It's like being transported back to the 1970s! I wasn't too keen on his style of jazz fusion, psychedelia and progressive rock back then, and I'm still not a fan.
Eh. Nah. Nah
Ehkä mulla on alikehittyneet lapsen aivot, mutta siis eieieiei. Lauluäänikin väkinäinen ja nuhainen.
Nah, got on my tits after a few songs and turned it off
Holy shit why? Multiple people had to approve this album being recorded in the first place. Those people should find better jobs. I was over it by the second song. It did not get better.
Kuin dystopisessa rinnakkaistodellisuudessa uudelleen rakennettu Neil Young. Onko valinta tälle listalle kunnioittavaa artistia itseäänkään kohtaan?
Bad …
When the first track started playing, I was like "oh, this is isn't what I expected". it was very much in that 70s Eno-period/Roxy Music art-pop mold, with a more chilled out vibe. And I really dug it. Probably not really a surprise given the Eno production and appearance by Phil Manzanera. But then the rest of the album is just awful. I quite like Wyatt's voice (although his tunes meander a bit), but jeez, please keep the man away from any other instrument. Much of the instrumental 'soloing' is tuneless caterwauling, and Wyatt himself seems to be the main culprit on fiddle and trumpet. It was pointless, directionless noise. Disliked. Heaps of Sheep is the only listenable track on the record. Maybe I'm having a bad day, but this record actually angered me. Which is quite an achievement, given how chill it is.
nope nope nope
Echt??!
Het eerste nummer was nog wel ok, maar daarna zakte Robert diep door zijn hoeven...
Some classic prog with a lovely voice and totally un-listenable.

I hated this from start to finish.
