Wow. Not even a full year in and I've gotten all of Bowie's albums that are on the list. I understand some people's complaints that people shouldn't need more than 3 or so albums on the list. But honestly I think Bowie really is the GOAT and I'm happy he has as many albums on the list as he does. He's my favourite of all time. I'd be fine if he had more. He had an incredible range. Experimented a lot. He's totally deserving. As for this album, it's kind of underrated and overlooked. Some of the best vocals in his career. Just great stuff. Love this album. Love Bowie.

I really liked this band. Used to listen to them quite a bit. This isn't one of my favorites by them. And I'm surprised that this is the one that's on the list. I really liked their first album. Their self titled album, Sisterworld, WIXIW and Mess. Honestly haven't really listened to much of their stuff since Mess. There's some songs off this album I'd listen to pretty regularly, but like I said, definitely not my favourite by them.
I really like this. It's kind of funny the day before I listened to The Strokes' Is This It, and honestly this feels like it's of the same era. It holds up really well. I never would have guessed this was pre 80s music.
Nice. I am definitely going to check out some more of this band. Really liked it.
Nostalgic for sure. Brought back so many memories. Used to love this album. Still do. But I used to too.

Great start I've listened to this album before. It's great!
While not exactly something I would necessarily listen to on my own. Or would seek out to listen to again. I did enjoy the album. And can really see how it's incredibly influential.
This was a very interesting listen. Other than the hits Bohemian Rhapsody and You're my Best Friend I hadn't heard any of these songs. I quite liked it. You're my best friend did initially feel a little out of place compared to the previous tracks but then seaside rendezvous came on and that was really different and I actually loved it. I remember thinking the opening track death on two legs was pretty progressive and I really enjoyed that and then Sweet Lady hits and it's very prog rock and it's great. The prophets song was an incredible journey. Yeah this is a pretty good album. Not something I'd probably go back to though to be honest. 3 days into this journey and nothing but good to great albums. It'll be interesting when I actually come across something I don't like. But I can't wait to listen to something that I love so much I add it to my regular listening rotation.
Very nice. 4 days into this journey and this is the 2nd album I have heard before. Love this album. It's got a good variety of sounds.
Sigur Ros was a band I had heard of. Have heard some songs by them. Always meant to give them a proper listen to. So now that's happening. All that being said. I did enjoy the album and can recognize that it is really good. But I don't think I'd come back to it.
I thoroughly enjoyed this album. I had heard of the album and have heard the first three tracks before. But this is my first time listening to the album. Very solid album. And it does make me want to check out more U2 so 5 stars.
This was an incredible listen. As a Canadian I've always enjoyed Neil Young and respected him. But have never listened to an entire album. Other than the opening track I never heard any of this and it was great.
Wow this is easily the best album of the ones I haven't heard before yet. I've loved a lot of the people he's worked with. But never tried his solo stuff before. Easy 5 stars.
9 albums in and this is the 3rd album I had already listened to before. Love this album and Jane's Addiction has always been a band I've meant to check out more of. 5 stars.
I dig this! Had heard the title track before. But I never really knew what it was called or who it was by before. But yeah this was a great listen.
Damn this was really good. I was always interested in listening to more of Bjork. And this was a delightful surprise. I didn't even know she was in this band. Great listen to. Made me want to check out more for sure.
Very nice. I really liked this album. I wasn't so sure at the start of it. But by the end I was really enjoying it and it made me really want to check out more stuff from PJ Harvey.
Nice. I am definitely going to check out some more of this band. Really liked it.
Really good stuff here. Always been a casual fan. And while I was aware of this album I was a little surprised I didn't really recognize any of the actual songs. So it was a great first listen.
Yeah okay. I don't have too much of an opinion about this. It's just really not for me. I didn't hate it at all. It's just not really my tastes. It was pretty different than I thought it would be. And I only recognized the title track and the power of good bye so it was mostly all new to me. And like I said it did some things I wasn't expecting from a Madonna album. I can definitely see how others would like, again it's just not for me.
This was an incredible listen. I of course knew of the hit Lovefool. But every track on this album was a banger in my opinion. So much so that I spent the rest of the day listening to their whole discography! New fan for sure.
Hmm. Yeah I quite liked it. Didn't necessarily make me want to listen to it more though.
I really liked this album. But I don't feel the need to listen to more.
I absolutely loved listening to this. Such a fun time. You can really tell how influential it was too.
This is a really great album. Such incredible vocals.
While I can recognize that this is a good album. It just really isn't for me. I can't stand Kanye West. I usually have no problem separating the art from the artist. It's really hard to do with Kanye West because so much of his art is about him... So I can't really do that. And I do not care for him. And i know he's only gotten worse since this album came out. What with all the antisemitism.
I quite liked this. Was a nice relaxing easy listen.
This was an interesting listen. I enjoyed it. Not something I might necessarily go back to though.
Yes! Love Beastie Boys. Love this album. In fact of all the albums I've listened to prior to starting this. This is the album I've listened to most beforehand. So good.
This was really great. Loved listening to this.
Pretty interesting. I did quite like this.
Meh. Didn't really care for this. I didn't hate it by any means just didn't really care for it either.
Wow. This was incredible. Loved all of this. So fun and delightful.
Oh very nice. Really digged this. Super easy listen. I've always meant to check out more Franz Ferdinand. Definitely will be doing so after this.
I thought it was really good. Just not something I feel like I need to listen to again. Definitely interested in listening to some more Brian Eno solo stuff. I loved the other album I listened to
This was incredible. I don't know what I was expecting. I just didn't expect it to be as great as it was. The track We Will Fall did seem to drag on a bit too long for my liking though.
Wasn't sure how I felt about this at the start. Was mostly indifferent. However the instrumentation just kept me really intrigued. And I ended up really enjoying it. Not sure if I'll go back or check out any more of their stuff so in that case 4 stars.
Love this album. I've listened to it countless times. One of my favorite bands of all time.
Wasn't exactly my cup of tea. But I did enjoy it
This is very good. I liked it. I'll probably check out more of them. I've heard of them quite a bit lately. They seem to be going through a bit of a renaissance. 5 stars.
Pretty good stuff.
I guess this is probably good. I mean I didn't hate listening to it by any means. But it's just really not for me.
Yeah I'm not really a big Christmas music guy. I didn't hate it. I just didn't really like it. But I don't think it's bad so 3 stars.
Great stuff here.
I typically enjoy Prog rock. King Crimson. Early Genesis and such. But something about this just didn't really click with me for some reason. I didn't hate it by any means and can recognize the musical genius. I just don't think I was in the mood for it.
Wow I really dug this album. Definitely going to check out more from them.
This was a good listen.
This was absolutely incredible. One of the best I've listened to since starting this. I immediately relistened to this album and then moved on to listening to other albums she's done. Incredible stuff
I liked it. I'd heard most of the songs beforehand but not the full album. Good stuff.
Another album I had listened to before. Fairly big fan of Cat Stevens. Love this album especially.
I quite enjoyed this. Have always heard good things about them and this album. I'll definitely be checking out more from them.
So good. I've been meaning to listen to more Yes!
Very good stuff
Love the first four albums by Arcade Fire. Have listened to them each multiple times. In fact this is the first one I did listen to all the way through. Haven't listened to much of their stuff post Reflektor. And it's kind of hard to want to do that now with all that's come out about Win Butler. I mean I had heard that he was a real pretentious prick. But now it seems he's a pretentious prick who abuses his power to force women to do sexual things with him. I don't really have a problem separating the art from the artist. Especially since Win Butler is just one part of Arcade Fire it's just unfortunate that he's the front/main singer of the band.
