Got some good ones on it.
I'm depressed forever now, thanks.
A classic. Sounds like ska
Chill AF. Can't stop listening.
That's a nice punky album
Lou! Some classics in there.
I'm a private dancer now.
Found it on the Internet Archive. Punk!
This guy likes jelly. Pretty smooth. Thought it was more recent.
Rocks harder than expected.
Had a couple of classics on there.
Jaunty. Want to listen to more
That's a banger. How have I not heard of this?
What else is there to say.
An amazing aural experience. Mind and body expanded to fill the cosmos. I'm moving in with this album.
Can see how this led to emo bands. Good stuff. Some of the albums on here aren't that spectacular in their own right but have spun off whole genres of music. That's why they are notable. That being said this is a solid album.
It's got that one song you know. Otherwise unremarkable
Indian dub step and yacht rock. I was not expecting that. Wildly diverse album.
A banger of the highest order.
Different than I expected but still good.
Some good stuff but mostly weird.
Good but he has better. Some chill stuff that would be played in a dark smokey bar with wood paneling.
One of the best albums of all time
That's a hard pass from me dogg
I can see how this was a big deal in 1987. Now it's just noise. Their later stuff is better.
It's like Paul is having a party with a type of music only he likes.
Smooth like a finely aged bourbon.
Heroes is good then the rest of the album goes into the weirdo zone.
I didn't know the album past the first song. Pretty good.
Chill but not sure why it's on this list.
All hits. How is this possible.
This is so slow, it's sucking the life out of me.
Nice but that's a lot of songs.
Got to have on in the background.
That's a good one. Modern music finally!
Grunge punk, great stuff.
Weird 70's. Good for a dentists office in the 80's. The wood paneling and copies of people magazine haunt my nightmares.
Neat, but should it be on this list?
Fantastic. What did people in 1978 think?
That's some pure hippie shit right there.
Cool trippy background music.
This album had not right to be this good. Each track is a world in it's own.
Some good tunes to chill out to.
Could listen to this all day
Good, but there better be other Bowie albums on here as well.
This is hot shit for 1977.
Straight out of 1995. Good jams.
An upbeat ride on the unusual bus
Revolutionary at the time I'm sure. Now it's background music for working a tech job.
Just great stuff. Could sit in a bar listening to this all day.
Just the kind of chill I needed after election day.
Who would buy this and chose to spend their precious time on Earth listening to such boring drivel.
When walking through the shire, this is what to listen to on your hobbit walkman.
This album came out during my teenage years. The first few songs were part of the soundtrack to the 90s. I'm still wearing flannel and a band t-shirt to this very day.
This was some hot shit at the time. Now it's aged like dog shit.
Never heard of this band but they are very Radiohead.
That kid on the drums is pretty good.
Lots of hits on this one.
Something to have on in the background. Someone else chose to put it on though.
Sweet stuff. This guy was probably fun at parties. Always had an acoustic guitar and such.
It's ok. Don't think I could pick out any single song that stood out. Only By The Night was much better.
This is a good jam. Punk and metal, just the right mix.
Pretty chill stuff for 1972.
This is fantastic. Both goth and rock and pop. Something for everyone.
That's a jam for sure. Does it stand out? I guess in 1988 it did.
Can't go wrong playing this one in a bar.
Boy that's James Taylor alright
A few good ones and some meh.
This album is all over the place. Not bad though.
This is a wild ride. Fun for 1981.
Not bad but not their heaviest. Lots of high vocals.
This is the most generic brit pop. Who put it in this list? WHO!?
These kids are going somewhere.
I Definitely Maybe Liked this album
Very different than what I usually listen to but very cool.
Pretty chill. Would put on at an old man bar.
Good but I know they have better.
This is a fantastic album. I thought it was an album BY Machine Head at first. 🤣
This is pretty righteous.
A emotional rollercoaster I wish I didn't have to ride.
A mix of bangers and slow stuff.
Good stuff if you're sad in a bar. A sad bar full of sad people with music that only makes them sadder. The bartender is sad and so is the cat.
I thought a band named Primal Scream would be more intense.
A tepid bowl of weak soup
Has it's ups and downs. Overall good.
Freeeeee Biiiiirrrrrrrddddd 🦅🦅🦅
Music to lay down in a field and rot to.
Such a jam. Wish I could have been in the audience, but I wasn't born yet.
That holds up better than I expected.
Snoozefest (2019 - Remaster)
I think they had better albums. Meh.
That was a great live album.
2 good tracks on there. Part of the 80's brit pop collection on this web site.
This album is dragging the life out of me.
Still killer after all these years.
That's a David Crosby album for sure. Chill.
This was tough to get through
Amazing as always. The first 3 tracks set the tone for the whole band.
One hit song on this album. I thought there'd be more.
An absolute favorite of mine.
Didn't have the hits, put me to sleep.
People love this but it's so slow. Camera pans slowly through a midwestern run down bar. Patrons are smoking and lightly chatting. The lights are low and sunlight streams in through dirty windows, picking up traces of dust in the air. Everyone is sad.
Like living in a late 90's David Fincher movie.
a journey, i'm not sure where it went
It's really a classic and a mirror for the times it was created in.
Some good tracks on this one.
This is a great album but their earlier stuff is better.
Music is so beautiful and so depressing. Should only be allowed to listen in short runs. A whole album requires a bottle of Rye.
An album between pop and psychedelia
Another slow burn on the list.
That's a refreshing take on music.
I feel bad for all the bands that were influenced by this.
Groovy, but too slow for me.
Ugh, why? Did they write up a whole article on this thing?
I don't know how anyone could sit down and listen to this.
I don't know what she was saying but it was very nice.
I'm a big KC fan, this is still one of their odder albums. People love it though, who am I to judge?
WOW. This website has offered some clunkers lately, but this is something out of the blue. A wild emotional journey.
Eh. Boring Brits Blathering 'Bout BS
This makes me sad and I'm only half listening.
Nice and chill. What I needed today.
