A good album. A couple misses. But really solid. It's a shame he is a bigot and a Nazi.

Not exactly my jam, but a good listen. If I need a melancholy album, this would be a good pick. I had a album from The Cure yesterday. To me this album fills kind of that same role, but I prefer this instead. A little more energy which was cool. But I probably won't listen again.
This kicks ass. Early punk energy. Adding this to my collection.
I've always thought of U2 as, self important, self righteous, faux revolutionary, wanna be, trash. This album did nothing to change my mind. How are you going to have a band member called "Edge" and be completely edgeless.
Great folk music, with heavy punk vibes.

I started trying to be an analytical listener. But quickly realized that was the wrong energy for this album. Once I was able to just kinda fall into the groove it was a fun listen. Although it felt like very little actual trumpet playing went down.
A fun listen. But I kept waiting for it to kick into high gear. But overall a very strong groove. More instrumental then I expected. I think Hit It and Quit It, was my favorite song.
There is something really fun, about a large collection of truly excellent musicians. They have their vibe down 100%. The bass work is great in particular. And they are confident in who they are, and it rules. The album starts with what most millennials know as "the Superbad song". The album slows down a bit in the later tracks. But overall, I loved it.
The man earned his crown as king of the angry white boys, and he proves it here. Some of the song go on a little too long for my taste. It also made me wonder, how he would have been with out all the homophobia. Because it's very prominent. I don't think he hates gay people or anything. But my God does he use it as an insult and in demeaning ways. Makes you wonder what he would have been like without it. I don't really care for the skits. But overall a good listen. I think Berserk is my favorite (big surprise there lol)
A classic for a reason. Oh! Darling was my favorite. And Come Together, feels like the the prototype for Red Hot Chili Peppers song. Alot of freeform words and vibes.
Alot more twangy guitars then I expected. Immigrant Song will always make me think about Nick Long. It was cool. But I think I mostly just like the singles. Would totally listen again. Great album.
The band does a great job of setting vibe. It makes total sense why this is classic Goth/wanna be vampire energy. The instrumentals could be really cool. But the vocals did nothing for me personally. Overall, this albums not for me.
Not exactly my jam, but a good listen. If I need a melancholy album, this would be a good pick. I had a album from The Cure yesterday. To me this album fills kind of that same role, but I prefer this instead. A little more energy which was cool. But I probably won't listen again.
I loved this album. I think it's a masterclass in story telling. The music is pretty simple, but the lyrics are unreal. I felt completely engrained in each story told. It's wild how many people are shot and killed in these songs. It has to be over 70 bodies, just unreal. Songs about being hung for crimes are haunting in the best kind of way. I don't typically like country music, but the album is a gem. El Paso is wild. It's on the album twice, the full version is 19 seconds longer. If it was important enough to be on the album twice....why not just have the "full version" to begin with.
Solid album. Hip hope doesn't really sound like this anymore, and I wish some of it still did. Positive vibes, solid group and a strong message. And the beats are dope.
Hov isnt for me. I found his brags and flow boring. Wouldn't seek this album out again
I haven't listen to much synth pop. The instrumentals where pretty cool. A lot of kind of darker energy. Policy Of Truth was my favorite song off the album. But overall not for me.
I already had a personal bias against Graham Parsons. So this album was never going to land with me. That being said, it's not without merit. However a wanna be sad cowboy is unbelievably lame. I don't believe in the stories he tells. I won't listen to this again
As a Minnesotan, I am obligated to love this album. Which conveniently I do. The man is a god damn vibes machine. Loved it.
I get why to certain people Frank Sinatra is the epitome of cool. His generally smooth but also strong voice play so well, against the backing band, where the horns can strike like lightning. The song Anything Goes makes me think, one like at Cardi B would have given Frank a stroke. Would listen to some songs again
We kind of music I enjoy most, has lots of energy. And Credence always flex their muscle and have energy to spare. Love the album already listened to the singles. Would gladly listen again
A really fun mix of funk/RnB. Crazy good energy. Very much dig this
Hated this. This sounds like someone purposefully trying to make music for the backing track to a Frasier episode. Every song was to long for my taste, especially since they don't really go anywhere. The only song I would choose to listen to again is The Butcher Boy
The singles are fine. But largely I did not like this. The song Mother, is one of the worst I have heard in recent memory. I don't know how this was such a good seller.
This is perfect proto-rock-and-roll. I loved all of it. Never slows down, never stops. Full energy, 100% of the time.
This album kicks ass. And it makes me miss simpler rhymes and flows. RUN DMC can do far more with less words and simpler beats, then most people could ever hope to. The last couple songs drag a little. But overall, this rules
I dig this. I think most of the credit goes to the band. It feels like the music sets a vibe and holds it really well. The singing feels secondary, but it's never in the way and it doesn't mess with the vibe. Overall a fun album
I'm sure this music is for someone....just not me. I kind of Heaps Of Sheeps, and Blues In Bob Minor. Otherwise every song sounds like Joe Strummer And The Mescaleros, set out to make the worst folk/jazz hybrid you have ever heard. I almost did not finish this one. Would not listen again.
First time, getting a album I already owned. Good fast aggressive rave music. Loved it
These song weren't really for me. They set a decent vibe, but most of them felt like nothing. Don't feel the need to listen again.
He's not the king of pop yet. Still working on that disco vibe. Overall it's an okay listen. Probably won't come back to it
Dysfunctional people often make incredible music. Great album. I don't care for all of the softer songs, but nothing to complain about.
I like my jazz with energy. And this album does a decent job of delivering that.
Loved this. Art dork energy explosion
A fun folksey album to get lost in
Alvin was a little hit or miss for me. It feels like a slower prototype for the band Mindless Self Indulgence.
Not really for me
Amazing haunting energy
I don't care for this. I'm sure their soft and gentle approach is for some people, just not me. Even the songs that build up a crescendo, never really cash it out. Not giving this another listen
A little repetitive. But overall a good time.