I have loved Aimee Mann since watching Magnolia. This album being on here makes me wonder if there are others of here on here. Bachelor No. 2 is my favourite of hers. Here's hoping.
Roxy Music is another one of those bands that I've heard a lot of good things about and have been meaning to check out more from them. This did not disappoint.
Pretty good stuff here. I know it's a great album. But I just wasn't in the mood for it.
I didn't really care for this too much. I don't think it's bad. Just not for me.
Pretty good. Some of it holds up. Some of it not so much I don't think.
Really not a fan of country music. This is at least more bearable than modern pop country. Yeah not saying it's bad. But it's really not for me.
Damn. This was absolutely incredible. I've been meaning to check out more of Kate Busy for a long while now. She's collaborated with so many of my favourite artists. And this did not disappoint.
Oooff. I wasn't really feeling this. Didn't hate it but didn't really like it either.
Very good stuff here. Enjoyed this.
Love the beasties boys. However this does have a lot of stuff that didn't are that well. Still love it though
Didn't hate it. But didn't really care for it either. Really wasn't feeling it.
Excellent album.
Say what you will about Michael Jackson. And I will I think he was a predator. But you can't deny he made some fantastic music. He's an artist I can enjoy by separating the art from the artist.
One of the absolute best. Loved this album. I coincidentally just listened to this album last week. Hah it's in my rotation pretty heavily to begin with a long with all of Bowie's solo work.
This was a good listen. Have always wanted to check out some Sonic Youth. This didn't disappoint.
This was a pretty good listen.
Really great stuff. It was such a fun easy listen... And then I did a little reading. How can something so funky have such dark undertones. Loved it.
This was incredible. Loved listening to this album. They've always been another band that I've been meaning to check out more of. So glad this came up. Will definitely be checking out some more.
Hey, can you keep a beat on the drums? Yeah, well congratulations, you can play every single AC/DC song on the drums. Man I really don't like AC/DC. I didn't expect this to be my first rating lower than three stars. I did try to go in with an open mind. You can't deny the success they had. And sure there's some good/iconic guitar riffs and solos they came up with. But boy oh boy do I not care for it. The only reason I am not rating it 1 star is because I'll reserve that rating for albums I would actually hate and actively tell people not to listen to. 2 stars means I didn't like it. I thought maybe I would have been able to rate this 3 stars. But that is reserved for things that I don't have strong feelings for one way or the other. This is the first album I've come across that not only do I not like, I also don't think it's good. I do recognize that is my own opinion and based on their popularity I know I'm probably a minority here but I don't think they make good music.
Didn't feel too strongly about this one way or the other. I think it's good, definitely not bad by any means. Just not really for me. It definitely helped that it came in at a breezy 28 minutes.
This was a good album. I enjoyed it.
This was absolutely delightful. Will definitely be checking out more from them
Meh didn't care for this one too much. Didn't hate it though.
Absolutely incredible. Loved this. Always casually enjoyed Neil Young but damn this was great.
Did not care for this. Didn't hate it. But didn't really like it either.
I did enjoy this a lot.
I wasn't so sure of this at the start. Didn't care much for the opening track. However I ended up really enjoying this album.
Meh. Wasn't bad. But didn't care too much for it.
Pretty good stuff
It's not awful but I really didn't care for it. Kind of like bubblegum pop hard rock
Yeah it was fine. Just not exactly my cup of tea.
It was fine. Just not really to my taste.
Not bad. Just not really something I cared for too much.
I feel like perhaps I've been too generous in the past, especially with electronic music. I don't know why but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. This is the first 1 star review I'm giving out. I know I've been to generous in the past and if it wasn't something I liked I would just rate it 3 stars saying it wasn't for me. But this is a bridge too far. I really didn't like this. It wasn't for me. I don't know who this is for. It was boring and repetitive. It maybe even is a little better than some of the other electronic albums that I rated earlier because it does every so often do something a little bit different... But barely, and not good enough. So I guess I'm changing the way I rate things maybe.
This was absolutely delightful to listen to. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
So... This was kind of I think exactly what I needed. I usually listen to albums periodically throughout the day. I tend to take breaks here and there. But the night before I was assigned to listen to this episode, my dad died. I was assigned this yesterday obviously. But I didn't get around to it until today. I listened to it while driving to my parents house to be with family. So it hit real hard. It was absolutely beautiful and I loved it. I think I will be coming back to this. It will hold a special place in my heart. Thanks for this.
Not really into country music. But this is better than modern pop country of course.
One of the absolute best albums by one of the absolute best bands of all time! This concept album is such a journey. One of the rare concepts albums where multiple tracks do work on their own though.
Great listen. Always been a casual fan of The Cure. And I was looking forward to listening to more of them so this was delightful.
Nope. Not for me. I did not care for this. I enjoy jazz music. But this was way too much. Just wall to wall noise. The only thing that's saving it from a 1 star is the sheer uniqueness of the album. I haven't heard anything like this... Not that that's necessarily a good thing.
This was such a great listen, especially since yesterday I had to listen to Spy vs. Spy. Now this is the kind of Jazz I can get behind and enjoy.
Didn't hate it by any means, and while I recognize Dylan's genius and influence, I don't particularly care for it. It's fine. Just don't feel strongly one way or the other.
Nope. Didn't like this. Just went on and on and on.
Pretty good. Technically proficient. Just nothing that really hooked me. But not bad at all.
This was a nice easy listen. Didn't really stand out though.
This is one of my all time favourite albums, by one of my all time favourite bands. Love it every time I listen to it. Which is fairly often to begin with.
This was an incredible listen. Really enjoyed this. This must have been pretty revolutionary.
This was a nice easy listen I enjoyed it. Bluesy jazzy. Daughter enjoyed it as well.
Yeah this was enjoyable.
Not the worst electronics album I've listened to since starting this. But yeah, I'm getting pretty tired of all of the electronica albums on this list. It is one genre that really hasn't aged well. I get that some people like it, love it even... But it's really not for me. I almost want to rate this 1 star just because how fed up I am with all the electronica, but again, this is far from the worst one on the list so far. It at least did some things different. But still not good in my opinion.
Oh yeah, I've been waiting for this day to come. In my opinion David Bowie is the greatest of all time. He's my all time favourite artist. No one else has maintained as much cultural relevancy while being as influential and successful, while continuing to experiment with their sound than he was. Great album. I know there's some more Bowie albums on here and I can't wait to have an excuse to relisten to those either. I almost always listen to at least one of his studio albums every single day. Or one of his live albums as of late. His output is legendary!
I didn't feel too strongly one way or the other with this one. Wasn't horrible, wasn't great either.
I really liked this. Been meaning to listen to some of their stuff.
I really like this. It's kind of funny the day before I listened to The Strokes' Is This It, and honestly this feels like it's of the same era. It holds up really well. I never would have guessed this was pre 80s music.
Wow can't deny the skill and energy here. Great album.
This was really good. Interesting blending of rockabilly and punk. Can really see how it would be super influential.
Damn. This was pretty entertaining. I liked it a lot.
This was pretty good.
This was quite interesting. Wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Lately I've been so scared of any assignment from the 90s thinking it'll be electronic music that I've grown tired of. So this was delightful. Some of it was nice and short and sweet. Some of it went on and on kind of repetitive. But some of it was genuinely really interesting to me. I liked it. A lot.
