Tank Battles
Dagmar KrauseThis sucks, is in German, and is not on Spotify.
This sucks, is in German, and is not on Spotify.
Second time I've listened to this and still terrible.
This is a landmark album in hip hop with a lot of firsts for the genre. At times the album feels dated because of how far the genre has progressed since the release of this album.
Meh.
This starts with Beautiful Day and then proceeds to be one of the most boring albums ever made.
This is honestly one of the best albums ever written. An all time great.
While I like this album because Miles Davis is a GOAT, it is a compilation album and lacks the unity of a complete, focused album. All the songs are really good, but it just feels as if it is missing that album feel.
This is a landmark album in hip hop with a lot of firsts for the genre. At times the album feels dated because of how far the genre has progressed since the release of this album.
Amazing album from one of the best. Really makes you feel like you are off in the heat of the islands even though the cool fall weather is starting to set in now.
I have never listened to this album before, but I really enjoyed the indie electronic sound to it. The vocals were very enjoyable and had a 90s punk vibe similar to Gwen Stefani in No Doubt.
I do not love Joni Mitchell, but this album is great. Excellent writing and vocal performance. The instrumentals are immaculate. The last song Twisted really stood out to me as it is essentially a vocal jazz performance.
This has got to be the most mid Marvin Gaye album. While it is smooth, every song is stylistically identical which made it pretty boring to me.
Well this is a weird album. The Butthole Surfers experiment with a lot of different sounds here. None of which are very appealing to me. The poor dog in the album cover.
Very interesting and progressive political commentary. Talks a lot about being gay which is often frowned upon in the hip hop community.
I really like the piano and orchestral arrangements in this album. Tori Amos also has a very pretty voice.
Love the piano parts in this album. The song writing is pretty strong as well, but I am not the biggest fan of Bowie's whiny voice at some points.
The dads everywhere are going to love this one!!! Pretty solid rock album, I think all of the songs are pretty good.
Lot of long and slow ballads. Some all time classics on here, but as an album it felt kind of boring to me.
Salsa music is fun and something I do not really listen to.
This album is both interesting and unremarkable at the same time.
This is sounds like the Australian wannabe Beatles.
Tiny Dancer is an all time great banger. The rest of the album is also very strong even though I am not as familiar with the rest of the songs.
Very impressive album. I love the synth sounds in here and the electronic sounding drums. I have never listened to this album before, but I certainly see why this is considered one of the best albums from the 90s.
Nice country rock album. It is very long though and begins to get stale about halfway through.
Maybe I just don't like UK hip/hop that much, but this album is pretty abrasive to me. The production is indeed "grimy" and the lyrics are tough for me as an American to understand. Between the distracting beats and difficult-to-understand lyrics it was tough for me to get anything out of this.
Really love the album cover. The songs are pretty good too. Eric Clapton's best work IMO.
I liked the weird piano parts on this album a lot.
Lead singer's voice is atrocious, I hate it. Instrumentals are cool though.
Similar to yesterday, this album has amazing instrumentals. Nearly impeccable in my opinion. The lead singer's voice is screechy and sounds like complete shit.
I really like Folk music and Americana so this album is right up my alley. Great songwriting and imagery of life in America.
I had never heard this album before, but it is really, really good. Strong instrumentals and harmonies, catchy toons, excellent lyrics. I was really impressed.
not as good as the kinks album friday. it's alright i think. less unique of an album.
Jackie is kind of a banger. Scott Walker has a really pleasing voice. The song lyrics seem very risque for this time period.
Some nice British 90s rock. Honestly pretty good if you forget they are the band that made wonderwall.
Pretty interesting house/pop album. I could feel the vibes.
Very unique album blending rock, hip/hop, electronic, and country sounds.
This has some true hip hop classics on it, but really feels dated.
Interesting punk album that incorporates a lot of different genres in it.
Her voice is really terrible at points and really good at others. Very odd inconsistency for what is consider one of the best albums of all time. There are a lot of classic 90s bangers on here though.
Pretty interesting album. Bjork really carries the album here. I do think that the mix is pretty bad at times, with the vocals being too quiet to understand compared to the instruments.
Very pretty album. Lyrically it is strong, musically it is strong. Variation between more electric songs and more folk songs. Excellent work.
Insanely beautiful vocals. Such calming delivery.
One of my all time favorite albums and a true modern classic.
Beautiful harmonies in timeless pop music. Great stuff from the Beach Boys as always.
