When the album first started I had to check whether or not my speakers were broken. They weren't it was just the horrific music ( if I can call it that ). I couldn't even tell what instruments they were trying to play. I thought the worse music I ever heard was my sister playing the voiln. However, this is a billion times worse. If I could rate this with negative stars I would. Whoever put this on the list of 1001 best albums was either stoned, drunk or paid a handsome fee to sneak it in. I should have listened to my friend "No, please El G, I beg you, save yourself this torment" Sorry Chris

They must have been struggling to find enough albums for this list and had to throw this on here to make up the numbers.
this was utter rubbish, wasted the best part of an hour of my life listening to this monstrosity. There is a song on this called 'Don't Shoot Guns Down'. it was at this point I wanted to pick up a gun and shoot my laptop so it would stop the music playing.
Not for me. Although cars is a banger
I don't think this is bad, however its incredibly boring. I have never heard of this band and I shall never seek them out again if this is what they have to offer. Complete waste of time.

Not for me, the edits were too long without doing anything. Did like some of the instrumental bits in some of the songs
Really like , howlin' for you and tighten up. Which is no surprise because they we both realised as singles which is probably why I kind of know them. I generally like the blues sound but it's a bit to generic. The only other song that I might listen to again off the album is I'm not the one.
Not really my jam. I think I know one kendrick lamar song and that one wasn't on this album. The album is probably fine If you into the genre of music. The only track that I liked and My listen to again is backseat freestyle. Also he seems obsessed with using the word bitch
Looked through the tracklist like I normally do and for such a "big" artist I was expecting to know at least one of the songs on the album. I haven't heard of any of them which is a bad sign. I then noticed the album release date, newer Bowie. Oh no!!! Not one song on here grabbed my attention. Feel like it's only been put on here because it Bowie, it's a shame, really, because I'm sure there are some banging albums from around this time that didn't get into this list. I would set the world on fire if I was made to listen to this again
It's not unlistenable, which is better than other albums on this list but I just found it very samey. It didn't strike a chord with me. I found it a little boring if I'm totally honest.
Bowie again!!!! It's better than the last one on here. However only really like the 2 tracks that I already knew. Don't really understand all the hype around him.
I hadn't heard of this band or any of the songs off the album before, so I was going in blind, which means I wasn't really expecting much. And that's what I got. This album made me feel sleepy Might listen again if I'm struggling to sleep
Some good songs in the middle of the album, however it was just ok overall. Might need to go back and give it a re listen at a later date
Just like any 80s track I like the sound. However i'm not sure what the hell is going on. Real funky might have another listen at a later date. Also recognised thr 0ne song as it must have been sampled by some other artist
I mean you can tell it to prince, There's some okay songs on here but the whole things just 🤷
Just why?? Yeah never heard of this artist and I wish it had stayed that way . If I didn't hear this for a 1000 years, it would still be too soon. Waste of my time
Meh, didn't hate it but nothing really jumped out for me. Totally forgettable album
I think people really only know deep people for their song smoke on the water. I wasn't really familiar with any of the other work. I'm pretty sure I've heard Child in time before. It's really good solid rock album. I really enjoyed it. Might give this another listen in the near future
Really good album , I had already listened to this before but was definitely happy to have a proper relisten
I really didn't like this album. Her voice is so annoying. She sang a song called couldn't cause me harm, well she did a lot of harm to my ears. The songs were all dreary and miles to long. I would rather get tortured by the devil then have to listen to his album again.
An OK album, the sound really date it, but its not offensive on the ears, could happily have this playing in the background whilst I was doing stuff. Also loved the beetles cover
When this album first started I thought we were in for a good score, I really liked the first song Janie Jones. Had I stopped there it probably would have made a 4 star review however the rest of the album wasn't up to much
Bit weird but didn't hate it might go back and listen again at some point
First half of album Starting off with a couple of instrumentals not a good idea, yeah ok the music isn't offensive but come on give me some excitement. When they did start singing in track 3 I could hardly hear what he was saying it was that quite. There was also an annoying ticking clock, I honestly thought the crocodile from Peter pan was in my living room it was that over the top. Second half of album A better start at least there is lyrics I can hear, even if the were not the easiest to understand. But track 4 has a weird 30 seconds at the end where I think they forgot they were still recording. The. The next track they seem to have forgotten vocals again. Luckily they remember them for the final track. I'm struggling to find a positive for this album, but I really can't. In summary: Track lengths are far too long. Don't see any point to this album.
I have said it before and I will say it again you don't need an into into your album, you just need to start it with a bannger. Also why does it have speaking parts from some bloke it breaks up the music and flow. Havent got to the end of the first proper track and already pissed off with this album. WHY IS THERE PEOPLE TALKING AT THE END OF THE TRACKS!!! It's unnecessary and a waste of everybodys time. Its like they have forgot to stop recording after each song. When Lauryn actually sings its not too bad, unfortunately that is too infrequent. Overall I would have wanted to rate this higher, but I can't because of the constant talking at the end of tracks. The track lengths were fat to long, this album could have been done in 2/3 of the time if it wasn't for all the messing about. Won't go back and listen again. Maybe she should get some education on how to do an album properly or find a decent producer who knows when to cut off a track .
How has this made the list
I have heard of Alice Cooper but never really listen to much of his stuff. The album was okay didn't hate it, didn't love it. I really like no one more, Mr. nice guy. Will probably add that song to my playlist Also really love the album cover
Nothing here for me
Was OK, nothing really special.
Slightly disappointed by this one to be honest. Obviously, I have heard le freak and I want your love before. Which are ok tracks, however the rest of the album does nothing for me.
The first songs instrumentals at one point reminded me of pokemon on the game boy, however it did go on for too long The album is really slow tempo which I couldn't get behind. Also lyricly it's poor.
Really loved this album, even thought I have listened to it before. I don't think there is a bad track on it.
The album was brilliant, apart from one song that soured the experience slightly for me. Why did they put out Mother? It's really bad. I almost stopped listening to the album at that point. Luckily, I didn't.
Not for me. Although cars is a banger
Just no!!!!
Everyone has heard of little Richard because of tutti frutti . That is a great track its just a shame all the other tracks, on the album, sound the same but with different lyrics.
Bit too depressing for me, I have instantly forgot about this album.
Pretty mediocre but american girl rounded it up another star
Got some classic Christmas song on but some are not so good
Didn't have any monkees song that I knew on this album, however most of the tracks were ok. And could easily listen to them again in the background. But nothing special
Really like the album, some great guitar work.
Was slightly disappointed by this album. Not sure why I just am.
Absolutely love this. Brings back a lot young child of memories. Deffo going to be listening to this again soon.
It was ok. Nothing too special, will probably only listen to homeward bound again off this album
Some really good songs. But I just didn't relate with most of them.
The album starts off with an absolute banger. The middle is adequate, but nothing too exciting. I know elvis has better songs in the catalog, so was a little disappointed
When the first track started, I thought I was at a circus. And it all went downhill from there. I'm struggling to find a positive to the album. Maybe, the fact I couldn't hear the end of it because of all the blood that had collected in my ears. Would not recomend, avoid at all costs.
The album has a strong start, really like the first couple of tracks. However the album as a whole is middle of the road.
How can anybody listen to this. I think listening to robbie coltrane farting for the same amount of time as this album would have been just as entertaining
Another album with a strong opening track. Tom Sawyer was the only track I knew going in and it didn’t disappoint. Also liked red barchetta, even though it was a long track, which I usually don't like. Limelight is also a song which I might listen to again.
Good strong opening. Obviously I was wating for kids but all the other songs are really good to listen to aswell. Pleasantly surprised by the album.
Liked personal jesus and enjoy the silence, which probably saved this from being a one, the rest were not great.
Didn't hate it, works as good background music but don't think I will be listening again
Perfectly fine album, nothing really jumped out of me. Obviously, sunny afternoon is a classic but it wasn't enough to get it to 3 stars.
Not a bad album. Not sure about the weird set nosies on I want you now!! Liked never let me down again and strangelove
This is a realy unconventional Album, and I really don't like it. Why are there 3 tracks under a minute? It just seems to slow the album down and make it disjointed. I could possibly forgive the first one at the start of the album, Because I can see what he's trying to do and I didn't mind the nostalgia hit. However the other two are just annoying and pointless. Then he goes and puts a track that on here that just under 10 minutes, MAKE YOUR MIND UP!!!!!. I have said it before, any song that is over 5 minutes needs to be something special and unfortunately pyramids isn't that. I would rather climb a pyramid than have to listen to that song again. Also don't like particularly hearing the N word in songs, most of the time there is no need for it. Also there are bits of talking in the songs that just don't work for me. I feel like this has been a pretty negative review so I will end on a positive I like how the first track is called start, and the last track is called end.
Utter dross. Would have got more pleasure bangging my head against a wall for a hour. I probably would have lost less brain cells that way as well. If you are reading this before listening please dont. Save your self a hour and do something constructive Also who starts a album with a 10 minute song!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can instantly tell its iggy pop. Which give me some bit of comfort. Never really listen to the stooges stuff. Don't know what I was expecting, but I wasn't disappointed. I'm just so relived that I could actually listen to this album without waiting for it to end like I have for the last couple of albums. Although why spoil it by having a song at the end that was 2 minutes too long.
