echt het karakter van een goed stukje vlees.

Aangenaam op de achtergrond op een relaxte werkdag, maar niet uit liefhebberij.

No more jazz please. Making me nerveus.

"What are you playing for us tonight?" "Trumpet" This one is not for me.

They’re all undoubtedly talented musicians, but this just isn’t for me boo bop shada boo wop pop pop pe do. At least this is musical and unlike some feral cats have been chucked in the school music room like some jazz. Apologies jazz fans.

Elevator music with great drums.

Well thank god that's over.

Im sure more experienced ears appreciate this, but to my ears its sounds quite ordinary

You know...I'm sure this is good, but I still just don't get this kind of jazz. The off-beat notes make me...uncomfortable.

It’s just… not that fun to listen to. The first song was almost painful. This may have historical relevance, but the enjoyment was not there.

Jazz not my thing

Jazz d'ascensor

it's jazz!!

2/5 for some reason this kind of jazz was not of my taste

Jazz records are still eluding me. I understand why one would want to go see jazz performed, but I'm not sure why people want to sit and listen to jazz records. I've heard of Thelonious Monk enough to know he's gospel to the jazz world. This is another album I am sure I heard on repeat in a Starbucks in the early 2000s when I was studying for college exams. It's all good. I mean, nothing to hate here - just background music for sure. Also reminds me of Ryan Gosling's character in La La Land.

I don't like this style of jazz.

Not in the mood for this today.

Was this an album? I don't know. I liked a lot of the jazz solos, it was very impressive. But I can't see myself coming back to this. I appreciate this because it paved the way for the music that we hear today - but it is very old, very outdated. Impressive, but not exciting. 5/10

jazz is boring

Jazz has no logic. I challenge you to remember any melody from any of the songs you just heard...

nahhhh not my thing

Hated it

Jazz club…nice!

This is the kind of jazz I like. Slow, groovy, and you can just chill with it.

low key jazz band. 2.5/5

I don't care much for jazz. Then the album goes to a folk song for some reason then back to jazz. There's no need to listen to it again.

Jazz is boring.

Fuck yeah. Finally some jazz. Let's do this. I'm listening to it in the background while I'm working and so far halfway in it's not really grabbing me. I don't know if this is something I'd play a lot on my own tbh. Overall I don't think I'd listen to this again.

Not a jazz guy but I’ll admit I was more productive than usual while listening.

I like my jazz that comes with a strong northern Irish accent, this wasn't that.

It stirred nothing. Like LD and the ocean I feel like I'm missing something.

Part of me wishes I could get on-board with jazz but I just find it stressful more than anything. Bits of this sounded like a bunch of guys trying to learn their instruments for the first time. Best track: Ba-Lue Bolivar Ba-Lues-Are

I listened to the first track and half each of the next two. It's not that it sounds really horrible (although it does sound completely improvies), but it's way too distracting for work.

Boring. Jazz is boring.

Another Jazzy effort. Not unenjoyable but doesn't really do anything for me. The highlight is Track 2 that sounds like Cruella DeVille's theme from Disney's 101 Dalmatians.

Jazz plus jazz equals jazz

*shrugs* could be ace but i'm far from the gadge to judge. I did find it frustrating that once it hit a wee groove it quickly jumped away from it.

The Amazon Prime music version has one song clocking in at 42 minutes. The Allmusic description has 6, roughly at 42 minutes? I could have this on endlessly, but I'd probably listen to it once a year.

no noodling

deve ser bom pra quem tá familiarizado e curte o gênero... considerei música ambiente e olhei pra ver quanto tempo faltava pra acabar várias vezes... sou pleb pra jazz. não é minha praia não

Too much Jazz

Not the kind of instrumental music I really enjoy

To me, it sounded like 40 minutes of the musicians just warming up. Every so often I thought I heard something interesting, but on closer listening I realized I was mistaken. I’ve come to the conclusion that enjoying jazz is simply too much work for me.

It was.. okay. Basic, IMO.

Not it, just not my sort of thing 1.5

Es wirkt wie eine hartnäckige Blase vor einem chaotischen Megamatsch – genial gedacht, aber schlichtweg lästig.

Sorry to the legend but not feeling this at all.

Habt ihr Noten? Nein, probier es doch einfach mal.

Not for me, jazz always sounds off key.

Shit like this is why I can let Miles Davis get away with a two-star rating.