One of my favorite classic rock albums. The instrumentals are so crispy here. Very impressive.
Mr. Blue Sky is the big hit on here. The album has some interesting effects, but it feels long and drags a bit.
Frank Sinatra is always good. But there is only so much of the same sounding music I think you can have in one record before it gets boring.
Impressive guitar work, but jeff beck's voice doesn't really do it for me.
Really solid country album. Love the slide guitar on here. As well as the saloon piano.
Pretty cool instrumentally. Wish I could understand any of the words though.
Interesting album. I really liked the orchestra parts. Oh also I want to do heroin now.
Very solid pop album with a lot of gospel music influences.
It is a pretty solid rock album, but I feel like there is nothing unique about it. Felt a little generic and boring to me.
This starts with Beautiful Day and then proceeds to be one of the most boring albums ever made.
A landmark album for the indie rock genre in the 2000s. Arcade Fire's best work.
This an alright rock album that has some pretty big hits on it.
I liked this more than I would have thought, but it is very long. I liked a majority of the songwriting and guitar work.
Pretty great album for a rainy day. Pretty unique for its time.
Very smooth album. I really enjoyed it.
It must be tough when the other Elvis in music is so much better.
As someone who is a Rolling Stones hater, I was pleasantly surprised by this album. It covers rock, folk, and country rock.
Strong blues album. I enjoyed it.
Decent rock album, pretty diverse sounds and instrumentation.
Really great big jazz album. Really enjoyed this one, it was a lot of fun. Album art is fun too.
Some of these songs are very weird and some of them are very fun. This could be a very cool electronic album if it was a bit more consistent.
I really like the guitar work here and the lead vocals started to grow on me. Pretty fun album.
A lot of interesting sounds going on, but not for me.
Pretty cool instrumentals and album cover. Do not love the vocals though.
A true Jazz classic.
Not bad. But nothing really stood out.
Tis the season and this has some all time great holiday hits.
Undoubtedly a great album. I think it is a little too long though.
There were a lot of interesting instrumentals in here, but the album felt kind of jumbled.
One of the greatest folk albums of all time in my opinion. Elliott Smith is hauntingly beautiful here.
Pretty boring album, not a big fan.
Joplin's unique voice really shines out. She sounds great despite the vocal imperfections.
The guitar work was very good, but this is just not really my type of music.
Really great pop album that I did not like much upon its initial release.
Not for me, honestly thought it was pretty boring which is quite something for a punk album.
The lead singer has a bad voice. Kind of just bland hard rock to me. This is definitely not my type of music. It is also almost two hours long. No thank you.
This is lame, boring, and cringe. The album cover is garbage too.
The production is cool and I liked this album more than I remembered.
The guitar and organ are quite cool. The vocals are quite uncool.
Pretty great rock album.
This shit slaps. I loved it. I think it may because I listened to it while working, but this is perfect background working music.
A lot of some of the greatest classic classic rock songs of all time.
Very smooth harmonies in here. Pretty enjoyable album.
"Being Boring" is a great way to describe this album.
This is super British and super okay.
Pretty solid album, a few of the songs are a bit weaker. -1 star for having to listen to it on youtube
Very pretty vocals on the album. The last song was quite the statement though.
I really enjoyed this. Some cool DJ mixes in here.
Amazing album, no real flaws in my opinion.
Kurt Cobain's writing is pretty great here. As is the harsh production sound.
Beautiful live album. You really feel like you are in the club listening to it.
Really strong songwriting in my opinion. I really enjoy the arrangements of the songs as well.
Do not really like much of the vocals here, but did enjoy bits of the instrumentals.
I really like the album cover here much more than the music. Some of the guitar work is really cool, but the vocals are absolutely awful. Very high energy though.
Very British, very 90s, very boring.
Pretty interesting instrumentals and production. Iggy Pop's voice is really terrible and I hate it.
Fun electro/pop/funk album. Pretty cool concept of the archandroid too.
I have never really been a Fiona Apple fan, but this is the first album that really clicked for me and I get the hype.
Ghosteen is incredibly boring. Yes the lyrics are powerful, but the music and delivery of the lyrics are just very stale and boring. It does not really feel like this builds anywhere musically.
I really enjoyed the guitarwork and vocals on this album. Both were excellent.
Miserable Morrissey sounds pretty good here. Pleasantly surprised by this.
One of the best albums ever.