A good album. I will still only really listen to the singles
Really enjoyed. Alot of my favorites sight Billy Bragg as inspiration and it shows why.
Not really for me. A little to melancholy.
A fun listen. Sometimes felt like a long lost Beatle.
It's crazy to me that Smoke On The Water is the big single from this album. Imo, it might be the weakest song on the album. It's packed full of good jams. A great listen.
Not for me
Good music to get lost in
Good. But not really for me.
A really fun listen. Between his vocals and the music he's got some muscle behind him. I dig it
Knowing this is his last album alive makes all these songs very haunting. There are more covers than I expected. But overall everything is very well done and a worthwhile listen
It's everything you want a White Stripes album to be.
A good, artsy, rock album.
Fun classic rock. But I probably won't come back to it.
I was surprised how much it sounds like the Beatles. But "bigger".
Good jams. This album feels like it flys by.
A good listen, but some songs can overstay their welcome.
Some of these songs were pretty cool, some of them felt like nothing. It had more cool guitar then I expect.
Not really for me. Kind of a whiney grunge feel.
Good entry level punk rock.
This feels like music Frazier would call dynamic and exciting. But it wasn't really for me. I want more energy with my jazz. I probably won't come back to this.
Pretty good album classic alt rock feel
Really great energy. Loved this album. Although I probably won't ever listen to the big drum solo at the end again. Once was enough.
Classic. Jazzy vibes, good rhymes. Will listen again
I wonder if I would like this more if I was from the UK. The jams where fine, but not really for me. I probably won't come back to this again
Classic album. Full of bangers. The balance between Big Boi and Andre shines so bright. At first I wasn't a fan of the skits, but I do think it brings something to the album.
The singer's vocal range/power kicks ass overall good jams.
I enjoyed their more focused songs. But overall this album wasn't for me.
I didn't really care for her soft jazz/pop/folk aesthetic. This wasnt for me.
Full of bangers. Almost no skips.
High energy classics that almost make you forget that he married his own cousin, who was underaged.
Kind of felt like diet Bob Dylan. And a lot of the songs where kind of the same. Probably not coming back to this.
The songs overstay there welcome. And they sound like punk rock for someone who thinks The Cure is hardcore.
Not for me
I've always thought of U2 as, self important, self righteous, faux revolutionary, wanna be, trash. This album did nothing to change my mind. How are you going to have a band member called "Edge" and be completely edgeless.
It earns it's name.
It's very good. A little annoying that he repeats a song. And it kind of feels like once you've heard one Johnny Cash live album you sort of hurt them all. But nevertheless great work
Prototype music to disassociate to. Never feels like it builds to a crescendo. Overall not for me.
Pretty clean, straightforward soft / gentle rock. They really let loose on the song Bad Liquor, which is easily my favorite. It was overall pleasant but Bad Liquor is probably the only song I'll listen to again.
Amazing sincerity and storytell. Keep the songs short, sweet and focused. Gret all around.
Good high energy jazz. The last song is to long for me. But overall great energy.
Smooth as can be. I really appreciated how much work the horn section did. Really lived up to the moment. Great work all around
Great, conscious, afro-cenrtric, thoughtful raps, great beats and good vibes.
A really cool example of a style of music that doesn't really exist anymore. Big band, big energy, powerful voice. Some of the songs go on a little too long. But that can be expected with a live album
Good. But you can tell they haven't hit their stride yet.
Good jams. It's wild how little Isaac sings. Smooth as silk.
Great music to vibe out to. The songs go on a little long, But I think if I knew the words that would help that. Regardless good album
Good album. Courtney Loves voice kicks ass. Does a good job of conveying of emotion. And cool instrumentals. It makes me think about how unkind where to her in retrospect. Good album
Good soft clean kind of gentle alt rock. A good listen but I probably won't come back to it.
Strong, groovy, beats. Great vibe music.
Not my favorite of their work but still a good album all around
A good listen. But I won't come back to it.
Good early 2000's rock. Solid album
Great story telling. Good jams. A slightly unpredictable lyrics. A fun listen .
A staple of the genre
A great listen. Good jams, powerful voice. Would recommend.
A fun listen, lots of energy but I probably won't come back to it
Kind of mid. To me it started out okay, but by the end it was a chore. I won't come back to this. It was all kind of too similar.
Kind of a chore not for me. It's spent too much time trying to sound big
A good listen. But spends alot of time trying to sound big. The lyrics kind of get drowned out.
Good, But it doesn't feel like they've hit their stride yet. Some of the songs almost sound like rejected Beach Boys tunes. But still plenty of gold to be found.
I'm not quite sure who this music is for, but it's not for me.
It's weird, it's artsy and it kicks ass. They do so much, with so little. I love it.
A "sophisticated" pop/dance album. If that sounds appealing to you, then you should check it out. But I won't come back to this.
It took a minute, but I eventually started grooving with the concept. Overll good, but I won't comeback to it.
For a band called "The incredible string band" their flute/bag pipe players do alot of work. It was a good, old, folk album. But I won't come back to it.
Good jams. Great music, strong lyrics. A lot of fun.
It was okay. I could really groove with parts of it. But largely it failed to capture my attention.
Starts off so strong. I prefer the more powerful songs over the ballads. Good listen though for sure
The songs go on for too long. And there's not enough variation for me. I won't come back to this.
Weird artsy folk music. Good if you're in the mood for it but I probably won't come back to it
Classic for a reason. Great story telling and fun vibes.
A excellent blending a traditional music and heavy metal. A mix few have ever even tried for, let alone achieves at this level.
Not really for me.
Artsy, weird and all around good time.
Solid punk rock.
Peak Rock and Roll. A unchangeable amount of cool.
A good chill classic rock album
Classic soul. Loved it.
Really good balance of electric music and rock. Always love a female voice in rock.