I was looking forward to this but it didn’t deliver, why do I always get albums like this when I have a headache?

Oooh....will this be the album that finally makes me appreciate jazz??? No. On to the next!

Not forme

1/5. Música de ascensor

I hate jazz

Not for me

Listened to this but found the length of tracks dreary. Jazz can be good to listen to but for me, in short bursts only

Arsenal 25/26

Still can’t appreciate this type of jazz. It lowkey makes me anxious too

Джаз - это не ко мне

I really was not in the mood for this today. It could be a good album but I was mostly just waiting for it to be over

I swear people only pretend to like Jazz because they think its cool

Pas mon genre

Boring.

Onanistic

Jazz is not for me

Turned it off. Rubbish

I'm not into this kind of Jazz - I prefer Big Band Jazz and songs I'm already familiar with (Whiplash songs for example that have strong energy) - so it's hard to rate this one. I find it monotonous, and, sorry Sebastian, but it sounds like elevator music to me. I cannot hang on to anything (lyrics, chorus, pattern) to identify it or remember anything. Obviously Thelonious Monk must be top of the class for Jazz lovers, I've heard his name many times, but I'm not trained and savy enough to care or understand what's great his music or his skills. Cover : Clever and effective, I like the color tone too.

Here we go again. Anyone says they like this are fooling themselves. In the first song there's a drum solo of sorts. He just randomly hits various drums. No rhythm or tune. Maybe that's asking to much. This can't be one of the greatest albums ever it is rubbish. The Emperors New Clothes. 8 albums in and 4 have been jazz. Still only giving my name rank and serial number but could give up the invasion plans at any moment The last track is very apt I Surrender Dear.

01) Brilliant Corners - 5,0 02) Ba-Lue Bolivar Ba-Lues-Are - 4,0 03) Pannonica - 4,0 04) I Surrender, Dear - 3,0 05) Bemsha Swing -3,0 TOTAL: 3,80 (38/100) Current ranking: 859/877

Det här är inte min jazz. Både tråkigt och dåligt i mina öron. Det här är för någon annan, det var knappt jag tog mig igenom den.

не понимаю это

Too long

Don’t care much for Jazz - to each their own I suppose

Jazz.. Why did it have to be Jazz...

This is honestly kinda everything I hate about jazz albums. It’s so boring for the entirety of its runtime, it’s just him and his piano. It’s about 40 minutes of background noise, and I’m sure if I had been studying or at a jazz club or something it would’ve been great, but actually sitting and listening it’s just so boring. I can’t stand music that just meanders and wastes my time, and that’s all this album seems to do.

this was my second challenging album from the 50's today (the first being Sabu Cuban music). I can't do anymore!!!! I don't know what to say about it, except yup... that's jazz. Some jazz is very listenable and challenging at the same time. this album is just challenging. what a slog.

Nothing against the musicality but not for me.

So mid it hurts

Mid. Just cannot get into Jazz.

From the first few chords I just felt enraged. If this had been physical media, I would’ve hurled it against the wall. To paraphrase Pirandello, seven musicians in search of a tune.

Just not my style of music tbh

Not for me

Bit too plinky plonky. Very dated.

There was a band called Johnny Hates Jazz. I'm with Johnny!

Nothing that I will remember. Dullest jazz I've heard in ages.

Keine lyrics

I did not love this album. I get that is probably epic for fans of this genre. I just like my songs to be sung.

If I liked jazz even a little I likely would have enjoyed this. I saw Herbie Hancock at a music fest a few years ago and this album was leaps and bounds ahead of that. Something about jazz just makes me uneasy and ramps up my anxious feelings. Not for me.

It was not my style but it was a little good

I like jazz but this wasn't really for me. Sometimes felt like 3 instruments playing separately, not a cohesive group. Not a jazz expert but this wasn't bangers. It did make me feel like I was in french quarter Nola a bit. 0/6 saved

Aimlessly wandering with a horn and some dudes not playing in unison in the background. Utterly boring, not impressed. Jazz is for Jazz People, it's just nonsensical noise the rest of the planet. 1 star

Really boring album. Mister Monk’s experiments with rhythm were a little bit too disjointed especially on the title track.