It's a good album, enjoy most of it. However, I still have an issue with songs over 5 minutes. The instrumental for amazing grace was far too long. But Maggie May is a bit of a tune. I might listen to a bit more of Rod in the future
Why does it take 90 seconds in the first track for the singing to begin? Then another 40 second break why, just sing your song and move on. Tbh they do most in most of the songs. Each song they could have save a minimum of 30 seconds Realy didn't like the track flutes. It was just a really boring album, but definitely not the worse album on here. And I like the album art
I liked this, all the songs were a sensible length. Had heard some of his stuff before but never listened to a full album. Might dig in to some of his other albums if I find time
I'm not sure the first track is needed. They should have just started with jump. The instrumental at the end of drop dead legs is far too long. Was a little disappointed by the album, but its still a good listen
Really slow and they all sounded very similar. Maybe that's just the signer voice over the music doing that but it did nothing for me. Petty sure I have heard some of these songs in the background of films/ TV shows. Probably won't go back and listen again This is not what I needed on a Saturday. I wanted something to get me moving
It's weird, music is OK, but vocals spoil it. Also why have they got a dog barking in one song. Also a lot of the song they just repeat the same lyrics over and over and it's really annoying Not sure what I listened to but won't be coming back here again. Feel a little bad giving this 1 star probably would have got 1.5 if that were an option
Not my era or genre of music and this album has done nothing to change that. This album did nothing for me. It's probably not half bad if you are into it. On a positive note its quite a short album
Not an offensive album. Is prefect background music. I liked most of them but this looses a star because hard to say goodbye takes far too long to start with the vocals could have cut 90 seconds from the start of the song and another minute at the end. And that isn't the only one that takes too long to get going
There is a couple on here that I already know and have listened to many times. Superstition is obviously a banger, it probably saved this from getting a lower score off me. A lot of the others were OK to listen to, however, did nothing for me. Was slightly disappointed by it overall Even Stevie can see this isn't his best album. Luckily he has better to come
Was ok, maybe a little boring for me. I actually can't remember a single song on here
I have been to a couple of different newports, and can honestly say this the worse one. And I have been to the Welsh one!! Tracks are too long! Didn't like it. However on a positive not it was better than coltrane
So many tracks. Could definitely get rid of track 2 ( first impressions) don't understand why some woman is talking at me. I'll be honest this isn't for me. Sounds like he lives in a pretty rough hood. And guns are everywhere. I could not relate to this at all. Also track 9 was too much. Also they had a habbit of saying you know what I mean, no I haven't got a bloody clue! Overall would not recommend another hour of my life wasted listening to a rubbish album.
Have only heard imagine before was hoping for something else that good or better. Not sure I got that. I don't want to be a soldier mamma, rambles on for far to long, it actually annoyed me. Its just the same drivel for 6 minutes. I had to have a pause from the album at this point. This is probably why somebody shot him, maybe he should have become a soldier after all, then at least it would have been a fair fight. When I came back I'm not sure if it was better or I had just calmed down a bit. Nothing really stood out from the album. And if we are being honest I'll probably only ever hear imagine again on the radio. After this album John might have even gone below Ringo in order of my favorite beatles
Ray has got a good voice. This is a really good album when you are chilling out. Really like, you don't know me, the rest of the album was okay
OK album, one of the songs was well too long
Do like some of the samples, and Im not sure if some of these songs have appeared in some sporting games over the years. Though my speakers were broken on multiple songs especially Rikki Got bored with all the names being listed in destroy rock and roll. Also, there is lots of speaking rather than siging. The last song wanged on for far too long the album as a whole is pretty bland, not sure i would ever go back and listen to this. And in a weeks time I'll probably forget who Mylo is.
Really didn't care for the intro, just get on with it missy! If I wanted background to the album I would have read it on Wikipedia. Then she starts talking half way through the album why?? Appreciated Ludacris and Jay-z turning up for cameos. And they probably saved this album from being at the bottom of my ratings.
Obviously I kind of knew what to expect going into this. Come together is a brilliant opening track. And I was enjoying the album and thinking to myself easy 5 stars all day long. Then I want you plays, why is it so long come on boys not cool. At this, I was ready to drop this down to a 4 Luckily, Harrison saves the day with here comes the sun, and another couple of songs afterwords ( golden slumbers and carry that weight) pushed it back to a five star. Over all I think the first half of the album ( apart from I want you ) does all the heavy lifting. And when I listen to it again I will be listening to tracks 1-5,7-8,11,12,14-15 the rest aren't needed.
I went in with high hopes, however its just a middle of the road album. Probably won't go back and listen, but wouldn't be against some one playing some of these tunes if we were hanging out
Honestly though this guy was on his death bead whilst singing the first 3 songs. A couple of songs had weird background noises in them. Also some songs were far too long. Not a fan of this album. One of the songs had a sub title of prison and that made me think I would rather be in prison than listen to this chap again
I only know one song by goldfrapp and it wasn't on here so was going into this album not really knowing what to expect. Going to be honest not for me too weird and the songs draggd on. Wanted to like it because it 2000s but just couldn't.
This is what I imagine happens when you take lsd at the circus. Would not recomend
Was really looking forward to listening to this. I love a bit of T Rex. Loved a couple of these songs ( metal Guru, baby boomerang, and rabbit fighter) Then there is my favourite T Rex song telegram Sam. What an absolute gem of a song. If there was another song as good as this on here, it probably would have been a 5 star review. Also, all the songs were all a sensible length
Some solid tracks on here, good album length.
I don't think this is bad, however its incredibly boring. I have never heard of this band and I shall never seek them out again if this is what they have to offer. Complete waste of time.
Wasn't bad, just really boring. Every song seem very similar. I really hope they find hank but I won't be helping them .
I didn't not like it however the music is very repetitive and becomes a little boring. Also the tracks are too long. The intro could be completely cut from all my friends ( and it has been I found a shorter version on YouTube). Only 2 songs were under the 5 minuite mark. I would have ranked it higher if they had used shorter versions of songs. Also disappointed that daft punk is playing at my house isn't on this album
I like the high energy that this album has which is probably what you want from a live album. However he keep saying his name over and over and doing some weird growl, which I found annoying. And it does all sound sort of samey. Don't think I will listen to it ever again
This album took a few listens to to apprentice fully. The boss knows what he's doing. waitin’ on a sunny day is probably my favourite from this album
I liked it. ace of spades is a banger the rest are ok, still not a fan of the live albums
I'll be honest I couldn't understand what Shane MacGowan was signing about for most of the songs. I liked the music think his signing wreks most tracks. I have always said Fairytale of New York is over rated and I stand by that. Quite liked fiesta. P.S there are better songs called worms out there
I found this incredibly boring
This was not for me
Was probably better received when it was first released but doesn't really hold up today
Don't know who they are and I don't care. I will not be listening to them ever again. This was a truly ghastly record and should have never been allowed to see the light of day. Was a waste of my time
Oh Leonard. I know you are dead but I'm sure you were alive when you recorded this, but your voice tells me otherwise Dreary and dull album couldn't wait for it to be over
Perfect start to an album, straight in there, like a centerback smashing into an opposition forward in the first minute, just to let him know he's there. Great song Walk all overs intro could have been shorter. Really liked shot down in flames and get it hot along with highway to hell There might have been some guitar solos that went on for a little bit too long in some songs. But I suppose that comes with the territory of a rock album. Over all a pleasant listening experience, I will maybe check out some of their other albums aswell
This is 5 stars all day long . Perfection from start to finish!!!
Wasn't unbearable, but at best it's background music
Sounds very robotic, which isn't a good thing. Every track does nothing new or exciting after the first 20 seconds, which get boring real quick, especially on an 8 minute track. They got the first word of this album right. The album will be haunting my dreams tonight, and possibly the next week. Another hour of my life wasted listening to rubbish music
Well this was only gonna end up with one result. And it's not a good one. I have only every heard oxygen part 4 before on the radio and I'm not a fan. Also the bloke is French, and he is doing electronic music. And no singing. Also why not try some different track names out? Lucky for this album there isn't minus stars. Only positive is that it is a relatively short album . If this were the last oxygen left on earth then I would rather take my chances breathing in carbon monoxide
Too long. Didn't enjoy it, but on a positive note it could have been worse
Its an ok album, I imagine it was probably better received at the time of record. All sounded very samey apart form the last song. Which I had heard before. Probably won't listen to any of them again
This had all the songs I knew from the Prodigy, which is why I thought that it was alright, but they all sound the same and get repetitive.
This one was a delightful surprise. Made the drive home from work pleasurable. My favourite track was 'I left my wallet in El Segundo'
Solid mid-table album, it would have had 3 stars. However they had an instrumental track in the middle which was just so boring. So it gets 2
This album was full of nostalgia. However, I just can't give it the full 5. This is probably as close as you get without getting full marks. Auf achse intro is far too long and probably what cost this album If it had come before take me out then I might have forgiven it. Also really like Tell her tonight and the dark of the matinée
It was ok, but I was expecting it to be better. Also didn't have my favourite supergrass song on so that also made me sad
I wanted to just listen to the music I didn't need all the bits in between, like I don't need to hear you asking if the guitar is in tune. Music when he played was good, but you can't play the same song twice in a row and count it as two tracks on an album. I feel like I had a visual recording of this I probably would have scored it slightly higher.
All I remember from nine inch nails as a kid was a creepy video for closer. Only ever listened to a couple of their songs. This album is all over the place, and you can tell Trent had some issues going on in his life at the time. Not the best but was and experience
I have heard a lot of these songs sung better by other people
Some absolute bangers on this album. Plus one of them is a fifa classic. Which is always a good sign Honestly didn't think I really liked Muse but I'll admit I was wrong. However can't give it the full whack as a couple of the songs aren't as good as the rest of the album. Also the music video for Knights of Cydonia is pretty cool. Think someone should make an animated version of it!
It was an alright album. i'm up the biggest fan of the live album. Also not a fan of his cover of jumpin' jack flash
If this were done purely on vocals alone, then it would receive top marks. It was a good album; it has some absolute bangers in here. Ain't no other man, Candy Man, and Hurt are the pick of the bunch. She also made some decent music videos for these tunes. But there are a couple of songs that stop it from being perfect, and the whole thing is a little too long
What is the point in making a film soundtrack when no film exists? Comple and utter waste of everyone's time. Thank the Lord ( which I don't believe exists) that we have now had both of Barry's terrible albums.
