Didn't expect the jazz flute on this one...but I was a fan. I had never heard of White Denim before, but I put it on for a second listen. Great find

Meh
very smooth
Not really my thing. The lyrics sounded like they could have been from Flight of the Conchords
Pretty solid, with some gems
Not a fan of Glockapella. When We Were Friends is really lifting this album up. Good vibe Die Trying is good too
Really interesting album
Pretty enjoyable album with a bunch of influences. Freedom Flight is definitely the standout track on the album for me.
This album was a trip. I thought I was getting into a standard rock album, then found myself in hell by the time Aumgn came on. The back half of the album felt like watching a David Lynch film. Very uncomfortable experience.
The most palatable Metallica has ever been
One of the biggest surprises I've had so far
The descriptive intros made it more enjoyable to listen to because it made me focus on the complex song structures. I'm dense, so I never would have noticed otherwise. Decent listen
I used to love this album, but this was the first time I'd listened to it in probably fifteen years besides the singles. The back half of the album was a bit of a bore until "A Rush of Blood to the Head".
There were some interesting songs, but this will most likely be one that I never think about again
It sounds like they're just having a good time, especially on the throwaway songs like Band 6 and Zilch. They wouldn't have this much fun again until they performed at Chubbie's on Boy Meets World.
This has some classics. It sounds like Andre 3000 drew a lot of influence from this on The Love Below
I'm a sucker for good country and good pop albums. This is the perfect blend. It expands on her previous country-pop albums beautifully. Space Cowboy and Rainbow have been on repeat in my house for years.
I dug the songs with horns. The rest was pretty forgettable
I understand the last impact and there are some genuinely good songs on here, but it was a bit of a slog at an hour and 17 minutes.
I've never been a big electronic fan. I've listened to dozens of electronic albums at this point in my Albums Generator journey, and have been able to moderately enjoy some of them. I have a rule that I can't skip tracks while going through this project...but I had to break it for this one. I'm sure it's very influential to somebody, but I couldn't stand this album.
I was pretty disinterested until Frankenstein. I don't know what it was about that track, but I was all in after that.
A pleasant listen
I keep thinking, maybe this is the electronic album to help me understand the genre. I continue to be wrong. Maybe drugs is the missing piece
This album will always hold a special place in my heart. I had it on a flash drive while I was living in Madagascar. On bus rides, my friend and I would pay the driver to play our flash drive, to the delight of no one but ourselves. When Beach House would hit, we could hear audible groans and cries of, translated roughly, "What the fuck? There's not a single accordion in this!"
I thought I generally liked The Police. This gem convinced me otherwise. There are the singles that are pretty fun, but other songs I couldn't stand...**cough** "On Any Other Day" **cough**
I'm generally not into industrial metal at all, but this had some interesting stuff
Didn't expect the jazz flute on this one...but I was a fan. I had never heard of White Denim before, but I put it on for a second listen. Great find
Mercifully, two of the tracks weren't available on Spotify, so I saved 15 minutes of my life
I was only really familiar with Mr. Blue Sky before, but this whole album was a lot of fun.
I'm over 900 albums in at this point and this was one of the most unique albums I've come across on the list. Not something I'd put on everyday, but an enjoyable listen.
I let out an audible "Not again" when this one came up. The other Sepultura album on the list was one of the least enjoyable experiences I've had going through the list. But I had a much better time with Roots.
I enjoyed this much more than I should have
I generally don't like Foo Fighters stuff, but I had never listened to this. I enjoyed it quite a bit
We've finally found it. The worst song of all time... "Black Chick, White Guy" by Kid Rock. I hated this so much.
There were small pieces of each song that I really enjoyed. Overall it wasn't for me