Can appreciate it but not my day to day vibe

Really struggled with this album - was so so bored for pretty much all of it, I think I actually hated it Bemsha Swing maybe my fave?

didnt finish, not my vibe but I can see others who like instrumentals liking this 1/10

I am prepared to believe that this is brilliant and Thelonious Monk is a jazz go, but I did not enjoy this. Too many horns and no groove.

did not like - this is the first album i couldn’t finish. i’m sure there’s something i’m missing because jazz isn’t my normal genre but it just feels unsettling, unfinished, and off.

Das mag was für Musiklehrer sein, für mich ist es Fahrstuhlmusik.

Further confirmation that jazz is not for me.

Couldn't get through the whole album. Don't mind jazz but this was not good.

I completely just don't get this type of free-form jazz piano. I'm sure people who get it see the artistry, but to me it always just sounds like playing piano terribly

(1/5 liked songs = 20%) There were no songs I didn't enjoy. But there also were no songs I really really liked. I don't know if that makes any sense.

Not my cup of tea

Gotta say the jazz was not really doing it for me

Random note jazz with no structure. Fits my 1 star criteria : after listening to entire album there is not a single "tune/sequence" in any song I would remember

Not a fan of Jazz

- I guess it sounds like it could be fun for the people soloing, who are clearly talented musicians, but this music leaves me cold, and I don’t want to be on the journey with them.

I hate jazz.

Not my thing

sounds like a toddler was let loose on the instruments.

Noodling around, dubious use of melody, they've made the saxophone annoying.

Didn't listen. Not my jam.

This took me back to when I was in my high school's jazz band and we played music like this. 2/5 overall - 1 for the memories = 1/5 In all seriousness, this album made me remember why I don't like jazz. I understand that the musicians here must have technical expertise in their playing, but it doesn't sound like it. But who am I to critique their musical prowess? I just can't believe the music sound so disorganized and badly executed.

Jazz not my bag

It’s not for me. It’s probably an amazing album for its fans, but jazz doesn’t really grab me.

utter crap! don't waste one precious second on this. Listening plain irritated me and then progressed to full on anger and resentment towards this unsyncopated, unharmonious, cacophonous noise. i didn't complete the album, i simply had to make it stop. if i could rate less than a full star then i would. zero would be a fitting score.

Hate it already! Slight tune then discordant. Will listen to more . Actually can’t listen to it anymore. I love a bit of slow tuneful Jazz! But this makes my teeth itch and my Bowels cramp. 0/5

Very messy jazz album that I didn’t really enjoy at all. Every songs had many parts that felt all over the place, out of rhythm. Not for me at all.

I wasn't in the mood for jazz

Dziwne

Not my thing. Just a bit boring unfortunately. 1/5 stars.

Our second pure jazz album, first was Mingus. At least Mingus stirred some emotion, this didn’t really do anything.

There are several band who whilst falling under the Prog rock banner, describe themselves as jazz fusion. Because of that I have for a while now said that I was OK with jazz. I can now officially say that I am not ok with jazz. The number of albums I have been subjected to on this journey is just too many. It's not completely unpleasant, but for me his album has no musical worth. 1

Tom and Jerry soundtrack.

The problem i have is that I'm now too historically and culturally distant from this sort of music to fully appreciate it. I did try in my 20's but I never stuck with it. That's not the music's problem, but mine. It was pleasant enough to listen to. But with the tracks being about 10 minutes long, my concentration kept wandering, then it would return a minute or so later, and I'd be back wondering if I'd actually missed anything.

I do not know what genre of jazz this is, but it is not for me. The 1 star is not based off musical skill, they are clearly massively talented. There's nothing for me to latch on to. Each song has some what of a motif or melody that does repeat but it's surrounded by chaotic noodling from each instrument. I can see how this would appeal to a fan of the genre, that's not me.

Won't be listening to that again. Shite.

Music which reminds me of what is being played as bacground music in a restaurant where they expect people to want to talk. It does not bother me, but I would never put on this at home when just listening to music. Not my cup of tea.

This is the sort of Jazz that I cannot stand. It's just seems to be random notes as far as I'm concerned.

1. Bemsha Swing 2. Pannonica 3. I Surrender, Dear

p32. 1957. 1 star. Just because someone is technically proficient does not mean they produce good music. It's jazz, its tedious, and it's got a xylophone FFS. Hard pass from me.

I was having a shitty enough day and then this stupid fucking website made me listen to jazz. Unlistenable and insufferable garbage. Damn near threw my computer out the window.

Annoyingly experimental and slow Jazz, which feels like they are constantly warming.

