A nice surprise and discovery! Love it - short, experimental blues/r&b/psychodelic/shamanic music/sounds. 4 1/2 stars (rounded up)
Good beats, flow. It would be better without misogynistic remarks.
Folk is not my favourite genre but this album is delightful. Well written songs don't get old.
I'm not a Bowie fan but this album is worth listening before you die (fan or not). I prefer his other work though (Blackstar, The man who sold...).
I don't take drugs. I'm not the AC's target audience.
Soft boys not so soft. 3 1/2 rounded up.
Crap. Being on the list for no reason, there are so many artists that should have taken the spot.
A classic masterpiece, ahead of its time, deserves the praise. I can digest PF easier than other prog rock artists, it's not my favourite genre.
I liked 2 songs (Knives out, Life in a glasshouse), the rest is experimetal soundscapes that for some might work but not for me much. Still better effort than some other bands. 2 and 1/2 stars (rounded up)
I appreciate good songwriting and production but REM bores me to death.
It seems like I'm supposed to give it a high score because it's Radiohead but this album doesn't deserve more than 3. Not one song stands out, it's a one big mass-sound with lots of electronic 'fart' effects and whining Thom. Still better than some other bands. 2 and 1/2 stars rounded up.
Annoying. Vaudeville musical is not my cup of tea.
First time hearing this artist. It's a no from me. I think I'm too old, cranky and cynical for this happy-go-lucky hipster art pop creation.
It's a good album with great riffs and songwriting (although some lyrics seem to be a miss) but it's unfortunate how Billy's voice ruins this music experience. He sounds better in faster and louder parts (covered by a wall of noise), slow or more melodic songs stand no chance. Despite that, I gave it 4 stars cause it's good grunge piece of history.
Back in the day, when music was soulful, magical and sexy...
More chill Attack, still a classic but 'Mezzanine' should be on this list (instead of whiny Morrissey). So I'm rating it highest. Bye!
I prefer other Queen's albums ('A Day at the races' for example) but this still is a masterful classic.
I don't get the hype but who am I to judge? Skilled musician but overall boring work. Perhaps unpopular opinion - Lennon was a better songwriter (awful person I know).
I think it's a joke. I gave 1 star extra for the last song 'Fodderstompf' because this is a theme playing in my head when I think about this game called life on Earth I'm in.
One of those albums that shouldn't be on the list, you can die without listening to it.
I much prefer 'Rhythm and stealth' release but this is a classic.
I feel peer pressure to give this high rating but it's not my cup of tea.
