3/5 speakerboxxx is great but not excellent. 5/5 The love below is amazing. many interesting songs outside the normal hip hop style that serve as a breath of fresh air to speakerboxxx. some of the songs are a bit long though; as if they are an incomplete idea.

Surprisingly boring

The Boss’s Born in the USA was ok 3/5. The boss has a very grunge voice. That being said his voice has a bravado that you kind of just have to imitate. Revolver is great 5/5. A lot of great tracks, some of the mixing is a bit tin-ny. Which works for the groovy/ psychedelic tracks not so much for the others though. I did not enjoy yellow submarine that much. The change from here there and everywhere to yellow submarine was hating lol. Going from something complex to something so simple. Standout tracks Taxman (groovy af 🔥) Eleanor rigby 🔥 Here, there and everywhere 🔥 And your bird can sing For no one (fuck the French horn part btw, I thought there was something wrong with my car when it first came on 😮‍💨) Doctor Robert (groovy af 🔥) I want to tell you Got to get you into my life 🔥🔥 (mixing is a bit tin-ny though) Tomorrow never (dies) knows🔥 (hella psychedelic)

Like water for chocolate by common (formerly “common sense”) is dope, 3.9/5. Some good conscious rap, great flow and soulful beats. It’s cont common’s best album, that would be Be, but it has its moments: The light🔥 Funky for you 6th sense