Its jazz. Its old jazz. But the lyrics were good.

Would have voted 0 stars if it was possible

Überfordert mich komplett - obwohl bestimmt technisch meistervoll

I’m sure in some dingy, smokey club in the 50s in America with 2 fingers of whisky, this shit would slot in perfectly. Impressive performances, as is standard from the genre, but this album is exactly the kind of aimless, meandering wankery that puts the vast majority of people off Jazz in general, myself unfortunately included. It is, at best, background music, and just in no way the kind of thing I’d ever actually want to sit and actively listen to. Brilliant Corners (3/10) Ba-Lue Bolivar Ba-Lure-Are (3/10) Pannonica (4/10) I Surrender, Dear (2/10) Bemsha Swing (3/10) 3/10

Not a fan 3/5

Ich weiß, dass ich Jazz nicht verstehe, aber das war einfach langweilig und ich fand es nervig.

Not for me. Doesn't make me feel anything and is very slow. Not sure jazz is my cup of tea.

Brilliant corners. Sadly, what lies within them is unlistenable shit. I set out with an open mind, but this project is really starting to turn me against jazz... One of the keys on that piano is definitely a bit out as well!

Awful. Close to an hour of mindless, rambling instruments playing over each other. Not for me.

As technically good as this clearly is, it made me want to punch something.

Not that interesting, and at times the band didn't even sound locked in. Also, god forbid saxophonists make pleasing sounds come out of their instruments every once in a while.

hmm no likey

Album very Jazz. Contains much sound. It is rated. I respect how the other members play well with this pianist.

Even when it's good, instrumental jazz just bores me to death.

Not into jazz

Not on Amazon

An absolute horror to listen to; had a completely inhuman experience listening to this on Spotify. By the third track I had a hard time catching my breath

Kuulin viimeisessä kappaleessa toistoa ja kiinnostuin hetkeksi. Eikö toisto olekin puhtaan eron välttämätön ehto?

Jazz, or endless, self-indulgent, boring, obnoxious, noodling as I like to call it.

Not for me

Jazz ain't for me

Не моё.

Ugh... MORE jazz... I'm sure for what this is, it's wonderful... For me, however, it's just discordant background noise...

I don’t think Jazz is for me. Given it enough tries now to say this with confidence. I’d be cool with never hearing a trumpet ever again. I don’t even know if a trumpet was featured in this album though… There was definitely a horn of some sort featured in this… I’d be cool with blocking all horns from music now on.

2.5/10

Discordant noise

More like Boreloniois Stunk

Nope not for me

Respect, but not really my taste.

sadly i like words too much.

I have never listened to this group before. Listening conditions: lunch break walk on a sunny day to daily bread. Sitting outside with a small flat white and hazelnut pan au chocolate. Major background music vibes. I feel like this is the kind of music you only are super into if you have nostalgia attached to it, or if you grew up around this kind of music. It kinda reminds me of when you would be forced to listen to the various school bands do some random piece of music during an assembly.

Jazz. Langweilig.

Oh no, I don't like this kind of jazz at all. It sends a chill down my spine. Everything seems so atonal. For me, there is almost no structure in these songs. OK, expecting something melodic here is probably naive. The whole thing is called 'unconventional structure'. I admit, something like that can sometimes be interesting. Would I want to hear it again? Definitely not.

Aw man, this one is hard. I recognize the importance of Thelonious Monk, and I'm sure this album rocks some people's world. I just really dont like improv jazz with 15 minutes songs. I've tried to get into jazz for the last 20 years, and I give up. It's not you, it's me.

No thanks. Only song I could listen to for a bit was number 4, rest unbearable

I lack the gene to appreciate this style of music.

Never actually listened to some jazz improv, so really hard to rate it

I live for the day that I find a jazz album that I like enough that it leads me down the slippery slope to liking jazz. Unfortunately today wasn’t that day.

Didn't enjoy this sadly. A shame as I'd have loved to have been able to brag about loving a super cool Jazz album...

No - JAZZ -

A jazz album that is short, but seems to go on forever.

1. cornerz - 1 2. bolivar - 1.5 3. pannonica - 1 4. zurrender - 1.5 5. zuuing - 1.5

If this guys name wasn’t so cool id give this a zero

Piano notes off, too much randomness on instruments being played.

