Beautiful acoustic album.

Not my genre, 90s British Hip Hop.

Musically good with the piano and horns. In my opinion lyrics weak and vocals not as strong as Ray Charles.

Outstanding drum and bass performances. Different sound for them. Solid, not my favorite.

One of his best. Composition, lyrics, vocals are all excellent. Great songs and story telling.

I don’t get it. Sounded like city noise background music for an early 60s crime drama. Not for me.

Lyrically interesting, musically disjointed

Classic 70s rock. Would have given a 4 even if Thunder Road and Born to Run were the only 2 songs on the album.

Wouldn’t turn it off if it came on, but wouldn’t seek it out either.

Not my style of music, but really enjoyed this album. Was very easy to listen to and not quite as frantic as some jazz is to my untrained ear. The quality of the instruments is very impressive.

I applaud her for her huge commercial successes. However, having auto-tuned voices, drum machines and 2 verses and a chorus where you repeat the same 2-3 words over and over and over again, does not make for a great album.

Mechanical music is not for me.

Strong lyrics, solid bass and guitar riffs. Only knock is a lot of the songs sound the same. Solid album. Will download and listen some more.

Did not age well.

Great music, but too many covers of songs I liked better by original artist.