Wow. What can be said about this album, that hasn't been said. I'll just say it's incredible.
This was thoroughly enjoyable.
Love Tears for Fears. Love this album. Love The Hurting too, I wonder if it's in this list.
This was very nice and easy listening.
Pretty dang good
This album is so fascinating. I'm not into country music at all. But this album is entertaining as all hell. Some of the music gets a little repetitive. But the mood and atmosphere is incredible. Just so raw and authentic.
Always enjoy this type of jazz.
Meh didn't hate this by any stretch. But it didn't really hold my attention at all.
Very good album. I enjoyed it a lot. Love all the different styles.
What a treat of the album. Always been a casual fan of Neil Young but this is my third album of his from this list so far and I'm becoming a big fan of his.
Love this album.
Really nice and easy listening.
Very nice easy listening.
Pretty good stuff
Pretty good stuff
Meh. Didn't care for this really. Didn't hate it though either.
Oh wow. So good! I really enjoyed this one.
Meh
Quite good
I enjoyed this a good amount.
Pretty good stuff
Good stuff
Really good listen.
Very entertaining album.
I quite liked this one
What an amazing album.
This was a pleasantly delightful listen
Pretty solid stuff
Not bad at all. I rather enjoyed this
I really liked this!
Excellent album
Meh wasn't terrible. Just did not care for it.
Excellent, breakthrough album.
Excellent
Man this album is entertaining as all hell. Way better than it has any right to be.
Ugh. I did not care for this. And I'm very tired of the electronica albums on this list. How many more can their possibly be. When Blueski came on, I was relieved, I thought wow a break from the same stuff over and over again. But I was wrong. Blueski is just the same thing over and over again for 3 minutes. A welcome break from the rest of the album. But also repetitive on it's own. And then Stagger was also whatever.
This album was incredible. I loved the energy. The Talking Heads cover, yeah so much energy. Incredible album and musicianship all around.
So good.
Really good. I don't know how or why I haven't listened to this band before. Reminds me of early days Modest Mouse. I know they site Placement as an influence and yeah you can really hear it. I will try to make up for lost time and catch up.
One of my favourite albums by one of my absolute favourite bands. Talking Heads first 5 albums are so good. I love them all. In fact between their 3rd (this album) 4th and 5th album I have a hard time pinning down which one is my favourite. I was surprised to learn that their 5th album, Speaking in Tongues, isn't on this list. But yeah this album is so great.
This was pretty solid
Ugh. Definitely not the worst electronic album I've listened to on this list. I've even heard some of these tracks before in various media. But I'm just so over these electronic albums. I'll give it credit for being a cut above the rest.
This was a really fun album. I liked it.
A real classic here
Such a fun album. So entertaining. Really enjoyable.
While I recognize that this album would definitely be considered successful by most measures and can appreciate the fact that it did produce a lot of classic rock hits, and this album is full of them that's for sure, there was only a handful of tracks I had never heard before, I do think even the best of bubble gum stadium pop rock is still not something I really care for.
Good stuff. Just not really my thing.
This wasn't too bad. I quite liked it. I saw the reviews and braced myself for the something bad. But this was pleasantly surprising.
Meh not really for me. Not bad. But not my cup of tea.
Love this album.
Very solid soul album.
Wow. This is such a great album. Not exactly what I would choose to listen to, but I can't deny how great it is. So many hits. And the ones that weren't big hits are really solid. Great rock album.
Didn't feel too strongly one way or another about this one.
Pretty good stuff. Not as entertaining as Stankonia
Not bad. But not really for me either.
Always been meaning to check more of Portishead out. This did not disappoint really liked this one.
Whoa. This was good stuff
Wasn't too bad. Wasn't great either though.
Not bad by any means. Quite good bluesy hard classic rock. Just not really my taste.
Meh. Not bad. I recognize this is good 90s rock. But not really for me.
This is one hell of an album. So good. Very varied.
Very nice. Pleasantly relaxing.
Not bad at all. I quite liked it.
Pretty good stuff. Nice and relaxing easy listening.
Nope. Really not for me. The only thing that's stopping me from rating it 1 star is because I do recognize that Beyonce is at least a skillful singer. I don't really care for her personally. And I hate this forced global worship of her. But I can recognize that she is good at what she does. But this album, and her work in general just feels so by the numbers.
So good! Some of the feedback at the end of some of the tracks maybe dragged on a bit too long. But I didn't find it detracted from the overall album.
Bowie is my favourite musician/artist of all time. I personally believe he is the G.O.A.T. I've listened to his entire discography multiple times over. And pretty much constantly. It's pretty rare that a day goes by where I don't listen to at least one of his albums. So I was more than happy to re-listen to The Next Day. Although this album might not even crack the top 10 of my favourite Bowie albums, I'm such a fanboy and I absolutely love this album. Some seriously great songs on here. I mean Where Are We Now. What a beautiful song. The ending might just be one of his most romantic ever. I just love Bowie
Pretty fun and entertaining album.
Really good stuff
Pretty entertaining. Some of it doesn't really hold up I don't think. But I also kind of think that was the point.
Nope. I don't care for this. Might be one of the better electronica albums I've listened to so far. And that saves it from 1 star. But I still don't care for it.
Pretty fun album.
Meh. Didn't feel too strongly one way or the other about this. In fact my wife absolutely loathes "I Shot the Sheriff" and that honestly has rubbed off on me a bit. So I don't really care for that track.
Really enjoyable album. Lots of fun.
Great stuff.
Pretty interesting and entertaining album.
Meh. Not really for me.
Such a great jazz album.
This is not normally something I would listen to. But I really enjoyed this.
I really liked this.
Great album
Enjoyable
Meh. Not bad. Just not really my thing either.
Such a good album. I somehow forgot that I use to listen to it quite often. I thought that I was going to listen to this for the first time only recognizing some of the names of some of the tracks. But relistening to it now flooded all the memories of listening to it all the time back in high school. So thanks for that. Excellent album.
Meh. Honestly not bad at all. Just felt like it outstayed it's welcome.
Good stuff
Can't deny the absolute hits on this album. And the other non hits are good stuff too.
Not too bad. Just not really my thing 2ith335
A lot more overt religious and specifically Christian references than I prefer. But still a really fun and entertaining album. But yeah the almost constant references to Christianity knocks it down a peg.
This was a fun album for me.
Pretty good stuff. Some classics for sure.
Love it.
Solid stuff
Yeah this good classic stuff. I'm afraid to look it up. What is Chooglin?
This was a pretty fun listen
Good stuff
Pretty good stuff
Very good!
This was great
Good stuff
Not too bad.
Pop punk probably at it's absolute finest. Excellent concept album at that.
Very good stuff
I really like this album. Arcade Fire's first 3 albums were fantastic. I haven't really listened to anything they did after Reflektor though. I should give it a shot.
Okay. So I do not like country music. Like at all. That being said, I didn't mind this album so much, because there was some breaks from the repetitiveness. Although overall it was rather repetitive. I don't know country music just all sort of sounds the same to me. But like I said some of the songs on this album did stuff a little differently and that was a nice break. I also have enjoyed Dwight Yoakam in some of his acting roles that I've seen so that helped. I am also more inclined to appreciate this style of country music, when compared to modern country music. Because well, this is actual music. Whereas modern country music is nothing more than corporate, paint by numbers pandering. As Bo Burnham said, it's textbook pandering. And it's honestly insulting. So I appreciate the fact that there is actual musicianship here. But with all that being said, I still don't like country music... Like at all.