Banger album.
A bit more experimental than other Fleetwood Mac albums. It is very long though and I think there is a good amount of filler in here.
Pretty diverse album with blues and bluegrass songs. I really fuck with Fallen Eagle.
I really enjoyed this. It's kind of like atmospheric world jazz or something. Pretty smooth.
The guitar work is cool, but I just do not love metal music. Maybe it's because I listened to it at 8am on a work day, but who knows.
Fucking awful voice. Holy shit I do not think I have heard a worse voice.
Really funky and cool sound.
Goodness gracious great balls of fire! Honestly pretty fun live album. Sounds like a fun concert. Too bad he married his 13 year old cousin.
Not a bad country rock type album. Some gospel influences as well. It is very long and begins to drag as all of the songs are very similar.
I feel like this album would be great if you are like 10 beers deep at a football game, but I do not really know why you would listen to it in any other situation.
Pretty fun latin/jazz/rock album with some very notable hits. Cool album cover too.
Really enjoyable country rock album. I like the composition of the songs as well as the vocals.
Pretty fun electric disco pop album. I really feel like this predates a lot of modern pop music.
Very surprised about this one. This is an excellent alt country album. I think the lyricism is strong and I really like the sound of it. Really wish he were not a creep.
This honestly might be the GOAT Jazz album.
I think the composition of the songs is very cool, but I do not particularly like the singer's voice.
The instrumentals are really amazing here. I love the guitar work and the electric fiddle in "The Gumbo Variations" is sweet. Zappa's voice sounds kind of scary sometimes, but he really does not sing enough for it to take away from the album.
Pretty diverse pop album. It does start to drag towards the end.
This is a very interesting full length rock opera. I feel as if it is too long, but it does share a cohesive story throughout and the transition between songs is very cool.
Pretty enjoyable rock album. I really like the composition of the songs. The organ, orchestral, and piano parts are very cool.
I do like the keyboard parts in this. Pretty cool album overall even though I am not a huge prog rock fan.
Right off the bat there is a weird dolphin sounding vocal part? I really think this sounds like it is written by someone who smells like shit for some reason. I do not enjoy the weird vocalizations and vocal rhythms at all.
This album feels very ahead of it's time. Very unique blend of electric and rock. Definitely has parts where it is very weird though.
Very different Beach Boys album with fewer vocal harmonies and an overall darker sound.
This album is banging. The jazz rock sound is awesome. I love the keyboard parts.
I honestly wish I liked Prince more, but it just is not for me. It's some funk music here, but I just do not like it much and I cannot really put my finger on it. Maybe it's his voice.
Newman's voice is amazing and his composition of the songs is really great as well. Very impressive, but the album does feel a bit racist. Wikipedia says it is satirical though.
This is a Christmas music type beat. Very smooth, but boring. Made me feel sleepy.
Really hate the squeaky vocals here.
Very surprised here. I thought this was a very well done metal album. The vocals are solid, no excessive screaming or overly loud instrumentation. The guitar work is very strong.
Pretty cool rock album. Enjoyable to listen to, but a tad boring.
Kind of boring and slow. Hallelujah is a banger though.
One of the best hip hop albums ever.
Fun and funky album. Starts to drag a bit in the back half, but otherwise pretty solid.
This is some boring stuff.
Very long album, but very good. I really enjoyed the songwriting and the production in the album.
This is really boring as hell. His voice is not bad though.
Much more country than I would have expected. Pretty enjoyable, but too long in my opinion.
Great album if you're in the garage working on your car. But I'm not. Pretty solid guitar riffs though.
Not terrible, but very British and very 80s.
Pretty solid album, really took me back to walking in a department store in 2015.
Arguably the greatest rock album of all time.
Despite a lot of nonsensical lyrics, this is a very cool album and I enjoyed it quite a bit.
Absolute banger. One of the best albums from the 90s. Very creative and lyrically impressive.
I really like the acoustic interludes in some of the songs. Roundabout is definitely the highlight of the album.
Pretty solid blues album. Guitarwork is pretty strong.
Some really big hits on here like Welcome to the Jungle, Paradise City, and Sweet Child O' Mine. Outside of those it is pretty mid.
Great voice and pretty fun songs. It would be some good music to cook to or something. But I have not the faintest idea of what any of the lyrics mean.
The production on this song is really solid. All the instrumentals are really strong and the lyrics are very good as well. The transitions between tracks are very smooth which I always enjoy. The biggest downside is that the album is very long.
