Well not being a great fan of Mr Jackson, I surprised myself that I enjoyed this. I prefer the earlier stuff but the production and gutsy sound are both clever and stimulating.

Absolutely love this. I think I was too much into other music to enjoy this the first time around. But what a fantastic, nostalgic trip back to a different time. What is amazing is how well this has lasted. Niles Rodgers is a genius!! Amazing producer and a real class act.
Big sound, funk at its best and brilliant orchestration. Such an overwhelming sound for a great and fun album