I didnt really care for their jam band approach. Feels like several of the songs are to long, and don't go anywhere. I won't come back to this.
This feels like the prototype for so many weird, funky, off kilter bands. A very fun listen.
I listened to the version that also had B-sides. And it was pretty clear most of them should have stayed B-sides. I feel like Moby always had an image of being soft. Some of the jams really challenged that notion. Good energy, vibes and grooves. Overall good. Just avoid the B-sides.
Pretty good classic rock. Just a little funky.
Great folk music, with heavy punk vibes.
Really great at that late 90's early 2000 thing of sounding "big". Really, really simple rhymes but the vibe sort of makes up for it. Decent all around.
Classic, classic rock. Strong vibes. Solid all around.
Singles where good but, probably won't come back to this. If you enjoy tha new wave, melancholy vibe. This is for you. Not enough songs about big chairs.
Great folk music. Some of the songs where a little long for me. But overall loves this album. I could hear their influence in so many other bands I listen to.
My least favorite Dylan album so far. It's felt less like storytelling, and more like rambling nonsense
Weird, fun and kinda different from everything else. Would listen again.
It was okay. Songs where catchy enough. But I probably won't come back to this.
I don't like being this blunt or negative in my reviews.....but....I have no idea why this is on this list. I don't find many redeeming qualities. I won't come back to this.
You can see why he was is/was a huge star. Although his cover of tutti frutti, was lacking in my opinion.
I felt like this was kind of mid music to dissociate to. I probably won't come back to this.
Lots of good energy. I sometimes find jazz difficult to listen to, you kind of need to dissociate and let the groove take you. I also feel like it's hard to have specific recall of songs, because of their wandering nature. But overall a worthwhile listen.
Cool riffs. A powerful voice. It's exactly what you think of, when you think of the blues.
Good soul. Lots of alternative versions/covers. All well done. Solid liaten
46 min of the best god damn music you have ever heard in your life. It's perfect
Very moody and melancholy. Not really for me.
More punk rock energy than you might expect from a Beastie Boys album. Good but not my favorite of theirs
Pretty groovy. Didn't feel overly special. But a nice listen all around.
Not for me. Not enough gusto for my taste.
Even as a non Spanish speaker, this rules. The vibes are great. Good energy all around.
The last track is my favorite. Good all around but not my favorite.
Not for me. A little to repetitive and mellow.
Moody and melancholy. Not for me. Just kind of a drag.
Pretty good vibes. Sort of a Latin jazz. Good, but I probably won't come back to it.
Lovely, soulful jams. A good listen.
It didn't do much for me. Fine overall, but never really hooked me.
My favorite of all The Cure albums I have heard. Although that's not saying much, I'm generally not a fan of theirs. But this was good, the songs are kinda long for my taste, but this album has good energy. I still won't come back to this.
A good album. I think the last track is the weakest. I won't come back to this, but it's still a worthwhile listen .
You can see why they got so famous. Not a lot of edge, compared to modern music. But you can tell how they where cutting edge for their time.
Good overall, didn't feel particularly special. But still A fun listen.
A interesting listen. Groovy in a little different. But I probably won't come back to this.
I would have been pissed off if I spent money on this. It's basically a non-album
The lowest energy "punk" record I have ever heard. Did not like, won't come back to it. Just kinda boring meandering garbage.
Not the strongest queen album in my opinion. Still a pleasant listen. But won't come back to it.
A good listen. I'm adding this one to my library.
Weird proto rock and roll. Wasn't really for me.
Fun, lots of good energy. A good alt rock kind of listen.
A solid listen.
The king of pop keeps his crown.
A great fuzzy rock album. Will listen again
Raw energy. Kicking ass with a message. This rules.
LCD Soundsystem isn't really for me. But I liked this album more then other I have heard from them.
Prince kicks ass. Never Take The Place Of Your Man, is my favorite. A solid listen.
Not really for me. A solid listen. But I won't come back to it.
Classic metal. Would recommend and listen again.
Good vibes and energy. If your in the move for something different, this is it.
This rules. A classic for a reason.
If your in the mood for moody atmospheric indie music. This is your jam
Pretty cool, sort of electro-punk rock. A solid listen overall.
So many hits, you would think this is a "best of compilation ".
This kicks ass.
The middle chunk of this album is great. In my opinion, it carries the rest of the album. The rest of kind of mid.
Incredible album. No skips, no misses. Such a strong debut.
Not exactly my jam. But a solid listen all around. Good vibes.
Kicks ass no skips. Powerful in ways, other bands can only dream to be.
Pretty cool alt rock. But I probably won't come back to it. Still a decent listen.
Softer early classic rock/pop music. A good time, but I won't seek it out again.
Classic early 2000s rock. A good album if you're in the mood for that.
A good album. But I won't come back to this.
An album I already owned. And it kicks ass.
Wild vibes. Loved it. All over the place, linguistically and musically.
Okay. Not really for me. And after hearing the original, I can say they where right to change Me And Julio. The final version is way better then the demo.
This shit rules. Energy and hooks for days. Can't recommend enough.
Not my favorite Beastie Boys album, but still a really good/strong album. Exactly what you expect it to be.
Good proto punk. I don't really like the 50 year anniversary edition. It features the same songs a few times. That got repetitive for me. But still a solid album.
Never heard anything like this before. Cool tribal vibes. An all around. Good listen
Bob Dylan with a distorted guitar. Pretty intense songs sometimes
Not my favorite album of theirs. I like Rumors more. But this is still a good listen. Tha drums get a little repetitive to me. But overall cool
Fun early psychedelic. I probably won't come back to this. But it's a good listen.
Funky raps. A whole different kind of vibe. More friendly and approachable in gangster rap. Good vibes for a good time.
Not for me. The drum leaves were far too repetitive. It didn't feel like any of the songs went anywhere. I don't have any idea as to why this album is on this list.
Exactly what you expect from Cream. Groovy prog rock. Solid listen.