Pretty trippy. Kind of a stark contrast compared to The Wall which was the last album.
This is a very goofy album with some fun songs.
The harmonies here are amazing. Pretty enjoyable love album. Certainly would be a good date night album.
This is a near perfect electronic album to me. Really great for music in the background while working.
I like the album cover. The album itself is pretty good and quite british sounding. The instrumentation is very good and the songs are catchy.
Guitar work is really amazing in this album. Pretty solid.
Wow I really hate the vocals. Thrilller kind of sounds like a squeaky horror soundtrack.
Pretty solid album. Really liked High and Dry.
Do not love the vocals, but the organ is pretty cool. Not a huge fan of this punk adjacent type of music.
I really like the guitar work and fuzziness of the guitar.
Amazing voice. Fun songs.
Great production. I really enjoyed this, but some of the skits were not as good.
A few good songs, but a lot of this was just meh to me.
This is so boring and so long. The Bob Dylan inflection is strong here.
Yeah I don't know what that was supposed to be.
Yeah this ain't it for me. Very high energy, but not my type of thing.
Pretty cool album by a pretty cool band.
Lovely love songs.
The composition of the songs is very cool. I liked the Saxophone parts a lot. But I do not like Bowie's voice much.
The guitar work is pretty cool.
Some parts of this are good, but not really for me. I can definitely see some influences of this towards other bands I like though.
This is so long that you kind of get lost in it and nothing really stands out. Guitar is good though.
This is so painfully British. Can't understand a word of what is being said.
Pretty Great album.
Slick jazz album. Really enjoyable.
Very solid jazz album, but I liked the one from yesterday more.
Surprisingly better than I would have thought. Have never heard of this album before. Not a lot of variety in the songs though.
Pretty enjoyable album. I also like the album art a lot.
Some of the songs sound a bit corny, but this is cool for its time.
This is an awesome album. Vocals are impeccable. Blue eyes crying in the rain is an all time great song.
I have never heard of this before, but I really like the guitar work and the album art is cool too. The album definitely gets weirder and weirder as it goes on though.
Solid alternative rock album. The bass lines were pretty nice throughout.
Better than I thought it would be.
One of my favorite albums ever. Production is immaculate, the features are fire, and the lyrics are vulnerable. Every song feels like a movie.
I have not really heard anything like this. Pretty spooky witch doctor music. Kind of cool though.
This is some whispery experimental pop.
Not my thing.
I remember when this album came out. It is pretty bluesy and easy to listen to, but nothing really stands out to me.
Pretty enjoyable and funky album. I really like the lead singer's voice too. It fits very well.
Meh rock and roll to me. Nothing super interesting here.
This is British art rock and I cannot say I am a fan.
This is some banging music. Does not feel like it came out in 1957.
Another 50s album. Little Richard is fun and an early rock star.
Very synth pop from the 80s, ends on a band with Don't you want me.
My My, Hey Hey is such a banger. Some of the heavier rock songs do not go as well with Young's voice in my opinion.
Perfecto
Cool Folk album I have never heard before. Weird there are three versions of one song on here though.
Kind of interesting but not my cup of tea.
Not nearly as good as Juju.
A perfect album in my opinion. One of the best ever.
Not his greatest album, but interestingly enough I really liked the instrumental songs at the end.
A latinish album, but I was not really feeling it.
Not my favorite at all.
Surprisingly good.
Absolute banger and one of the finest pop albums ever made.
Not as good as Astral Weeks to me, but still an impressive album with great songwriting in a more popular style.
Wow really surprised by this one. Super cool album. Lots of different stylistic elements including western, jazz, and latin.
this is pretty awful.
This is kind of weird and sort of sounds like a movie soundtrack but it is not.
Not bad, but not his best. Still annoying it is not on spotify.
This album really drops off after the first three songs.
Very solid jazz album with a unique blend of funk and rock.
A no filler bluesy rock album. Pretty solid.
Pretty enjoyable synth pop album. Very 80s.
It is a metal album
Fun album with some hits and a lot of songs that have been sampled.
Very surprised by this. I do not love his voice, but this is a diverse and unique album that feels really raw and genuine.
What the fuck lol
Pretty enjoyable album. All the songs kind of sound the same though.
Very unique genre-bending album. I had never heard of this band, but it was cool.
First off this is insanely long.
This is bad. It is really weird art rock.
