On the plus side only 40 minutes long, and no one else came in to the office today so there was no going postal - but dear god what a bunch of turgid shite

A 3.5, would have been a 4 but for the rapping
Not as good as The Campfire Headphase but still solid

Actual rating 3.5
A great piece of pop that has stood the test of time well.
Very good country album. Really enjoyed this, some tracks I had heard covers of before but not the originals. Real score around 3.75
On the plus side only 40 minutes long, and no one else came in to the office today so there was no going postal - but dear god what a bunch of turgid shite
Absolute stonker of an album, ZZ Top at their finest! Actual rating 4.5
A classic album, seems a little long in the tooth now
Goes on a bit, some great tracks and a lot of filler IMO, doesnt change my mind on rock operas
Just incredible, highlights the talent of Nirvana. No fillers, no duff tracks, just one great song after another. Arguably their finest album. Actual score 4.5
Metal classic - actual score 3.5
Probably not a great album for a romantic night in! Not quite sure how I would categorise this but I like it. Real score 3.5
Real score 3.5
Nice background music
The Weight is a great track and does stand out from the others
Good album, actual score 3.5
cracking album
Rock n roll my friends!
Real rating 2.5
This was OK, real rating 2.5
If I was on LSD I'm sure this would have been excellent and would have flown by but sadly I was not and it seemed to last 3 weeks.
A couple of good tracks but a lot of filler IMO. Real score 2.5
Prog rock dullness
I will give it a 2, it was OK but seemed to go on a bit too long for me
Perhaps a 2.5, just not my thing - found it a bit dull
Real score closer to 3.75

Real score 2.5 - the further I got through the album the more bored of it I became
A couple of great tracks but I dont need the other 54 hours of tracks to get there - not changed my mind on led zep
This album transported me both to an old school indian restaurant and an elevator all at once
Wasn't expecting to like this but was pleasantly surprised.
Still a fresh sounding album
Sorry, I just dont get the appeal. Always think of the muppets whenever I hear him.
Like a lower-quality REM and went on a bit
OK, inoffensive soft country. Personally think Jewel does it better
Like a furry jobbie circling the bowl
I don't listen to Beck albums often but when I do remember just how good they are
I still find LedZep massively overhyped, for relatively short songs they go on forever! Best track, Immigrant song which is fortunately track 1 so you can then skip the rest.
a good album, probably more a 3.5 as I dont think it has aged hugely well
Inoffensive but dull, struggled to make it through the whole album
more a 3.5, solid album not as catchy as some of their other work
not as bad as some of their others but still not my thing
probably a 2.5, didnt really enjoy it, stick to Wu
This is new to me and I thought it was great, a solid 4.5 stars
pretty decent eclectic album, a 3.5 from me
a bit too one dimensional for me
just didn't quite do it for me - a middle of the road 3
ranged from boring to annoying and back for me
Not knowingly heard this band before, enjoyed the album
Not for me, managed 3.5 songs
inoffensively beige
talented vocalist, a bit over produced to make it sound vintage IMO. Probably a 3.5 for vocal performance
long self-indulgent tracks of garbage
really mixed feelings on this one, some cracking tracks but too many interludes and filler material to be more than a 3.5 for me
no idea why this is on the list at all
3.5
3.5
well arranged, and performed but a whole album is just. too much bongo!
more a 3.5
good but dated - 3.5
a 3.75
Clearly very talented but didn't do a lot for me, I'll give this a 3
Never heard of them, not bad but doubt I will revisit
Always found this to be a bit overhyped, some good singles but that is pretty much it - 3.5
Overuse of throat singing
just terrible, no idea how this made it anywhere near this list. One of the few that wish there was a zero star option
expected to like it, didnt. 2 stars
A bit long, his voice starts to grate a little, a 2.5
A good album, not their best and not the one I would have included in the list but still a solid 4
It cannot be overstated how much of an influential album this was to all electronic music that has come after be it dance to industrial.
decidedly meh closer to a 2.5 but will score it a 3
Hmm not as bad as I was expecting, not to say I will be listening again though! I would say 1.5
expected to enjoy this more than I did, just a 3
Pretty decent, more of a 3.5 but I feel it may grow on me
Nah, not for me.
Some good tracks and some absolute trash. Tracks like blame game nothing but turgid shite
not my favourite album from Alice but solid
It is as if someone set out to record an album of Beatles sounding music - did nothing for me
Not bad, a 3.5 from me
Enjoyed this
Some tracks I liked a lot but others just annoyed me, probably a 3.5 overall.
A 3.5, would have been a 4 but for the rapping
Banger
closer to a 3.5
A good album, took me a little by surprise. A solid 4
solid 3.5
Decent voice but a poor record. The interludes were just annoying and served no real purpose. A shame there wasn't better structure to the actual music. Can't rate it higher than a 2
Cracking piece of big band jazz 4.5
3.5
A strange choice to be on the list, not her best work. 2.5
4 stars, had only heard If I had a heart before - thoroughly enjoyed the album
3.75, mainly for nostalgia
Modern-day pop classic
3.75, better than I remembered
middle of the road 3 stars
solid 4
let down by some awful tracks 3.5
Dull
A classic album
I remember getting this album on release and it being a great album. Sadly it hasn't aged too well, perhaps ruined by South Park's MJ overusing the vocalisations who knows? I was pleased to revisit it but I probably won't return anytime soon. 3.75
I don't really get live albums, would always prefer to listen to studio material or attend a concert. So while the playing and songs are good I can only give this a 3 as I really don't understand why this is in the list
A surprise hit for, 3.75
couldnt get on with this one, just seemed like Public Enemy- lite. None of the raw power and dynamism you get with PE
Meh generic rock of it's time, nothing special
a couple of OK tracks, quite a few bad tracks - 2 stars
Funky 4.5
3.5, never been a massive fan but a solid enough album
solid four, good fun but probably wouldn't listen to it as an entire album again
4.5
3.5
3.5
interesting to hear the source of the tracks covered by Nirvana - 3.5
Frank in good form but not his best work so a 3.5 for me
prog rock, some good stuff, but tracks too long and joined together by nonsense 2.5
decent enough but nothing to write home about - 3
solid 4
Some good tracks, overall enjoyable but I did struggle a little with the length. 3.5
It's just a bit better than OK, a 3.5. I am unlikely to listen to it again as it didn't draw me in, but if a track came on, I wouldn't switch it off
2.5
Closer to. 3.5, pleasantly surprised
3.5
3.5 batshit
2.5, too much nonsense between tracks and the 12-minute last track .... ugh.
too 80's can't give it more than 3
dull and too long, with much better examples of garage out there I dont understand why this made the list - 2
3.5, didn't quite do it for me
An absolute belter
four stars, who doesn't like a bit of Dusty
3.5
Solid 3 if not 3.5
4.5 classic
Not as good as The Campfire Headphase but still solid
A generous 2,
dull, duller than a very dull thing
Solid 4