The best Public Image Ltd. Album I have head. It was a pretty low bar, but this clear it. None of the songs are to long, or to repetitive. I probably won't listen to it again. But I wouldn't skip this, if it came up on a shuffle.
This album finds a groove and never deviates. The songs are really good, but to me, it doesn't feel like the album really goes anywhere.
This kicks ass. Early punk energy. Adding this to my collection.
This is another album, I already own. I love it. Perfect early punk rock.
Chick rock at it best. Strong energy all across the board. Jams with some serious muscle behind them. A good listen.
This album was a trip. Feels like the kind of album you have to listen to the whole thing at a time. I can't imagine picking a favorite from this, you just need to turn it on and let the vibes take you on the ride.
Not my favorite of there's but still a solid album. Sounds exactly like what you think a led Zeppelin album's going to sound like.
This album sounds like the prototype for the Dead Kennedys. It does feel like the last couple songs, don't match the rest of the album. And where out there to try and make "normal song" for radio play/sales.
A good listen, but I probably won't comeback to it. Fun, weird, artsy.
This rules. Everything you think ACDC sounds like is in here. A powerful voice, combined with absolutely shredding instrumentals. 10/10.
Soft rock isn't really my thing. But this is still very well done.
The best kind of early rock/soul. All the good vibes. Can't be in a bad mood, while listening to this. Added this album to my collection.
Not really for me. Feels very "of it's time" lo fi, indi rock. Not really my thing. But if you where in the mood for it, this album is good.
Kick ass southern boogie. Who needs lyrics when you have 12 min guitar solos. The songs can run a little long. But overall still cool
This album didn't really do anything for me. It's good music. But not my style and I won't come back to it.
This album didn't really do anything for me. It was fine. But I won't come back to it.
This was pretty cool, elctronica/dance pop. Enjoyed this. Adding it to my library.
A lot of bands I like list Lou Reed as a influence. But this album didn't really do much for me. Mostly a bit to slow and melancholy for me.
Really captures that jam band kind of feel. Songs flow one into the next, rarely feels like a break in between songs. A good time.
Not my favorite prince album, but still quite good. Love the opening lyrics.
This is more, my taste in music. Fun, angsty, high energy punk vibe. Adding to my collection.
Great high energy rock. A good album, and worthwhile listen.
Despite the production being dated, the music felt really modern. It wouldn't be out of place with much alt/indi kinda rock today. Good vibes.
Pretty cool. Didn't feel overly special. Sometimes I don't get how the Stones got the "Sex, Drugs and Rock n Roll" tagline. Because a lot of it feels pretty tame. A good album, but I won't come back to it.
To no one's surprise, this kicks ass. Iron Maiden rules, and this is no exception.
Working mans jazz. Strips away any pretentiousness. They songs all flow seamlessly. A good listen. It can run a bit long, but a good time overall.
Didn't really feel like music. Just sounds to disassociate to. Interesting to experience once, but I'm not coming back to this.
It's a good listen. A little on the soft side for me. It feels like you could play this in almost any situation, and people wouldn't leave or be annoyed.
Cool prog rock. You don't hear people shredding on an acoustic guitar like this very often. A good time.
Not quite what I expected. Alot more mellow then you think of, when you think of the Beach Boys. A good listen, but it's not for me. Still worth a listen.
This felt just "okay". Definitely have to be in a dance music, techno kinda vibe. Probably won't listen again.
The best kind of rap. Great beats thoughtful rhymes. Guru and primo are an all-time pairing.
I feel like a lot of jazz is very "full of itself". This felt like there was no pretentiousness about it. It's a good listen and makes jazz feel like an approachable genre
I always dig this kind of rap. A little more artistic, and thoughtful. A good time for sure
That kinda classic late 60's early 70's sounds. Not aggressive, just here for the vibes.
Great live crowd energy. The band really nails their performance. A good album.
I'm really depressed "diet" Bob Dylan. Not for me. It's well done. But I won't come back to it
Not really for me. It kind of sounded like a weird electronic jazz alternative. I'm not coming back to this.
This kicks ass. Exactly what you want from a Rush album. IMO, a 20 min song is a bit much. But they change it up enough, that it stays interesting the whole time. Great album
I think my review is bias, because I don't like Billy Corgan. But the hits are good, and the output is crazy. If you like this kind of sound, this album is PACKED full of song. But overall this isn't for me
IMO, all the songs sound way to similar. That early synth sound. It's okay, but I won't come back to this again.
I found this to be pretty mid. Nothing really hooked me. Everything is well done. But this is very little for me.
If you want some prog rock, this album is for you. A fun vibe, but I would need to be in the right kind of mood for it
If you are into that 70 rock this is for you. It's exactly what you think an Eric Clapton album is going to sound like. So if thata the vibe you want, this is a great choice.
To me this sounds like an early prototype of Rammstein .... except French
Good songs to vibe out to. Don't have to think too hard. Just go with the flow.
A good album. Everything you want from ZZ Top. Most of the emphasis is put on the instrumentals. Good times.
A very dense album. No fluff or filler. A little melancholy for my taste. But a good album lverall
I expected more energy from a band named after Ecstasy. It was okay, but I won't listen to it again.
Some of the best work, of the 80's metal. Kicks ass.
A solid album. It's surprising how much Elvis talks about crying. A good listen, despite Elvis not really being my thing.
I understand part of the appeal of this album, is that it's a crazy spectacle. Massive metal band, joining up with a major symphony. But this album felt kind of over indulgent. Just takes it outta me.
It felt like a less interesting Oasis. I won't listen again
It feels like they where trying to write song to be in the background of movies. They tried a little bit of everything, hoping something would stick. Nothing really memorable though.
A good album. Exactly what you think a Jack White album would be.
Everything you want a zep album to be. Good jams.
A lot more tame then I expected. A pleasant listen. But not quite what I expected from one of the forefathers of punk rock.
