It was fine

A very easy listen, with You're My Best Friend, Bohemian Rhapsody and The Prophet's song the clear highlights, but the rest of the songs are forgettable.

They Won't Go When I Go is one of the best songs I have ever heard, but I didn't like the rest of the album.

Smooth Criminal and Bad are great songs, but the rest is mediocre.

It's good for listening to while working

"Monday, Monday", Straight Shooter, Go where you wanna Go, California Dreamin' and Somebody Groovy are great songs. Do you wanna dance, Spanish Harlem, Hey Girl are good. Got a Feelin', I Call your Name You Baby and The In Crowd are ok. Overall it's a great album, nothing is bad and it has 5 great songs.

I was really disappointed in this album. Nothing was bad but most of the songs were mediocre, only Wooden Ships was really good. I will try to give it a second chance in the future. Edit: On a second listen a month later, I liked it more, I've raised the rating from 2 star to 3, I'm still a little disappointed though.

This is a collection of mostly great songs, but outside Of wolf and man and No leaf Clover, this album is non the ideal way to listen to them, I didn't like James Hetfield's performance.

A very pleasant surprise, I'd never heard of them before, I enjoyed almost everything on this album, but it is not perfect, there is nothing that I thought was truly great and most songs would have been better half as long. I will try to seek out more of this band and this genre.

The title track is great, but I didn't like the rest

This is the second Funkadelic album that I have listened to. The first was Maggot Brain, which I didn't like apart from the title track, so I wasn't looking forward to One Nation Under a Groove. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be one of the most fun albums I have ever listened to. It put a huge smile on my face.

Amazing album, I previously only knew about Time of the Season, one of the best songs of the '60s, but discovered that most of the other tracks are great as well. A Rose for Emily, Beechwood Park, Brief Candles, Hung up on a Dream, Changes, Butcher's Tales, Friends of Mine are certainly going into my regular listening rotation.