Found it very boring, at best it's background music. Tracks are far to long and just end up repeating themselves. Maybe adding some lyrics to it might of saved it/ made it better I will not be going back to the chicken shack, but will still vist a fried chicken shop after beers. The best part of this album was when it ended
This is actual torture material. Most people would be singing like canary by the end of the 2nd track. Avoid this album!!!!! Unless you need to torture somebody!!!
This album was definitely not for me
This was ok, but I didn't enjoy it as much as their other album; the only thing that was better than the other album was the album cover.
I have listened to Black Sabbath before, but never really listened to a full album in one sitting. When I looked at the tracks I didn't recognise any of them, but as the album went through I did start thinking, yeah I have heard this before somewhere. Solid album, will deffo go back and listen again
Found this incredibly boring
I have said it before and I will say it again there is no need for intros for an album just get on with the music. Also why do they keep having interludes after every couple of songs. It breaks it up and it's totally unnecessary, and in all honestly annoyed me. They could have save nearly five minutes removing this shit from the album. There are only 2 songs on here that I might go and listen to again. Miss Jackson and B.O.B. and they are probably the reason why this isn't a 1 star review.
Wilco is described as an American rock band. However, I have got more rock in my little toe. This is a slow and boring album. War on war is the first time you hear anything remotely close to rock, and that's 15 minutes into the album It doesn't even kick off from then it goes back to being slow and dull. Feel like this is what you would gey if you ordered a radio head album from wish If you want an album to send you to sleep, then this is probably it. If you want to listen to good music, then look elsewhere. Thankfully I haven't got to listen to this ever again
America pie is obviously a classic. I usually moan about long songs but because it is telling a story it never gets boring. Also love Vincent. The rest of the album is fine and pleasent to listen to but nothing else grabbed me.
This was hauntingly beautiful, top-quality covers with a couple being better than the originals.
Its a product of its time. Its not bad but just not my jam. Would fit perfectly in to a 70s cops TV show.
Not for me. It droned on too much
The album sounds like some weird and wacky space music. Which I think I would have liked more if it was at a faster tempo. Nothing really here to shout home about. Not a real fan of the singing when they did that.
I liked some of the songs but then didn't like others a pretty middle-of-the-road album
this was utter rubbish, wasted the best part of an hour of my life listening to this monstrosity. There is a song on this called 'Don't Shoot Guns Down'. it was at this point I wanted to pick up a gun and shoot my laptop so it would stop the music playing.
Would have rather spent the length of this album listening to sounds of the sea, then I might have actually found something worth listening too
Really good solid rock album, with some funky beats over the top. Wasn't sure whether to give this 3 or 4. Due to cult of personality I went with a 4
This was ok. let's be honest I'm only going to Listen to Hallelujah again from this album
Really good solid rock album with some absolute bangers in.
when someone says old-school country this is what I imagine they are talking about. It was an ok album
I liked some of the guitar work, but just couldn't get into the album. Not the worst but definitely not the best
Slightly disappointed with this one. Not bad though
The music was ok but nothing special. Probably won't ever listen again
Pleasant listening, nothing to get too excited about , obviously my generation is a good song but on its own not enough to warrant the album a higher score.
Really loved this, easily to listen to. I know I usually complain about long songs and how there is no need for them, however I'm willing to let that slide as all of their long songs have appeared on a guitar hero game and it bring back so many memories of visiting my cousins. Also I discovered another bad through a cover of simple man
I didn't hate it, but it was far too long could have got the same message across in half the time if they wanted to.
I kind of liked it! “Epic” is a good song that I’ve heard tons of times. The cover of “War Pigs” was good. But, honestly, some of the songs dragged on for too long, which took away from the fun a bit. Overall, I did mostly enjoy it
What's going on with this? The noise is so irritating that it makes me want to slam my van into a wall. Also, it is way too long. If you have 94 minutes to spare, I suggest watching "Shaun of the Dead" or "The Big Lebowski" instead.
This was quite enjoyable. Not sure it would sell too well now but for the 50s not too bad
Not a fan. The only song that I will listen to again is once in a lifetime
Calling this a number one record was probably a bit overzealous. It's an alright record, but definitely not in the top 250 of this list.
sounds just like every other jazz record!!!!!!!!
Some of the songs are a little to long, but it's easy to listen to and Layla is an absolute tune
Nothing special on here
The Cures sound is like the British weather, it's all gray and gloomy, however occasionally there is a ray of sunshine. Unfortunately the sunshine is not on this album. Although gloomy doesn't necessarily mean bad
It's OK. Can tell its a debut album as its not as polished as later foo fighters.
This album wasn't ok. it was worse
When this popped up I thought to myself,I don't have bloody clue who this band is. So when I put it on I was pleasantly surprised to recognise the first song. They have got a very distinct sound, which I didn't love but didn't hate either. This album felt like a poor rollercoaster. There were ups and downs but I was glad when it was over. Will probably listen to blister in the sun again but non of the others
I've only heard of a few Van Morrison tracks before. And been meaning to check some more of his stuff out. Nothing really grabbed me on here though
This is the sort of album that Jamie Cullum has wet dreams over, but not for me. Like all the other jazz albums before it's boring, repetitive and goes on for far too long.
This was fine to listen to in the background while I was doing other things. The length was appropriate; I wouldn't have wanted to listen to it for much longer than this
His voice is nice to listen to, just like his other albums, but the album feels a bit too long. By the end, I couldn't wait for it to be over.
This album is like a long distance race by an Olympic runner . Strong start (Baba O'Riley) then wavers a little in the middle but then an explosive last lap ( behind blue eyes and won't get fooled again) which leads to a podium finish. Unfortunately it's only silver 🥈
Yes please What an album! I loved every song on here. My favorite is a coin flip between 'Friday night' and ' love on the rocks with no ice' Also listed to Christmas time because it was a bonus track on some versions of the album , and because I think that is in the top 3 Christmas songs of all time l, so I don't mind listening to it anytime of the year. I'm now going to find my CD copy of this and put in on in my car for the next 3 months.
It was ok
This album might be garbage but it certainly wasn't rubbish. Really enjoy hearing some of these tunes again. Only happy when it rains seemed to resonate with me Will probably whack a few of these on to my listening playlist
Threes all round, it's good but it kind of just melts into background music
This is a good album, the first 6 songs were all songs I would listen to on the bus on my ipod, whilst on my way to and from school. However feel like the second half let's it down slightly.
This wasn't really for me. I did recognise that's not me, but I'm not sure where from.
I really struggled to get into this, it probably didn't help that I couldn't understand any of the lyrics.
Not a fan of a live album. His voice is good but that doesn't take away from the crowd noises that annoy me
I didn't mind this psychedelic music, but it was a little distracting when I was trying to work.
I think the only people having fun with this were the Stooges; they just made this album for themselves.
I enjoyed this more than I was expecting. I recognised the song “The Weight” and it's bugging me, where I recognised it from. If this album were a football team, it would be comfortably stuck in mid-table, no chance of being relegated, but no realistic chance of Europe, but a solid team on their day.
I had a bad brain after listening to this. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because I liked some of the guitar bits but the “singing” ruins it for me
This album felt unnecessarily lengthy, and there were moments that dragged on, making it a bit tedious to get through. This album felt overly long, with certain moments dragging on.
It's ok, but nothing really special on here. Moondance is probably the best song on here
This was not for me, found it a little boring. The songs were all a little long, thankfully there wasn't that many to get through. I do like the album artwork though
Was pleasant enough to listen to, but I will never listen to this again. And the last song was too long
She's got a brilliant voice, good backing singers, and it was a lovely short album. However the two biggest songs on the album are both covers of other people's work.Admittedly they're both good but it takes away a star unfortunately
was below par, won't be coming back to this
I'm sorry, but you can do better than this Peter. I'm just glad, I don't have to listen to this album ever again.
This didn't seem like it was recorded in the 1950's and I didn't hate it. However, I still don't like live albums because you get the annoying talking bits and clapping and they Are always too long. Let's be honest I'm not going to hear this again unless I'm sitting in an old-school cocktail lounge
Well you can't say he doesn't belive in himself. It's just unfortunate that this belief can't be converted to talent
it was nice and pleasant to listen to
This was better than I expected. "Holiday in Cambodia" is the only song here that I had heard before. I liked the cover of "Viva Las Vegas."
I'm not usually one for live albums, but this is good. I don't know if that I because I have seen Metallica live before, but listening to this took me back to that live show. Tbf it is a little long but I'm willing to forgive them as they have some absolute bangers on here, especially the 2nd half of the album.
This album only really has 2 songs worth listening to and they are the 2 that I had heard before. Found it a little boring but thankfully it wasn't too long
Elvis, Elvis, Elvis. I have a soft spot for his music, as my mum would constantly play his music around the house when I was younger and still plays his Christmas albums every year. This isn't his best stuff by a long way, I want to give it more. But can't. I would just like to add that on the ghetto is probably in his top 3 songs. And if the album had just been that then I would have given five stars
Some interesting bits of music. However couldn't understand any of the lyrics so can only give a max of 3 stars, and it let it self down by starting and ending with an instrumental track
There was nothing that good on here. I have heard buffalo stance on the radio before, but never really listen to it properly. The most offensive thing about this album is that she drinks beers through straws, absolutely disgraceful
I don't think this has aged well You can't argue that he doesn't have lyrical talent. However, I don't think that is enough to save this. Probably would have been a higher rating if I was listening to it when I was younger
I enjoyed parts of this. the is a couple of songs on here that i would deffo lissen to again ( Tonight tonight and Bullet with butterfly wings) however it was far too long as a final note the the album title is perfect for this.
