The Cars
The CarsClassic album! I love the cars and this is my favorite of theirs! It's literally got so many of their best songs on it! My best friends girl, just what I needed classic!
Classic album! I love the cars and this is my favorite of theirs! It's literally got so many of their best songs on it! My best friends girl, just what I needed classic!
Love this record! It has so many ebbs and flows but it ultimately makes the time pass while imagining this wonderful world that John, Paul, George and Ringo have created! It definitely has many classics such as while my guitar gently weeps, dear prudence, back in the USSR, revolution and many more! Love this, highly recommend being. Little stoned it makes the music flow very nicely 😋
I kinda like it, but not gonna lie, I'm not the biggest Meat Loaf fan lol it was a very mid album all-around, but it had a couple of good ones and my coworker said "ahh, meat loaf before he was an actor!" 😂
This is definitely a classic by a classic band, but it's ABBA! Dancing queen, Fernando! And I found some new songs that I liked! (Money, money, money and tiger)
I am more of a hits type of guy when it comes to Simon and Garfunkel, but I really enjoyed this album it was pretty good! The last song in the album was definitely interesting lol
What great way to start an album! It's got to bangers to start, but as with most prince, he was an amazing musician and knew what he wanted but I more of a hits guy, but the album had some surprises! Definitely liked it more than I thought but still not better than purple rain!
Oh man this is such a great album! This album is a banger from top to bottom, I remember hearing maps for the first time and loving it and I still love it! Great 2000s indie rock album
I don't think I have ever listened to a full Morrissey album, but I do like it, it essentially sounds like the Smiths, but that is ok, had a few good songs would listen again!
It was forgettable pop rock tunes, it's like what you hear in the background of the mall lol so mid I can't even think of what it's like?? But I won't prob ever listen to it again
I have to say I've never really listened to a lot of jazz and this was actually pretty good, I mean jazz just isn't my favorite but I get the meaning behind it and I get why people love it! This was a very good album to get introduced to jazz!
Oh man classic album! It's good like a classic of the 70s, Baba O'Reilly, won't get fooled again, behind blue eyes?! Classic and the funny thing is this isn't even one of my favorite bands from this time period, but they do have some great songs in their catalog!
Oh boy, well I mean I know a lot of people really like Pantera, but they have never been one of my favorite bands from the early metal scene, of the big four I'm way more a Metallica guy than anything, but there were a few good songs, but I think that the problem is that for me all of Pantera sounds exactly the same as every other Pantera song, overall I didn't hate this album but I definitely prob won't listen again!
This was a really cool like groovy album, it reminded me of The Sandlot and I am always ok with that! It was cool hearing just him play with his band no lyrics just the music, I would definitely listen again!
This was pretty ok album, I love the Arctic Monkeys and this album sounds like an ok album by the Arctic Monkeys, there were a couple of pretty good songs but overall it was just ok, not great but not bad!
This was probably the worst album I have heard yet and I am definitely not that big of a fan of Bjork, and I was very disinterested in this album, I gave a good listen and I just couldn't get into it, it was just not my type of music!
Oh this is such a good album! I love David Bowie! And this is one of his most seminal albums!! While there are more popular albums by him this is one of his low key great ones!
Well this is an interesting album, like I have heard her big songs but this is a very much 60s album and it was very good! I enjoyed it quit immensely!
This was a really, cool old school country album! It was interesting to listen to this and hear what a country album was like from the tail end of the 50s overall it was an interesting addition to this!
This was a pretty good album, I haven't ever really listened to a full album by these classic Motown staples, but it was a pretty good album, had a couple of catchy tunes and I didn't hate any of it! Solid album 👌
Oh man, now this is an album I have listened to and it is such a great album! It was just good classic Rock! And one of their best albums!
This is literally one of the best albums by the black keys, it was such a great surprise when I heard it the first time! There are so many good songs and the whole album just flows!