Great stuff
Pretty damn great
Meh. This is a weird album. Tonally all over the place. Honestly it's not bad. Just not really for me. I'm not much of a metal head. I can appreciate the musicianship though. Some of the most talented musicians are metal drummers. Absolute insanity.
Pretty good stuff. Can't deny the sheer amount of hits on it.
Pretty great
I actually really enjoyed this
Some good stuff. Can't deny the hits.
Very fun and entertaining album. Enjoyed it
Excellent album
Can't deny it's very good and influence
Meh. May be one of the better electronic albums. But still not my thing.
Quite enjoyable
Not too bad. Pretty good. The religious references really bring it down. For me anyway.
Very interesting album.
Excellent album.
Bowie IS the greatest artist of all time. He's certainly my favorite. And this album in my opinion is the quintessential Bowie album. A lot of people will say that's The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. And while I also love that album, I honestly believe this album fits the bill better. While The Ziggy album is quite firmly commented in his glam era, Hunky Dory captures more of his overall sounds. There's some stuff that sounds like his earlier folksy-er outings. There's his poppy stuff from the time, and there's hints towards his glam rock outings to come. There's even some really experimental sounds here as well that he would continue to do for the rest of his career. Love Bowie and I love this album.
Very enjoyable album.
Great stuff
Great album
Classic
Pretty good.
This album was incredible. Despite it being clearly folksy in nature, there's something about this album, and I can't quite put my finger on it, but it sounds really ahead of its time and quite modern. Really dig this one.
Super funky. Super fun. Super enjoyable
Pretty good
Meh. I respect Willie Nelson as a person, and this type of country music as opposed to today's modern country pop garbage, but I still don't care for it
Really great stuff. Didn't know what to expect going into this one. Was delightfully surprised.
Such a great album. By one of my absolute favourite band. I love all of their albums. But their first 5 especially are incredible.
Thoroughly enjoyable.
This was super nice and chill and I really liked it.
Pretty great
Meh. Not really my thing.
Excellent stuff
Meh. Not bad. Just not really my thing.
Absolutely incredible.
Really fun stuff.
Very good.
Meh. Not bad at all. Just not really my thing.
Very fun album
Great album. Easily the best pop punk stuff.
Good stuff
This was great.
This was delightful. Would like to check out more from them.
Pretty good
Meh not bad. But not really my thing
Not bad. Just not really my favourite thing.
Good stuff.
Man, I had always heard good things about Kendrick Lamar. And I was interested in hearing this. But honestly I didn't care for it too much. Don't care for his voice. Lots of repetitiveness. Long drawn out.
Great stuff!
Holy generic rock and roll Batman. Listen I won't deny the musicianship. They seem really good at what they do. It's just what they do does not interest me in the slightest. Much of this just sounds like royalty free rock music.
Incredible stuff. I never really listened to Johnny Cash. Never really thought I'd like it to be honest because I hate country music. But this is a cut above the rest for sure. This almost feels like something else. Anyway this is the second Cash album I'm listening to from this list. And it is also getting 5 stars. Just incredible stuff.
Nope. Not a fan of this pop by the numbers corporate stuff.
Meh. There was some good stuff in here. But mostly it was long and dragged out blah for me.
Phenomenal stuff here!
Great stuff
So good!
Ended up really liking this one.
Pretty good stuff
Excellent album.
This was quite interesting.
Very good
This list has made me a fan of Neil Young. Didn't have too strong of an opinion beforehand. But now I really like him.
Good stuff
Very enjoyable
I love Bowie and I love this album. I've said a lot about Bowie so far in my reviews for the other albums that have come up so far for me on the list. But this album means so much to me. To all of us Bowie fans. It was his final gift to us. To the world. And I love him all the more for it.
Great album
Meh.
Pretty good stuff
Not bad.
This was an incredible listen. I ended up really enjoying this.
Not too bad.
Great stuff.
Very chill and easy to listen to. I really liked it.
Meh.
Pretty enjoyable
I don't like this. I understand they are popular. But I don't like them.
This was fantastic!
Pretty good stuff.
I absolutely love Bowie. See my other reviews to see my thoughts on him as an artist. He's my all time favourite. I love this album. However I will say it took a few times, like all of the albums from his Berlin trilogy to get the hang of. I remember going into this album pretty casually thinking the title track would be the indication of how the whole album would sound. And it's not quite like that. It did take a few listens to really sink in for me. And it might actually be my least favourite of the Berlin trilogy. Low being one of his absolute best albums. And Lodger being just more interesting in my opinion than Heroes. But again, I love this album and I love Bowie!
Pretty good. I remember when their first album came out, listening to it and meaning to keep up with them. I didn't so this was an interesting listen.
This list has made me a fan of Johnny Cash. I didn't feel too strongly about him one way or another beforehand. I like how I did get his first live prison album first and then his second one in order. But man these two albums are just so entertaining. Really enjoyed this. And again, I am not a fan of country music whatsoever. But this is just good stuff.
Very good.
Great stuff.
Man. The first few Coldplay albums were great. Love this album. It has my personal favourite Coldplay track: The Scientist. I feel like after X&Y they got a little too poppy for my tastes.
Incredible stuff. A bit on the long side. But I loved it.
This is difficult. I mean I don't know. There's nothing inherently wrong with this... Box set... It's not really an album. Or is it... I don't know. It's super long. Too long. I didn't hate it though. I mean it did end up feeling like work going through the whole thing. But it's not bad in anyway. I did like the music. But it's just WAY TOO LONG.
Quite enjoyable.
Meh. It's pretty good country, but it's still country. I do have a soft spot for male/female duets. So that helped.
Meh. Don't care too much, at all actually for electronica. This at least felt a little better than most. But still pretty repetitive, as is the usual for these electronica albums.
Not the biggest fan of this type of music. But I can't deny the hits or overall musicianship.
Not the biggest fan of this type of music. But can't deny the musicianship.
Incredible!
Not the biggest fan. But I do enjoy his music. Just don't listen much at all. But you can't deny his influence.
Pretty great stuff. Love Bowie and his cover of Wild is The Wind always blows me away. I had actually never heard the original. So this was great.
Pretty good album. Very entertaining.
Ended up enjoying this just fine. Not really something I would listen to otherwise. But I liked it.
So good!
Not a fan. Didn't hate it. But I didn't like it.
Enjoyable
Absolutely love David Bowie. Absolutely love this album. Definitely up there as one of my favourite albums by him. See my other reviews of his albums to know just how much I love Bowie. He's the G.O.A.T in my opinion.
Incredible stuff
Thoroughly enjoyable
Hmm. I mean it's not terrible. I don't feel too strongly about it one way or the other. It's good music. Just not exactly my taste. Kind of long and repetitive too.
Great stuff.
This was such a delightful surprise. Really enjoyed this one. Going to check out more from them for sure.
Incredible
Meh. Not a big electronic music fan. This has some undeniable hits on it that can't be denied. So I suppose it has that going for it. Electronica just gets so repetitive.
Incredible. Really liked this album. Definitely will be checking out more from them.
Not bad
Really liked this.
One of the all time greatest albums by who I consider the greatest artist of all time! See my other reviews to understand just how much I love Bowie.
Meh. It was fine. I actually even liked it... But it was just way tooooo long.
Incredible!
Pretty enjoyable. Really enjoyed the instrumentals.