It was ok but probably won't listen again
It was ok, but it sounds like every album from this time. Was short and forgettable
All a bit samey. Not that enjoyable. On a positive note it was short. Probably will only listen to where is my mind again.
Some of the songs were alright, but overall, I wasn't a fan of most it
It was okay, but nothing really stood out to me. My favorite track was "If You Don't Want Me to Destroy You."
You are not my man at all Leonard, because you are too depressing even for someone who loves to mope about.
I really like the album cover. The album is a good length, however, I couldn't get into it and the only song I can remember is Oliver's Army, as that's one i have heard before
All the tracks on the album sound very similar. And all I could think of was the advert that used to be on dvds. You wouldn't steal a car , you wouldn't steal a bag etc
this is not for me. sounded like I was stuck in a salsa class.
This wasn't bad, but it just had no impact on me. I was expecting a little more bite from an album called rattlesnakes.
So long, so boring don't bother
Some absolute classics on here, not sure I would recommend listening at 5 am though.
It's a very uninspiring album, have already forgotten what it sounds like. Won't be one I listen to again. Probably would have been entertained more at a real Witch trail
This is a really good album, some absolute belters on here, maybe tails off a little at the end. As a side note, the new film is definitely worth a watch.
This might be the best album on this list. Loved every second of this album and listen to it multiple times. And yes Bruce you are on fire 🔥
Good solid album.
Found this very boring. Also there is no need for Papa Was a Rollin' Stone to be so long
I honestly thought I wad having some sort of fit listening to this. Not good at all I'm not even a fan of paper planes, which is the only one I knew
Middle of the road album, all the tracks are similar, but I love the attitude and the vibe they put across
If you didn't have a headache before listening to this album , you definitely will afterwards. It was just multiple noises banded together in a blender. Did not enjoy
It was better than I was expecting. But these guys should probably go to some anger management sessions.
I found this a little boring and droney and it went on for far too long
I liked it. However, I won't probably ever listen to any of the songs again. Sorry Jack
It was a really relaxing album, and love sultans of swing. But it's not as good as brothers In Arms
It was ok, last songs into was far too long though
Songs are too long, I could have lived with that if it was a instrumental album as it would have been good background music however the siging spoils it for me
It's a no from me. I've already completely forgotten about this album
The singing is lovely however some of the tracks and miles too long
It was good. I'm still not a fan of a live album.
There was a couple of ok songs on here , but the rest was just boring
I really like the offsprings music, Haven't really heard any song of this album apart from self esteem. I really enjoyed it.I'll probably listen to it again soon.
This album was experience! I enjoyed the vast majority of it. I really liked 'outer space'. But then some of it was a bit weird for me. There were some very interesting lyrics, which would probably get this a higher score if I had time for a relisten. Also I imagine it would be a good stoner album
This album strikes a more laid-back tone compared to their previous release on this list, and I find that I prefer it. Perhaps this is because the mellow vibe perfectly matched the lovely sunny weather I enjoyed while listening to it. Juxtapozed with U was the track I enjoyed the most
I would compare this to chocolate-flavoured Angel Delight, it's ok, but everybody would be happier if it were the butterscotch flavour
This is not the worst album on this list by far, but it's just background music. Could do with some lyrics of the top of it to make it more memorable and mabye earn it some more stars
This wasn't good, the only positive was that it was under half an hour. Definitely. will not be listening to it again
Really good album. Al Greens voices really calming, will definitely listened to album again
Banger after banger after banger. Even listened to the deluxe version of the album
Dry is a very apt name for this album as it was dry of any decent music.
Not the worst ever but it was too much for me at half 7 in the morning
This is a really weird album. and I'm not sure I like his signing. But I did find a version of this album with different singers on each track. Paul McCartney and Billy Brag both cover a song and it made the album much better. if I was scoring that version, I probably would have given it a four. However, the original is not as good sorry Ian
Nothing really special on here. Gave me smashing pumpkin vibes
This is not for me. I liked some of the instruments, but the singing over the top ruined it
This is what I imagine an acid trip is like, some parts were good and I was vibing, then other parts were bad and I wanted it to stop. I didn't hate the overall experience. However, I didn't love it enough to come back and listen again
I enjoyed Sweet Love, but the album as a whole didn't give me joy
Blitzkrieg bop is a good tune and the album was nice and short. No real complaints from me
it was ok, didn't love it but didn't hate it
This starts with some weird breathing noises on the first track and doesn't get any better from there on. Her voice is so grating, especially on the tracks where it's mostly vocals. By the end, I wanted to bash my head against a brick wall as I thought I might get more enjoyment than listening to Björk. But in all seriousness, I think someone should check on Björk because she definitely isn't ok.
total rubbish, it was just noise on repeat
It wasn't the best. But they sounded like they were enjoying themselves and it did lift my mood so they get extra points there
This was a boring album; it might have scraped a 2, but the last song obliterated any chance of that. Would not recommend.
was ok. I liked the album's first half, especially the cover of You Really Got Me. The second half let it down slightly
I didn't really know what to expect when listening to this album. I recognise the band but never really listened to any of their songs before. My favourite songs were 'you will you won't' and 'don't ever think (too much)' And before anybody wants to moan and say one of those songs isn't on the original track listing, I'm counting 'don't ever think (too much)' on this list because it was on the British reissue and since it's a British band that's what counts.
This was weird; if I had to describe it, all I could say is that it felt like Kate Bush had tried to record a sci-fi album underwater. If I found this treasure, I would probably put it back.
just pleasant background noise. I won't be listening to this again though, unless it's in a film as background music
This album misses the mark. the songs are miles too long, and even when they get going they aren't great. The band should be called No after this effort
This is somewhere in the middle for me. Didn't love it, but didn't mind it.
his voice is very nice to listen to. yet the only song that I remember from this list is 'Fever'
I had never heard of this band before, but I did kind of recognise the album cover. I quite enjoyed a couple of tracks but I'm not sure I would go out of my way to listen to it again.
It ok, but it could have been drastically improved if it was shorter. Also probably would have appreciated it more had I been there.
Yellow and trouble were good, the rest were just ok. Not the worst album on this list, but no where near god tier
The album is fine. however, nothing wowed me and it won't be getting a second listen!
Ok, easy listen but wouldn't really come back for anything on here
The album starts off strongly with the first two tracks; however, both are a minute or two longer than they should be. After that, it takes a significant downturn. I have to question who approved the inclusion of "Fucking in Heaven"—it's truly awful. The rest of the album is ok, and "Praise You" somewhat redeems its score. Unfortunately, many of the songs become repetitive very quickly, which could have been avoided by making them all shorter. One final point. How did he know I'm not from Brighton?
Bat Out of hell is a brilliant tune, especially when driving. The rest of the album is good but not quite at the same level, but overall, I still very much enjoyed it.
kicks off with a banning song from the first FIFA (2004) I owned, there is some other good songs here but the rest are nothing to shout home about.
loved this album. I recognised a lot of the songs on this album. 'Fools Gold' was on the first FIFA I remember owning, and ' She Bangs the Drum' was on Guitar Hero 3 This album would have gotten full marks if the song ' Dont Stop' wasn't on here, I hated it. it soured the whole thing.
I didn't get this at all
I was trying to find something positive about this album, but it's just noise on top of noise, and a few of the tracks are unlistenable and all recordings of them should be destroyed. I would rather be taken and eaten by Baba Yaga than have to listen to this again.
I listened to this whilst cleaning up the house, and it really helped pass the time. I don’t think I would just sit and listen to it on its own though. Some of the tracks gave me Kasabian vibes.
An actual shadow could probably make a better album
The first two songs on this stop it from being a complete flop. It's probably a product of its time.
The first track gave me You wouldn't steal a car vibe. It got boring very quickly and it never really recovered. this genre does nothing for me
Not for me. On a positive note it was quite short
I didn't mind the music however the singing ruined it for me
I have heard of Patti Smith before, but I only know one of her songs, which wasn't on here. I won't be listening to any of these songs again. Each song was too long, I could have saved 5 minutes if they were the correct length.
What a waste of everyone's time. This is utter shit. Drum and bass is just repetitive noise. Why do people like this? If you want to get a headache, listen to this, or you could run straight into a wall. The outcome will be the same, but at least you'll save yourself over an hour and a half. If I wanted to describe the album positively, I would say track 4 sums it up.
Not going to lie these guys are a little bit weird. I have never really listened to any of their music. This album had some good tracks ( 'Snuff', 'Sulfur' and 'Psychosocial' ) I'm not sure if I would listen to the whole thing again but will definitely go back and listen to some of the tracks and might go and find some of their other stuff.
Just couldn't get into it
I listened to this a long time ago and forgot to rate it. I hated it the second time as much, if not more, than the first play.
On a positive note the guitar was very good. However on most of the songs it felt like there was somthing missing. Also it gave me Rod Stewart vibes
I'm neither happy or sad after listening to this just bored 😴 it dragged on too long
This was very strange, but honestly, I didn't mind it. I can totally picture this music being used for people gearing up to head into battle.
This was a pleasant surprise for me.
Boring boring boring
It started off really well. I liked the first track, but it all went downhill from there. I was just waiting for it to end.
it was easy to listen to
Nothing really stood out for me. I do like the album cover though
Hair of the Dog is ok, rest of the album felt like track 6 ( Kick in the Eye) won't be listening to these boys again
It was ok. Easy to listen to. The best tracks were La Grange and Shiek
Some enormous and good tunes in here, I was considering this for top marks however a couple of songs let it down.
this wasn't good but I'm not sure it's bad enough for a one.
Not my sort of thing. Her whiny voice was starting to annoy me by the end of the album.