This kicks ass. Really funky, soul/RnB. Loved it. A really fun listen
Great, but you can tell they haven't hit their stride yet. There was a lot less singing then I expected, for a band with such a powerful and unique singer.
The kicks ass. You can be the most masculine dude ever. But when Girls Just Want To Have Fun comes on, you gotta groove with it.
This album was a trip. I think you have to listen to this album completely in a row. Trying to pick and choose songs, would lessen the experience. A strong album
Added this to my collection. Classic old punk vibes.
A good listen. Didn't feel overly special, but still a good time.
The Clash but for music geeks. A great album from a great band.
Good, but when they start getting into more of the piano ballads, I start to lose interest. Just feels like those songs drag. But still a good album
Everything you want from a funk album. Kind weird, talking about spaceships, but always keeping a heavy groove. Loves it.
A really good listen. It's very "of it's time" with its mid 90's rock sound, which is not a bad thing. They nailed the vibe. Adding to my collection.
This is done very well, but I don't care for Bossa Nova personally. If that's your thing, this would be a great album.
That cool early punk sound, mixed with some early rockabilly vibes. A solid listen
Very good. The pure poetry sections, make it clear why he won a Pulitzer. Love Kendrick.
A lot less funky than one expected. A good listen, but it's all pretty tame. Not really for me.
A good listen. Before they became the big deal they are today. A fun listen.
Alot less funky then I expected. This kind of older soft rock/pop does nothing for me personally. If that's your thing, give this album a listen, but I won't come back to it.
This rules. Just funky beats and grooves. Even though some of the songs are long, the album doesn't drag. Spectacular.
A little overrated imo. Still good, it feels like Snoop carries a lot. While listening, I couldn't help but think about how Eazy-E had the better diss tracks.
Not my preferred genre of music. Regardless, this is very well done. Slower/sadder songs. A solid album, if that's your thing.
I am bias against U2 so I was never going to review this album well. If they are your thing, go for it. But it's not for me.
This didn't do much for me. It's well done. But I won't come back to it.
Kind of felt like a really fun marriage of Billy Idol and The Cure. A fun listen.
Elvis Costello kicks ass. A unique sound, and extremely well done. Always loved his work.
Cool, kinda mellow indi pop/rock. I'm always looking for more female voices in music, and this is a good addition.
I feel like DJ/electronic bands, have extremely unique fingerprints. This band reminds me of The Prodigy. I won't listen to it regularly, but it's still a good time, if your in that kind of mood
Really fun. Alot of features form big names. All around a good time. Good party music.
This starts promising, but then kinda fell off, in my opinion. I won't come back to itm
Everything you think a Bruce Springsteen album will be. You can hear how he has influenced many people, especially bands from his area.
Willie does great, but this album didn't really resonate with me. Good overall, but just didn't really connect.
Nothing on the album really connected with me. Nice background music, but I didn't get much more out of it.
Even without speaking the language this is really good. Good energy, cool music. And the number of listen counters do a good job of reminding you, of how much music is out there, that not America. Multiple songs with millions and millions of listens.
Kicks ass. You all ready know if you like this. And I love it.
This was okay. The Gorillaz are definitely better.
This didn't do much for me. Would only listen for the singles, but even then I probably won't come back to it.
Certified bangers. Added to my collection, loved thism
Kind of melancholy. It was good, but it's not for me.
The songs are a little long for me. A lot of songs in the six minute range. But a fun listen. I would come back for a few of the songs, but probably won't do a full listen again.
A pleasant listen. Not really my thing. Although, I did enjoy the more upbeat songs. A well done album overall. Just not for me.
Great synth/dance pop. Listen if your in that kind of mood.
Built around a couple strong singles. A fun listen.
A really fun listen. Kind of a prototype, for the rap/rock sound that would become very popular for a while.
I have a bias against this album and band. So my reviews won't be very objective. To me. This is just fraudulent punk rock. It lacks sincerity. But again I'm biased.
"classic" in the purest sense. That early rock and roll. A very good time. Listen if you want that vintage vibe.
Everything you want a reggae album to be. Exactly what you think of, when you think of Bob Marley. A fun, solid listen.
A fun album, with a sort of punk adjacent sound. A good listen. I had fun, but probably won't add this to my collection.
Synth pop vibes. Fun but I won't come back to it.
Not really for me. It has good energy, but just didn't connect.
Southern rock at its finest. No slips. Boogie all night baby.
Wasn't what I was expecting. But good high energy. A fun listen
Heavy dramatic cabaret music. The list of people featured on this album is crazy. Worth a listen, but I can imagine coming back to this
Some good energy on the album. That 60/70s sound, with a little more horsepower. A fun album.
A cool half step between surf rock and punk rock. I can hear how they influenced all the bands. I like. A strong album
Classic early rock and roll sound. Still holds up to this day. You can tell why they where as popular as they where
If Tom waits had a smoother voice, it would sound like this. A good soulful kind of listen. Definitely worth checking out
I found this album lacking. The guitars are cool. But it just felt like the drums and bass were on a boring loop.
Really like this album. Motorhead has a sound and style totally their own. I do think the music is a bit rigid, which is kind of a strength and weakness. It stays in its lane and doesn't deviate much. But it fully owns its lane. Strong album.
A little bit too repetitive for me.
Everything you think a Bob Marley album is going to be.
A fun listen. Cool prog rock, jam band energy.
Fun 80's dance pop. A good listen for when you need some pep in your day
I'm always on the lookout for more female rock bands. This is a great addition to the collection. Good muscle behind them, and a powerful voice. I dig thism
Fun, artsy and weird. Everything you think of when you think Devo.
Aretha is untouched and unmatched. No one did it quite like her. Soulful power, while still feeling totally approachable. Like a strong and confident big sister. Love this.
Not really for me. A little to melancholy. Well done, but I won't come back to it.
Solid album. Bowie has such a cool blend of styles and vibes. A really good album
I didn't care for this album. I love punk rock, but this album was a miss. Didn't feel like there was any real substance to it. I won't come back to it.