This was an ok album, I wasn't fully invested and none of the songs really stayed with me, overall a pretty mid album
I didn't understand this album and I was not interested in it, it started out weird and never got better lol
This is one of my earliest Techno/ DJ Albums that I listened to as a kid and I love this album start to finish is a complete masterpiece! I love the laid back grooves that DJ Shadow showed us on this album before he really blew up, this is the album to introduce people to DJ Shadow
Very good album didn't know that's where so many good samples came from, have listened to a few songs before and liked it!
This is so weird it's like kinda cool but it definitely as someone else described it seems like medieval music haha this wasn't the worst folk rock album I've ever heard but man it was a other random album for the list haha
This was a very fun album, pretty much what you would expect from Ray, but it wasn't bad, I enjoyed it but I wasn't completely enthralled in it, I definitely feel like it sounds like most music from that time and it's not bad at all just pretty mid
I remember seeing this at the Oscars when it came out and that was my intro to The Buena Vista Social Club, and I didn't actually watch the movie until I was older, but I remember thinking "wow these people really love music!" And I had always had a love for music and that was a really an interesting take on how something so small or not known could make you feel a certain way! While I couldn't understand the words I felt the love in the music and I really enjoyed this album, when I'm at work and I'm grooving to an album I'll know it's good if others see dancing and bopping around to it!
This is definitely a pop album from the 80s it's not great it's not terrible it's very middle of the road lol there were a couple of good songs but it wasn't too bad
Oh man I remember listening to Parliament as a kid in the background and just thinking who is this and why do they sound like that?! But then I got older realized they were just trying to save the funk! Lol for reals though Old Gregg aside this was an awesome album and I really think they were for lack of a better term really getting into their groove on this album! This is a very good funk album by a great band of talented musicians
So this was a cool live album, but it all kinda just felt the same, nothing wrong with it just didn't peak my interest also when an album restarts and I don't know it seems like not a good thing haha
This was an interesting 90s alt rock album, kinda felt like it was trying to be grunge but like just gave up halfway through and decided to make things weird, was it terrible no, did I enjoy it? Not a lot but it wasn't terrible 🤷
Oh Tom Waits! This is one of those albums that I don't necessarily listen to a lot but it is a classic and I'm glad I did, Tom Waits has a crazy good voice but he's never been a favorite!
This is quite literally one of my favorite albums from my youth, I remember when I first heard Linkin Park and how much In the End blew me away and then when I heard this album the first time it was like transcendent! I had never heard such good heavy pop rock and they just kept getting better and better and there are so many bangers on this album it's like kind of mazy for a debut album! Solid 5/5 album!
This was an awesome album! I've never listened to much Elvis Costello but this was a cool album and I enjoyed it a lot! It was very boppy it moved along and I didn't feel like it got stagnant!
This album was interesting, it started out actually pretty cool, but as it kept going I started not really paying attention to it, but then it ended again kinda cool, overall mid tier again nothing blowing me out of the water but I didn't want to trim it off!
This is one of my most favorite dance albums of all time! I remember hearing it the first time I did in highschool or middle school and I was just blown away and also Right Here, Right Now, The Rockefeller Skank, Praise you?! Classics! 5 or if 5 album
This was an ok album, like nothing blew me away, I think that Nina Simone is a great singer but this album I was just like ok it is about love lol I guess I lost interest halfway through lol
Like this was a pretty good album, not my favorite by Supertramp but it was still pretty good, I didn't know any of the songs on here but I liked it!
Dude this was a great album! And it flew by I loved it! It was a great first album and kinda showed you where they were planning on going with this style and sound! Good album overall
This was a great album! Had a lot of good songs on it, a lot of the popular songs that Santana did before his resurgence in the late 90s and early 00s, but it was a cool album and I enjoyed it for the most part
Omg this quite possibly one of my favorite albums, so many good songs! I can't tell you how much I love this album!! It's just a fun catchy depressing album! I always think of the pixies and this album when I think of them, it's such an iconic one!
Umm there are some "classic" songs but this is not my favorite album it is meh and I would never listen to it again, I'm more of an outlaw country man myself!
This was a pretty awesome sounding dance album, had very retro video game vibes! I enjoyed it! But probably won't listen to it again!
