The Jesus And Mary Chain
5/5
There are no fillers here, just 10 shimmery, beautiful, danceable shoegaze pop songs. Perfection.

Sea Change is so pretty it hurts. Melancholy Beck is a vibe. This is his best album, but I’m partial to the slower, less funky ones (Mutations, Morning Phase, Modern Guilt)
Love how the songs sound minimalist and maximalist at the same time; it’s very sophisticated. Favorite tracks: "Guess I'm Doing Fine", "Sunday Sun", “Lonesome Tears”, "Lost Cause" “Round The Bend” but there are zero skips. 5/5