Meh. Didn't hate it. But not for me.
Good stuff.
Pretty great honestly. Always enjoyed the hits from this album. And there are a lot of hits. And the rest of the tracks were enjoyable as well.
Good stuff.
Quite enjoyable
Love Peter Gabriel and his era of Genesis. Love this album.
Excellent
Didn't feel too strongly about this one.
Love Pixies. Love this album. This and Trompe le Monde are definitely underrated compared to Surfer Rosa and Doolittle. But they are just as great in my opinion. Pixies are definitely in my top 5 favourite bands. I even like their new stuff. New album coming out tomorrow!
Fantastic
Awesome
Nostalgic for sure. Brought back so many memories. Used to love this album. Still do. But I used to too.
I really liked it.
On a hot streak of great albums. And this is one of them. Just incredible.
This was pleasantly enjoyable
The hot streak of great albums continue. Always been a fan of Coldplay's first 4 albums. The first two in particular are great.
Really liked it, not as much as Raising Hell but still really enjoyable.
One of my absolute favorite albums by my absolute favourite artist. Bowie is the GOAT. I can't believe I got almost all 9 of his albums on the list within the first year of me doing this.
I can't believe my luck. Another absolutely fantastic album! Loved this album. Heard quite a bit of it before. Love the funky soul stuff.
Ugh. I really don't care for Oasis. They just run me the wrong way. Liked this one even less than their second album which I've already listened to on this list. Just not that interesting and boring. This broke my incredible streak of 5 star albums. Hope to get back on that track.
Ahh back on track... I hope. Another great album. Loving Stevie Wonder. Was always just a casual fan of his but this list is making a true fan.
Really really liked this. Will definitely check more out from them.
Wow, this was incredible. Definitely had heard some of these tracks before. But this was exactly what I needed to hear on the day after the 2024 presidential election. Nice chill and calming music.
One of the best. By one of the best. They're one of my all time favourite bands.
Love Bowie.
Pretty good music. I hate that Van Morrison is such a piece of shit. But there are some real undeniable hits here.
Pretty good stuff. Didn't mind it. Felt really fresh and experimental.
Good stuff.
Good stuff. Plenty entertaining.
Meh wasn't too bad. Kind of interesting. When I read that it was inspired by electronica I groaned. But it was better than I expected.
Pretty good stuff. Plenty entertaining.
Good stuff
I liked it. Maybe felt a little repetitive. But overall very enjoyable.
So good. Loved it.
Absolutely fantastic!
Quite enjoyable
Too twangy. I'm just not a fan of country music. I'll always point out, at least this isn't modern pop country crap.
Pretty good stuff.
Really nostalgic. Really enjoyable. So many hits.
One of the better electronic albums. But... Still... Not for me.
Quite enjoyable.
Good stuff.
Not really a metal guy. But I really appreciate the musicianship. I can recognize how talented they are. I mean metal drummers are just insanely talented.
Pretty meh. Not bad. Just not really my taste either.
Interesting. I liked it
Very good. Loved.
Meh. Not bad. But didn't feel too strongly one way or the other about it.
Absolutely delightful. Really enjoyed this. So fun and funny.
Really enjoyed this. Those singles are just fantastic. But the whole album is great.
Really liked this.
Delightful. Loved it.
Great stuff.
Really good stuff. Pretty timeless sounding.
One of the my absolute favourite albums of all time. By one of my favourite bands of all time.
Meh. He was a fantastic vocalist. Just don't really care for the music.
Quite enjoyable.
It's fine. Sounds good. Just not really my taste.
Pretty good stuff.
Meh. It wasn't bad. Kind of dragged on a bit. And just not really that into it.
Pretty good stuff.
Not too bad. Pretty interesting actually. Never would have guessed this came out in the 90s. Sounds so 60s folksy.
I really enjoyed this one.
Not really the biggest fan of Eagles by any sense. But I can't really deny that this is a good album.
Amazing.
Really good stuff.
Excellent stuff. Really enjoyed this.
Good stuff. Can understand their influence.
Love Peter Gabriel so much. Especially his first 4 albums. But I also really love this one. But his first 4 are some my favourite albums of all time. Again, this one is great too. Just don't listen it to as much as the first 4.
Incredible stuff.
Really liked this one.
Fantastic
Not too bad.
Nah. Not for me. Don't like electronic music like this. It's just so repetitive. I didn't hate. But boy did I not like it.
Meh. Not really my thing. Was pretty interesting though.
Pretty good. Not exactly my cup of tea. But I was feeling the raw intensity of it.
Pretty good
Pretty good stuff. A little long.
I liked it.
Just fantastic stuff. Second time listening to this. So great.
Loved it.
Meh. Not too bad. Just didn't care for it too much.
Ended up really enjoying this album.
Quite liked this one.
Nice
Pretty good.
Despite this being electronic music. I didn't hate it like I usually do. Haha but I didn't really care for it either.
Meh. Don't like country but I do respect this as actual country music. And not what the slop country music has become today.
I really really liked this.
Pretty good. Really interesting.
Really enjoyed this.
I wasn't so sure about this at the start. But I ended up loving this. It's incredible.
Not too bad. Pretty interesting. I liked it.
Not too bad.
This is great stuff. Really fun. I honestly had only ever heard virtual insanity and watched the video. Loved the music video and the song. Always meant to check out more. Glad this popped up.
Quite enjoyable.
I liked this.
Pretty fantastic.
Pretty interesting. Easily the best electronic album on the list so far I've come across. In my opinion.
I did like this a little more than Rock Bottom. But I still didn't really care for this.
Pretty nice. Chill and relaxing listen.
Not too bad.
Meh not too crazy about this. Not bad. Just not my taste
I didn't hate this. It was kind a nice 80s pop album. But I just didn't care for it too much either. Not really my taste in music.
Wow, I actually ended up really enjoying this. Just incredible fun.
Pretty good stuff. I liked it.
Really solid stuff.
Love the energy. Good stuff.
I actually really enjoyed this. Lots of similarities to Pixies, which is one of my all time favourite bands. You can tell how The Soft Boys influenced them.
Incredible stuff. I love this style of new wave. I honestly had only really ever heard Don't you Forget about me. But I really enjoyed this whole album.
I quite liked this. Very easy listening.
Good stuff
Just fantastic stuff. Man I love their first 3 albums.
Really good stuff.
Meh. Went on way too long. Not terrible. Just wasn't really my thing.
Really entertaining album.
Pretty good.
Meh. I mean you really can't deny, he was very good at what he did. I mean so many hits spawn just from this one album. And while I don't mind them. I just don't really care for them either.
Quite enjoyable. I liked it. Easy listening.
Didn't really care for this. It honestly wasn't too bad. Just not my thing. Kind of repetitive.
Nice easy listening.
This was pretty fun.
Pretty good.
I actually really really liked this. Loved it honestly.
I liked this. Lots a fun short but sweet songs with lots of energy.
Was pretty good. Didn't mind it. Probably won't listen again.
Quite enjoyable. Short and sweet
Such a nice, easy, relaxing listen.
I quite liked this one.
I don't know what it was. Maybe my mood. I don't know. But I found most of these songs really annoying. Did not like this album at all.
Short and sweet and entertaining.
Absolutely incredible. Loved this.
This is actually quite good. Those first three tracks are obviously classics. But I ended up really enjoying the rest of it as well.
Not too bad. Just not really my thing.
Not too bad. Nice and experimental for my tastes.
Pretty good stuff. Nice and relaxing.
