Reviews (page 13 of 14)

the album is not bad but its not something i would listen to on a daily basis, some songs give off draft punk vibes while others sade, which isn't bad its just not really the vibe im going for right now

Sexy boy adds a whole star on its own

Nothing to write home about

Chill vibes but nothing groundbreaking, good music to have on while working

experimental ambient electronic, background

Super alt, esta bien para una sesión lo-fi. No lo escucharía en un día a día

Interesting, but not for me.

My rating 2.3

No tengo nada para opinar al respecto.

Todo casi instrumental, buena música pero no me gustó, me aburrió bastante

Electronic Ambient Downtempo from France

This album would have gone crazy if it was like your second time smoking weed.

Great background music.

Amateur experimental electronica music. Ok, but not good.

Grei start, så kjedelig

Ну такое, музыка 90х мне в большинстве случаев не нравилась, этот альбом подтвердил мнение

Sort of psychedelic mumbo jumbo. Don’t really get it…

This album really devolved for me and went from a 3 to a 2. It turns into some really soft dated electronica that I just find dull to listen to

Pleasant enough, but nothing stood out.

I loved the first song. It went down from there

some songs were ok (the known ones) others were like tv intermissions or background music for ads

Music only a music critic could love

Sale, i dont usually listen this genre but ok

Too groovy for me

Note my Cup of tea

Parts of this remind me a lot of post-Dots and Loops Stereolab, or especially early Broadcast. Unfortunately, it all feels a bit incomplete here, and mostly I'd rather just listen to The Noise Made by People, honestly.

Había una que tenía guardada… no está mal, too indie.

Repetitive mellow pop from the 90s. Meh

Pretty boring sounded like background music

Album très moyen, je n'ai quasiment rien retenu de toute la tracklist et les sonorités un peu ennuyantes et assez répétitives. Vraiment album assez calamiteux.

Fine for background music. Has a vibe. Boring one on one. Much prefer their soundtrack to virgin suicides, which has strong stronger songs and not just music.

An OK record if you don't need to pay too much attention to it. Many of the tracks consist of little more than repetitive grooves with keyboard noodling, goofy sound effects and/or featherweight vocals on top. Fine for relaxing in your space age bachelor/bachelorette pad but a li'l boring for close listening.

Started off promising but got so boring by the end. I added the first one to the playlist I made for the next time I trip though

Chill, maar ook wel wat saai

This was pleasant and fine I guess. Just not really my favorite style.

sexy boy

Sanitized of all soul or emotion.

All I need is such a banger

This came out at a time in my life when I was music-obsessed, but it never made much of an impression. This is the first time I've intentionally sat down and listened to it from start to finish...and I'm still not all that moved. I love "Ce Matin-la." The rest of this I can take or leave. It sounds precocious to me, and yet it just sort of happily vamps on its influences (Bacharach, Pet Sounds, exotica) without really doing anything bold. It's background music, but it wants the listener to hear some grand toy symphony.

This feels like they heard the song Comfortably Numb and decided to make a whole album feel that way. It's ethereal in a way that doesn't mean much to me at the end of the day. If I remember this exists after this listen I may throw it on in the background of a chill hang with friends. But I can envision myself ever reaching for it.

A bit too airy, lacking substance and heft, for my personal tastes. I get why people may like this album but it was not for me.

The loungiest of lounge jazz. Like living in a shit perfume ad

Interesting album, I have no idea why it's on this list.

Always nice to hear an album and/or band that I have never heard before. First couple of songs weren’t too bad then it lost me

2/5 , not bad but not enough good lyrics for me. Kinda funky

Honestly, I just don't really get this one. It's good background music, but I wouldn't sit and intentionally listen to this album or feel like it's worth being on the list.

Can hear a ton of influences on subsequent electronic releases

Ok not choice of genre

Appreciated the french, but wasn't my favorite.