This album is overrated. The last few tracks where decent, but overall this wasn't great. Just kind of self important. I won't listen again.
Classic punk rock perfection. This album is loaded with great songs. Simple three/four chord songs. But done with such precision. A great album.
Didn't really feel like their best work. A good album, but they have made better.
No one does it like Nick cave. Strong imagery. Cool music. Kind of mysterious. A strong album.
Solid jams. This album just flew by. Good energy. A very worthwhile listen.
A really fun album. That energy that you only get from noise rock bands. It can drag just a little. But overall a good album. Added it to my collection.
Buttery smooth. That classic soul/blues sound. A fun album.
It sounds like really drawn out Tom Petty songs. The songs get a little long. But they keep good energy during those longer songs.
This didn't do much for me. It made me want to listen to better reggae. It's fine, but I won't come back to it.
As a fan of punk rock....these songs are to long. I can't stay interested. After a couple of min they loose me. Definitely good, but their was a lot that could have been trimmed off this album
I don't like my songs to long. And some of these definitely went long. Nothing really jumped out to me, other the Layla, which is the best song on the album. I'm sure someone will love this album....just not me
Really fun. Kind of bratty, almost pop punk. A really fun listen.
A good listen. Fun alt rock. Lots of energy. Will listen again.
Classic storytelling country. And vulnerable and emotional in a way. You just don't get anymore from the genre.
Idk why this album is on the list. This felt extremely mid. Some of the later songs where pretty good but mostly It was uninteresting beats and uninteresting rhymes. Won't come back to this.
Classic sounds. Very well done. Very strong album.
A really good album. Everything you think a Rush album will be.
Sometimes Neil's voice is very whiney And grating to me. And that definitely how I felt the first bit of the album. It gets better. But he sounds so whiney for the first big chunk of this album.
This was the longest I have ever listened to a single piano. It was a good listen. At some point it felt like he was running out of Ideas and just started banging the same pattern on the keys. But it picks back up and was a fun experience. I won't go back to it. But it was cool to have heard once.
Cops suck, but The Police are pretty rad. Mostly good energy, music and vocals work well together. A solid album all around.
This was strange. An interesting listen. Definitely worth listening to at least once, just for the experience. I haven't heard anything like this before.
This album flows from song to song very well. A strong album. This album is worth a listen, even if you aren't a big Who fan.
I liked some of the more high energy instrumentals. But overall this isn't for me.
You can tell just from the sound that this album is from the early 2000s. If you're looking for that kind of vibe, this is a good place.
I had no idea what to expect from this album. Fun high energy songs mostly. Just good enough to make it into my collection...for now....might change my mind later.
Alot more electronica then I expected. Some cool bars, but nothing really stuck with me. Black Skinhead was really the only song I would come back to.
Janis really puts some power behind her voice. A really solid album from a hippie icon.
Nick cave is just plain cool. Rock roll and soulful. A good album
This album was obviously carried by the one big hit. But there's still a lot of cool stuff in here, so I wouldn't overlook this one. A solid listen. You're in the mood for that kind of alt sophisticated pop
Some strong jams, good energy, doesn't drag . Good all around. Some top tier white people music.
Not enough "psychedelic" or "rock" in this psychedelic rock band. Everything felt pretty tame. It's not for me.
Kind of reminds me of like a female, Nick Cave. Really solid album all around.
For my taste, there wasn't enough funny with this album. Higher Ground saves it some, but overall this album left me wanting.
I like this album a lot. Kind of a proto punk sound. A lot going on and good energy. Adding to my collection.
A solid album. All the music was good. But nothing really sticks out to me when I try and remember specifics. Regardless, it's a fun listen.
I wonder how much speaking the same language would change my experience. Regardless it's a solid album. Worth listening to at least once, imo.
Hair metal perfection.
This album flows from song to song really well. Soulful but also a little funky. Definitely worth your time.
I understand that this man is laying down some serious poetry. But all the songs sound exactly the same for the most part. It drags, you sort of wish something new and exciting would happen. I can't imagine anyone calling this. Their favorite album. Absolutely has artistic merit. But no overall I wasn't impressed
This was okay. Didn't feel overly special. I get why people would have been annoyed that Lennon was making this kinda of music.
I wasn't in the right mood to listen to this album. It's full of lots of slow, moody ballads. A good album, but you need to be in the right vibe to appreciate it.
Full of good jams. Everything you want from a Stones album.
Kind of soft rock vibes. A fun listen for when you want something gentle, but still has some energy.
Iggy and the stooges kick ass. Strong music. Strong energy. Pretty much perfect.
Solid, high energy, electronic music. Nothing over stays it's welcome. A good time listing to this.
I always liked how the Beach boys blend doo-wop music and the early infancy of pop music. A good album if you want to listen to some Beach Boys.
Solid funk. Powerful female voices. A solid album and a fun listen.
Some really good prog Rock. But I wasn't really in the vibe for it. It's a solid listen but I won't come back to it.
I like this. It stays interesting, the music is fun, the lyrics are interesting. A good time.
I found this album to be pretty interesting. Lots of good energy, a little chaotic, strong sound. I dig this.
Bubble gum pop perfection. Not my preferred style or genre. But a banger is a banger
This was okay. Not really my genre. Kind of a soft sounds. Not really for me. But still a good listen of you are in the mood.
Kind of like a off-brand, half step between The Jam and The English beat. Still a fun album.
This was fine. The music was good. But the lead singers voice is boring. Its like he almost starts building to some kind of crescendo. But it never happens. This band has muscle to spare, but refuses to use it.
I dig this. Lots of good energy. Strong vibes. It's not hard to appreciate this, even without speaking the same language
Not really for me. To slow and the singer isnt my favorite. Won't listen again.
It drags a little bit at the end. But overall it's probably my favorite Zep album. It brings everything you want from them.