Really liked this.
Nice short and sweet album.
Absolutely fantastic
Great stuff
Meh. I mean technically proficient. And I actually used to really like Van Halen, at least passively. But now I just find it's a step above def Leppard. Just basic rock music.
Not too bad. Gets a little too twangy for me though.
Pretty enjoyable. I liked it.
One of the debut albums of all time. Definitely a top 5 band for me. Love Talking Heads. Love this album.
Pretty good stuff. Wasn't sure about it from the opening track. But I did end up enjoying it.
Not too bad.
Absolutely fantastic. I really loved this album. After I was finished I immediately checked more out from them.
I really liked this. Don't understand French at all. But it was really enjoyable.
This was pretty entertaining. The last few songs especially felt palpable.
Pretty good stuff
I really liked this.
Not too bad.
Pretty good.
I quite liked this.
This was incredible. I had never really heard any more than the theme part used in The Exorcist. Loved this.
Meh. Didn't mind it. Didn't care for it either.
Short and sweet. But not really something I cared for too much.
I really liked this.
I a really really liked this. Loved the energy. Loved the music.
Pretty dang good stuff here!
Pretty good. Not as good as Sound of Silver. But still pretty good.
Incredible!
This was actually pretty enjoyable. Not a fan of country at all. But this definitely had less of that country-y sound than most. I didn't mind it.
Pretty good stuff
I really liked this album.
Not too bad.
I liked some of it. The last few tracks got way too twangy for my liking however.
Quite enjoyable
Great stuff.
Loved it. Great energy. Just pure grooves.
Really liked this. Great energy here.
Despite this being electronic music. I didn't hate listening to it.
Pretty good stuff. Not as good as his stuff with wu tang.
Pretty good stuff.
Quite enjoyable
What a journey, what a ride. What an experience. I want to relisten in its entirety just alone in a dark room and nothing else distracting me. Now that would be an experience.
Not too bad
I liked it. It was some nice easy chill relaxing listening.
Really good stuff.
So good!
Not too bad.
Quite good.
Ended up really really liking this. Some songs maybe went on a little too long. But overall I loved this.
Fantastic stuff. I do feel like it does run a little long. Especially compared to how perfect Pixies albums and songs are despite their short length. But I still love it.
Great stuff
What an epic experience. Loved it.
I don't mind Red Hot Chili Peppers. And this is a good fun, funky, entertaining album. But boy oh boy, does it ever go on for a long time.
Actually really enjoyed this. Didn't know what to expect. But I really liked it.
Meh. Not the worst electronic album on the list. But still just not a fan of this style of music. This might be one of the best electronic albums on this list. At least so far in my opinion. But it like all electronic albums just fall prey to ultimately being very repetitive. At least this one was a little more varied than most others.
Solid stuff.
Quite liked this.
Yeah not too bad. Like his stuff with CSNY more I suppose. This went on a bit too long I would say. But not bad.
What an album. Great stuff.
Pretty good.
Pretty good classic stuff. A little repetitive however.
What an epic album. Love it. It's excellent.
I really liked this. So raw, so self reflective.
I really really enjoyed this. Listened to it back to back. Daughter seemed to like it too.
Great album.
This was quite enjoyable.
This was incredible. Would love to check out more by them.
Quite goof
Meh. Not too bad for an electronic album.
I really liked this.
Not too bad.
Solid stuff.
Really good stuff.
Nah not really for me. Man, that Comfortably Numb cover almost made it a 2 star for me. But when it comes to covers, I usually appreciate the ones that try to make something new out of it rather than a straight cover. So while I appreciate the boldness of changing up the song, I really didn't care for it.
Good stuff
Nah. Not a fan of this style of music
Not really my taste in music. But I can't deny she's an incredible singer. Plus the track enter the circus and the strings in general on the album get it up to 4 stars.
Really enjoyed this one.
I really really liked this.
Very solid album.
Really enjoyed this. Had another of their albums come up less than a week ago. Really like them.
Love Tom Waits, and I love this album.
So good. Not my favourite by them. But still they are one of my favorite bands.
I didn't mind this. The length however almost dropped it down to a 3 stars. Too long. But again I didn't mind it. I kind of liked it.
Splendid.
Honestly I didn't really care for this... But I am pumping up to 3 stars just based on how unique it is.
It's pretty good. Not really my taste. But you really can't deny those hits.
Very solid album
Really really ended up liking this.
Good stuff.
Excellent album!
Pretty solid stuff.
Love this album. One of my favourite bands.
This was a fun listen.
Great stuff.
I enjoyed this a fair amount.
Fantastic. Always loved King Crimson. Not my favourite album by them. But it's incredible stuff.
Meh. Not terrible. But I'm so over the electronica. It's mostly so repetitive. This one was Soo bad in that regard. But still just not what I like.
It's not too bad. I'm not really a fan. But it's not too bad. My wife and daughters really like her. I'm pretty indifferent. Hence the 3 stars. I by no means think it's bad. I just don't think it's that good either.
I was a little worried when the wikipedia article mentioned this was an album by a country music artist. I really don't care for country. And while there was a little bit of that trademark twang, it wasn't too overwhelming. I quite liked this.
Fantastic stuff.
This was quite enjoyable.
Pretty good stuff.
Always loved this album.
Pretty good stuff. Not like the biggest fan of this style of music. But I can't deny the energy and commit to the craft of the genre.
Really good album.
Really good stuff. RIP
Really great stuff.
Really good stuff. A little on the long side.
Solid stuff.
Pretty great.
Really good stuff.
Just great stuff. A little on the longer side. But I really liked it.
I really liked this. It was very good.
Not too bad.
Meh, this one is too twangy for me.
Oh how the mighty have fallen. If only he had gotten some therapy, perhaps he wouldn't be a self proclaimed Nazi now. Anyway. This was a good album. Kind of sullied by how crap of a person he is now.
Pretty solid.
Not too bad. Pretty solid stadium rock. Can't deny the hits. Though I don't really care for this style of music, like I said can't deny the hits or the overall musicianship.
One of the best albums by one of my favourite bands
Really liked this.
Absolutely love this band and this album is one of their best.
It was fine.
Not too bad. Quite liked it.
Excellent album.
Not too bad.
Incredible
Solid stuff.
Pretty good.
Very solid stuff.
I like it
I liked it.
Pretty great.
I really enjoyed this one.
This is awesome.
Too long. Too repetitive. That seems to always be the case with electronic music.
I ended up really enjoying this album. Quite fun. I mean some of the subject matter was really serious. But I really liked it.
Ended up really liking this. Definitely not music I typically gravitate towards. But this one was fun. Great musicianship too.
It's pretty dang good. Long. But man is it good. I'm not a huge fan really of this style of music. But boy oh boy, do they do it well.
Really fun solid punk album. Lots of noise. Really liked it.
Fantastic album.
Pretty fun solid album.
Meh. Really not for me. It's not horrible. I don't think it's bad. But I just don't care for this type of music.
I quite liked this.
This isn't bad actually. Probably my favourite electronic album on the list so far. Usually they are so repetitive. I didn't really find that with this one too bad.
Pretty good stuff.
Was pretty interesting. I liked it.
So great. Love those first four albums so much. What a legend Ozzy was!
Absolutely fantastic album here. Just knocks it out of the park. So many hits on this one. And the non radio hits are incredible as well. Love this album. Also Brothers in Arms (the song) is used expertly in THE BEST episode of the show The West Wing. Just had to bring that up.