Eh not my vibe but kinda groovy 2/5

Its relaxing but far from a must listen album ever. Its ok amd diferent

Unfortunately, not for me. Too slow, background noise vibes

I was ready to give this song a 1 all the way up until the song remember, and all the songs following are actually really good and really enjoyable up until new star in the sky with really entrancing music and lovely vibes, but then the vocals come on and ruin the atmosphere it was creating. An album with great potential continually cut down with some not very good production and artistic choices

ALBUM REVIEW An album with 10 tracks. (I would like to add that this review is me writing this in real time. and will be like that for every review too!) Track 1: “La femme d’argent” An instrumental track that sounds very “vlogy” I don’t know how to explain it. It’s okay to say the least. I feel like I’ve heard it from somewhere though. Overall: 5.5/10 Track 2: “Sexy Boy” Terrible. From here I can tell I’m not going to like this album. Overall: 1.5/10 Track 3: “All I Need” (ft. Beth Hirsch) The intro for me is really strong. It gives “Dreams”- Solange. This song is in English too. It would take a couple of listens to fully grow on me, but it’s good enough to go on my liked songs pile. Overall: 7/10 Track 4: “Kelly Watch The Stars” The intro really gave me a mixture of a bunch of artists, those being Michael Jackson (sounded like Human Nature) , Daft Punk and Tame Impala (more specifically the Currents album). Judging from the lyrics, the song is repetitive. May remind me of good artists but it’s not THAT great of a song. Overall: 4.5/10 Track 5: “Talisman” Halfway through the album! Yay! I like the intro a lot. THAT GUITAR RIFF! It sounds like a song that would be on the soundtrack of “AGGGTM”. Overall: 8/10 Track 6: “Remember” Nope. (I think I’m too strict😔) Overall: 0/10 Track 7: “You Make It Easy” (ft. Beth Hirsch) Intro gives “Sadé” vibes. I think Beth is literally saving what could be left to save off this album. It sounds like a song I could daydream to. Pretty good, and this is the first song on this album I sang along to! Overall: 8/10 Track 8: “Ce matin-là” Again, it has that funky “MJ” type rhythm. Now that I think about it, it sounds like it comes from is very early 70s style of music. I could listen to this while studying actually. So it’s good. Also, it’s giving a song that would play when two people who haven’t seen each other in forever reunite. Overall: 8.5/10 Track 9: “New Star in The Sky” There’s this funky drum/bassline within the song that makes it sound weirdly good. I don’t know how to describe it. I think I figured out the band’s vibe. Their a French version of “Daft Punk” Overall: 7.5/10 Track 10: “Le Voyage de Pénélope” FINAL TRACK!!! I’m really trying to like it man. Idk, something it off about it. Completely off. Okay, not completely, but still. It sounds like a 90s video game soundtrack. This a weak conclusion to an album man. I’m disappointed. Overall: 5/10 Overall thoughts on the album: The first two tracks of this album made be genuinely believe that this album would be a bad one. As the tracks progressed, they got better, (except for “Remember”). “Talisman”, “You Make It Easy” (ft. Beth Hirsch) and “Ce Matin-là” are the best tracks on this album hands down!! Album Overall Rating: 5,5/10

Futuristic ass album but not for me There’s no melody for me to catch onto it’s nearly all instrumental with repeating minimal lyrics

Very funky album. Really pretty instrumentals but also really hot songs. Fav song is ‘Sexy Boy’.

The opening song was so promising. I absolutely loved it. But from there, I found it mostly disappointing.

The title of this album is perfect, as I really did feel like I was on a moon safari. Listened with my eyes closed for optimum aural reception of the incoming beeps, hums and whirls. I'll always like Kelly and Sexy Boy, but I wasn't overly wowed enough to want to listen to the whole album again.

It's a real mishmash of songs I like and songs I can't stand. Mostly the latter. I'm feeling a light 2. Songs are very repetitive. La femme d'argent must be in movies. I've totally heard this before. Very thematic. Sexy boy is a little cringe. Still very thematic. I'm sure this has also been used in films. All I need is pretty sick. Not a fan of Kelly watch the stars. Instant repulsion from "remember." It has some nice strings, but the chorus (?) is ear poison to me. You make it easy is some real lounge music. Ce matin-la continues that trend into borderline elevator music.

"Please hold the line. One of our operators will be with you shortly..."

Whatever it is that drives this author's obsession with electronica has the opposite effect on me. This was borderline tolerable but not enjoyable.

“Air” is right.

Ummm. I’d like to love these guys, and I do dig some of their stuff, and I can see where they’d fit into a ‘lay in the grass and watch the clouds scud by’ sort of afternoon, but I’m not the lay in the grass type of guy and this isn’t my music

Album 62/1001 Ce n’est pas ma tasse de thé. 🇫🇷 🇫🇷

Meh. This is underwhelming. It is hard to imagine anyone being enthusiastic about this music. It would be fine for background while working but I can't imagine it being something that I would "listen" to.