Cool piano performance. Does get a bit boring though.
I liked Man on the Moon, but that was about it.
Now this is some power pop rock. Not for me, but Paradise by the Dashboard Light was good.
All time classic.
Pretty cool instrumental album. I am a fan.
Incredible album. This is very reminiscent of my freshman year of college.
One of the most impressive debut albums in hip hop.
A little more guitar heavy than I would have thought from an 80s album like this. Still not my favorite though. Kind of boring.
I was not able to really find this album online. I listened to Fats Domino swings instead. Which was fun.
Pretty long, but pretty cool for an electronic album. I am beginning to realize I like a lot of the 90s electronic music.
Girl from Ipanema is an absolute bop.
I really hate the Bob Dylan inflection and Cadence and it makes this a tough album to get through.
Pretty fun, but nothing too exciting.
Kind of a weird album. Not sure what is special about it.
Fun country album. Pretty smooth.
This album makes white people go crazy. Mr. Brightside>Smile Like you mean it>Somebody Told me>All these things that I've done is actually an insane four track run.
Not too bad. Kind of fun album.
Classic album from the 2010s.
Really fun and diverse album. I really enjoyed his voice and thought it fit well in the song compositions.
Not bad, but cannot understand a word.
Pretty unique world beat type sound.
Pretty funky and fun, but definitely begins to drag after a while.
Morissey has a nice voice, but all of these songs sound nearly identical.
Insanely smooth.
Pretty solid country album surprisingly.
Very cool album. Production is very strong, vocals are strong. Guitar work is amazing.
Really great songwriting on an album with some huge hits.
This sucks, is in German, and is not on Spotify.
This is really incredible. The flute and guitar sound really great. The atmospheric and traditional Indian sound is extremely cool.
Very cool samples and unique production.
Decent rock album.
REM is not my favorite, but Orange Crush is a solid song.
I really like the stripped down and raw kind of sound this album has. I have not listened to this before and found it enjoyable.
Kind of bland rock and roll to me.
Not too bad, but kind of boring after a while.
Still not the biggest Smiths/Morrissey fan, but this was not the worst. Some of the songs are decently enjoyable.
Pretty solid album. Definitely had some big hits and the cover of across the universe was cool.
I do not love the vocals. It's alright at best.
Really awesome album. Incredible guitar work which was to be expected.
Pretty solid. Some parts are really difficult to understand due to the accents.
I think radiohead is just not for me. This is so mid.
Meh. It was okay.
Not great. Some of the songs are very gospelly.
Pretty great stuff.
Solid album. Starting out with seven nation army is hype.
Pretty enjoyable album
Top tier jazz album.
Somewhat diverse rock album with some occasionally difficult to understand lyrics.
Really enjoyable album. Kind of psych/country rock.
Solid rock album. I really like the keyboard parts.
Solid. Kind of long.
Really like the album cover. Music was fine for an electronic type album.
Solid rock album. Nothing stands out too much in this to me.
Very British and very not good.
Honestly really fun and enjoyable.
Psycho killer stood out.
This was great.
Better than I thought it would be.
Pretty good, except way too long.
Pretty enjoyable prog rock. Cool songs that were sampled.
I really just don't get Radiohead.
Pretty great.
Pretty solid blues album! Enjoyable but the deluxe edition is very very long.
Kind of cool and felt very ahead of its time sonically. But it was very repetitive.
This was bad.
Pretty good! It was rainy today and fit that vibe well.
Not my favorite, but still decent.
Surprisingly pretty good. Had to listen on YouTube though.
One of the better rock albums from the 2000s.
Solid psych rock album. Weird there are so many takes on here.
Really good. Lot of big songs on here.
One of the best hip hop albums.
Not my favorite.
Surprisingly great.
Better than I thought. Cool samples and production. But very long.
The best song of all time (imo) is on this. Incredible guitar album.
Fela kuti has never disappointed. It's always fire.
Really really cool. Bummer it's only on YouTube.
Solid 2000s rock album. Take me out still goes hard to this day.
Nothing about this really stands out to me besides it being a 60s rock album. Also could only find it on youtube.
Pretty cool 90s album I was unfamiliar with. Not the greatest in my opinion, but still cool and unique.
A few of these songs are really great and a few of them are so incredibly forgettable.
Not very memorable to me. Sounds like a lot of the psychedelic music from that time period.
Take on me is one of the best songs ever. The rest of the songs on here are not.