I’ve heard of this band but have never listened to them. I enjoyed this album and will check out more of their work when I have some free time.
I am not surprised this is the last album they recorded. the real question is why they were allowed to make 2 albums. Also, this album is way too long. This honestly gave me a headache!!!!
good background, funk music
I can't believe that this band is back on this list. I can't see what all the fuss is about. They are just a bunch of mopey lads. if you want any happiness sucked out of you then listen to these boys.
Nice and short and alright. Some good vibes for a Sunday morning, but nothing that memorable.
I'm not a fan of this, but he has a cool name, which earns him an extra star.
This was like scrambled eggs; it was all over the place. Parts were ok, although some of the songs sounded like what I imagine alien messages from another galaxy sound like.
I liked it. but nothing really stood out. gets a bonus point for the album cover.
didn't hate it. this style of music is a bit slow for me. could see this sort of music being used in the background of a film. It might have been higher if I had the time for a second listen but for now it gets a 3
I really enjoyed this; it had a very relaxed vibe. There are some solid songs on this album.
This album starts high with an absolute classic, and it stays there for 95% of the album. I had only really listened to Tiny Dancer before, but I loved Levon just as much. I also didn't know that Indian Sunset is the sample used in the song Ghetto Gospel, which was a nice surprise when it started playing. Although this does not have as many “ classic” Elton songs as Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, I personally think it is a better album. The only downside is that it didn't have any of his Lion King songs on
I have already forgotten about this
It was a bit of a slogger. There is nothing on here worth coming back for. also, it had a couple of instrumental tracks that don't go anywhere. when I read that there was a ' lot of smoking going on ' whilst the album was recorded it all made sense. I'm not sure if it would be better or worse if there was no smoking whilst they made it.
I liked it, it had a nice feel-good vibe, however, it was a bit long and had a few too many talky bits.
Yeah this wasn't brilliant, but they get an extra star for one of them being called Bilinda Butcher
I recognised a few tunes in this album however the ones I didn't recognise were very repetitive. Overall it was far too long and did not have enough variety to keep me interested I was very relieved when this one was finished
This album is on par with their debut, but I can’t help but feel let down by all three of their albums featured on this list.
Not the best, was a little bit of a slog to get through
there is nothing really here that's worth coming back for.
This is quite mediocre. If I had to pick one track to listen to again, it would probably be Quiet Life.
These guys know how to rock, you can't deny that, and I agree rock and roll isn't noise pollution. But I feel like this album doesn't quite do enough for top marks.
It sounds like all the other jazz albums.
This wasn't as depressing as their other album; however, nothing left a lasting impression on me.
I will start with the positives. most of the songs are superb. The total time doesn't feel too long ( probably because the songs are good). I very much enjoyed this album. However, I think you could probably reduce this album to 9 songs and not lose anything. I personally would get rid of the first song and just kick it off with ' Roll with it ', as well as the two swamp songs. I considered giving this 5 stars, but couldn't do it. Champagne Supernova is a good song but I think the album would have been better if they had finished with either 'Wonderwall' or 'Dont look Back in Anger'
It was okay; it didn't really stand out and just faded into the background.
It's got some banging songs on here. all the classics. had a fun time listening to it however, I'm not a fan of a live album, so if I was going to listen to these songs again I would try and find studio releases of them.
I can see what this is in the worst 20-rated albums on this list. It was described as free jazz, but that is just a fancy way of saying it's not music, it's just noise. If you're looking to increase your stress levels or find yourself overwhelmed by chaotic sounds, you might consider giving this album a listen. If you want to stay relaxed, I strongly recommend steering clear of it.
really boring, and I lost interest really quickly. The only reason that this isn't a one-star is because it looks like someone has created this album cover on Microsoft Paint
I'm not sure about this. I didn't hate it I didn't love it. the only thought that I keep having about this is why so many neighborhoods???
Not his worst on here, but it wasn't much better.
They have got a couple of good songs On here ( Shout and everybody wants to rule the world). Even though Shout is a good song it does go on for a bit too long. The second side of this album drags it down massively. Also my favorite tears for fears song isn't on here which hasn't helped it.
I have heard of slayer before but never really listened to them. I do like some metal music but I think this was just too much for me.
Didn't really get into this album. But did like the album cover and the cover of lost in music was ok
It was really easy to listen to. I liked "Mercy Mercy Me" the most, it's a solid entry on this list.
This was utter shit!!!!! A song over 20 minutes long that didn't do anything. A totally instrumental album and just boring music. This album is a stain on the credibility of this list. Whoever put the list together must be related to one of these geezers. Because nobody likes this. The peak position in the charts for this was 115th. Just to put that into perspective. The smurfs also released an album in 1996 called ‘the smurfs go pop’ and that peaked at number 2 and had 29 weeks in the top 40. Yet it doesn't appear on this list. If I recorded the noise I make from the toilet on a loop for 45 minutes I reckon it would make a better album.
They must have been struggling to find enough albums for this list and had to throw this on here to make up the numbers.
Enjoy this much more than the live album that is on here. Some really good classic rock sounds.
I loved playing this loud while in my van at work; just wish it didn’t end so soon. Definitely gonna check out more from these guys!
I really enjoy Travis; I feel they are a bit underrated as a band. It's such a great album, and "Driftwood" was certainly the highlight for me.
Again, another solid album from them. Weirdly, I had never heard of 'Ooby Dooby' until yesterday when it was used in a film I was watching. Favourite song was ' Run through the jungle'
This is definitely towards the bottom of the barrel. I might have enjoyed it more if there wasn't any singing on the tracks
I didn't think I would like this and wasn't expecting much from it. I was correct, and I should have probably done something better with the time I spent listening to this
There is a couple of songs on here that I might listen to again but apart from that nothing worth shouting about. In all honesty I don't think this album was aimed at me.
At points I thought I was back in medieval times, which I would normally love but this is just too weird for me
I'm not surprised Beck's girlfriend broke up with him if he is this depressing in his day-to-day life.
You would think that the most amazing thing about this is that people actually bought it. However, even more astonishingly they remastered it. As they say, you can polish a shit, but it is still just shit
This was ok, nothing really stood out but it had too many tracks. Not sure I will seek out any of his other 28 albums though
I listened to this ages ago and forgot to rate it; a second listen doesn't help it. Thankfully, it was quite short
I wasn't entirely sure what to expect from this. I thought it was ok, but not something I will probably listen to again.
nice and short and easy to listen to, but nothing is making me want to come back to this in the future
Similar to his previous album, this one was a pleasant and easy listen.
Not what I expected from the Bee Gees. Nothing of any note on here.
Lust for life and the passenger are both bangers and will probably listen to them again in the future. Also will probably watch trainspotting soon, after lust for life made me remember about the film. The rest of the album is ok did tail off towards the end
This was quite a lengthy experience; it took up 43% of my workday. On a positive note, it wasn't as bad as I expected. She has a pleasant voice. However, due to its length, I probably won't sit down to listen to the entire thing ever again.
I listened to this while driving it made me feel like I was in the future. But the main song went on for far too long, they should have stuck to the radio edit. Probably won't come back to this album.
It was good, I quite liked it, but probably won't be back for another listen
Like the other CCR albums, I enjoyed it. I think that might be because I have heard a few of the songs on the Mafia 3 video game soundtrack.
It was alright, not really my go-to music. I feel like we have had very different life experiences.
I have just listened to this and can't remember a single bit of it.
I Liked this all the songs were easy to listen to, the album was short which is always a bonus. Probably would have scored higher if I had been around when she released it
there are a couple of good songs on here, it is all very 80s from the style of music to the album cover. It was ok but I probably won't be coming back for another listen
It was very easy to listen to. quite liked it. also, buckaroos is a great backing band name. My only advice to him is that you probably shouldn't grab a tiger by the tail
It's a bit of a bland album tbh.
I didn't really like this. There were too many record-scratching sound effects, and her voice was a bit drony. it was also a bit slow for me, which made 50 minutes feel like about 500.
not for me. thankfully it was short.
I understand why some might enjoy this, but it felt scattered to me. Perhaps if I ever tried hallucinogenic drugs, this album would make more sense.
Not for me, it was kinda boring, but thankfully it wasn't too long and was over quickly.
This was alright, a nice way to pass some time whilst at work.
I remember my dad getting a free copy of this from the newspaper and having it in his van for years before he replaced it with Fleetwood Mac. This was a really nice album to listen to on a Sunday morning; they were all good with some absolute bangers throughout.
I had heard of Megadeath but never really listened to anything they have done until today. I really enjoyed this; it was a good way to get pumped for the day ahead.
I think this is the best album of his on here, and if I were in a different frame of mind whilst listening, then maybe this could have been rated higher. The best two songs for me were “Story of Isaac” and “You Know Who I Am”
I enjoyed No Woman No Cry, but nothing else really stood out for me. However, it's not the worst thing to listen to.
Started to lose interest towards the end, but it wasn't totally awful
The tracks had too much talking, and I was disappointed that not every song was Crazy In Love. Also, it was too long. I'll also be honest I have always been more of a Kelly Roland fan
I don't know what the hell was going on here but my ears didn't like it
old school country that's not for me.
I would rather eat Vinish washing powder than listen to this again.
Found this very boring, and was a little dissopointed if I'm honest
I really enjoyed listening to this album, Otis Redding has a lovely and smooth voice, particularly the Sam Cooke covers and the cover of Satisfaction
Wouldn't it be nice and God only knows are both ok tunes. Everything else is mediocre at best. Thankfully it is not a very long album.