Not too bad.
This was pretty good. I liked it.
This was incredible! Loved it!
Love this album.
Meh too twangy. It's not bad. Just not what I care for.
Pretty... Solid. Badumtsk
This was great.
Quite enjoyable.
Pretty interesting. Overall I liked it.
Nope. Really didn't like this. So tired of electronic music. It's so repetitive and boring.
Loved this one.
Meh. Didn't hate it. But really not to my taste.
Pretty great.
Fun stuff.
Quite good.
Pretty good.
I really quite liked this. Really reminded me of Radiohead which I love.
Very enjoyable
Meh. Too twangy. But better than modern country of course.
Wow. This album was all over the place... In the best way possible. Very very interesting to me.
I liked it.
Enjoyable.
Really great stuff.
Pretty good stuff.
Fantastic.
Very solid album.
Not to my tastes at all. But I didn't hate it.
I liked it a lot.
I mean what can be said... It's just one of the best albums by one of the best bands of all time. Absolutely love it.
I liked it.
Pretty good stuff.
Enjoyable. Glad that they finally get royalties for Bittersweet Symphony.
Meh not too bad. Just not really my thing.
Meh. It's not bad by any means. Just don't really care one way or the other about it.
Quite good stuff.
Really good stuff.
Really good.
Solid stuff. A little long for my liking.
Solid stuff. Not my favourite by them.
Very entertaining album.
Quite enjoyable. I dug it.
I absolutely and I unironically love this album. Got into them through Primus.
Love it.
Yeah, so I'm not the biggest fan of this style of music... But this is one of the best examples of it. And is just so great.
Meh. Not horrible some interesting stuff here. But I just don't really like it overall. Not to my taste.
Just incredible!
Fantastic.
Very solid stuff.
Excellent.
Pretty good stuff.
So tired of these electronic albums. They just so long and so repetitive.
Interesting stuff here.
Long. But really good.
Not exactly my cup of tea. But definitely technically proficient. My brother is a big fan of them and that has certainly rubbed off on me a smidge.
I quite liked this one.
Did not really care for this at all. Didn't hate it though.
Pretty great.
Absolutely fantastic. Gloriously epic. I've heard a lot of the different songs separately and loved them. This was my first time listening to the full album. I love it!
Great stuff.
Pretty solid.
Pretty solid stuff
Meh. Didn't feel too strongly about this one way or the other. Not bad by any means.
Love this Peter Gabriel era of Genesis! Love this album!
Solid stuff.
Great stuff. Really liked this one.
Very solid stuff.
Very interesting stuff. I liked it.
Really enjoyed this one.
Really ended up enjoying this one.
Not bad. Not great.
Meh. Didn't care for this one really.
Really liked it.
Damn. I didn't expect to give this a 5. Not exactly my taste. But I just can't deny how great it is. I obviously have heard all the hits before. And they're good. Can't deny the talent. And the rest of the songs are great too.
Not too bad.
Enjoyable.
Pretty good stuff. I liked it
Not too bad. In fact there were some tracks that were pretty interesting. However, overall it just was not to my taste.
I really enjoyed this one. Very interesting.
Pretty solid stuff.
Good stuff.
I mean. What else can be said? It's great.
Pretty good.
Quite liked this.
Big fan. So short so sweet.
Ended up really liking this. It felt quite experimental. The sounds they put on display were quite unique. I loved it.
Really great stuff
Really ended up liking this. Loved the production. Was fun and interesting.
Interesting and entertaining. I liked it.
Quite funky, soulful and very enjoyable.
Pretty solid stuff here.
So... It's not bad. In fact I quite like it. But boy is it too long for my liking. Again the fact that it's at least very interesting and very good helps a lot though.
Solid stuff.
Meh not bad. Just really not to my taste at all.
Pretty good solid stuff.
I loved it. Super experimental jazzy blues. Always been meaning to check out Captain Beefheart. I've heard bits and pieces through the years. But this was an experience to be sure.
Meh. Not terrible. Just not really my thing.
Pretty solid stuff.
Fine. Not bad. Not really my thing though.
Great stuff.
Hmm. I didn't expect to like this so much. I do not care for more modern electronic music at all. Super repetitive and bloated and too long. But this was actually quite enjoyable. Maybe older electronic music is better...
This was a great listen.
Meh. I don't know. Something about this. I really didn't care for it.
Pretty solid stuff.
Great
Fantastic
I enjoyed this.
Solid stuff
Really really struggled with this album. Just really not a fan of this type of music.
Great stuff
Absolutely great stuff. Love it
Very enjoyable. I liked it a lot.
This was very interesting. In the best way possible. It was all over the place sonically. But I actually really enjoyed it.
Pretty solid
Pretty good.
Pretty good. Not really that into it though.
Meh. Not bad. Not really my taste though. I do like short it was though
Pretty interesting stuff here. I liked it.
Interesting. Not really a big fan of this style of music, especially the vocals. But for some reason it kind of clicked and I did end up enjoying it, including the vocals.
Meh. Not bad by any means. Just not really my type of thing.
Meh
It's fine
Solid stuff.
Ended up really liking this
Solid stuff.
Absolutely love this album. I love his first 5 albums so much!
Meh. Too long, and I didn't care for it.
I actually quite liked this. Despite it being described as an electronic album. It wasn't too repetitive, like most of the other electronic albums on the list.
Pretty solid stuff here.
Listen, it's not bad music. I've heard far, far worse music. But I am very surprised that this is the 3rd album of theirs that are on the list, yet some bands that are far more influential, and even more successful, have no representation at all on the list.
Meh. I'm not really a fan of this style of music. Again it's not bad, but I just don't care for it too much. It's kind of repetitive.
Meh. It's fine.
This was pretty entertaining.
Solid stuff here. I enjoyed it.
Nah. Didn't really like this. Didn't hate it. But just not into. It was quite repetitive at times.
Started off alright. Lost interest pretty quickly. Not horrible though.
Pretty solid.
Nah. I do not like this. Way too long. Way too twangy. I mean I'll always say this. This type of country is still way better than modern country. But I still do not like this stuff. The instrumentals were a little more bearable, but still. I do not like country at all.
Pretty good
Solid stuff
Nah. Not a fan.
I liked it.
Really really dug this.
I enjoyed this quite a bit. Always worried when an album is described as being by an electronic artist of group. But this wasn't the typical repetitive electronic noise and sound that make up most of the electronic albums on the list.
Excellent.
This music and the man himself make me sick.
Solid stuff.
This was really interesting. Very enjoyable. I really liked it.
It's totally fine. Just not really my thing.
Not the biggest fan of this type of music. But I have the children's book. And I just love her as a person. And that almost gets it up to 5 stars... But again, I just don't like country music.
Pretty good stuff.
Hmm. This brought back memories. Solid stuff. Not really as into this type of music but I remember really enjoying this years and years ago.
Meh. Not the biggest fan. It's not horrible though
Nah dog...
Pretty interesting
Interesting. Pretty good.
Meh. Not bad. Pretty interesting for a country album still altogether too twangy for my tastes though.
Not usually into these really long drawn out albums. But this was great. Very solid. I've always loved a lot of these tracks so hearing the whole thing.
Not too bad for something labeled as electronic.
I mean. It's great. What else can be said.
Solid stuff.
I really ended up liking this one.
Love The Velvet Underground. And I love this album.
This was great. I didn't expect this to be so much more accessible than Trout Mask Replica. That's not to say I didn't love Trout Mask Replica. Because I did. But this was good too .