La femme d’argent- 2/10, no words, long song sexy boy- 5/10, played in 10 things i hate about you all i need- 6/10, just not my type of song kelly watch the stars-3/10, repetitive talisman-5/10, good beat remember- 3/10, to roboty you make it easy- 4/10 just not my type of song ce matin-la- 6/10 sounds like wii new star in sky- 5/10 good guitar le voyage de penelope- 4/10, no words

too repetitive

Like a spy movie soundtrack if it sucked

2, didn't like but didn't HATE

Interesting, but not for me

I know and like Sexy Boy. The rest was boring.

Not my vibe at all

Kelly Watch the Stars was the best song.

Meh, interesting sounds but ultimately felt boring, was pretty slow all the way through. Maybe it'll grow on me?

More like Yawn Safari

Meh 2.5

Wasn’t that interested in this. 2

Dribs & drabs

Not my vibe

Filler. Appropriately named band

Good album, but not sure why it’s on this list. I don’t think Air is achieving something brand new or noteworthy with this. It was pleasant to listen to, but I didn’t get any emotion from it

I only liked the first track, went downhill from there.

Lots of spacey stuff. Kinda meh.

This was fine, but felt like it would never end.

I guess it’s fine, I suppose music, but it’s not really my style. Probably be a better listen high as shit vs drinking coffee and reviewing insurance claims 😕 2.5⭐️

Did we really need the 1st AND 2nd Air album on this list??? Snoozefest shit here....an iota better than The Virgin Suicides, but I still don't see the appeal.

Not usually a fan of electronic music outside of Daft Punk. I think I remember this group being popular. Nothing that really stood out.

cmon algorithm gimme something good

Album 899 of 1089 Air - Moon Safari (1998) Rating : 2.5 / 5 As I’ve said plenty of times already, electronica isn’t my thing, but in this case the laid-back, calm vibe actually worked for me. Nothing here stood out as a single song or lyric I’d remember, but the whole album flowed in a way that was pretty soothing. That alone puts it a notch above most of the electronica I’ve had to sit through on this list. A pleasant, easy listen — not something I’d reach for, but I can see the appeal for those who like their music smooth and mellow.

de paar goeie nummers kunnen de plaat niet redden

Cool background music. Its good, no need to purchase physical media of this, nor do I feel the need to add the artist or album to my streaming platforms. Dont get me wrong, its good. I wish there were half star options, this is a solid 2.5 stars. All of that being said this is another in the "you dont need to listen to this album before you die" pile.

I enjoyed the sonic palette of this album and enjoyed the listening experience, but it was not very memorable for me at all.

It's pretty background music, but as standalone music its rather boring. It's repetitive and occasionally sounds a lot like waiting room/elevator music. You Make It Easy is a pretty song, the music gets better near the end, the first songs are even more elevator-like.

This was very mediocre. Vaguely French, Lightly electronic. Not particularly interesting nor memorable

After 10 hrs I really can’t recall any of the songs - so it’s getting a 2 star for being so forgettable.

# 561 : Moon Safari Moon Safari – Chill Vibes, Zero Pulse Well, the album art is nice. That’s about where the excitement ends. Moon Safari is a 43-minute snooze fest that somehow manages to be both perfectly pleasant and mind-numbingly boring. It’s incredible how little happens across the entire album—and yet it still feels like too much. The sounds are soft, the mood is mellow, and the engagement level is somewhere between “background hum” and “accidental nap.” It’s music for people who want something playing but don’t actually want to listen to it. Repetitive, forgettable, and about as thrilling as watching paint dry in slow motion. Verdict: A good night-time chill album… if your goal is to fall asleep. Two stars for being tolerable. Barely. Nothing stood out. Listened: 04/09/2025

Vara sensationellt, men idag är rätt trist

Famous track All I Need is a great song, but also by far the highlight of the album. The rest is quite boring, like Daft Punk on Ritalin.

Definitely speaks to a specific time and place in history. The mixture of funky organ with 90s synth is certainly dated by 2025 standards, but gives a sense of nostalgia. Feels like music that would have been in Cruel Intentions or some other sexy thriller. Funky, but nothing super noteworthy.

beep boop boop bop boop boop beep?