The only Kate Bush songs I knew weren't on here which is a little disappointing because none of these match up to them. Also, her voice does get very annoying after about 3 songs
Probably my least favourite from Bob so far
There was definitely no enchantment here and it was a chore to get through it. Would have given 0 stars if I could have
this really bored me, I'll be honest i have already forgotten this album
I enjoyed parts of it, but it was a little bit weird and I was relieved when it was over.
this is really outdated. not the worst but definitely not the best
I honestly couldn't understand what he was saying at the start. It sounded like he was having a stroke. I don’t get the skits and don't see a need for them; these only add extra time to an already too-long album. I would rather eat the scales of 100 fish than have to listen to this again.
Not really for me. Also, why is Hazey Jane II before Hazey Jane I.
I like bongos but a whole album of them is too much
It was quite a nice album to listen to whilst travelling to work. Also liked the cover of We’ll Meet Again
In every song, there was a weird noise in it at some point, which resulted in me having a headache by the end of this. But it still isn't his worst effort on here.
The music was suitable for background listening while working, but it wasn't engaging enough to capture my full attention.
I'm writing this a few days after listening to it, and the only song I can remember is Freedom, so the rest can't have been anything memorable.
This is one of the only albums on here ( if not the only) I have seen performed live in its entirety. admittedly it wasn't all the original band. I will be going back to it again at some point.
If the album started like it ended then this would have been a five-star album, also had the bonus songs from the Japanese version been on the main album I think it would have undoubtedly been a five-star
I have only heard of one XTC song and it wasn't on here, which I was a little disappointed at, but I don't even think that song would have gained any extra stars.
life was not good when I was listening to this. It was too weird. there is a song on here called motorcrash and it made me think if I were in a car crash right now I wouldn't have to listen to this crap
Starts off well, but the ending is a little disappointing.
wasn't the best but no means the worst
some good stuff here might relisten at some point
It was ok but I will probably never listen to this ever again
This should be called Supa Dupa Shit!
Like the other albums here, there's nothing to brag about, but it could have been worse.
It was alright but nothing really grabbed me and I wouldn't be actively searching out any of these songs again. It was a short though which is always a blessing.
There was nothing here to evoke any emotions; if this were a colour, it would be grey.
Van Morrison is an okay singer, but this live album which aren't my favourite. It's so long that by the end, it felt tedious to get through.
It was ok, but I don't think I will be coming back to this anytime soon
Ace of Spades is a classic the rest are ok.
Starts at the top of the mountain but it drops off and all the way into the sea after father figure.
I didn't hate it but it did drag on a little. also, he sounds like a bit of a dick so I'm glad both of his albums are out of the way.
More than a feeling is a classic the rest are ok
Banshees are known for their wailing so their name is perfect. The music is far form that though
It was ok. Nice song about beer but counteracted by a long uninteresting instrumental
I enjoyed this, recognised a few tunes from it as well. I was expecting it to be heavier, but it was just about right.
Grand is a bit of an overstatement. It was ok and short but nothing spectacular.
I found this incredibly dull. If I ever have trouble sleeping, I might revisit this.
when I looked at this, I didn't think I knew any of these tracks by ABBA but I recognised 'Slipping Through My Fingers' and 'One of Us' both of which are good songs but the rest are only ok.
I'm not a big reggae fan, so I'm unsure if it's good or bad, but it was fine to listen to.
They started with their best song and then it was all downhill from there. It was way longer than it needed to be and was quite repetitive in parts. I do like that the last track was called The End.
Firstly, this nearly deafened me when I put it on because I didn't check the volume of the van speakers. I would describe this as music from Jupiter in the year 3452. I then read the Wiki page, and it's meant to be a story about a man in an overdose coma, which explains a lot. I don't think I'm going to go back to this at any point
I don't know what I just listened to. It was better than expected but not good. However it was short so the noise was over quickly
This started off well; however, it lost momentum by the end.
It was ok. History is probably the only song that would be worth listening to again.
I prefer his acting
This was disappointing. Half of the tracks sounded muffled, as if I were listening to them with my head underwater, and it didn't need to be this long. I'm just relieved that I never have to listen to it again.
I can't believe they have three albums on this list, or that they've released more than one album. I don't understand them, but someone must like this crap
Very Satanic, but I did enjoy most of it. Also liked that the last track is a preview for their next album
I didn't enjoy this, there was too much clicking for me. However, "House of the Rising Sun" was decent, but there are better versions readily available.
I don't like or get this type of music apart from Stan there isn't anything here for me. Also, the "Skits" are annoying as hell
This was boring, the instrumental was not needed, and my main problem was that he was saving all his love for somebody yet spent 15 dollars on a prostitute
A delightful album to listen to. Ray's voice is nice and smooth, will probably listen to him some more, especially when I need to relax.
This album was very up and down for me. One minute I was loving it the next I wasn't. Also why do I need to know about Gary's boner?
It was ok, forgotten most of this already, but I did like So Long, Marianne.
It was ok. Solid mid table
Some really good stuff here
After listening to all 3 albums on this list from Pet Shop Boys, all I know is I'm not a fan, and I'm relieved that it's over now!
This was good, I enjoyed it as much as the other album. Made work less boring, and I enjoyed reading about their mascot, Vic Rattlehead. Might check out more Megadeth that isn't on this list.
After listening to this I'm not going to seek out the film. A very underwhelming and totally forgettable album Unsure why this made the list
It's short so that is good, but I couldn't understand the majority of it and I'm still not a fan of live albums. If I wanted clapping distorting the music I would do it myself.
It's not really my genre. Didn't really get it. I like to swear as much as the next man but there was too much in this album. There is definitely no grey area here for me it's a no thank you.
Found this one very boring wouldn't recommend it
I think we all know what rating I was going to give this. Just a waste of everyone's time
It's a middle-of-the-road kind of album. Some parts I enjoyed, such as Alright and We're not supposed to. It's also quite cool to find out the album is Cockney rhyming slang. Then there were other bits especially towards the end, that I didn't like, which is a shame because I was getting into it
This was an ok album, it wasn't anything to shout home about but it was easy to listen to
I have never been a fan of drum and bass, mainly because it's just the same repetitive beat on a loop. This has not changed my opinion. This is too long to be on here who has got over 2 hours to listen to this shit.
I believe this is slightly better than their first album, but it's still missing something
You can instantly tell that this album is from the late '80s. Did I enjoy it? No. Was it terrible? I've definitely heard worse. However, I wouldn't consider myself a part of the Rhythm Nation. Additionally, the interludes really pissed me off. If it had been shorter, I might have given it a higher score.
This was ok , but let's be honest I'm only going to listen to Rock Lobster again
Was quite easy to listen to and was a good length but nothing really grabbed me so I won't be going back for another listen
I enjoyed this; it was a pleasant surprise, and I felt a bit disappointed when the album ended. However, I just found out that he released a second album of Gunfighter Ballads, so I know what I'll be listening to later!
Was nice and quick but they all sounded the same
Some of the guitar work was good, but the best song on here is a cover. Also none of his best songs are on here, and he's not a good dude
I'm glad to be rid of this; it wasn't bad, but certainly can't be considered amongst the top albums on this list.
This was ok, but there is nothing here that is making me want to come back to it at any point in the future.
Some good stuff on here. The scientist is on it's own would have been a 5, but all together it's a 4
Too much is happening here for me. was grateful for the end
Really liked this. Especially Baby can I hold you and she's got her ticket. Would mabye make a 5 star after another couple of listens.
it was a bit boring tbh and I still haven't go a clue about what a honky tonk is, even though i have heard so many songs about them
I'm not a big salsa fan, and this hasn't changed my mind. It just makes me think of background music for films.
Not the best a little boring
The band's name is kind of misleading, there was very little blues. I would have done less damage to my ears listening to 45 minutes of real-life explosions than this "music"
This was bloody awful, just a mash of sounds. Far too long…. I could have rewatched the original disney's jungle book instead of this rubbish, then I would have at least I would of heard some good songs
It was ok but doesn't have any of her banngers on it which was a shame
Boring!!!!
I listened to this a long time ago and forgot to rate it. It's okay, but nothing stands out to me. I don't think I'll be back for another listen; twice was enough.
This wasn't like water or chocolate. More like dog shit
It was ok, but it wasn't what I really wanted to listen to on my birthday
This was all right. Favorite track was Performance
Take on me, hunting high and low, and the sun always shines on TV are the only tracks on here worth listening to, the others are forgettable
Well at least he lives up to his name, he did ramble on about stuff with a country soundtrack behind him. At least it wasn't too long
It was a little bit too long for me. Make You Feel My love is a good song but there are much better cover versions out there. My favourite track off this is probably standing in the doorway. I don't think this is as good as some of his other stuff.
It was boring; it didn't start off well with all the random noises in the first track.
your albums were already depressing. I don't think anybody wanted it to be darker. His voice is very gruff on this album but one thing that I can't deny that he is a top class Writer.
Did not enjoy this. Does this need to have mini intros into multiple songs? It slows everything down and makes what's already an unnecessarily long album even longer. The lyrics aren't half bad, but the graverly voice over the top of them did grate on me after a while.
Girl from Mars is probably the standout track on here, the rest aren't bad, solid mid table
Started well but tailed off
This was quite a difficult listen; parts were ok, but most of it was subpar. Also, you don't need an 11-minute opening song
This album is like the apollo 13 mission. It all stared off so well, then near the halfway mark it all went wrong. Luckily no one died
Time After Time is the only song on here that I would listen to again. Thankfully it was a short album.
I liked this a little bit more than their other album on here. I recognised a few of the songs but I can't place where from. Favourite tracks were Intro, Crystalised and Stars
Such a good album, I'm not sure I can write any words that would do it justice.
I had only really heard of ‘Weather with You’ before. I wasn't sure if the other songs would be on the same level. I'm relieved that they were just as good. Particularly liked ‘ chocolate cake’ and ‘four seasons in one day’. The length of it was just about right, and I also think the album cover is pretty cool. All in all, a very solid effort.
