This is so beautiful, it brought me to tears. Literal tears. The layered vocal harmonies, particularly on Mouth's Cradle, are from another planet.

Great covers on this album!
The Who created a whole new genre with this album. You an hear the roots in A Quick One While He's Away.
The popularity of Layla overshadows the rest of this stellar album, which is a shame. Great blues rock!
One of his best.
This is so beautiful, it brought me to tears. Literal tears. The layered vocal harmonies, particularly on Mouth's Cradle, are from another planet.
Good tribute to Coleman
Meh.
One of the best debuts of all time.
Stellar. Made me fall in love with a 300-pound woman. What a voice.
Epic
One of my favorite jazz albums ever.
My God, she is brilliant.
Damn.
Genius
I fell in love with this album twenty years ago.
Been listening to this album for 45 years. Still as brilliant today as it was then.
Got this album as a teenager in the 70s. Been in love with it ever since. It sounds like Don Van Vliet wrote down all the rules of music and then purposefully avoided every single one.
Nearly perfect. No matter how many dozens of times I have listened to this album I never get tired of it. Steve Gadd's drumming on Aja set a new high bar for session drummers.
I want to be an MMA fighter for just one day so I can use Intruder as my entrance music.
Not to be all "You kids get off my lawn," but what the actual fuck is up with this genre of music? It's not a modern vs classic thing. There are some great current artists (e.g., Willow Smith is innovative and delightful). This is boring. Overuse of autotune homogenizes voices to the point of unrecognizability.
My opinion: Ravi Shankar is the best musician of any genre ever.
Flawless
Dubya tee eff???
Good God, this is awful.