Pretty banging. A lot of these songs have been used as samples in hip hop songs.
A little better than I expected.
I just don't like the Smiths much.
It was entertaining, but I did not love the guy's voice.
This was okay.
Very good album. Surprised this has never crossed my paths before.
This is a banger. Awesome album.
An album I listen to often. The sampling is so cool.
A bit odd. I thought I would enjoy this a bit more than I did.
Not really much of anything.
This sucked man.
This is a really cool album.
This is a video game soundtrack type beat.
Surprisingly entertaining and unique album. Some of the instrumental songs are a bit boring though.
Very British and kind of boring.
Entertaining, but long and a bit boring.
Boring and long.
Eh.
I am no MBV fan and this is some straight dookie. I despise this style of mixing where the lyrics are intentionally unrecognizable and the instruments are way too loud.
Pretty enjoyable. Great voice of course.
Very solid dancey album.
Surprisingly solid 70s rock album.
Cool production and flow.
The guitar work was pretty good, but I found the vocals to be inconsistent.
Honestly a pretty boring album.
Pretty cool album with some real banger songs.
Not terrible, but not great. A few of the songs were hype.
Pretty sweet album.
I really loved this. Most (if not all) of these songs are covers and they are very creative and unique covers that provide a different perspective and vision.
Not good
Pretty enjoyable, but nothing really stood out too much to me.
One of my favorite albums. Excellent lyrics and song structures. The guitar and keyboard are excellent. The album has great pacing. An all time classic.
Honestly really enjoyable and a big surprise for me. This was a good electronic album.
This was okay. Nothing stood out to me.
This was a pretty solid album, but it didn't have a clear direction to me. Is it instrumental? Is it a lyrical album? It was good for working, but entirely too long.
Cool production.
Pretty cool album. Feels a bit ahead of its time. The production is very cool.
Better than I thought it would be, but it begins to drag towards the back half of the album.
Kind of unique and not what I expected. But also not great.
I am on a huge instrumental album kick right now so this popped up at just the right time. Good stuff.
A lot of very fun songs on here.
Pretty great. Definitely worth the hype.
She's the queen of pop. A lot of this electropop is well ahead of it's time.
Not too bad. A bit long. Some real bangers though.
Not as punky as I would have thought, but still decent. A lot of the songs sound identical.
Pretty cool album. Some of the songs are kind of spooky.
Very good folk album.
I do not think I have listened to this all the through in probably 6 years. And man is it impressive. The synthesizer usage was really awesome. RIP Syd Barrett.
Pretty boring.
Very impressed. Am going to revisit this.
I thought this was boring and the lead singer did not have a good voice.
Not too bad. Smoke on the water is a classic of course.
Not my favorite. I get it's important but it feels dates today.
I do not like Aerosmith much at all.
This is very long and it does not help that I got a deep purple album this week already.
Really good.
Pretty good songwriting, but the vocals were rough.
Pretty great live album. Van Morrison's voice shines here. His backing band sounds great. Biggest con is the length.
It sounds pretty good, but I am not a fan of how spiritual some of the lyrics are.
This was ass. It sounds like an 80s pop rock album, but it came out 10 years too late. Not a single thing memorable about this.
Solid rock album, with some clear bangers.
Very good. Excellent voice.
My mom always called him miserable Morrissey and it is clear why. Every song is just him hating. The first song is literally about how Americans are fat and hate anyone who is not a white man. Like wow so insightful!
Not as great as some of their later albums, but still excellent.
Pretty solid. Sad they changed the album cover.
Some nice beach vibes. Would be good in the summer.
This is a goofy and fun album with some cool samples.
For a few of the songs the vocals are a bit too rough. But the instrumentals throughout are great. It is easy to hear the influence this had on the girl rock groups of the 2000s and beyond.
Much better than I would have anticipated. Got me hyped to go into the office today.
Not terrible, but very long. Kind of wish it were just instrumental.
Great voice, but nothing else stands out.
A lot of very iconic songs on here. I do not think this album ages super well though.
Really unique album that incorporates a lot of different styles and themes. You can never really tell what is coming next.
Meh rock and roll but also La Grange.
Pretty sweet album. Her voice in certain areas is very haunting in a good way.
Despite the length of the album, this is really a classic. Somehow it does not feel like there are fillers and there a lot of really incredible tracks.
Did not love it, the vocals are rough.
This ain't it.
