Interesting blend of Latin and art rock sounds
One of the best double albums of all time. Banger after banger
Lovely bit of prog awesomeness
Can definitely see its influence. Need some more listens
Great album. Needs more bass guitar though
Phenomenal jazz album. Top 5 for me.
Super raw and punk. Love it
Stunning great album.
One of the best albums of the 90s
Cool psychedelic folk album with some very iconic tunes
Decent folky album
Fantastic mind melting electronic album
Cracking album with some great tunes
Can defo see its influence. It’s a unique experience for sure but I don’t know how often I’d go back to it
Some tracks are cool. I’m sure it was very groundbreaking at the time
Pleasant little gem this album is
Not a bad album by any means. They would perfect their sound so much more later on though
A more well polished sounding white stripes than on previous albums but still raw, simplistic and hard hitting.
Weren’t a massive fan of this. Quite dated sounding and went on forever.
Absolute classic. Written so brilliantly. Incredible production too
Fantastic production and story telling.
It’s decent. Would be nice on a drive on a sunny day.
Cracking bit of jazzy 70s rock
Super raw rock album
Superb tunes with excellent songwriting. My favourite album by the jam.
Just a stunning record with fantastic lyrics
Some good tunes but a tad too long
Fantastic debut album from an awesome band
Can imagine this album was super influential. It is awesome.
This was quite sick. Bit of an underrated gem
A near perfect album from the greatest man in hip hop.
Awesome and a bit goofy
This guys got a great voice and some great production but the album just drags
Some of the songs in the second half are a bit ropey but it’s a good album
This album is just very cool
Love a bit of PG, this is a cracking solo album with a post punk edge
Sweet little art rocky post punky album with electronic bits. Cool
Melancholic and sweet sounding record
Great bluesy Dylan album
A lot more funk driven than Tim Buckleys other albums. Definitely prefer his other sound but this is cool
A landmark album that has influenced so many. Just amazing
Cracking whimsical prog rock type beat
Nice vibe but the songs aren’t there for me
Starts strong but as it goes on it just gets slightly annoying. Maybe wasn’t in the right headspace
Cool poppy album with some huge hits on it
I liked this but definitely could have been trimmed down it’s too long
Class bit of live jazz with virtuosic piano and double bass playing
One of u2s best albums, full of post punk bangers
A whimsical little folk album
Crazy Alt rock album way way ahead of its time
Still sounds so heavy and gnarly
Incredible jazz album, one of the greatest
Huge sounding album with some all time anthems
Short and sweet sixties rock album
Awesome album
Surprisingly brilliant album.
This album is fantastic. Brilliant dark jangly post punk
Fantastic short blast of Afro beats with great brass.
Bittersweet indie folk rock record
Crazy new wave
Their style was incredibly developed for a debut, awesome sounding record
Makes you feel like a real cowboy
Nice groovin 60s rock
Fantastic solo album from the godfather of punk music
Full of skits, shock humour and outstays it’s welcome in typical eminem fashion. First half is absolutely fantastic with some of his best songs such as Stan and The Way I Am, the second half really loses steam and I never want to hear Kim again. If he cut this album down to its high points it would be a five stars easy but the album becomes exhausting past the half way point.
The high points on this album are excellent with virtuosic guitar playing and brilliantly written love songs. Think some of the bluesier numbers could have been cut for the sake of a more concise album listening experience.