It was ok, I heard some of these songs before as background music on TV and in films. Red alert is probably the one that sticks out about the rest
This was pretty darn good. His voice is lovely to listen to and made the whole thing enjoyable. My favourite line from the whole album was "How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team"
The only way I can describe this is an alien fucking a speaker that's playing shit music
This started to send me to sleep, which would have been brilliant if I were listening at nighttime, however, not ideal at 11 am.
The only thing that Snoop and I have in common is that we like Gin and Juice. I don't think I have ever heard the word dog or doggy said so many times in my life. Also, he had too much talking and noises that weren't instruments in this, it started to annoy me by the end
After 2 listens all I can say is meh 🤷♂️
Solid album but it didn't set my world alight. I wouldn't choose to put this on but wouldn't complain if someone else did.
I liked some of the guitar sounds on this Album, but the singing wasn't the best. Nothing really grabbed me. It's quite short, which always helps. I did listen to their two covers on the bonus tracks, which probably bumped the rating up a little.
Wow, this was boring. His voice is so dreary that I had to go and eat some ice cream just to cheer myself up
This is a little weird and too long, but some parts of it were OK.
Classic old school country sound was easy to listen to. Nothing really grabbed me but the backing band earn an extra star for being called the Cherokee Cowboys.
Like the other album of theirs on here, it was weird, wacky and too long. By the time I finished listening to both, I had to have a lie down.
I liked this album, got some absolute bangers in here like relax and two tribes. And I also love the power of love. The covers were good as well, especially born to run. However it's probably a little too long especially the title song. This would could have been 5 stars however I think it just misses out for me
I haven't heard of this band / album but whilst listening to this I was thinking this sounds very Brit popy, sounds like blur. After finishing it I looked it up, and of course it sounds like that it's Damon Albarn signing. How many side projects has this guy had?? Enjoyed it. Favorite tracks were kingdom of doom and northern whale
A little slow for me, and I couldn't really get into it
This was a little bit dreary. Nothing remarkable about it at all. Also, they got Picasso's height wrong.
Frozen is a solid song, but nothing else on here is worth a mention.
I'm sure there is an audience out there for this music, but I'm not it. It's too slow for me.
An old, slow country and western album that doesn't give you anything that you can't get from another album in this genre.
This is the most played album at Guantanamo bay
This was ok, I could listen to John Fogerty all day. This feels like a jam session where a couple of the songs go on for a little too long. Proud Mary and the cover of Good Golly, Miss Molly were probably the highlights for me.
I enjoyed this; his voice is soothing, and it was easy to listen to. Favourite song was ‘If You Think You're Lonely Now’
I enjoyed listening to this album. He has some absolute belters on here. However I have a slight issue with the length and had it been shorter it may have got full marks.
I was on the fence with this one, I liked it but there isn't anything outstanding on here. The only reason it scores a 3 instead of a 2 is because the original working title was 'Everyone Wants to Shag the Teardrop Explodes' That's the sort of confidence I wish I had when I was younger.
I have forgotten about this already. The only rock bottom that I want to see is from Dwayne Johnson
I think that Schools Out is overplayed, but it makes sense when you listen to the rest of the album
There is nothing wrong with this but it just didn’t excite me.
Jamiroquai is played quite regularly on the radio, so I recognised some of the songs on this album. I probably listened to it at the wrong time of day, as it was a bit too energetic for 5:30 on a Friday morning.
I quite enjoyed this. I recognised a few of the songs, which surprised me.
This was acceptable, easy to listen to, and wonderfully brief.
Some of this is alright, but the other parts are shit, and that's what will stop me from revisiting this at a later date. Also, can someone please get this man a Strepsil?
It's nice that this one is pretty short, but honestly, I still feel like it wasn't really worth my time.
I really wanted to enjoy this, but I just couldn't get into it.
Starting the first track with one minute and 20 seconds of talking did not set a good mood for this album. Unfortunately, things did not improve from there. I would not recommend it.
The album title should have been "Oh Shit," so listeners would know exactly what to expect. It felt like a waste of time with pointless skits, and I became tired of hearing the record scratching sound effect. I'm just glad that I won't have to listen to this shit again.
It was acceptable, but honestly, nothing particularly impressed me.
This was a great vibe for a sunny Friday morning with some good songs playing. My favorite was probably "Gravity's Rainbow."
This was okay. I liked "Monkey Man" and the "Message to you Rudy". However, I wasn't expecting them to call someone a slag.
It was ok, though nothing to get overly excited about. The album's length was fine overall, but a few of the songs could have been a bit shorter.
This was just a dull indie rock album that didn't really do anything. I'm not sure why this has been placed on the list. Maybe the back end of the 2000s was short on albums, and this was one added to make up the numbers?
When I first saw this, I thought, "Oh great, not another American hip-hop album." But honestly, it was better than I thought it would be. Still, after checking out over 400 albums, I've realised that the whole record-scratching thing really annoys me!
I wasn't sure at the beginning, but it grew on me. With a few more listens, I might give it a higher rating.
It's not the worst of its genre on here, but I didn't enjoy most of it, which makes it feel like a chore, especially when it's over an hour long
This album has some absolute bangers and a good variety of songs. However, I'm not sure it needs to be this long. As a side note, the music video for "Dirty" is still a classic.
This was quite beautiful and unexpected.
I didn't mind it. But I completely understand why it was a commercial failure at the time of its release and why they broke up not long afterwards.
A couple of decent songs on here, but the rest were average. My favourite was probably Money's Too Tight.
No, this music isn't for me. It may be great if you enjoy ballroom dancing.
I read a comment that one of the people in the album cover looks like Ryan Giggs, and now I can't unsee it. The start of shore leave sounds like the introduction of the Radio 2 allotment with Terry Walton. The actual music isn't good, but thankfully, it wasn't as long as some of his other efforts on this list.
There were some brilliant tunes here, like "Cigarettes & Alcohol" and "Rock 'n' Roll Star," but a couple of songs were disappointing.
There are some decent songs on here, but nothing that puts this near the top of the list for me. I was just happy they were not singing about Christmas.
This is a middle-of-the-road album. Wasn't anywhere near good enough to make the ground shake.
It was ok, but its age shows.
It might have been better if they had found some of those lost Souls.
Not the best on here by a long distance, however, it has a solid FIFA tune on it and that deserves recognition and an extra star.
Not what I was expecting, but I think that's because I might have got them confused with Blck Grape. It was ok, but I was just getting into a song, it was over, and the next one was starting
This was ok, even if it was a little depressing.
It was ok to listen to, maybe a little too long, but otherwise pleasant.
She has a lovely voice, it's as smooth as Satin. Overall, it was easy to listen to, but I didn't enjoy it anywhere near as much as other albums on this list.
Maybe it's because I'm not from America, but I don't get this type of music, over an hour of absolute rubbish.
This is neither my cup of tea nor my cup of coffee. It became boring very quickly. I'm glad to have it behind me and won't have to listen to it again.
This was better than I was expecting from the album title. This is better than some of the other country albums that we have had, and it was nice and short.
Parts of it were ok, but I won't be revisiting it at any point in the future.
A nice, quick, easy-to-listen-to album with nothing that is going to blow anyone away.
Starts off with the best song on the album. The others were good/ok, but they didn't hit the same heights. Overall, a good, solid effort from Lorde.
These boys are weird. Enjoyed parts of it, not sure I would put it with the best albums on this list though
It was a bit wacky in places, but I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.some of the tracks had good music videos as well. "Do You Realize??" was probbably the highlight for me.
I recognised the name, but I didn't recognise any of the tracks as I was listening. There is nothing on this album that I would actively seek out to listen to again; it was a pretty boring album, to be fair.
War Pigs is one of my favorite songs of all time, but I still don’t think I listen to it often enough. Every track is sublime. I will definitely be listening to this again and again.
It definitely was strange but not in a good way. Some of the tracks might work as backing music for budget sci-fi films, but not just to listen to on its own.
It was alright, but I did think that there was an issue with my Internet connection a few times during this. Also gutted that Ebenezer Goode is from one of their other albums.
Personally I didn't like it. I did like some of the music but I'm not a fan of her voice.
I enjoyed this, and it put me in a good mood.
Though this was going to be better than it was. Dreaming of you is obviously a classic, but I think my favourite track has to be Simon Diamond
It was alright, quite an upbeat album. Which helped set Monday morning on a good track, but won't be back for another listen
Yeah, I had no interest in this album. One listen is enough for anyone. I will never revisit it.
There are some absolute belters on here. Starts well with Bitter Sweet Symphony and Sonnet, but I think the best song on here is The Drugs Don't Work. I'm not sure hidden tracks work now when streaming albums.
Good, but not as good as Rumours
Some parts of this were really good, like plump and doll parts; the rest of it was alright. With a second listen, it might have ranked higher.
Alright, won't be revisiting
If a messenger turned up at my door and delivered this, I think I would punch them square in the jaw.
No big hitters, but it wasn't unbearable.
I like some of their stuff unfortunately the songs I know and like aren't on here.
lovely voice, but the pace is too slow for me.
If this were a football match, Billy would be 7-0 up at half-time and cruise home with a 10-0 victory. I don't think I can pick a favourite track off here coz they are all so darn good!!!!
The only way to describe this is as an inoffensive middle-of-the-road album.
This was quite a nice listen on a Saturday morning, would probably score more with a few more listens
Yeah, this is not for me. I couldn't understand half of the stuff they were "singing" about.
They are correct that nothing was Shocking on here, but there wasn't anything that good either.
Similar to their other music on this list, it wasn't bad, but it feels much longer than it actually is, especially the instrumental tracks.