Pretty groovy. A lot more energy and muscle behind it then I expected. A good album.
This is exactly my kind of sound. I already owned this album so I knew I would like it. This is just good. Basic punk rock. In one of its purest forms.
It's was pretty good kinda slow. A solid album, but I won't listen again.
This was cool. You know what you are getting with a Jimmi album. He's not my favorite but the jams are still good.
I liked this. Groovy and solid energy. That funky dj sound. The kind of music that goes well with most things
Extremely well done funk music. Fun song and energy. Good times music.
This was okay. Honestly felt over hyped. Not for me, but and some people love and
As cool as it gets. Just full of vibes and energy.
I find Neil Young to be whiney and annoying. This just isn't for me.
This was okay for a while but I got bored with it. It's fine but it might not hold your attention.
This is so fucking good. The song Wildflowers jumped out to me. And the song Rosewood Casket is one of the most emotional songs I have ever herd. A masterpiece.
The was a good, wholesome, early sounds. I wouldn't listen to the album again. But I enjoyed my time with it.
This was solid. I bet I would like it more, if I was from any of the dozen, southern towns she sings about. Imo, there is better stuff in this genre.
I still think my favorite album is Sgt. Peppers. But this is also very good.
This was fun. A little repetitive. But if/when the vibe hits, these are good jams.
Sabbath kicks ass. Spooky and pretty funky.
Incredibly accurate title. Didn't feel like an album. It felt like a whole production
So far this is my least favorite who album of all time. Not enough substance.
This was fine. I didn't get a lot out of it. Won't revisit this
Good listen. The Fall are pretty cool. Probably won't come back to this.
Meh.
Public enemy rules. They are truly a one-of-one.great album.
Not really my thing. If you're into disco I could see this being a good time lol
This was pretty cool. I enjoyed my listen.
This was a little hit or miss for me. Like higher energy stuff and some of it felt like it could have been cut.
I love punk rock. But I do not like Green Day. At least this is before the big MTV sellout. Biased review.
Biased review. East Coast, beast coast bitches
I find the beat really effects how much I enjoy UK Grime. This album was a little hit and miss. But overall a worth while experience.
This rules. Great energy and grooves. Love it.
This album was a pretty good time. Went by fast. The tracks where a little hit or miss for me. But it was a good time listening to it.
This is pretty good. Not my favorite. But grooves but some of the songs last too long.
It's hard to imagine this man would go on to be a kids movie star, and Trump bootlicker. The music is good. But I won't separate art from the artist.
I really fell into a groove with this album. And the album moves along pretty fast because of it. Even though some aod the songs are longer, I hardly noticed.
This was a fun listen. It felt like there was good variety on this album. Would recommend at least once.
This almost feels like a best of album. Creedence rules all hits no misses.
This album feels like it dipped between a lot of genres. Some like dance pop, some indie rock, some shit that sounded like knockoff Elton John. Just kind of all over. A good time, but I won't come back to it
People wish they where half as good as this. Dust rules.
Radiohead isn't really for me. I don't like thor personal style in general.
Solid listen.
This album was pretty fun and varied. I enjoyed it.
A fun album. But nothing feels super memorable. So I probably won't come back to it
I have yet to be impressed by a Velvet underground record.
This was fine. It didn't really jump out, in comparison to others in this genre.
10/10 love this album. The inspiration for so many Irish bands.
I would have liked this album more if the longer songs had been cut down. It kind of felt self indulgent.
I had never listened to a full Alice Cooper album before. But this kind of felt like it was carried by the single. Not a lot else felt particularly memorable
Felt like Disposable pop music
That was really fun. Pretty groovy but with enough edge to it. I enjoyed this
A good choice if you want moody rock/pop music.
This reminded me of Styx or Devo. Or maybe just the weird parts of Queen songs, with out the epic singer.
This was meh for me. The music wasn't verified enough. Too long and repetitive for my taste.
This is pretty cool. Felt like a lot of the best parts of the female country powerhouses.
A fun listen.
This reminds me of an off brand Oasis. A good option if your in that kind of mood.
This was pretty cool. A bit of genre bending. An interesting listen.
CCR rules!
I liked this. Him sharing some techniques was really cool. He described Indian music as being similar to jazz. And I think that's a very fair description
I like the last part of the album better then the rest of it. But overall this album is pretty skipable
A really cool blend of country with some light funk vibes. A very fun album
This was good. But only if you are in a vibe for slow and low.
Not really for me. That kinda of early dance pop. And it has the I'm Too Sexy, drum beat playing all the time. You hear it once and it won't go away lol
Without the song American Pie, this album doesn't make this list.
You can tell these are extremely talented musicians, which always cool to hear. They keep it movin for sure.
The tail end of this album was pretty good. But I just kept thinking "I can't wait until he gives this up and forms Gorillaz"
The started out like I expected. Kind of airy arts, and then it gets a lot more noisy. I like that part.
I'm sure this is someone's favorite. But it's not mine. Doesn't feel like there is any hook to drive me back.
Rod Stewart isn't for me. He has good energy. Just not my cup of tea.
This album had sort of a weird balance to me. Have of it felt like pretty cool rock songs, and the other half sounded like the Seinfeld intro.
I liked this. Definitely "of it's time". But overall this was a really strong early 2000's rock album.
This was pretty good. Although I absolutely hate Neil Young's singing. But that's just me lol
Punk is my favorite genre. And this is a great punk album.
This album buzzed by pretty quick. It's didn't do a lot for me, but still worth listening to at least once.
They definitely did not become my new favorite band. But I did enjoy their energy, and the music is good. Solid album
This is pretty cool. Probably won't come back to it but a fun album
This was pretty cool. A lot of big hooks and divers sounds. A good album
I only know him from tv/movies. So it was wild to hear him singing some politically charges stuff. And I definitely never expected him to say the n word in his chorus. Over all interesting listen. It's kind of like watching Bob Saget stand up. Finding out there is a whole different side to this person.