Not my bag, at all

I like jazz but without lyrics is tough for me to enjoy. It feels like elevator music or at most soothing background music. Artist is no doubt talented but hard to comprehend what makes this album specifically influential.

I HATE JAZZ

Managed to listen first song halfway. Jazz is definitely not my cup of tea.

Jazz is not for me at all. This album was pleasant in the background but that is as far as it goes for me. Favourite song: There was not one track I would like to listen to again Least favourite: Nothing was bad it was all just meh!! Album artwork: OK

Noodling background dinner music.

Just not my thing, not because it's Jazz, I'm just going on what I heard on this particular record.

Love and remember the beer fondly. I can say that there is a lot of talent on this album, but I am not going to seek it out necessarily because it is more of technical listen than I typically enjoy.

Jazz is just absolute wank.

Not a big fan of jazz

Brilliant corners 5/10 Ba lue bolivar ba lues are 3/10 Pannonica 4/10 I surrender dear 2/10 Bemsha swing 3/10 5/5 if you like jazz. 1-2 if you don’t.

I actually didn't listen to this but pshhhh

1/5 boring as fuck couldnt get through it

Jazz sucks

There are definitely faaaaar better jazz albums, and this sounded like it was just relatively monotonous bass in the background, and the saxophone (or whatever is being played by the other person) just going up and down without making very nice rhythm, and also some drums in the spare time. I understand that this is more than 65 years old, so it would have been cooler but nowadays it doesn't sound that great to me.

Fiddly, beepy, boopy, twiddly, twinkly, twonky noise. No thank you. Jazz is truly abysmal.

C'est bien si tu es dans un ascenseur

Didn’t like at all

truly the greatest piece of music ever written. Bravo radiohead this is truly better than any ricky Montgomery

Could bit listen to more than a few notes of each song

Listen, I've listened to a lot of jazz in my time and I have come to realize that I like more brass-heavy exciting jazz compositions rather than meandering slow, extremely improv heavy jazz. This album is the latter and I'm not ashamed to say I don't like it. This feels like background music at a restaurant, but I'm not at a restaurant I'm sitting and listening to this album straight through. Despite this record being technically very impressive, I just couldn't get into it.

Have I heard this album before? No Highlights: Rating: 3.5/10 I’m not really qualified on what makes jazz music enjoyable. I looked it up and this album is hard bop. Monk is clearly quite good at piano, but this style of you solo, I solo music doesn’t really click with me yet.

Least favorite album so far. I’m sure it would be cool to see live, but it was painful getting through the album.

It's Jazz for 45 minutes. Okay. Nice for a while, got a little bored.

Good jazz

Felt very samey! Ok as background music.

Not my style

Not for me

I always thought he sounded off key!

I really don't like jazz

Ich mag wohl keinen Jazz. Nervtötend.

Not really into jazz

Jazz just isn't my cup of tea at all. 1.5*, rounding down as even as far as jazz goes this is totally uncaptivating

i don’t like jazz albums

Não consegui ouvir o disco até o fim. Posso dizer que não tive maturidade suficiente neste momento para assimilar o disco.

Love it!!!

This is the kind of jazz I dislike, long, self indulgent and too jarring to just have on in the background.

Too jazzy for me. Might be brilliant, but I wouldn't know and just can't really appreciate it. Not my thing, would never choose to listen to this, even as background music, as I think it's a bit too jarring compared to other more mellow jazz we've had.

No thanks

Mercifully only 5 tracks long.

Admittedly, not really into jazz. I don’t mind having this in the background when working but nothing stands out for me. I didn’t even realize my music app was playing songs beyond the album.

Second jazzy album that I don’t like. It’s too “tinny” and grates on my ears.

Pants!! 👎🏼

It's just jazz, not really my type of jazz

I'm sure there's loads going on here but it's lost on me - just sounds like all other old jazz

Thankfully most of it wont play

This one just wasn't it, even as background

Brilliant corners really turned corners when I was trying to figure out the time of the song. Too disjointed for me to enjoy. Water from an ancient well was better

Personally did not like

Did not enjoy. I am sure there is some Jazz out there I would find palatable, but this isnt it. Found the music disjointed, grating and was relieved when it finished.

Hate this kind of jazz. Not for me.

Still not keen on jazz

Not for me

2/10. Not bad per say, just very much not for me. For jazz, it was mid still.

This is not for me. Would not listen again

Jazz sucks

I'm learning that Jazz is not my vibe