Ozzy! Black Sabbath! I love these guys! This is a great intro album for them it shows you just how they were and of course it's regarded as the first metal album so that's pretty dope! While it doesn't have many of their more popular songs it does well in showing what they could do and what they were planning on going for
Oh Hole's one big album, it has celebrity skin on it which is a great song! But the rest of the album was pretty much just meh nothing really stood out to me beyond that, but it was a decent album
What to say about this album, it was widely regarded as one of the best albums of all time but also the album that started grunge! It has so many good songs that it is amazing! Classic album everyone should listen to once before they die!
I've never actually listened to a full Jimi Hendrix album, but I do get why at the time that this album came out and their debut album was such a beautiful a deal! He was pushing the boundaries way before he stepped on the stage but my God he was amazing in his guitar work and it shows even in the opening of the album! Solid album would listen again!
Man I'm digging the albums from my millennial age! I was never really that into Missy Elliott, but this was a good album and I enjoyed it for what it was, there were some things that didn't age very well but alas that's how things go! Overall a decent album
This was another one of those albums that was good and I like Peter Gabriel quite a bit but it was mostly just a filler album, nothing too crazy or memorable but decent!
This was not a bad album, but just not for me, I zoned out about halfway through lol nothing that I have to listen to again 🤷
Great album! Fun to listen to and just good rock music! This is the type of stuff I grew up adjacent to, and I never was really like a devoted fan but I liked them, them as I got older they were just yes awesome! This album makes me think of the awesome power of rock lol
I've never heard these guys before but after listening, I definitely see where Eric Clapton fits in! It was a pretty good album and I enjoyed the blues of it and it Was a pretty solid album all around, it wasn't like a personal favorite but I would listen again!
This is another great album from the King of Pop, his legal troubles aside and if you believe that he was monster or not, just focusing on the music, this is a fantastic follow up to Thriller, while not nearly as good this still has some major hits of MJ's, Bad, The Way You Make Me Feel, The Man in the Mirror, Smooth Criminal?? These are solid mega hits that would be on any best of compilation, and how many artists have that many songs that hold up after so long? This is a great album!
Ahh another classic Doors album! I really enjoyed this album and it has one one of my favorite songs of theirs on it, Riders on the Storm! And LA Woman! Great album, good representation here, this is just a classic album of rock music!
This album really started off pretty good! But then it just was like ok and went from like a bluegrass folky album into some jazz type thing haha it wasn't the worst album but just meh
I remember my parents having a VHS copy of the rock opera of Tommy and always being like what a weird looking movie haha but little did I know that it was such a cool thing! I really enjoy The Who and this was a cool concept album and had some really good songs! Would definitely listen again!
I love, love, love The Beatles! I love all the solo works from the Beatles! This is a great album from John and it has a bunch of good songs, this is not my favorite album of his solo stuff but it is a good one! Definitely shows how John was feeling when he went his way
What another great album from the Pixies! This was such a pleasant listen as I love the pixies and this is prob my second favorite album of theirs! Definitely has great vibes and is a solid work!
This was a very... Interesting album, didn't know anything about it or the band, I was interested but not interested, they had a cool sound but just on the more meh side of it!
Oh what a crazy good album! Bon Jovi has always been a favorite of mine growing up listening to all the music! It has some of their best songs! Classic album from a classic band! One of the best hair bands and albums from the 80s
Fuck yes dude! This is one of my favorite albums growing up this is such a good album! Paranoid Android! Karma police! Classic! I forgot how much it hits and how different it is from their first album!
Tom Waits is never someone who I search out to listen to, but when I start to listen to I can't help but be entertained by what he is playing for us, it is such a weird but fun listen anytime he shows up, now would I go back to this album probably not but am I glad to have listened to it, yes I think he is one of those artists that you just either like it don't like and I like him but never gonna be on my mantle
Oh man I've been waiting for Fleetwood Mac to come up and this is one of their greatest albums it's not their best but it's really good!
What an interesting album lol This was a word band but it was kinda interesting, but it just felt like someone found a MOOG machine and like made an album lol not terrible not great mid.
