Discount Syd Barrett. I get dreamy, psychedelic but this is belligerent.
tooooo long and repetitive

Typical instrumental-focused 60's rock. Very enjoyable, but very light on the lyrics for my particular taste.
So weird to think this was the debut album... Full of classics, some "borrowed", definitely a must-hear.
Classic Prince, amazing, musical and sexy.
Enjoyable listen, nice mix of styles
Not a fan of Coldplay. I guess ok.
A bit too experimental and a-musical to my ears.
Stunning. Love it.
Amazing
So weird, but in the best way possible. Can see why it would not be everyone's cup of tea.

Maybe this was groundbreaking in the 80's but it does not hold up....

1 catchy song does not a good album make

If Nu-Metal had to have some representation of this list, this was a poor choice.....
Has undeniable bangers, you can really tell he wanted to be the next Michael Jackson but uffff ALL the songs could have been 40 seconds shorter... They all trail off and repeat the same thing for FAR too long, also "Right for me" is atrocious.
Long but bearable, can see the influence on future artists

Might have been groundbreaking at the time but somehow does not stand the test of time. Or maybe I am less nostalgic about it than other indie-rock of the time.

Call it performance art maybe, but half the time it wasn't music.

This isn't on the list for Britney. This is here to showcase 90's swedish producing.

I mean I get it, not an enjoyable listen though
I'm tired boss...
With 4 albums already on the list, did they really need to add "the boss" at his most middle-aged dad self?

4.8 had to deduct something for "Rain", otherwise amazing album.
