How was this recorded in 1966? Decades ahead of its time!
Yeah, Staten Island! Also the album is a masterpiece and still holds up today.
Clearly the LSD had an impact on the boys…! Brilliant, immensely enjoyable, and much of the album still sounds fresh today. A++
What an incredible discovery! Such a seductive voice and gorgeous music. Loved it so much that we booked tickets for her next show.
Revised from a 5. The album has one of the best and most creative songs ever written, Bohemian Rhapsody, but on repeat listens the album doesn’t reach the height of other 5’s. It’s still bloody brilliant and definitely is a stellar listen. 4.5.
Doesn’t hold a candle to his son’s far superior album.
Definitely ahead of its time and you can clearly hear how this album became an early influence on Mogwai, God Speed You Black Emperor and others.