This album is so "of its time". This is absolutely what the year 2000 sounded like. Overall this wasn't for me. But I'm not exactly her target market.
I feel like, I should like this a lot more then I did. It was good energy and good rock music. But it just didn't feel overly special of memorable.
It's crazy that the first Stones song on the first album is so mid. Overall this was good and definitely showed peeks at the legends they would become. This album was pretty good, but doesn't really feel like a "classic"
I enjoyed parts of this. Some parts were to melancholy. But overall strong vibes.
This album I'm was really good. I just get annoyed by long songs sometimes. So it wasn't the best for me people. But still very high quality.
This was fun. Definitely worth checking out at least once.
Kind of hit or miss for me. But a good album overall.
I liked this. It kind of reminds me of the band The Addicts, except a littl more pop.
A fun, kind weird album. Almost felt a little experimental.
The Jam kick ass. A strong album from a great band.
I think I prefer this over Tom Waits. But that same kind of vibe.
Very cool and soulful. I dig this.
This is exactly my kind of thing. Really liked this album. Brings great energy.
I can see why Sonic Youth has a strong following. A solid album.
This kicked ass.
Delightful vibes
Kind of overrated. Definitely feels like it was carried by the big hit.
This was cool. It reminded me of the blues, in alot of ways.
This was really cool. Something unique and very different from the rest of its time. A worthwhile listening
Reminds me a lot of blues music. Just thorough a different filter.
Didn't do a lot for me. But still good if your into this kinda thing.
Common deserves his reputation as a good rapper.
Pretty cool
A really cool listen. And it's very cool to hear more women in hip-hop.
This was okay. Not the best I've heard, but not the worst.
Jonathan Davis seems like he would be really lame to hangout with...but this album is pretty good. Even though he tries to rap a couple times lol.
Did a really good job of catching you in a vibe and keeping you there.
This didn't do a lot for me. I couldn't really capture the vibe.
This was definitely weird and experimental. If that's your thing, check it out.
I really like this. The album flew by. And there was way more instrumentals than I expected. A good album
DNF. I got bored and couldn't get through it.
This was okay. Fun but kinda mid.
This was the first Neil Young album I have liked. He can be cool, when he plays harder. And this is one of those albums
A solid rock album. They earn their reputation.
This album was too long. 42 songs is kind of crazy. But the jams are good. And it does go bye relatively quickly.
Taylor isn't my thing. The album is fine.
All ready have this album. Love it.
A good album. A couple misses. But really solid. It's a shame he is a bigot and a Nazi.
Meh.
This was rad.
This album went by pretty quick. Easily the best Smiths album I have heard.
This felt like elevator reggae. Didn't really catch me in the groove.
Most of this was mid. A few more of the high energy songs where good. Also he must have just leaned the word "spliff" because he can't stop saying it.
Not really for me. But I can see why people would be into this
To soft for me. But they do a good job.
This was cool. And the album flew by. Some of the songs sound kind of the same. But it's still good.
Classic
Not really my thing
I don't get why this was on the list. It was fine, but didn't feel special/essential.
Not my favorite in this genre. But a great voice none the less.
Kind of mid. Felt pretty basic fuzz rock.
The 10min song is to long for me personally. But overall a good album.
Pretty good. Not as life changing as a Dead Head would have you believe. But still good.
This was rad.
Really enjoyed this. I don't speak the language, so it's hard to judge to much. But I liked everything I heard.
A little to emo for me. But still a strong album.
The end of the album drags a bit. But the hits kick ass!
I like both of these. Obviously two different vibes, which is why it had to be broken up. But both halves of the album are good.
Too repetitive and kind of basic overall it felt like.
This was really cool. Kinda moody but still good energy. Which is a hard blend to achieve
Crazy energy here. And hearing all the girls scream, every time he dug deep for a note, was awesome.
This is a really good listen. Alt rock goodness
Frank doesn't do a lot for me. His song are good, but it's not my preferred genre
Not for me.
Hell yeah
Fun but kind of preachy. Not exactly surprising from a dude named Speech
If I ever met an alien, I would show them Aerosmith.
It gets three stars, if you include the bonus track Right Where You Left Me.
When Corgan isnt being super whiny, kind of rocks. And thankfully in this album he rocks more than he whines.
Kind of meh.
I liked this a lot more then I expected. Some pretty interesting songs.
This was cool. Will revisit.
This was cool. A very unique, kind of wild approach/style.
10/10 no notes
This rules
Really good. But I wish he put a little more horsepower, into this.
The eagles are The Grateful Dead for people who have jobs and shower.
UK DJs all love to make their songs 8 min long and feature 26 remixes. Which is wild because a lot of them aren't very good.
Didn't really stand out to me.
An incredible voice. She does come close to over singing at times. But overall she nailed it
Very of its time and solid album overall
Last couple songs got kind of long. But overall good vibes.
Great energy with a big band kind of feel
The link leads you to the wrong album. Tracking down the right one was a pain. Overall it was good. But probably won't revisit. Just a touch repetitive
Peter Gabriel seems like a fun dude. The songs have so much life
Really good energy to this
Not really my thing, but still well done.
I don't speak the language, so I can't judge the lyrics. But the flow is cool. And the beats are great. Lots of jazzy elements.
10/10 I love this album and I already own it
Not my thing.
Not really my thing. But well done. Good energy to it
Hard to vibe with this one. I was able to in little bits. But overall not an easy listen
Really, really good. Western style blues over a not so western style rhythm.
A fun kind of experimental vibe
Really really good. The songs felt so tense and nervous. Great energy throughout this album.
The felt kind of "meh"
Good but not really my thing.
This is the best Springsteen album I have heard yet.
10/10 no notes
Love the early punk sound.
This was good. She really loads the album up with features. Fun vibes.
I think Paper Planes carries this album.
I bet this hits way better, over giant nightclub speakers