This was alright. Chill electronica that was probably early for it's time & defining for the genre. That being said, it is not for me. I was falling asleep listening, and struggle to remember any of the tracks writing the review a couple days later.

not for me

Not my vibe. Quite chilled

The two songs with Beth Hirsch are good. The rest of the album is just there. It is not bad per se , but there is nothing that stands out about it.

DISGUSTING! UNFORGIVABLE! What an asshole you are, 1001 album generator. Yesterday its nirvana and today its this band from my least favourite country. and its not even daft punk. its some Downtempo shit from 98 and honestly? i think that the genre peaked at portishead and everything else don't matter. and it's hella boring. it just goes on and on for 30 minutes without change. 2/5

This one started out quite good, but a couple of tracks in just sort of faded into mediocrity. It was ok background music, but nothing you would go out of your way for. 2

Texture, atmosphere. I find it boring

Decent, ok as background music. 5/10

I don’t really know what to think about this one. I didn’t hate it but I don’t want to hear it again

Almost as good as thievery

Another mediocre Euro artist

It’s ok, not my favorite type of music.

Nothing exciting, or even interesting about this. It is well produced and some nice bass lines, but I got bored very quickly.

Sleep under the moon. Dream about a safari

Too slow, calm, boring

Why when i skip forward like 2 min into each song it literally sounds the same...

There were a few good songs in this, ‘You Make It Easy’ I found quite moving. The album itself was quite forgettable, I understand a little why apart from ‘Sexy Boy’ has not lingered as well as other electronic from the 90s. Not quite intense enough for Spaced.

Definitely some cool beats, beat a lot more soporific than I expected. The album cover is iconic and you see it on t-shirts, but I guess I was expecting the high energy of Jamiroquai? This was really slow and, as a result, a bit uninspiring

I had this on as background music. Quite slow paced. I prefer the songs with lyrics, they seem more interesting to me. A mixture of soft, lullaby-like sounds and futuristic, electronic sounds.

Interesting, “ambient” music. If I owned a coffee shop or bookstore I would absolutely play this. But not my style for daily listening. I enjoyed the bass lines in Many of the songs.

Nämä on näitä fatboy slim tyylisiä instrumental biisejä, kone, sample mitä lie. Ei ole oikein minun kuppi teetä tällanen.

It's funky, not bad, but not good, either? Not sure I would listen again.

It’s got something, and they use all the right vintage instruments and tools - but completely drowned out by the elevator music they made. This is what they play when you’re put on hold calling a cool company. 3/10

Some interesting stuff but not my speed

Very soothing start Kinda meh

I try not to touch the meta of this thing as I go. It’s not fair – or even particularly interesting – to reflect on what I do or don’t think should be in a 1001 list. I’m thankful someone(s) has tried. I must briefly break my own rule for Air’s “Moon Safari”, as I feel I’m being harsh for the silliest reason. Quite whether it “belongs” here is totally beside the point (if it’s here on this curated list, it belongs). What I’m struggling with is a realisation – a realisation that I’ve been regarding this exercise, without any invitation to, as a “challenge”. And as a result, in encountering an album this completely unchallenging I feel somehow ripped off; suddenly lurching toward hyperboles of the order “who on Earth could ever have any sort of feeling about any of this (except ‘Sexy Boy’ which is and always has been a bop)?” On another level, the meta thing feels apt. “Moon Safari” sort of does feel like music about music – there’s a curatorial zeal that sits across the songs, so slickly produced and pristinely packaged. I’m hopscotching through a musical museum, being smoothly transported through a range of fleeting feelings by a guide who’s achingly clever, aloof, cool (“French”, in short). There’s nothing wrong with it. It doesn’t need to be a challenge. It can just be, and that’s great by me.

Not super impressed.

Already had Track 3 "All I Need (feat Beth Hirsch)" liked and saved before. That song is pretty good. I didn't really care for the other songs. Overall, most of the tracks on the album were sort of boring. The instrumental tracks weren't anything particularly interesting and I didn't like the other tracks with vocals (the robot filter was rather flop). I'm feeling a 2/5

Not sure what to make of the songs on this album. I would have assumed they were just AI generated filler sounds.

- Not the biggest fan of the first two songs, La femme d'argent & Sexy Boy. - I like the jazz elements mixed into the songs, but I'm not sure how I feel about the overwhelming electronic dribbles in some songs. - I enjoy the last song in the album a lot. Its not bad, but it's not my cup of tea.

Just a bit dull

I was bored.

