Preceded by Black Sheets of Rain and then this which also knocked out Beaster, a remarkable run and fine tuning of THE sound. 👏👏👏

Still excellent after these years; quiet varied for Green Day and punchy bass
With more listening, there is more nuance to the singles where it's faux ska with high pitches shouting and slabs of guitars.
So many tracks that I know are on this album - a gem
So many classics; and the furious energy of the band.
Some classic tunes; some hissy production. Three bangers
Precursors to metal box. Angular new guitars.
Fresh at the time; still fresh today
MOR
Haven't listened to this in one sitting for decades. Still an excellent whole of an Album.
Did not know that M.E is the foundation of Basement Jaxx - Where's Your Head At
Preceded by Black Sheets of Rain and then this which also knocked out Beaster, a remarkable run and fine tuning of THE sound. 👏👏👏