Beautiful voice and some great songs.
The beats are cool on some of these songs, but this really is not for me.
One of my all time favorites, I fortunately have this on vinyl. Extremely unique acoustic grunge. Kurt Cobain's voice really shines here.
Fun album. With some fun songs.
A few really big hits in this consistent, but typical, rock album.
HeeeHeee. One of Michael Jackson's weaker albums, but would still be great for anyone else.
Meh, not really for me.
It was okay. Some of the songs were much cooler than others.
I have never heard of this. It was pretty solid despite the Bob Dylan-esque vocals.
There are some huge hits on this (Dancing Queen), but it is difficult for me to separate this piece of work from Mamma Mia.
Intriguing album. I thought it was solid.
Some of this was interesting, but I also could not understand any of it because it is French.
While this is cool, I much prefer the songs that do not have words.
No thank you.
Honestly this got me pumped to go into the office.
The production is tight, but the vocals on some of the songs are very difficult to understand.
Some of these songs are a bit different than their other projects, but still pretty good nonetheless.
Kind of cool.
80s pop rock does not do it for me.
Really good. I liked the vocals and the diversity of the album despite being in a genre not know for having a super diverse sound.
I really enjoyed the cinematic quality of this record. The orchestrations were very impressive.
Surprisingly pretty entertaining and cool. I liked it.
Not bad
This is a very British album that does not really do it for me. There were a few songs that stood out to me as being good though.
All of their music feels like it should be in a musical and not in a good way to me.
Pretty forgettable punk album.
Pretty forgettable.
Better than I last remembered listening to this.
Not that fun for me.
One of my favorite hip hop albums. Strong lyricism, strong production. Good album flow.
The vocals are pretty terrible, but the instrumentals are awesome.
Not much stands out in this aside from Karma Chameleon.
Pretty boring.
Kind of interesting but slow.
Really hate the vocals, but better than last time I listened to this.
I had never heard of this and was very surprised. New wave but make it Jam.
Pretty boring. Smooth though.
Not it for me.
Kind of weird and slow.
Pretty high energy.
His voice is bad and this was kind of boring.
Solid album!
it was okay.
A little better than the last Sepultura album, but still not really for me.
Bittersweet Symphony is an obvious banger, but this is solid throughout.
Not my favorite 80s album.
Pretty cool album I was not familiar with.
Very good stuff. Crazy this came out in 1984, it feels well ahead of its time.
Did not love it.
Some British pop. Not really my thing.
While this album is good, I do not think it is among the best of Led Zeppelin. Bron-y-aur stomp goes hard.
One of the best records from the 90s.
Kind of a happy sad alt country vibe.
Very short and very fast.
This was a very enjoyable folky album.
While this is not the type of music I really enjoy, it feels way ahead of its time. This has to be a precursor to shoegaze music with the distortion and effects for the guitar.
Not bad.
Boring rock, nothing really stood out here.
Meh.
Not great.
Wish I could understand this.
A lot of big hits on this record.
Kind of fun, but nothing stood out.
Very cool live album. It is mostly instrumental, but the synth on it is super cool.
Pretty smooth pop music. It gets a little boring after a while.
Quite shocked at how bad this was. The vocals and delivery were barely understandable. Some of the orchestration was cool.
Very British. The vocals were not my favorite but instrumentals were cool.
Not on Spotify which is annoying, but kind of fun folk album.
A little more acoustic than I thought but very boring.
Pretty interesting folk album with a lot of really cool instrumentations.
Pretty solid.
Not my favorite.
Production and instrumentals feel very polished for a punk album.
Kind of weird.
Pretty solid.
Very cool blues album I had never heard. Biggest downside is that it is very long. Love the album cover.
Boring AF.
It was okay.
Kind of fun pop album.
Surprisingly good. Instrumentals and vocals work well together here.
Now this album is really great. The musicianship is incredible. But it is way too long and loses a star because of that.
Good songwriting, but I thought the album was a bit slow.
Radiohead does not do it for me, and this is a weaker offering of theirs.
Not for me. Was grinding at work so the high energy was tolerable in some spots.
A somewhat inconsistent album, that had some fun songs, but also had some cringey songs that sounded like they were straight out of a musical.
Blues masterclass. Loved it.
Not very good unfortunately.
More folky than I would have thought, not bad.
Better than some of the other Morrissey stuff I have listened to.
Never heard this, but it is kind of cool. Girl rock is always fun.