This album was quite the rollercoaster. Every other song I went from strongly disliking it to finding myself saying “hey this is really nice.” I think that boils down to me not being a fan of electronic music overall. The robotic sounds and sci-fi like noises through a few of the songs didn’t do much for me. That being said, this album does have a couple of hidden gems.

Listened Before? N This is fine. Pretty mellow for electronica. I didn't mind it - they're better with a vocalist - hence the choice of song added to my playlist. Added to Library? N Songs added to playlist: All I Need

trilha sonora de filme pseudofuturista do caralho ruim

C'était plutôt chiant.

it’s fine. what else do you want me to say

Interesting. Not sure I'm into it, but I'm definitely not out of it!

Lovely, and dull, dull, dull.

Only listened once, nothing memorable for me

Electronic music, quite melodious but nothing special, just pleasant background music - like a film/TV soundtrack.

Like air, there’s not much here. It’s listenable, usually inoffensive, and ultimately forgettable. It’s almost the perfect definition of a “2,” but sometimes it verges close to a “1” for repetitiveness & lack of creativity.

2 stars

Not the right album for a quiet night at home. I could see before or after activity so not an every time anytime album.

Prima lofi, dacht is alleen maar liftmuziek maar kende toevallig nog een nummer. Als aanstaat prima maar zou niet zelf aanzetten

I enjoyed sexy boy and thought it was an indication that this album would be an enjoyable experience but everything after that was mindless generic boops and beeps

Ranges from pleasant to boring ambient stuff. Maybe depends on your mood a bit.

This is fine - no Daft Punk!

I went from “yeah, okay, I guess” to “hard pass” pretty quickly listening to this album. I actually think adding vocals to some of the tracks hindered them quite a bit. The ones that had no vocals were far and away the best songs on the album. I sort of understand why it’s on here, but so many of the albums on this list seem to be hindered by the artists getting in their own way, and I feel like that’s what happened here. I went from a 3 to a 2, and after all wish I could give it a 2.5, but I have to round down. This just didn’t do it for me in the end.

It was alright but I don’t think I’ll choose to listen to it again

a bit dry this one, and put me in a sleepy mood. Reminded me of daft punk but at .25x speed. Not all electric has to be upbeat, but man the motifs were just not appealing in this one.

Very slow and sleepy

Pretty dull

Solid 2

Fine to have on in the background but not for me

Sounds like a 70s soundtrack, as someone said. 2/5

i liked a lot of this very much but the stuff i did not like i very much did not like

Weird french songs that made me sleepy

1. La Femme D’argent 2-5 2. Sexy Boy 2-5 3. All I Need 3-5 4. Kelly Watch the stars 3-5 5. Talisman 2-5 6. Remember 1-5 7. You make it easy 4-5 8. Ce matin-lÁ 3-5 9. New star in the sky 2-5 10. Le voyage de pénélope 3-5 Overall 2.5-5

Not bad, mellow chill vibes, good background music.

There were some interesting tracks on this. Better than expected and easy listening. Nothing rememberable though or would recommend.

neat but not my thing

its ok but most songs were very annoying like sexy boy and most were just a lot of nothing thhere were a few interesting moments or songs but i only liked 3 or 4 everything either i didnt remember or i did because of how bad it was 3-4/10

Great atmospheric music to put you to sleep.

Largely forgettable.

Light and fluffy. Like listening to a cloud.

Angenehm und interessant.

Another album & band I’ve never heard of…one & done. It was totally forgotten after my first & last listen.

Pretty forgettable

What if we made music with out the music?

Boring

Not really my bag

Sexy Boy is the only song I’d heard on this album. I like Sexy Boy. It’s fun and vibing and smooth. But I feel like there were two major late-90s “BLANK Boy” songs and you were into one or you were into the other. I chose Nancy Boy by Placebo a long time ago and nothing on this album made me reconsider that choice. Maybe I’d enjoy it if it were the soundtrack to a movie or video game? Y’know. Some other medium that could give me a reason to emotionally engage. As is, it’s trying so hard to be cool that it’s completely tedious. I can appreciate the skill behind it, but I was relieved when it was over.

I didn't like this. It was slow, boring, felt like background music. I'm giving it a 2 because Sexy Boy is not bad and I know this is technically not a bad album (probably a good album) I just don't like it.

