Havent heard before, but it was a very nice acquaintance. Exactly why I wanted to do this.
2 hours is way to much. Shorten the album and lose the not so good songs and it would be 5 stars.
This didn't age well. But then it propably wasn't awesome when it was brand new either.
Not my favourite pixies album, but still amazing.
Wherever I may roam and Enter sandman are solid bangers that saves this album which was a bit of a disappointment to a 20 year me. Still worth 4 stars.
Was this the Rock opera Spinal tap said they were going to make?
I enjoyed this one way more than I thought I would.
A lot of nostalgia points here, but i'm not ashamed to admit it.
Perfection. Like (almost) everything from Beatles.
Terrible. Its like Toto without hits. And its the second Steely dan album you made me listen to in a month.
Turned 15 again. And I loved it.
How can anyone not love the Beastie boys. And here they are in their absolute prime!
Maybe a little too long, maybe a little out of focus once in a while. But the bangers..... Amazing album.
An amazing album. This is going to follow me hereafter.
Interesting. I doubt i will ever listen again, but I dont regret doing it.
I knew i liked brass in pocket, but this album had so many great songs i've never heard before.
3 minutes of ok music, 40 minutes of synth mats, and boring guitar solos. Will never get Pink floyd.
How can I grade the only artist I would pay a kidney to see live? Not my favourite album with Tom, but still amazing.
Better than expected. But my expectations were zero. I cant really understand who listens to this.
This is my 90-ies more than anything else. And how it rocked....
Rocka röven av högern, as we say in sweden.
No, this was terrible. I tried, but I couldnt.
It took a few songs to get into it, but really worth it. Might be a fifth star when ive listened more to it.
Not my cup of tea, so propably not a fair grade.
Rock operas have never been a good idea. Never will.
I could defenitely hear how this inflenced metal bands for decades after, but damn, it didnt age well.
Agree with all the other 5-star gives.
Way better than expected. Will listen again.
It wasnt on Spotify. But luckily I heard it when it came out. Good one even if I like her first album better.
I love this album and I love her voice. Some amazing songs here.
Im not the only one who hates the production here, right? Tina is great though.
I got this the day after Brian Wilsons passing. 😢 Cant have been a coincidence.
Amazing album however. Havent we all thought we werent made for these times?
Led Zeppelin is an amazing greatest hits, but the albums has way too many fillers.
Elliots voice were way worse than I remember. Some ok songs, but terrible production.
If you think Cat Stevens is too metal, this is your guy.
Dreaming of you is a banger, there are a few more pretty ok songs, but as an album it is pretty weak. Dreaming of you saves a 3.
"The emperor is naked"
This is mindnumbingly boring.
And I dont need the sound effects to understand that "money" is about money and "time " is about time.
Money is a pretty ok song though, and the art work on the cover is epic.
So sad there were only 2 songs from the album on Spotify. Luckily Ive heard it many years ago and it was really cool.
Not bad at all, but I couldnt really see what it was doing on this list.
Hipster music for couples home dinners where they sit and brag about their latest hipster holidays. But this album is much better than I want to admit.
By the way, did I tell you about my last holiday?
Maybe not fair to review a Sabbath album the day after Ozzys death. R.I.P Ozzy! 😢
Not as good as "Is a woman " but still pretty decent.
Masterpiece. And I pity the fools who disagree.
Not as bad as the terribleness they made later. Some really enjoyable parts even.
A nice acquaintance. But I doubt I will listen to it again.
Its so hard to review someone who is the coolest person alive, no matter what she does. Like if she cooked me a plate of noodles it would be 5 stars just because its PJ. So, who am I to give anything but 5?
This may be the worst ive ever heard. I had no idea i hated beegees this much.
Five stars have never been this easy.
Nope, this one didnt change my opinion about pink floyd.
And I thought only had one or maybe 2 songs worth listening to. Aparently I was wrong.
I guess it was ok on the dance floor in the nineties, but to listen to it today not so much.
Cant belive ive missed this one.
Still amazing. Some peak radiohead songs here.
When I thought pink floyd couldnt be worse...
If I feel like listening to beatles this is not an album is would pick. But still really good. Fun to listen to with earphones. The stereo separation is a bit outdated, but in a charming way.
This could have been the worst thing ive ever heard. How can you do this to me?
Much better than expected. The live album is got last was torture. This was almost bareable.
Top notch artistic creativity. Music, as a concept, torn down and rebuilt. More barbwire than velvet.
He totally changed the way i listened to music when I first heard him. Tom will always be my number one.
Exciting, I thought when I saw which album I got today. Little did I know...