This was actually the first full album by Bowie that I heard, thanks to my friend in college showing me some of it and me just loving it! So this album had a special place in my heart, it's such a good chill vibes out album and I can just sit around smoking s joint feeling like I'm there! Good songs! Great artist endless listening!
This was a cool album! I had fun listening to it, I've not listened to them before but I quite enjoyed this album! I have heard of the band but not really listened to them, but they were very good and this album was pure fun to listen to
This was not the album vibes expecting lol it was a decent album but just from looking at the cover I thought it was gonna be some cool punk album, not the bands fault I suppose, but I did think it was just ok, nothing crazy and I wasn't too into it!
This was an album my friends and I totally loved it is by far The Killers best album to this day and I can sing it all the way through! This is top tier stuff and their break out album! Classic! It's amazing how much I still hear Mr. Brightside to this day haha I don't think I like Sam's Town a little bit more but this is a classic!
So I was listening to this album and thought it was pretty mid like most of the folk I've heard on here, but I was intrigued by the story of Skip Spence and I was listening to this album at work and the song "Keep Everything Under your Hat" and at this point I wasn't really paying attention and then my coworker said hey did you hear that? I said what he said blister in the sun, and this is how I found out the Violent Femmes came up with blister in the sun! It about knocked me down! Lol overall though this was a pretty boring album, but I was pretty flabbergasted when I heard that little bit of what sounded like the blister in the sun overall an ok album with an interesting backstory!
Ahh I was wondering when U2 was gonna hit the list, this is definitely ba good album! And I have no qualms in saying that I really like U2! This is a good album, hut it doesn't my favorite big theirs, but I did enjoy it!
Definitely not my cup of tea, but it was pretty interesting to hear something that I've never heard in life! I can see why it would be influential but again it's just not for me!
This is probably one of my favorite classic rock albums! And one of my favorite bands! It holds up so well and is quite relevant in today's world, it has such good composition and such good just music! I can listen to this album anytime and still love it!
This is one of my favorite albums from the 2000s it is such a good album and band! This is a great intro album as well! Unused to just cruise and listen to this album with my buddies a very good album with fond memories attached to it!
I have to say I'm not up on my female rap/r&b artists like I should be! But I don't know who SZA is and I actually enjoyed this album immensely! I especially loved prom and doves in the wind! (Love Kendrick) And it had good features and good beats good album!
Ahh Yes, what an interesting band and one of prog rocks finest! It was definitely a prog rock album!
Ahh good ol Stevie! This has my favorite Stevie song in Superstition! And it was a good album pretty similar but not terrible!
Fuck yes! One of the best albums of all time! This is probably my favorite album by Pink Floyd and this has to be one of their if not their best albums!
This was a really good album! I enjoyed just listening to it while I was opening at work and I just kinda felt the vibe the whole time! Morrissey is such a good singer and I am enjoying a lot of his solo stuff!
Classic album! I love the cars and this is my favorite of theirs! It's literally got so many of their best songs on it! My best friends girl, just what I needed classic!
Great album! I forgot how many good songs were on this one! I do like harvest moon best but this is still great! And it's good little album just runs through it but in a good way!
This was an interesting album, I've never actually listened to Husker Du lol but I actually enjoyed it! It was punky and yet not too hard but like for the 80s just right! I'm surprised they never got bigger!
Oh man what a kick ass album! Not as good as live at folsom but still pretty good and it's great to hear how he was back then it was made! I love JC and this was a good album that is a classic and has some classic Johnny Cash songs!
This was an interesting album! It felt like I was listening to a movie and I was thoroughly was impressed and kinda hooked me! I especially thought the instrumental songs felt very cinemaesque! Very cool!
This was a pretty decent album by The Cure, I see why bands like blink 182 and 311 talk about them the way do they do and how they were influenced by them, it was a decent album but I do believe that it was all very similar! Like every song sounded pretty much like the other except for a couple of songs lol I did really enjoy the mood though while I was out walking in the rain to this album definitely enhanced the experience
What a great freaking album! So many good songs! Classic songs as well! This album showcases so much of Van Halens talents and it just keeps it up the whole time!