Pretty shit But some instrumental parts were ok

Elektronisch

Loved seven nation army, also got to read about the history of the White stripes. Very interesting take, I did not realize this is what people meant when they listened to aleternative. Little acorns kinda spoke to me. Hilarious yet very clear on the message. It’s true we love another was also hilarious. I also like in the cold cold night instrumental. Very much vibe with the minimalist instrumentals and vocals. Not my vibe

When I first saw French electronica I assumed another 1 star rating was on the way. This wasn’t the worst thing I’ve heard. Probably would never dial it up again though. 2.65

At first I kind of liked it but then it became a snoozefest.

Liked some of the songs that were more daft punk-esque (l’femme de argent, Kelly watch the stars) did not like the songs with vocals. 2.3

2.5 Couple good tunes, kinda fell off at the end. Bud Light Daft punk

Pretty dull to me, I feel like if there's no lyrics the music needs more variety to grab my attention

could i write poetry to this? n

Not really a fan of this one. 2/5

How can music without lyrics sound so pretentious?

Not bad, but totally anonymous and forgettable. Maybe it stood out more in it's time, but now sounds like countless other chill vibes type stuff to my untrained ear.

Boring. Almost a 1

Had high hopes for this album , but the third song you wondered wth was going on.

Don't think I have ever listened to this album front to back. A little bit at a time is perfect. IE, about 2-3 tracks.

It’s ok, enjoyed it. It’s more like background music, or a good nap soundtrack. It’s not something I’d choose to sit and listen to and enjoy.

If there is such a thing as "cup of tea", this was not mine... Having listened to the Jean Michelle's of the '80s, I could have been spared the Air of the '90s Having said all that, it is worth 2 stars as it isn't total crap.

Not my jam

I liked all the songs, but it didn't feel like a cohesive album to me.

Pleasant but not drawing me in at all.

Don't really care for this. Some of it was ok but I wouldn't want to listen to it again.

Turned out better than I thought based on Sexy Boy, which made me want to turn it off. 2.4.

Do people actually listen to this outside of an elevator? Personal enjoyment: 2/5 Relevance to this list: 2/5

It was fine. Nothing special.

Nice vibe but the songs aren’t there for me

Not really my type of music

Space sounds! While I do love a good planetarium sound I like it more ambient and the feeling I get from this album is more on the “whimsical/silly” end. Although “New Star in the Sky” was a good one!

Basically elevator music. It doesn't create any emotions in me whatsoever. It's all right to listen to, but I can give no more than two stars for muzak.

Not quite feeling the vibe on this one

I've tried to listen to this before and I always lose interest. It's like they took lots of cool 90s bands, took out anything interesting or exciting, mixed them up in a processor, smoothed out any rough edges, added some French vocals and out popped a hit album. Inoffensive background music but I can't get into it at all.

A bit boring. I enjoyed ‘Remember’ but otherwise nothing much stood out to me.

I didn’t hate every minute. But neither to I particularly enjoy any of it. Forgettable.

Booooring….

I used to love this album but over time I think I just really liked a few songs. Still good.

I was first introduced to this album but an alcoholic cokehead from the UK. I didnt like it then, I still dont care for it now. Boring

It's incredible how boring this album manages to be. I love the basslines an the old school synth sound, but it still just blend into a grey soup of boredom. Absolutely nothing happens.

It's not absolutely annoying, but it's far from what I consider a good album that deserves to be included in my own 1001 list of albums to be listened to before I die.

Not bad but not really my type of music. There were a few songs I liked though

Very eclectic.

Way to sparse for me. Not offensive, not bothersome, not really even "there".

Chill ambient

Pleasant enough, and very competently performed but nothing there that piques my curiosity

It was fine. Like background music in a store

Did I hear "cleanup in aisle four," or was I reliving a recent HEB experience? Not my favorite.

Nah, boring.

Pas mal non ? C'est français.

Music, which can server as background music somewhere where you don't concentrate on the music itself. Some of the melodies are ok, but there is nothing emotionally capturing in this work.

Made me real sleepy tbh

Snoozefest.

More electronic. At least this one was shorter and a little more tolerable.

Got bored again

Mærkelig baggrundsmusik

backround music u kaficu eh

Not sure that any actual instruments were used in this album. Just a bunch of electronic synthesizers and bland vocals

Pleasant but a bit too innocuous for my taste.

Never heard of these guys before. Pretty much easy listening jazz, as far as I can tell. Nightclub elevator muzak, haha sigh.... It's not hard to listen to but it's to blase for me. 2 stars.