Very entertaining album. I liked it a lot.
Great stuff.
Solid stuff.
Meh. Didn't really care for this. Wasn't bad. Just wasn't my taste. I really love the album she did with The Velvet Underground. So I was definitely interested in this, but yeah. Just wasn't really that great.
Funky groovy stuff. I liked it.
Very enjoyable. I kind of got into them, when this album came out. Didn't really stick with them. But enjoy their stuff pretty casually.
I mean it's fine I guess. Wasn't that into it.
Solid hard rock stuff
It's pretty solid. I don't mind it at all.
Meh
Yeah not really for me. Not horrible or anything. Just not really my taste.
Solid stuff.
Solid stuff. I enjoyed it.
This is very solid stuff.
Pretty entertaining. I liked it.
Good stuff here.
Love this album. One of my favourite bands of all time.
Solid enjoyable stuff.
I really enjoyed this.
Pretty good stuff
This was really good. Super entertaining.
So confession. I didn't really know anything about Bee Gees. Other than hearing Staying Alive and their other big disco hits. So this was a little bit of a surprise to me, I had no idea they made music like this. And it was pretty interesting. I didn't mind it.
Really good stuff.
Pretty enjoyable.
Meh. Not terrible. Just not that great either.
Pretty solid enjoyable stuff.
Not bad at all. Guy had pipes for sure. But just not really my thing.
Pretty good.
Very solid stuff
Enjoyable
Now, while I'm not the biggest fan of this style of music. Or even the band itself. I don't know there is something endearing about them. Perhaps it's because my father did enjoy them. And I mean you can't deny their technical proficiency. Or the hits. So... Yeah. It's alright.
Super influential. Not my favourite of theirs. But you can't deny the talent or the influence.
Not my taste. But it's not too bad.
It's fine.
Just such an epic album. Second pink Floyd album for me in a week on the list. Great times.
A little long. And kind of repetitive only because of its length. But also more creative. Really enjoyed it.
Meh. Not my cup of tea. Not horrible by any means.
Loved it. Always had a passing interest. But this list has made me a fan.
Pretty solid stuff.
So epic
Man. Can only stand Morrissey when The Smiths were a thing. I don't hate this music. But he does bother me. And I don't really care for the music either so, meh.
Very solid stuff.
So good. Love Tom Waits.
This was a pretty solid album.
Very solid stuff.
Pretty solid. Not really my cup of tea. But I ended up enjoying it a fair amount.
Not terrible. Just not really into country.
Not my favourite type of music at all. She's not a terrible singer. In fact she is talented. But this is too long for what it is. It's super repetitive. All the songs sound exactly the same to me.
Better than some of the other pop albums. Still not really my thing though.
Very solid stuff.
Not really a big fan of this music. But they may be one of the best at it. And didn't mind it overall.
Solid interesting stuff here.
Not usually a metal guy. But this was solid. I ended up enjoying it.
Not too bad. Kind of long. But I mean I guess it's a live album. So understandable length. I just wish I didn't know how crappy of a person he is now.
Meh. Not horrible. Just not really something I particularly cared for.
Very solid stuff.
Too long and repetitive. Maybe not as repetitive as other electronica albums on here though. So that saves it from 1 and even 2 stars.
Good stuff
Great.
Meh not much of a country guy. This wasn't that bad though.
Solid stuff
This is one of the best albums by one of my all time favourite bands. I absolutely love it. It's a delightful auditory journey. The orchestral arrangements are... *Chef's kiss* I love it!
Meh.
Meh.
I ended up really liking this.
I didn't expect to like this. I don't really care for his voice. But I can't deny the quality of the production. Which was produced in part by Kanye West another person I can't stand. But again, they made some enjoyable work here for sure.
Love Beastie Boys. Love this album. So unique. So creative. So fun.
Solid stuff.
Meh. Didn't really care for this.
Pretty good.
Solid stuff
Meh. Not terrible. Just not really my type of thing.
Quite good
Solid stuff
Just great stuff.
I liked it. A good amount. Some of the songs and therefore the album itself kind of dragged on. Especially the final song on the album. Went on for a little too long and was rather repetitive. But overall I did enjoy it.
Nah. Too long and repetitive. Really over all the electronica albums on this. They are all always too long and repetitive. There were some creative moments, but then they get too repetitive because it just goes on and on.
Quite good.
Great
Nice easy enjoyable listening.
Solid stuff.
Fantastic
Always loved this album.
Solid
Quite solid
Good stuff.
Pretty good.
Meh. Didn't care for this too much.
Pretty good stuff.
Love this album. Love this band.
Solid stuff. Entertaining. I liked it.
This was great.
Solid stuff.
Love this album. Her second is still my favourite. But this is also really really good. Love her voice. Love her style. Love this album.
This was really good. Wasn't sure what to expect. But I ended up really liking it. Want to check out more from them.
Great stuff.
Not terrible as far as electronic albums go. But not my type of thing.
Really enjoyed this. Very fun.
Meh. Good voice. Fine enough music. Not my thing though.
Meh.
Didn't mind this. I liked it.
Love it. Love the Funk
Can't deny the hits. Of which there are many on this one. But it's just not really to my taste.
I liked it.
Good stuff.
Great stuff here.
Love Tom Waits. And this is one of my favs by him. .
Not bad. Just too long. Not really my thing.
Nah
Great stuff.
Pretty good.
Solid stuff.
It's fine.

So so good
Yes. Loved it.
Quite good.

Nice and short. Still a little repetitive despite it being so short.
Loved it.
Excellent album. What an experience
Great stuff.
Solid stuff.
Pretty good stuff. Really interesting and dynamic.
Solid
Yeah. Real good.
Meh. Bubblegum stadium pop rock. I mean you can't deny there are some hits on here. But yeah. Not really to my tastes.
So interesting. Not my favourite of theirs but really experimental and interesting. Love it.
I really ended up enjoying this one.
Solid stuff. Did not expect to enjoy this as I did.
Not terrible, by any means. But... Kind of repetitive.
Ansol
Not bad.
Wasn't sure what to expect here. Thought some parts were a little too twangy for my tastes. But overall, I ended up loving it.
This just made me want to listen to Parliament/Funkadelic.
Meh. Too much going on. Not horrible. But it's a bit stained because I know how much of a right wing nut job he is now.
I didn't expect to like this. But I did enjoy it. It gets a little repetitive. But overall pretty good.
Meh. Do not care for country. It's better than new modern pop country though.
Solid stuff. I liked it.
Nice short and sweet easy listening.
One of the best albums by one of the best artists of all time. In my opinion. Love it. I love when I have the album on vinyl. This was actually the first record I bought on vinyl.
Meh. Despite it being so short, it is rather repetitive. A lot of the songs just sound the same.
Excellent album. Loved it.
Pretty good. But not really my thing.
Really enjoyed this one.
Quite enjoyable. Nice easy listening.
Nope. Didn't care for this one bit.
This was very interesting. I enjoyed listening to it a lot more than I expected.
Whoa. Really ended up loving this.
Quite good. I mean... Come on.
Solid stuff.
Great stuff.
I do not care for this, nor this style of music. Giving it a two simply because I don't hate it. And I
Not too bad. But not exactly my favourite thing. Went on a little too long too.
Not too bad. I enjoyed it more than I expected
Fantastic stuff. Always been wanting to check more of their stuff out. Of course the hits are great. But I loved the whole thing.
