Very good. Duffy and the estate of Amy Winehouse owes Aretha a lot of royalties. Loved the last track Ain't No Way and People Get Ready.

Actually enjoyed this more than I thought I would. I find Led Zeppelin a bit of a struggle to get through and at 1hr 23 mins I wasn't looking forward to it, BUT it was actually pretty good. Good hooks from Jimmy Paige throughout, Robert Plant is a bit overly waily and too faux American in places but overall, not the slog I thought it would be.
Listened to this last year and wasn't blown away. Pyramids was a good song from memory but not one I'm rushing back to.
Really good consistent album by The Smiths. I own The Queen is Dead but have mixed feelings about that album even though everybody considers a masterpiece. It seems quite samey in parts and doesn't feel like there's ever a true exceptional moment on it. This one surprised me because it's a complete switch up in The Smiths sound, it's almost like they're embracing new ideas and Johnny Marr is finding new ways to express himself, and as a result you have some incredibly diverse tracks and what is a great package. Probably my favourite album that I've listened to in this list so far
Not my favourite Kanye album. It's a bit too straightforward IMO. Graduation is better.
I really didn't expect to enjoy this album at all. I thought it was going to be quite a slog and pretty tricky to put up with all 36 minutes of it, but having said that this album really picked up after the first track and I was quite surprised. That isn't to say that I'm in a hurry to go back to it, but I also wouldn't be in a rush to skip any tracks of it when they come on in my library. It's my first James Taylor experience and it's been a pretty good one.
Not my vibe but decent background music for work.
Oof. That was a difficult listen. Just couldn't get into this one.
Meh. Not feeling it
Couldn't get into it. Sounded like Spinal Tap's Flower People
It's actually crazy how much I hated this album based on the first couple of tracks. I was distracted listening to it and it was getting only part of my attention - but wow. I'm so glad I didn't give up on it. This is a brilliant album and one of my favourites so far. I can't believe how much my opinion changed in so little time.
Similar to The Kinks where it was a bit of an effort
Enjoyable punk romp. Will likely listen again.
Enjoyed this much more than The Kinks
Awful
Enjoyable Beatlesish fun
My second favourite album of all time just being Blur's 13. Perfection start to finish. Car Thief in particular.