Pretty enjoyable.
Very Linda forward.
Not too special, pretty early pre punk thing.
This sounded like some video game music. Some of it was cool, but it was very long and got a bit boring.
Not very good.
Surprisingly really cool! Guitar work is awesome.
A true classic, not my favorite hip hop album but obviously one of the most influential.
One of the best funk albums.
Did not love it. Some of the guitar was cool.
Energetic start to my day.
Fun album, Son of a Preacher Man is a classic of course.
not very good. very british.
This kind of sucks. His voice is bad.
Pretty solid, not really punk, but moreso Europop.
Interesting.
I very much liked this record.
Better than I thought and a little more diverse.
A few solid songs, but nothing crazy cool.
This is bad.
Production is great. Some of the changing of verses feels a little corny.
yikies.
Pretty good, but why is Respect on this twice?
Second time I've listened to this and still terrible.
Really enjoyable, but there were a few moments where the mixing seemed off and the vocals were too soft.
Meh. A song or two were memorable
A little more country which was decent.
Beats seem cool, but I do not understand a single word.
Never heard this before, but it was pretty solid.
Very boring.
Pretty sick almost folk jazzy sounding record.
First half was great, but it did get a bit long and turned into French.
Solid, but a bit boring.
Pretty solid!
I really liked his voice. Cool album.
Pretty good.
Experimental, but I liked it.
Would be hard to say this is not one of the best hip hop records ever.
Not the best, but still an okay album with a few hits.
Very interesting album.
Solid live rock album. Guitar work was tight.
Some interesting songs, but soooop long.
Pretty good one.
Interesting, but very odd.
A very strong album. Gets a little boring at times.
One of the best of all time.
Iconic protest record.
This has some killer beeps and boops.
It was not that good to me.
Pretty solid.
Solid live album. I like the album art.
Very nice vocals and cool western instrumentals.
This was okay, but not as good as some of the other country records of that era. Kind of boring.
Love me some merle haggard.
Not good. Hated the voice.
Not great.
Incredible instrumental.
Elliott Smith is goated
Eh not bad.
Intriguing but also very odd.
Decent, few songs on here.
Pretty cool!
Pretty cool, but is slow at times despite being a short record.
Not my favorite jazz album.
Kind of funky, but not that special really.
Surprisingly good.
This was better than I had imagined. The guitar work was cool.
Very good actually!
Her voice is bad
A few cool songs, but was not super interesting to me.
Ehh, couple of good songs.
Very British but not awful.
Some really incredible songs, but there were moments where it felt a little boring.
All of these songs sound exactly the same to me. Power 80s pop rock.
The guitar was cool in some spots, but generally a generic British punk record.
Kate Bush never disappoints.
Pretty solid instrumental album.
Way cooler than I thought!
Some British punk music for sure.
Pretty smooth. Let's get it on is an obvious banger, but the remainder of the album gets a bit stale.
One of the best modern hip hop records. Creative jazz beats coupled with politically charged lyricism.
This was not terrible by any means, but was just kind of meh rock in my opinion.
Some weird pop songs and unique takes on some covers.
Kind of boring.
This was super boring.
You could argue this is the greatest album ever made. Easy 5/5.
Very cool precursor to some chamber pop music in the 2000s.
Enjoyable and smooth.
Interesting, but a little boring at parts. I like the concept of a noir film score.
Surprisingly a bit more intriguing than I would have thought. Cool instrumental parts.
This sounds like if Bob Dylan was a shitty 70s rock band.
Very confused because the track listing on spotify is much different than what is listed on wikipedia. But whatever I listened to was pretty cool and jazzy drum and bass music.
A little better than I thought.
Some cool beats and solid rhymes.
Kind of funky, kind of jazzy.
Very unique! This was a pleasant surprise to me. The radio station concept was very cool and fun. The tracks are very diverse and break into a lot of world music.
Solid folk album, but the songs are long and some of them begin to drag.
A more diverse album than I would have thought.
Kind of forgettable but nothing is bad.
Some solid electro pop. I think with how popular electro pop is now, this record feels pretty dated. But it was undoubtedly influential and experimental at its time.
Cool guitar work, but it really seems like no one in this band can sing.
A hip hop classic.
The beats were really cool, but some of the vocals were hit or miss for me.
Sort of interesting techno dancy music, but it gets old and repetitive very quickly.
His voice is indescribably bad.