Pretty boring. Doubtful it warrants another listen. I recognized "Sexy Boy".

Nope me cansa

Day27 - never would have listened to this but it’s not bad. kinda spacey, kinda weird like a french fatboy slim or daft punk

Was a bit nervous when I saw electronic, was prepared for an hour of sandstorm but was pleasantly surprised. Nice work background music with some good groove to it.

Its hard to make boring electropop yet here we are

⭐️⭐️ not my favorite. Mostly instrumental, which I didn’t mind, but not my jam, especially first thing in the morning.

Downtempo-Classic ("Sexy Boy"); nicht so meins, aber atmosphärisch und entspannt.

Meh. Not that interesting. Hasn’t aged well.

Really didn’t care for this. Nothing about it stood out to me as special or interesting.

Not that impressive in my opinion. Only listened once but nothing jumped out to me.

It was good just not my vibe

As comforting and boring as a grey woollen blanket.

Breathy and reminiscent of a movie acid trip sequence.

Not for me. Too much instrumental. Would not listen to again

Not my style of music. I enjoyed the first couple of songs but the conversation about love was not something I was interested in. Certainly young people might find that helpful and interesting

Overall air of disconnectedness, alienation. The album is depressing, but interesting.

It would be a good album to play in the background. Of a cheese tasting.

Chill. Decent. A bit boring at times.

Sexy Boy has long been a favorite and one I play often. The first track is a banger, too. Love their bass tone. The rest of it, though? Meh.

Wallpaper music in my view. Not objectionable like a lot of stuff on here but not memorable on any way. The music just doesn’t engage.

What a joke. As if this album belongs on any list. It shouldn’t even be listed in their own discography. It’s just nothing.

Klingt sehr vertraut.

Definitely sounds like 1998. music: hated. (⌐■_■)

This sounds like every kinda-indie movie from 2000-2008. Not in a bad way, and there were a couple songs that sort of grabbed me, but it just doesn’t do much for me overall. Tempted to round up to 3 because it’s so funny that the cover says “French Band” on it, which I like.

Generally ok. Like a really really old daft punk

French electronic duo. Écoute relaxe, mais album oubliable. Je me sens généreux, mais le 1 était une option,

La Femme - 4 Sexy Boy - 2 All I Need - 2 Kelly Watch - 3 Talisman - 4 Remember - 2 You Make it Easy - 2 Ce Matin La - 2 New Star - 2 Le Voyage - 4

Tried to get into it but I couldn’t

Heard it before?: No Enjoy it?: Not really my thing but some good moments on here Favourite song: Track 2 - Sexy Boy

带电子合成乐的风味,适合放松听,但特别显年份感

An Album i will definitely not listen again. Some tracks bring me back to the film ''Drive'' (2011). 1.9

2.5/5 Not my thing really. Don’t get me wrong it was pleasant to listen to, but mostly instrumental songs just get boring for me. Although of all mostly instrumental albums this one was more interesting.

This was barely music i didn’t feel engaged. Felt like loading screen music but more chill than that. So incredibly soft

This album is right at the edge of synthetic and electronic, but it also has two almost acoustic track. They give a lot of the same energy as daft punk but ... worse? Less? The whole thing was just a little forgettable. Favorite track was Kelly watch the stars.

Ranks somewhere between zzzz's and meh. Has some interesting elements but overall just kind of drags on.

I didn’t care for this album at all. It was made in the 90s but definitely sounded more like 60s/70s music. I wouldn’t consider it something anyone needs to listen to.

Musikalisch sehr gut aber doch ein bisschen langweilig auf Dauer

Boring and repetitive

Just and electronic album. Not my type of music. I feel like im in a game start menu. 2/5

Like daft punk but slower, duller, less interesting.

1. la femme dargent - 1.5 2. zezy boy - 1.5 3. all i need - 2.5 4. kelly uuatch the ztarz - 1.5 5. talizman - 2 6. remember - 1.5 7. you make it eazy - 2 8. ce matin la - 1.5 9. neuu ztar in the zky - 2 10. le voyage de penelope - 1.5

2/5. Perfect elevator music. Light and airy. Nothing really sticks out or is special about this album.

Didn't even register that the album was over.

It was okay. Was kind of distracted when I was listening to it so I don't have much to say.

not my type

the french? doing electronica in the nineties? groundbreaking.

Not my kind of music really. Too clinical

not a fan. having said that, daft punk did it better.
