5-Star Albums (107)

A real time travel experience, some great bass lines and great songs, cover versions alongside some poor padding but purely for nostalgia it gets the 5
1-Star Albums (53)
All Ratings (540)
Annoying whining singing, flat bass and loud repetitive flat drums with the odd super song thrown in
5 star straightaway with even putting it om
Malogen, poorer covers of some great songs
Great album not even their best imho Standout album after some recent ropey choices been provided
2 Intros including 1 minute of singing is all I could take
I can think of 3 better radiohead albums without much effort
A complete surprise, just amazing musicians blasting it out
An absolute creamer
Side A party on dude, side B next morning 3 final songs of side A what a beautiful sandwich
No need to listen to this as a well ploughed furrow
Few great tunes but was expecting a bit more oomph and it didn't arrive, still excellent at times and it's stevie wonder so stretched to 4/5 when probably 3/5
Just for xmas only
Not my thing but superb musicians
Based on previous listening to this band, sorry could not park the bias against this group just not my thing
Worse than I thought it would be
30 years of blasting this one out. No need to listen to give the 5
Don't think DR will be too upset that doesn't float my boat,
The sounds of a construction site accident..could be use as a mode of torture
Some wonderful songs probably a 9 but the great songs carry it
5 stars for song after song of depressing lyrics, daddy was crying, children were crying, cold kentucky rain and permanent heart break but jaysus it finished strong ..won't be listening to the entire album again but some absolute belters
Amazing music but sorry Ray no for me
I thought it would be a lot better, bit disappointing
Sorry not a Joni fan but I can see how others love her,
The kinks off their heads
Half hour of the same sound with 13 brief interludes
Gave it a go and my younger self's taste in music is still quite similar to my contemporary, more reflective and mature reasoned opinions, it is still cocka da kick
No need to listen as a well known album
Didn't appeal to my younger self and still the same opinion, a small bit proud of my teenage musical filtration system
Came at this from a very low opinion, and my late 30s opinion was right , vocally and lyrically past prejudices were difficult to get over. However, some excellent tunes and the odd song that was very good. Like a lot of albums on this list I won't be listening to it again. But the process has given me some excellent albums that I never would of bothered with, so we ll keep motoring on
No need to listen to this, an absolute favourite for 40 odd years
Another old friend
Won't be listening to this on repeat or probably ever again but an album that deserved to be listened to before you toddle off this mortal coil. Brilliant sound and off the wall lyrics and singing, like a James bond theme tune crossed with my lovely horse
I appreciate the 3EPs album is technically not an album but it carries a bit more oomph than this album. Still an excellent album, I'm giving a 5 because in relation to the other albums on this list
I'm not the target audience for this album
Brave brave sir Robin ran away, when danger reared its ugly head he bravely turned and bravely fled...minstrels on acid, horrendous
A real time travel experience, some great bass lines and great songs, cover versions alongside some poor padding but purely for nostalgia it gets the 5
2nd Morrissey album in a fortnight, 2nd better, obair maith Stiofan Padraig
What a pearler
Proper 5 srar
Ian McKaye , how old is the guy ? 1983 and still at it
Will never listen again, but some of the wackiest lyrics and heartfelt singing I've ever heard
Belter
Hup outta dat yah boyos
