I didn't know it was possible, but this album is Grammy bait

Side One 5/5 Side Two 3/5
Really solid opening three songs but not as interested in the slower second half.
Solid blues album that earns an extra star for Riders of the Storm. Too many songs that run long though and a squeaky drum pedal on the Changeling doesn't help.
Good hiphop album. I have a preference for stuff that came later like Pharcyde, but lot of great samples and beats in there. Nothing stood out in particular though.
When your band employs a tambourine man, every song looks like it needs a tambourine.
Solid but nowhere near their prime.
One of my favourite albums of all time
Decent covers
Theatre kid yacht rock
I'm so jilted, these sound like regular beats to me
Goths are implicitly kooky, but too much of this album is straight up wacky.
Song 2? More like Album 2 (out of 5(rating))
Proto Nick Cave
I didn't know it was possible, but this album is Grammy bait
4 star album if you cut the song lengths down by 2 minutes each and get rid of the guitar noise track
Nandos music
That's a ten
Couldn't listen to this because Snoop Dogg pulled it off to sell as an NFT so decided to listen to Chronic 2001 instead.
Enjoyed this a lot more than I expected. Too long though. Would have been an easy 4 stars if some of the filler (especially the Imagine cover) had been cut.
Bland blue eyed soul
Fantastic collection of songs, but tonally all over the place.
dumb
Their later stuff is more interesting. 5 star if you're the music supervisor for an early 2000's indie coming of age comedy. 2 star for everyone else.
lo-fi death jazz beats to study/relax to
Very dated
Excellent artistry but I struggled for any standout tracks or moments
As a Steely Stan I wouldn't put this in their top 3 albums, but it does have some of their best tracks. Awful album cover though.
Pretty much flawless, even Ringo's song
Enjoyable lo-fi album with a clear influence on indie artists down the line, but a bit too much filler
Don't know why this is on here. Just bland indie pop. It sounds like they've tried to use the Knights of Cydonia / Ennio Morricone gimmick on half the songs as well.
Not his best, but still worth a listen
Like the Wii Shop Music. Really makes me wanna just croon it.
Rightfully one of the most celebrated rap albums of all time. Top tier beats, flow and lyrics - and no weird, horny skits.
White album for theatre kids
As advertised