Idiot wind is a song that I hum a lot nowadays.
Wow, i think ive heard every song on this album before. I just wasnt bothered. Still isnt.
This was not what I expected on this list. But im glad it was.
Amazing musicians, terrible music.
God, I'm bored! Could might as well be listening to Genesis.
Rik Mayall, early 80ies.
Some Bowie tops and some pretty forgetable. A legit 4.
Ok, Ac-dc is better on playlists than a full album, but here sure is a few songs that would make any playlist better.
Been thinking for a while that I should explore Marley beyond the hits. Now I know it will be worth it.
My crush on Kim Gordon is eternal.
Hell no, I'm not that dedicated.
Not that bad for being morrisey. Less whiney than usual.
An extra star for the epic cover.
Nope. As a swede ive been tortured with this all my life. I can add one star for the craftmanship, but this really doesnt give me anything.
It was ok, but it really says something when the absolutely best song is a cover.
I remember when rap metal was the shit. These guys missed that with a decade. They also missed everything else, like making good relevant music worth listening to.
Oh, and the singer sucks too.
I didnt need to hear this. Actually i would be better without it.
Never heard of her. Country music was a joke in sweden in the 80ies.
But a nice acquaintance.
How i wore out this cd. The soundtrack of my early 90ies. I know some of it might sound outdated today, but at the time it was such a gamechanger nothing but ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would be rude.
I bought this when it came out, but I didnt listen that much to it. I can see why now. Its not bad at all, but except for 2 or 3 songs it doesnt really catch my interest.
Any enemy of Trump is a friend of mine. And with songs like Hotel Yorba and Fell in love with a girl it is even easier.
Ok, not the best album ive heard, but defenitely varied and entertaining.
Didnt catch any interest at all. Boring.
Way better than expected. Ive seen them as a Motley crue from wish (brrr), but they were actually way better. Gonna check out their earlier stuff too.
Nothing good or interesting here.
I know its not for everyone but I really love Berman.
This really makes me wanna go to Cuba. Amazing vibe.
I didnt even think I liked Fleetwood mac. This was impossible to resist though.
Propably the only album on the list from Malmö.
Why do you do this to me?
This one was really hard. I had objections, quite a few actually, but all together it was a pleasant listening, so i choose happiness.
At least it reminded me to see The good the bad the ugly soon again.
Fun and crazy. Whats not to like?
Classic, but a bit kitschy.
No, this didnt give me anything.
A four star album, but it had Polly Jean on one song
I changed my mind about Van here. This was much better than expected. Might even listen more to him. Who would have known.
I think it got recorded in half speed.
Ok, this wasnt the smartest album ive ever heard, but drunken me will love this.
Sober me: 3 stars
Drunken me: 5 stars
Bowie..... Such a treasure. And here in his prime. 5 stars is not enough.
Started off ok, but this is so dull. Impossible not to zone out.
Bubble gum country. But nice melodies, great voice, topped with a couple of hits. I will propably never play this on purpose, but I had a good time listening to her now.
So maybe this list didnt need any more costello, but a few really good songs and its well worth a listen.
Ive always thought that kinks deserve a bigger mention in music history and this album didnt change my mind.
Its friday and this is NOT a friday album.
Ill save it until monday, and then it will be a 4 star.
I really love the sparks. But I have to admit that I had a lot of help from the documentary to connect the dots. Not very easy to see how the same band could release such different tunes as This town aint big enough, No 1 song in heaven or When do I get to sing my way.
I also love how they are still active and doesnt compromise about anything.
Amazing musicians. Vernon Reid might be my all time favourite guitarist.
Now I wanna go through every blaxploitation movies soundtrack. Amazing and so cool.
Just realized that Eric Cartman has ruined In the ghetto for all eternity.
For the record; i hated this guy before it became fashion.
I remember seeing him on mtv and i wondered what he had on the record company.
Kid rock yesterday, this today.
From the lowest low, til this amazing album. The whole spectrum.
Tricky one. I really liked some parts, but some were terrible.
Sun is shining. Im about to have a couple of days of for eastern. I feel terrific.
No way in hell im going to ruin that by listening to Morrisey.
I really liked some parts of this, while some were terrible. But defenitely gonna steal a song or two for a playlist.
Did anyone listen to this without falling asleep?
She surely doesnt make it easy for herself. Or the listener.
This more than an album. Its the sound, the look, the smell, the feeling of the coolest jazz club youve never been to.
But I would pay a fortune, or a semi vital organ, to visit.
Ive never done cocaine, but now im pretty sure I know what its like.