Was alright even though I'm not a big fan of instrumentals. Black magic woman was probably the highlight
The songs that are over 10 minutes long here lack justification for their length; they could have made a shorter record and spent the extra time on something more productive. Although I'm sure this is better than a real life war
It was alright, but I'm not going to come back for another listen anytime soon.
I liked this better than their other one but I still don't think there is anything here for me. will probably only ever listen to step on again.
Not as good as cow milk but probably better than oat milk.
This is the better of the two albums on here.
I was a little bit disappointed by this. I would have just preferred listening to Summertime Sadness on repeat instead
I would rather be hit by a real lightning Bolt.
I couldn't really get into this, even after listening to it a second time.
This was alright, but very weird.
Was alright, not good enough for a second listen though.
Didn't like the start of it,, but it did grow on me. favroute track was "You'll Follow Me Down".
Loved the first half of this,, especially Cry Me a River and Rock Your Body, but the ending was a little disappointing.
Some good tunes on here, but I don't think it's quite top tier. If it had had their Bond tune on, I would have probably given it full marks.
I'm a non-smoker, so this wasn't a delight for me. Each song becomes very repetitive very quickly. The whole thing is too long. Whoever put this forward to make this list must have been a smoker or bribed.
Was expecting more from this. Best track on here was Beth.
I don't think I needed to hear this before I died. It was just the same bongo beat throughout the whole album. I can still hear it now, and I finished listening to this over an hour ago. Another one that is a contender for me to use to torture someone.
This was weird and not in a good way.
When searching for this album, a help message came up and said Is everything ok? If you need help or want to talk, call this number. This was utter shit, especially Frankie Teardrop, where they were just screaming to the point that I was considering suicide.
Enjoyed this far more than the other album by Common
Hated this at the start, but the middle bit did grow on me just a little bit. However, there is better grunge music out there. These boys don't deserve fudge after that effort.
I don't understand how M.I.A has managed to sneak two albums onto the list, but I think she deserves credit for that. Unfortunately for her, she gets no credit for the “music” would give zero stars if I could
This was ok, but it seems they were just missing something to take them to the top level. Maybe another element would make them better!
This wasn't good. The only positive was that it was over in under 40 minutes.
Some absolute 2000s banngers on here. It would be 5 stars if they stopped after track 7.
It was ok but I have already forgotten everything that was on here.
This is ok to listen to, but it's nowhere near 1989. Willow is probably the best song on here
Firstly, this album is actually two albums rolled into one, which means it is miles too long. Secondly, it was dog shit, even hey ya l couldn't say this. If you are reading this before listening to it, then save yourself the trouble and use your time more wisely. I would suggest watching a good film, maybe 12 Years a slave.
Totally forgettable, but a good album to help you nod off to sleep
The cover art gives me the creeps. The music was ok. Even though this was only 45 minutes long,, it felt much longer.
Love Fool is a good track and does all of the heavy lifting here. The rest are all right; however, I was a little disappointed with the Iron Man cover.
I dont think this was a good as Mr. Tambourine Man, but it was under 30 minutes which is always nice.
Some good solid tunes on here, it's a little bit long, but overall it's good.
There were some brillant songs on here but also some absoulte stinkers.
It was groovy, I'll give them that, but it's a mid-album
The album cover is very creepy, but the music was good.
Easy to listen to, I enjoyed hearing Poison Arrow again for the first time in ages. It reminded me of watching the darts on the BBC at my grandparents' house.
It's just a very generic sound. There is nothing really here that got me excited, I have already forgotten about it.
Didn't have to listen to this before I die.
Without you is an absolute classic. But I want to know what he was smoking when he wrote about putting a lime in the coconut.
Not the worst by a long shot but probably wont be revisiting anytime soon. Here comes your man is the only one I remember think yeah this is alright.
This was alright, I reconised a few of the songs, which is always a nice surprise.
Fist things first they are called spring onions. Secondly I was disappointed there was no Spinaroonie or a Can You Dig It Sucka! The sound of this got a bit repetitive after about 10 minutes If this album had been as good as his wrestling then it would have scored a lot higher.
Not my jam. On a positive note, I have listened to all of Baaba's stuff on here and will never have to hear this again.
It was alright however I think I prefer the old Tango
wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
The music was alright and gave a real uplifting vibe, which was nice; however, it was a bit too long for me.
I don't really think this is for me. I didn't hate it, but I wasn't overly thrilled by it. Better than their other efforts The cover art for the album is probably the best part .
It was fine as background music, but I wouldn't choose to listen to it again.
Wasn't good, but I would feel bad giving them one star
I listened to this and can't remember it at all, so it can't have been good, but obviously it wasn't awful.
Whoever put this on the list must have been High
Even Flow is a Guitar Hero classic. Knew a few of the other songs as well, perfect album for my drive into work .
Well, this was a little depressing. I recognised the second song, but I don't know where it's from. I also was expecting a different sort of sound because I got this band confused with the singer Foxes
not for me, it want awful, but I wouldn't have said it was good either.
I liked some of it, but also it was so long to get through that I didn't listen to it in one sitting. Which kind of defeats the point of an album.
Not really my thing but it was over quickly enough
The album isn't that bad but there are too many interludes.
I like Sam Cooke, I liked the songs, but I absolutely hate a live album.
The music was nice but I couldn't tell you anything that they sung about though as the lyrics just seemed to get lost in the music.
Was alright, but would have rather listened to Brown Sugar by The Rolling Stones
Moving on up is a good way to start, but the rest of the album never really hits those heights again. Also, some of the songs are way too long, which made it get boring at points
I quite like this. Heard of the band before but never listened to any of the songs on this album. I might add a couple to my Spotify playlist. Sadly, I think it just misses out on full marks.
Started ok, but I was bored by the end
If I were ranking this list of Coles, MJ would be below Ashley, Andy and Carlton but would just be in front of Joe. Which is similar to his album, not the worst, but nowhere near the elite level
If I wanted to cross the red sea I wouldn't do it with these boys
I'll start with the positives; it was better than I thought it would be, some nice collaborations and use of samples However, intros are always bad, and the outros are even worse. You don't need to spend over 10 minutes thanking everyone. It would have been quicker to name the People he didn't want to thank.
I couldn't tell you what the first song was about. It was an 8-minute song crammed into 2 and a half. Things did get better from there, but not by much
It was an alright album to listen to on a Saturday morning.
I have only heard of this band because Jeremy Vine bangs on about them and plays the first track from this album. Overall, not that impressed with Vines' recommendation.
Didn't really like this because it became quite boring very quickly. Which is a shame, as I quite liked their other album on this list.
All of these songs sounded the same, and no matter how many times she tries to tell me she is a “queen” I'm not convinced she has any royal blood.
Fewer strange noises than the one about warm Jets, which was good, but it was a bit dull and forgettable. I couldn't name a song off this, and I only listened to it half an hour ago.
This is their big hitter; it's better than the others, but not by much.
The bucket probably saves this album; the rest are alright, but I don't think I would ever intentionally seek them out again.
I feel like this was better than the other two; it didn’t seem so depressing. I'm just relieved that I won't be hearing from Beck again
MEH!!!
Was alright, and I agree it is a shame about ray.
Each track was the same song with different words
Was considering being killed halfway through this.
Enjoyed this, it's not as good as Nevermind, but it's still good. Had a couple of these tunes on my iPod back in the day.
Not a big fan of Punk music and this didn't do anything to sway me.
Didn't realise that they sung head will roll, its the best song on here, the other were ok.
Not as bad as Medúlla, but I still don't get the appeal. Thankfully, I have waded through all her albums now and never have to listen again
I love burritos, but I don't love this.
not for me, thankfully wasn't too long.
Obviously, I knew Common People from this, but I've never really listened to any of the other songs. Some of them are outstanding. My favourites were "Something Changed" and "Pencil Skirt". Jarvis Cocker's voice is also weirdly calming.
Was alright but nothing that would set a real Arcade on fire.
I am so glad that I have finally finished all these guys' albums and won't ever have to listen to him again. I didn't enjoy any of them; his gruff voice sounds like someone who smokes 60 a day. I think this one is the weirdest and worst of all his albums.
I had only ever heard one song by this band before listening to this; it wasn't on it, which is a shame because it might have made it a little better.
Lots of repetitive drum beats that went on for far too long.
Again, it is a nice album to listen to, but not a top top one for me. My favourite was probably Subterranean Homesick Blues.
He can tell a good story, but I'm not sure I put this up there as a top album.
Some good songs on here, but not as good as Different Class.
Started well, then tailed off. It was nice and enjoyable to listen to, although I'm not sure there is any particular song I would come back for.
Not really for me, each track was just repeating itself for much longer than necessary.
over rated, over produced tripe.
Deffo towards the bottom end of the table, but not quite bad enough to be relegated
The only place that this music is acceptable is an outdoor marketplace somewhere in mainland Europe.
I enjoyed this. But I think that might be down to the fact that my girlfriend loves Mamma Mia; she regularly makes us watch the film, and we have even seen it in the West End this year.
A little slow like his other one, but I think I enjoyed this one more than Red Headed Stranger.
It was alright, but not really my thing.
nothing special here. already forgot about this and moved on.
Like their other album it wasn't bad, this one seemed to fly by but I cant remember a single track of it
Just like the American dream, this is overrated and, much like their other effort, miles too long.
Never really listened to any of their stuff before, but really liked this. I might listen to some of their other stuff when I get some free time.
Apparently, this is their 5th album. Who the fuck is buying this dull and dreary mush?
This is a top, top album!
It was alright. Scooby Snacks is a song that always has me jamming along.
Totally different sound from the other Byrds albums, but I enjoyed this.
Some of these were ok, but there are just too many of them; it took too long to get through them. I think we all know why there were 69 of them though.
